Had a great experience. The hamburgers were fresh. Not over saturated with condiments. Crispy fresh fries. Got the brioche breakfast combo. The sandwich was almost a meal alone. The biggest fluffy egg i have seen come through the window. Warm fresh and delicious.

Sonic remind me of fair did which is not necessarily a bad thing. Hi during happy hour to make it worth the money. Very busy (waited for a parking spot) at 3:15 which is right after school lets out.

I don't even know what this overcooked mess is. It's supposed to be a chicken filet wrap. I got two of them and they are both over cooked nuggets that fall apart when you try to eat it.

Ordered a pretzel and a lemonade I would think it would have had a piece of lemon in it but it didn't but when I go to other Sonics I get it the pretzel had no salt when I had expressed strongly that I met in a nice way that I wanted to have a lot of salt on it I got the opposite it was hard as a rock and cold I wasn't the one wanting to go there somebody else was wanting to go there so I really had no choice in the matter I wasn't driving because I've gotten to point I don't ever want to step foot in the Sonic in Winnsboro now there's other ones that I have but that one the food is never really good and I really don't come up with that good of service and I am one that is a good Tipper to my servers cuz I know what it's like I've been there before

Very rude service. Argue over order when they get it wrong. Turn off speaker when taking order so complete order is not given. Most of the stall card readers do not work. Food is basic fast food but more expensive than most other places. Reporting bad service to management doesn't accomplish anything as far as improvements go.

Ordered through the app. 2 medium m&m blasts, 1 with cool whip, and 1 mini m&m blast. Was given 1 medium, 1 mini, and another mini with cool whip. Sent the one with cool whip back because they got the size wrong. Never gave attitude or nothing and have 2 other witnesses to back me up on this. Got nothing but bad looks because you cant do your job right and read a damn screen. Not like they were in a hurry cause there was only 2 other vehicles and still over an hour till closing. If you cant do your job right and give all these looks and attitude like we're the problem even though its YOUR fault then i think you need to be fired asap.

Rushed the orser only put half of it in and the part put in was wrong. When telling them about it they just walk away half way through the one sentence remark. I was coming here 4 times a week and progressive events were worse and worse service. Until this last time shows they have no concern for the customer.if you don't like/want the job then quit and let the applicant that wants the job have it in three months went from 5 down to a half star

Half of the stalls stay out of order, but the issue is that you have to play Sonic Roulette and try 4-5 before you actually get one that works. They should at least put up signs on their broke equipment to alert customers or actually spend money to maintain them.

Every time I come to this location the people taking the orders are always rude and never let me get my full order out before getting cut off or they csnt ever seem to get our order right. Something definitely needs to be done with the management and some better training needs to take place

We had to wait a lengthy time for our food to arrive. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that was so dry that he couldn't eat it. I ordered the chicken strip box and the straps was dry and rubbery and small. The toast was burnt. The only thing that was good was the milk shake. The car hop was not very friendly either. Will not be eating a meal there again.

They guard marinara packets like they are pure gold. Never give with cheese sticks and if you call back and ask for it they claim that gave it and try to charge you for another. Worst service, mid food. Hate it here.

Only giving this sorry pos place 1 star cause I cant give 0! Stopped there on our way back down south bc I lived there years ago and always got great service. Today however it was not that way. The girl that took the order was very rude with my fiance and I almost called for the manager then but didnt. We got almost to wisner when I had eaten about half of my chicken strip meal and white gravy when i noted a big black hair in it. The only good thing I can say is the manager did apologize and offered us a free meal of we came back which we didnt bc we still have over 4 hours to drive. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP THERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE PERIOD!
