Definitely love this spot. Chris is always at the window but everytime he’s such a friendly cashier and I enjoy coming here, my big mac and fries were temperatures just right. If you want a mcdonald’s that knows what they’re doing, this is the spot for you!

I just ordered McDonald’s drive thru. Carlton was the most amazing person that handed me my food. It was an experience that compelled me to leave a 5⭐️ review. He will be a reason I only choose to come to this location. He represents the next generation entering the work force that everyone should seek out to hire. Thank you Carlton for making me feel like the only reason you came into work was to make sure I had the best experience ever. McDonalds should reward him for going “Above and Beyond” for his guests.

I like to stop at McD's for vanilla shapes when there is no time for a meal. This location offers consistently-good shakes. Equally important, this location services their machines every morning which means the machines are not down at random times during the day. Good job, Willow Park McDonald's!

Love using the mobile app and then picking up thru the drive through. Usually is alot faster and the app always has discounts and rewards. This location is always well prepared and the food has always been good and fresh. I'd rate the food and atmosphere higher, but it's a somewhat typical McDonald's in those aspects. Overall still a 5 star and will go back.

Their food is fresh and the service is fast! I had some trouble with my order but a manager named Sage helped me out fast. Some workers are rude and not really professional but overall is great

I placed an order on the app but apparently it was the wrong location. An employee went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. She was so sweet and the food was perfect. I didn't see a name tag because she was wearing a safety vest but she had glasses, highlights in her hair, and on the shorter side. Anyway, thank you so much for your help and great attitude.

It was a genuinely great McDonald's experience. The service was FAST and they all even seemed happy to work there. My Big Mac was well-assembled, and the fries were fresh. It was an exemplary McDonald's, and a great meal. Additionally, this location has a soda machine that lets you customize the flavor of your drink.

This is my go-to breakfast spot Monday-Friday. The McGriddles they serve 9/10 times are perfect and taste fresh unlike so many other McDonalds who serve griddle cakes that are burnt or wet from being kept hot using steam. The only thing I’d change is I wish they were open a little earlier on the days I gotta get to work early but other than that I will continue doing business here

My husband and I go out of our way to go to this specific McDonalds. We generally go mornings around 9:00AM when we do go and the young lady and young man at the drive thru windows are so pleasant. The young man at the pick up window in the morning on Saturdays is literally the friendliest, most respectful young man ever. Customer service is often times a thankless and unappreciated industry but this young man is always respectful and smiling. We appreciate the great service at this facility!!!!

Above made beyond experience experience! Manger and staff were friendly and helpful in a very busy morning for them! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more.. I parked in the pick up section even though I was going inside.. a couple different employees asked if I needed anything, none asked me to move. Hats off to these folks!

Recently remodeled inside and it is clean, streamlined, the service is outstanding. Love their Frappe’s!! Their receipts have a promotional offer if you do the survey offering a buy one/get one Quarter Pounder or Egg McMuffin-GREAT VALUE!! Their quarter pounders are made fresh and are excellent. Fries are great and their employees are very helpful and nice. This location has two lanes for drive-through ordering that merge into one line. They do have lines at breakfast, lunch, and dinner-yet they move quickly. Use the app also-great rewards and easy ordering if in a hurry. Willow Park location is very good!! It is very busy during breakfast and lunch. I order thru the app and go inside to pick up my order to avoid the drive thru lines.

The line was slowed down by someone who must have had a complicated order. After they left, things went smoothly. The order was correct and the food was typical. The fries were hot, which is a requirement.

Brand new electronic touch screen drink fountain (with flavor shots). Touch screen self order stations. Recently remodeled interior (kind of crammed and no play area for the kids [game screen by table was not working] otherwise it would be 5 stars). Friendly and courteous staff.

I really don't care for the antisocial kiosk only ordering, it says "we don't want to deal with customers"..... There wasn't even a "in person" order option, other than that, decent food* I never did see the kiosks being sanitized, so be mindful of your hands, help keep the spread of illnesses*

We went through the drive through at 11:30, we had an order for 5 people. The line was long but the service was quick. The food and drinks were correct. If you get a bottle of water make sure you get it, they usually forget.

Clean and Usually friendly quick service. Their is however one manager that works that the staff has a bad attitude and he gives all kids meals the extra small cups instead of the regular smalls with the Mighty kids meals. He basicly is ripping you off since you pay for the larger size.

Recently updated to the new modern looking McDonalds. Drive through has the split dual order paths with screens to verify your order. Its always fast and they usually get the order correct. Employees are nice and it is pretty clean if you go inside. It is McDonald's though.

Whoever the female manager with short hair was on 2/24/26 @ 8:20 PM, she was great. There was a problem with my order, but it was via the app and not this particular location. She remedied the issue quickly and got my food to me fast. Great service from her!

