In the last two weeks the service has been very long. Today I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then finally had to leave before even getting to the order kiosk. Watched the other line run through 3 cars and I sat behind the same car for the entire time. Only got out because the car in front of me decided to drive thru and park to walk in. Service today was a -2 but because of prior service days I went for a 2 today. Hope they get it together and be as quick as they used to be. Willows has nearly no place you can dash out from the office for a 30 min lunch, grab something and get back.

Took a long time to be acknowledged at the ordering point in the drive thru (only 1 vehicle in line ahead of me). Got a very basic meal (2 cheeseburgers & fries) but still took a really long time to receive it, and when I did, the fries were cold. 5 cars behind me ended up leaving the line due to waiting so long to be acknowledged.

The service was good. The food was abysmal. The burger was burnt, I ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. Had a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich. Requested extra mayo. I did get that. With ROTTEN tomatoes on it. They literally just threw it in the box. This place used to be decent. Now it SUCKS. Just keep on driving, and stop in at the Wendy's in Orland.

They keep getting my ordered wrong and when I went to get my order fixed they took it on the back and just put the chicken on different tortilla so I was unable to eat it.

I’m not here to banter about the food, the location throws me off. The location on google maps is not where the McDonald’s actually is, if you press on the McDonald’s and go there, you will be met with a Taco Bell and a Burger King. If you want to go here, follow your eyes (the McDonald’s sign is super high, you can see it on I-5), or go by using the address.

Closed on Sunday July 13 at 12:30pm. We ordered through the app but we couldn't cancel our order. What a hassle. No signs or anything posted that they were closed. Update: was told they closed unexpectedly that afternoon. We'll still use the app only when we know for sure McDonald's is actually open.

Half the doors are locked at 9am. Can't pay from the kiosk. No condiments in lobby. Urinal is broken. 2nd visit. Bathrooms being cleaned at 8am. Why are the people making my food cleaning the Bathrooms? No overnight janitorial crew? That is what l did my first summer after freshman year. Must be another way of cutting costs so your profits don't decrease.

The drive thru is painfully slow. Wait time is normally 20-25 min. Especially during track days and race weekends. Expect super long drive through lines during these weekends defeating the purpose of fast food. And they always mess up the order :-(

$21.49 for 5 double cheeseburger and 1 large fry. Have to wait cause they are making them... Uh huh. Then I get my bag and jump on the highway only to see they gave me 5 cheeseburgers and ½ an order of fries... Never again. Then they got the nerve to fold a single patty trying to make it look like a double!?!? Are you for real life right now.

Worst meal I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Crispy chicken sandwich was so crispy it was burnt. Buns were black from burning. Fries were cold from sitting so long in drive thru line before we ever got our food. Only one car in front of us. Chicken sandwich had nothing on it except burnt chicken and buns. Filet of fish had tartar sauce on edge of sandwich and smeared on side of box. Will never stop here again.
