Lovely take away as usual . 🙂
Food was amazing, staff were very accommodating as we had 3 toddlers and 6 adults. The only thing I would say is there was limited shade at the cafe, unless you went inside.
What a real gem. We walk the dogs and come in for our lattes to a family-friendly atmosphere. We bring the family when they're home. They love it. The staff and volunteers are really happy to serve you.
First time here friends and i took our grandchildren i loved it 😍huge clean playing field an off the lead dog area but they also run on large field theres a very large swing park for all ages of kids to play in 🤠. Theres a lovely little cafe where you can get ice cream (its expensive 😀) great coffee ☕ there all served by disabled people was heartwarming to see them all working hard together 🤲 i enjoyed this park we were there all day not even realising the time would recommend this park to everyone.
Great staff, lovely little place to meet friends. A good selection of snacks and drinks. You can buy a takeaway coffee to stroll around the park with or to enjoy the outside seating.
Great place to have a coffee and piece of cake or a bacon butty. Inside and outside seating and dog friendly. Perfect for me to sit outside and throw a ball for the dog as I have limited mobility.
Fantastic place would recommend this place to everyone , such lovely food lovely staff and atmosphere, check out the live webcam on Hengistbury Head whilst there
Can't comment on food as only bought some Ice-creams due to the hot weather. Service was really good and the atmosphere was nice and cosy.

Lovely and very big park. Suitable for all age groups.,👍👍
Really nice walk around the park. Was pleasantly surprised to find this cafe in the middle. Staff supra friendly and welcoming 🙏. Wasn't planning on finding this here, so I had eaten already. Had a lovely cup off coffee and cake. Forgot to take pics.
Lovely helpful staff. Great value hot chocolates in a lovely park setting.
Winton Park Café A community hub focusing on nature-based activities. Serving local homemade cakes and delicious coffee - enjoy a brew knowing you'll be helping your park too.
Have used Winton Rec for over 20 years so it is lovely to see the cafe open and now used for activities and improved and offering hot snacks, drinks and homemade cakes. Wonderful
I love this cafe. So does our dog.
I took the kids there for lunch one day just for something different and we all enjoyed it. We all had a bacon sandwich which was fantastic, it had multiple rashers of bacon and loads of sauce. The price was good and the place was very clean.💪🇬🇧🥪🥪🥪🥪

Great to see the cafe open, makes the park such a pleasure to visit. Keep it going
A lovely experience today! Young man with a name beginning with J; and a Hawaii style floral shirt, served me and my doggy today. Delightful and cheerful customer service really makes a difference. The cake was very nice today. Sadly a coffee I had two days ago wasn't very good; watered down Americano needing a second expresso shot... My experience today was lovely even for the dog so it's a 5/5.
Once again , hungry thirsty, ordered coffee and tea plus Bacon sandwich with grilled tomato in brown bread …… the Chef Matthew or Mattie produced a brilliant sandwich……. The team working today made me feel welcome ……. Lovely location to exercise both me and the dog ……..just found out they also do Oat Latte …… brilliant…… next time Thank you to all the staff ….. lovely visit
My husband says your coffee is delicious (I don't drink coffee) and if it makes him happy, I'm very happy 😊 The cakes are gorgeous The staff were helpful and happy 🍰☕️🫖 Thanks guys xx
What a lovely atmosphere here. Cafe is run by young adults with learning difficulties. The staff are so polite and helpful. Tables and chairs inside and outside to sit in the sunshine. Very popular with dog walkers. Great coffee and excellent homemade cakes. Not expensive!
I held my daughter's birthday party here in mid August. The cafe manager made up party snack boxes, which were good value. They have large games out of the back the kids can use like connect 4 and giant jenga. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Put a big umberella up for us as it was hot. Couldn't have asked for more attentive help, which made it a lovely day in a great location.
We only had coffee and ice cream. The ice-creams were grainy, as if refrozen but the cafe and terrace is set in a beautiful spot.
Great coffee, lovely atmosphere, clean and tidy, staff team doing a great job, especially Jake who served us and brightened our day
Jake was very kind and helpful serving us and the kitchen staff did a super job on the coffee, will come again!
Lovely dog-friendly cafe. Having become somewhat of a regular in recent months, its reassuring to note how many "regulars" there are, which is a testament to the staff and atmosphere.
Great little cafe. My daughter had her 7th birthday party there and the staff couldn't have done more. They provided a great packed lunch with a drink, named for each child, and there were lots of games to keep them entertained. Fantastic party, thank you Carol and the team.
Went here for a date with my girlfriend had the best time staff were friendly and the food and drinks tasted great. Thank you too Charlotte, Mathew and Jake for a for the great attentive service and welcoming demeanour. Will come again !

Cosy little cafe, have used for meetings.
Great park, plenty of open space, enclosed childrens playground. Dog friendly with a small cafe.
Cafe is open 7 days a week in a pleasing and peaceful location good humoured and cheerful people a warm atmosphere with spacious surroundings a bit pricey but free parking modern look and clean inside wildlife webcam tv is a nice touch lots to like.
Cheese n Bacon turnover wasnt very nice imo but the sausage and bacon sandwich. Omg. Absolutely delicious. Such nostalgia to fairground rides etc. Amazing.
Nice friendly little cafe, perfect stop if walking your dog or at the park with the kids.
It's lovely to have café s in our Parks and I support them when I can. They do their best to give you what you want. Sadly they don't serve doggie ice-creams any more. Dogs are welcome at the outside seating areas & water is available. I only had coffee, no food

Small place for small crowds. 😌
Recommend the waffles.
Good cafe. Does lovely sandwiches with lots of filling. Very friendly staff
I do not normally review but I feel this cafe has really gone downhill. The coffee used to nice but it’s really bitter now. The coffee cups have shrunk yet the price has gone up again. Most of the time the cup is only half filled. We have also had a few issues with the older lady who runs it I believe being rude and dismissive. Today was the 3rd time I’d come to get a drink and bite to eat but because of a little rain they had not put any tables out under the shelter outside. I am disabled and my husband is elderly - it should not be our responsibility to move and arrange the furniture so we have somewhere to sit. So we just left. The other park cafes are much more welcoming and accommodating so we will stick to those from now on.
Dogs are allowed to eat from the table and sit at eye level of the tables where others eat. Outside an owner had her dog standing on top of an eating table off leash growling and snarling at people, trying to go for people’s lunch and not responding to recall, when people complained, owner told them to sit elsewhere and that this was a park for dogs. One attempted to put its nose into my bag. I shooed it away and received a barrage of verbal abuse. Took no responsibility for her dogs, very entitled.

Doing some art again very soon
Sadly am very concerned for the future of Winton Park Cafe. After a recent visit I discovered a lot of regulars and my friends have been out priced by the huge price hikes. I understand we are in cost of living crisis but to keep it running as a community cafe, it needs to serve the community. Even those who really want to support it have had to either stop their daily coffee and snack or limit themselves to a coffee or two a week. Really sad especially when a lot of us campaigned for it to be opened in the first place! I used to go up to twice daily for the first few years of opening but was told I apparently I didn’t spend enough money there. I spent an average £125 a month 🤷♀️ go figure! So disheartening to feel unwelcome in a community cafe that I have supported since day 1. My daughter volunteered there for a while and I organised a charity fun day a few years ago in there. We as a family want it to thrive but have only seen it go downhill. I and others have reached out to management over time but to no avail. Nobody in the community wants to lose it but if we as a community are not heard then it will end up being a lose lose situation for absolutely everybody.