Their speed of service is a real issue ! When you have to wait in drive thru at McDonalds for 20 minutes then their is a problem! They messed up.my order not once but twice then theirs another problem! Alot of it has to do with manager on duty!

One of the few (in the area) McD to have "sharables" available. Orders are sometimes incorrect but are quick to remedy. We always dine-in, and depending on time of day...not a lot of seating. If seating available, 9 out of 10 times the tables are dirty and need to be cleaned (by us. I don't bother the staff)

Pulled 1 HAIR OUT of my Big Mac. NOT MINE!! These things happen I know. So I kept eating. Took a bite and had to pull HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH!! Again NOT MINE. I got so nauseated that I threw my Big Mac in the trash. COVER THE HAIR PLEEEEASE!!!! Please note my hair is waste long. These were not!!! Gagging!! This food isn't cheap anymore either!!!

The coffee here is extremely good. The food hasn't changed much but Mickie D's is a American Icon. I really like the self order boards. Kinda futuristic. Easy to navigate. The staff here is too busy here to be rude much less polite. At least in the morning they are. Stick to the drive thru. Your probably late for work anyway! 😃

Food was hot but the large drink I ordered was in a medium size cup. If I was dinning inside and could refill that would be fine. However, since I I went thru the drive thru that was irritating.

With McDonalds being famous for their French fries I find it extremely irritating to get fries that are old, stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while then thrown back in the grease to warm them up before serving them to us. And during the busiest time of day too. It was between 12:00 and 12:30 pm lunch run. Tell me do these look appetizing? We got lunch and took it to our vehicle to eat in their parking lot.

The New Chicken Strips are really Good & not at all like the meat in their nuggets. Sometimes can be a little on the flat side but I would definitely eat again. Oh! And their Sause that goes with it? TRY IT! It's like mild Buffalo Sauce mixed with Ranch!

For some reason every time I go to the food sucks. It's the buns are always stale. The french fries have been dropped twice. The meat is like rubber like it's been sitting in the sun machine too long.. the people that work there are amazing! I really didn't have to leave a bad review but the food sucks. Make fresh food. It's not that harT

The mens bathroom was in bad shape and there was no water for hand washing at the sink. I thought it might be the sensor but three people, all with soapy hands were unable to get the water to turn on. There was no sanitizer available as a back up. I told an employee but did not get a response.

Update : The food quality had improved since my last entry. This location has improved. The fries in a large carton are now being filled the way they are supposed to.

We visited this location in the drive-thru. The female employee with red hair was efficient and quick but seemed like she was unhappy. When we got to the 2nd window for the food we were given the wrong order but It was quickly corrected. This McDonalds was fast but the customer service could be improved.

Fast food, restrooms, play area, multi lane ordering. 3 stars because when we went in to order a staff member had her hand in her pants up to her elbow. I informed the staff taking my order that 1st things the lady with her hand in her pants had to wash her hands. She was bagging orders for drive thru 😤

We love McDs coffee and food, but, we drove off from this one, the woman was rude, short and demeaning in the drive thru. I know they won't go broke without us, but, maybe they'll feel the damage that one worker can do. I'll go to the one in White Settlement.

Ordered a basket of fries and it's not even the amount as you would get in a med fry..... Very disappointed. Sad how these places jack up the prices and give you less.

We always have issues here, so in prep for that, I buy extra food because something is always missing or wrong when we get home. Be it a Big Mac, a happy meal, a Double Quarter Pounder, nuggets, or you name it, they can mess it up. Rarely do we eat there anymore but sometimes you just get that craving

Really disappointed with last service. I had to use the kiosk because all the managers were in a huddle. One was on the phone. Right in front. I couldn't believe it! Then my added items on my burger were not all added. I love McDonald's its my childhood favorite. This location is only good for drive thru.

Don't pay extra for a large fry here, you won't get your money's worth. Every time I have ordered a large fry here they fill the container with a small or medium worth of fries.

It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting with the food but the people in the drive thru are so unpleasant. No hello, no thank you, if you ask for sauce or napkins (I was in a rental car) they act like you put them out. Then, when the drink was wrong, I politely let them know and got "huh" grabs drink from my hand, "whatchu want instead?" I just let her know I would like what I ordered (Dr Pepper).. she gets it and hands it to me, closes the window and said nothing. No sorry, no eye contact. Seriously, I know these are franchised out but where is McDonald's standards.

