Made my soy cappuccino with the wrong milk (twice) and we’re kind to remake it and give us some cake pops. Thank you Winters!

My mom and I stopped in at the spur of the moment on Veterans day. The veteran in front of us received a complimentary coffee and Kaitlin, the barista, was so kind and considerate to him that we told her we noticed she was so thoughtful. Then she asked us if we were veterans and we said no. But my mom said that her husband was. Kaitlin smiled and said, "I'd like to offer you a free coffee in honor of your husband." This made my mind tear up with grateful emotion. When she delivered our coffee she told my mom she wrote a special note for her on her cup. "You are so strong." It made our day. Way to touch someone's heart, Kaitlyn. Thank you.

Stopped here on the way home from Lassen National Park. Ordered my usual order Tall Latte. Service was quick and friendly. Liked the décor of this Starbucks, slightly different than other stores.

Gotta love Starbucks. Of course a bit pricey but when you just want to treat yourself for whatever reason this is the place to go. Always love the option of sitting inside and using my computer for awhile while enjoying my coffee as well and always clean well kept bathrooms. Perfect little spot to chill out and relax for awhile but even drive through normally moves quickly too if you’re in a bit of a rush

Megan is an angel. We had been stuck in the mud for hours. Winters tow really helped us out and we felt blessed Then we stopped at this location for coffee and Megan was so nice and kind to us she paid for our coffee and snack for the kids. I’ve been coming every day to this Starbucks for over 2 weeks now and Not Once have they messed up my order or has my drink been mixed incorrectly. They are crushing it, and more importantly they have the happiest vibe going at this place, everyone one of the workers just comes off as genuinely nice.

Nice staff and very clean still after getting the okay from the city/county to open up for indoor dining. So if the drive thru lane is too long (which, it's a fairly busy Starbucks) then there is a bit more parking to go inside. Just...bring a mask too.

I've gone to a few different Starbucks before. And I don't know what they did, but for some reason, their white chocolate mocha was a little extra special tasting today. My first time visiting this location. Only complaint is. No one knew it looked like they wanted to be there , but they're working at starbucks , so it's forgiven I feel there pain of customer service.

Good location to stop when you're traveling on Interstate 505 north or south. It super easy right off the freeway and back on again if you need. The service is same as most Starbucks, fast and efficient, though I just get regular coffee. Restrooms' are clean and coffee hot, what else do you want? of yeah the WiFi is working fine too.

Been going here a very long time and the quality in service and drinks has slightly declined, a couple of the servers in drive thru are rude or either very impatient when taking the orders. Most worrying part is the drinks and the inconsistency’s when I’ve ordered throughout these last couple months drinks aren’t mixed all the way or are missing things that were added on and paid for and or things were added into the drink that wasn’t included or asked for when ordered. Not all of the servers at this location are inconsistent or bad most of the people working here are very kind and helpful. There’s a few select people who definitely have an attitude and or clearly aren’t interested in working here.

New location in Winters. Big, clean staff is friendly. Four stars is because Bathroom sink is outside the restroom. Not sure how I feel about this since you can't wash your hands before using the door Handle.

As I stood in line for the restroom, I realized that they had three differently labeled doors: one for "women" one for "men" and one labeled "unisex". Why not just have three rooms labeled "all gender"? Also if you want to buy decaf coffee you're going to have to go somewhere else because Starbucks no longer provides it, not even in the ground or whole bean form. :(

Normally I enjoy coming to this location but reminder to never come on Sunday afternoon. Rude staff messed up a non dairy drink and added dairy. But they don't care about people with allergies.