So I was on a road trip home from, well that doesn't matter but it was a good six hours. So I don't eat much so I ordered a happy meal with a HAMBURGER NO CHEESE. and a 6pc nugget. I check my food and all looks well until I go to eat my burger mind you that is wrapped in a reg hamburger paper wrap. However, they put that nasty plastic cheese on my burger and si ce I don't live in that area all I could do is dump it. Cheeseburgers come in yellow wrapping and mine was in the correct white wrapper. I was so not happy. Be sure to unwrap your food and check it before you leave. Happy eating or NOT. This McDonald’s food is never good! Gave me my sister and fellow coworkers food poisoning! More and more of my friends that go there always have bad stories this place should be shut down by health inspectors. Everyone is getting sick from their food! I would rate it zero stars if I could.

The clerk, who made the hot mochas, was very ugly to us and the checkout person when we asked for whipped cream on our hot mochas. She should know it comes with whipped cream. We asked for no caramel, duh!!!!!

This location never fails to leave something out of your order. With these prices going up I’m now going to complain. If you go to this location be sure to check your order before leaving and don’t let the employees try to rush you off. I should have known better to not check but it is what it is and this is your warning.

I came for the oatmeal, when I opened it up, it was very soupy so I took it back and asked for a refund, they at first didn't want to, they explained it will thicken up in a couple of minutes, I told them 2 weeks earlier, it was thick as soon as I got it. I received another one, it was also soupy, but not as much, but had half, when it finally thickened up. I was on my way to Fort Worth,so I had to take it to go, that will be my last oatmeal from McDonald's, which I hate be I love it so.

9:00 pm the doors are open , the app says they are open , the website says until 10:00 , walk in to order and the cashier says sorry the lobby is closed, whatever won't bother coming here ever !!

The workers there keep forgetting my food and by the time I get home is when I notice. McDonald’s isn’t cheap no more and it’s so disappointing when they forget food every time. They can’t even do a refund which is even more annoying.

Was handed my mocha frappe with chocolate all over the outside of the cup and whip cream out the top by 1.5-2 inches atleast. It was sticky and extremely messy. Same when handed my banana strawberry smoothie. Sticky and so messy. Drive thru girl was so incompetent it was so bad. I asked for her to clean it up please and she handed me 1 napkin. Asked for receipt and had to 3 times and she acted so confused! Horrible. Do not visit this one!!!

Showed up at 0700 on a road trip. Lobby was supposed to open at 0700, but it was not. Not a big deal, eventually manager opened it. The drive thru had some traffic, so maybe they were behind. Ordered food from kiosk, took about 10 minutes for it to be prepared. When number was called found some items not on tray. Stood there waiting for assistance. Girl behind register had no customers and just leaned back against shelves with arms crossed. Finally asked her for missing items, she seemed annoyed she had to bother with it. The kicker is before leaving went and used restroom. Employee was in stall either cleaning or using it, not sure which. When he came out of stall he immediately walked out the door without washing hands. Came out and he was behind counter handling food 🤮. Eat here at your own risk.

Order two items both were incorrect

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. The order is wrong EVERY single time!!!!! It’s mind blowing. It consistently turns “easy dinner” night into a huge fail. And the fries are never fresh. Does any higher McDonald’s power uphold this location to any sort of standard?! If so, they should check in.

Listen , i understand that this is a fast food restaurant and that you may have kids working here, but you also have managers that are supposed to "train" the employees, right ? So what is happening when you place an order ? The person repeats it, but somehow, from the first person to the second person, wires get crossed? And the crazy thing is that it's supposed to be on paper directly passed to the kitchen. So is that the employees' fault or the management's fault? I say it is the managers fault because if the employee was trained better, the wires wouldn't get crossed, I bet. The world is already chaotic enough so when someone wakes up and goes to this establishment you should be able to order , get your food and go home and enjoy your day instead of having to call up to mcdonalds because you didn't get most of your order , then. Have to drive back to the restaurant, get more food, drive back home, and now your morning is garbage and all because communication and lack of training didn't happen. Come on managers lets do better, please. No one wants issues when honestly, we go get fast food because we don't feel like cooking not because we have to have it so do better , this isn't the first time but i guarantee you it is the last time. 3.8 stars should be a 3, and if anything is a 3, it means you don't eat here usually, and now I see why. I'm shocked that businesses wonder why they close down when they have service like this. Anyone that puts 4 or even 5 stars for this place obviously had the pleasure of ordering from someone with a brain cell , go here don't go here , your choice, but personally I like stress free days so I wont be.

Can’t even get a Uber eats order right now missing fry’s.

Unorganized, slow. Went thru drive thru, which took forever, got the wrong food, went thru again, and got the wrong food, but this time we didn't drive away without checking, got questioned at order speaker and both windows before we were given the correct food! Don't waste your time.

Hours say the close at 10pm showed up at 9:58pm to drive through and someone came over the speaker and said I will take your order just give me a minute and then the menu and lights were turned off. Drove around to the drive through and they said they were closed. As a business owner if I close at 10pm I'm taking customers until 10pm, not closing at 930 so I can leave at 10.

Fist person I question couldn’t speak English. Second went to look and came back with someone else’s order. Third, turned took three steps and asked how long has this been sitting here. I heard no answer. He sat it down, no eye contact and said sorry bout that and left. McDonald’s is down to our last choice for fast food. What atmosphere? Is is dull and uninviting.

food was good. except it wasnt at all what i ordered. even ordered through the app, and worked at a mcdonalds before. it says my order on the screen. not sure how you 14 year old cooks manager to throw everything possible on a burger and hand it to me yourself. when i never ordered a damn burger.

The workers are very childish. I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino with an extra drizzle. I saw the girl finishing it and she ran out of Caramel, so they handed it to me with barely any Caramel. I asked for the extra drizzle I paid for. And they asked me to pull forward and they would bring it to me. I waited and waited, finally after 5 cars behind me had been served and still no drink. So I went inside to get it. I told them nevermind, that I needed to go. The girl said it was almost done, they were putting the whipped cream on it. Then she handed it to me and I went to my truck and drove off. After I got on the hiway I took a drink and choked on the pure syrup!! They had coated most of the inside of the cup and there was over half an inch deep on the bottom. It was not drinkable. I had always liked this location, but the children that were working 2/21/24 about 6:20 need to grow up!! Sign me disgusted!!

To start, they forgot to put my daughter’s nuggets in her happy meal. It only had apple slices and fries. My large fry was less than half full. All food was beyond cold and it’s only a five minute drive to my house and I have the heat seater and car heater on for the spot the food rides home with me. For how much McDonald’s costs these days, I expect better.

After I go to McDonald’s I’m driving back home sipping on my Large Dr Pepper and snacking on my fries they were delicious. I’m the type of person to finish a food they started so I get home and I’m still eating my fries, once I open my double quarter pounder with cheese and I see what’s on my burger I immediately start geeking out like geekbob. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with mayo and I I have mustard, ketchup, onions, and pickles. Everything else other then my order worst McDonald’s experience ever will NOT be coming back.

Just to inform everyone that goes through the drive thru they want to hurry up and get you away from the window so the manager can get a bonus for fast service it’s not fast service when they stop the clock and park you in a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for you order when the people behind you get their food first and they forget about you in the parking spot everyone needs to just stay at the window until their order is done because they make you wait for your order so they can say they did fast service that actually goes for all Mc Donald’s the only way that it will work is if you make them fix it by staying at the drive thru window until your order is in your hand

Worst service. The kids working the drive thru are rude. I could hear them screaming at each other through the closed drive thru window. They had our burgers ready but we had to wait 10 minutes for them to fill our 3 cokes. Multiple other cars had come and gone from the drive thru by the time we got our cokes.

I wish I were making this up. Check your bags here! Ordered three sandwiches, three fries. They bring me the bag out (mobile order) and it only has two sandwiches. I let them know Im missing a sandwich and three fries. They bring me another bag with one fry and one sandwich. I have to go in and tell them I'm still missing two fries. Does no one check the bags here? Ended up waiting 15 minutes just to get my order right. No attempts to make things right or apologies. Edit to add...this was not rush hour. Two other cars there, one was curbside pickup and also had to go inside because their order was wrong. Yeehaw.

This is, by far, the worst McDonalds regarding service. The drive thru is usually a long process and then, once you get your food, more times than not, is wrong…forgotten items, wrong order given, subpar customer service. We ordered two breakfast sandwich meals and, spoiler alert, received the wrong items. How hard is this job that this location cannot get it together?

I went to this McDonalds and ordered on my mobile app. Double quarter pounder meal no onions extra pickles cheese and mayo also a 6 piece chicken McNuggets. When I got home I had a couple fry’s they were extremely salty. I took a couple bites of my burger and it tasted weird I looked and the meat was still raw. I examined my fries they were completely covered and saturated with salt like someone took the salt shaker removed the lid and dumped into my fries. I took the meal back up there to show them and I wanted an explanation as to how and why this happened.. I literally loved eating McDonalds occasionally.. after this I most likely won’t eat it again. I’m thankful it wasn’t one of my children that ordered a burger from there.

12/26/21 visit. Slow to slower. Sat in line for 8 minutes until cars moved forward so I could order. Another 6 minutes to pay window and guess what my order was wrong. My receipt shows time of ist 5:54pm. Look at photos, I ordered apple pie, was charged for apple pie and got an OLD strawberry pie. Enough is enough, I know many restaurants are short handed but that is no reason to treat consumers like you don't care. I will bring receipt and bad/wrong product back.
