Tito Rad's Grill has the best vibe ever! The dishes here push boundaries yet remain delicious. Staff members delivered satisfactory service. This spot was remarkably satisfying. I'm happy with it, and that's what matters.
I find myself wanting to protect this place from crowds. All the food is really cooked with true care and love. The atmosphere here has always worked for me. Their employees combine friendliness with careful attention. They offer something fresh and uncommon.
It is SO rare to find an authentic Cebuano place in NYC and I am glad to have found Tito Rad's! Satisfies the Cebuano palate and reminds me so much of home. The food is delicious, the place is very clean and orderly, and the staff are so wonderful and accommodating. Will be coming back again & again.
Awesome Filipino food, outstanding service, reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere! First time trying and loved! Will be back & highly recommend!
Lately, Tito Rad's has quickly become one of my go to restaurants for Filipino food. The food for the most part is great here. Some dishes could use some tweaking like the bicol express and the pancit. While both dishes have good flavor, the size of the dish makes it feel more appetizer than a main dish. I highly recommend their famous ukoy appetizer. For those who don't know what this is, ukoy is a crispy, deep friend fritter made with bean sprouts, carrots, scallions and shrimp. They make it so good here, not too oily and portions are big for an appetizer. Another favorite of mine is their sago gulaman drink. I think they make the whole thing from scratch, even the sago pearls and grass jelly. Most places use the ready made ones from the jar. The staff is always so friendly and food comes out fast to your table. This restaurant is almost always busy. If you come with a big group I recommend calling ahead. Parking can be hard around this neighborhood which is one of the reasons I don't come here more often. Luckily tough, it's directly across the street from public transportation.
Servers were friendly and gives off the auntie vibe. I had my nephew with me and she offered us free ice cream for him. That was a sweet gesture.
The best, authentic Filipino restaurant in NYC... Nothing comes close. The prices are incredibly fair and the place is spotless. There can be a wait at night but still worth it. Ordered the pancit sotanghon, crispy pata, chicken bbq, sisig, Shanghai lumpia and beef stek (the weakest link.) The cassava is just amazing! Just go!!!
I’ve been here twice for lunch and I never leave hungry or disappointed! It was my introduction to Filipino food and I think it was the perfect place to get it. Would definitely recommend ;)
We went for lunch over the weekend and the food was great! I’m surprised this place isn’t more highly rated. The staff were friendly and got our large party seated quickly. The food is more family style in very large portions. The ukoy (fried bean sprout fritter) and grilled tuna belly was the most memorable. For the amount and quality of food you get, this place is amazing. I think including tip, it cost less than $25pp. Would recommend you make a reservation for a large party; I think we just lucked out and didn’t need to wait.
For me this is one of best Filipino Restaurants in Queens NY. The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. They were attentive without being intrusive. Also, my mom had epistaxis at that moment, and the staff provided first aid. Thank you so much Tito Rad’s staff. See you again. My partner and I always love the food you serve and the care that you provide us.
I wasn't prepared for how good everything would taste. Workers provided perfect attention! Every bite was a taste revelation. This place offers a feeling all its own. I'm sure this won't be my last time.
My mom and I used to frequent this restaurant years ago and time passed and I rediscovered it, this time with my two younger nieces! We loved the service here and felt very welcomed, especially my two little nieces who were treated like royalty! We were a large group, 4 adults, 2 kids (1 in a high chair) and really enjoyed the family style dining experience. We really got our monies worth with the portions sizes and enjoyed sharing different dishes. My 2 year old niece loved the Ukoy! Our server was very friendly and would give us tips on what to order or which entrees paired best with each other. Overall, a great reintroduction!
I have been going here forever, the food is always very good and the service is great.
Very authentic Philippine restaurant. Super friendly staff and fast service. We came with a Philippine friend that highly recommends this place, he says that the menu is more completed, because it covers most of Philippine main dishes and food is more tasty too. Also, prices are more than reasonable for those who live in NYC.
Food was delicious. Service was good though we were quite loud but we enjoyed the whole time we were there. You can take home food here as well. We had crispy pata, bicol express, pancit and spring roll and halo halo. We were full and satisfied. Staff were friendly, too. Will recommend this place and we will come back for sure for Filipino food cravings. Keep it up guys!
Oh my goodness, this place is AMAZING! This place underwent a recent renovation and it looks great! The environment and ambiance is comforting and very "home-y". The staff are attentive, kind, and welcoming! Everything is clean and very well kept, especially the restrooms! The food is SUPERB and AWESOME! Delicious and very authentic. The ube ice cream we got was even homemade! A MUST visit if around the area.
casual gathering nook,customer-friendly staff, walls decorated with authentic folk murals, quick service with straightforward Filipino menu, Seafood, Meat, Vegetables & Desserts. Good for groups, family style dining. Worth trying are Crispy Ukoy with spicy vinegar dip, Palabok, Lumpiang Sariwa with garlic sauce, Banana Turon served with ice cream. Affordable shared with wholesome fun & fellowship.
The restaurant offers superb quality. Their food arrives hot and just-cooked. The happy demeanor of the team enhances satisfaction. The workers went further than required to help. When in this area, this restaurant is essential.
Hands-down, my favorite place to eat in New York. I grew up eating a lot of Filipino food because my mom would make it every single day so I’m pretty familiar with all the authentic dishes and I’ve been to the Philippines before. This is as close as you’re going to get to authentic and delicious Filipino cuisine. The staff is absolutely amazing and will cater to your every need and make sure that you have an excellent time. Anytime I bring a new friend or my family comes to town, we definitely make sure to come to this restaurant. You’re missing out if you haven’t been to Tito’s! I forgot to mention the price is just right and economical. They also do catering, and I actually brought two of their dishes to my work potluck. Not only were they a hit, but everyone kept asking me to bring more! Love this place and can’t say better things!!!
Simply one of the best Filipino restaurants I've been to, definitely in the top 5 in the East Coast (used to live in California!). Place is clean and welcoming, and service was fast and warm. We were seated promptly, but I suggest making an appointment, especially for bigger parties. Menu has plenty of options. We ordered sisig, chicharon bulaklak, okoy, calamari, and tokwa't baboy (appetizer). Then we had, for our main course - inasal (grilled chicken), laing (taro leaves in coconut leaves), bulalo, inasal (grilled chicken), and pansit. Then we had sago to finish. They were all very good, but we especially liked the okoy, inasal, and bulalo. Definitely recommend this place. We most likely will stop by again when we visit NY.
Tito Rad’s boasts a plethora of Classic Filipino food with a home-like feel. I always go to Tito Rad’s for their ukoy - a shrimp and vegetable fritter that will surely satisfy your fried food cravings. The batter that they used is light and airy but at the same time crispy and delicious. Tito Rad’s also specializes in Tuna ‘Panga’ or the Jaw of the Tuna. This is usually an off cut that restaurant don’t typically use. But this cut of tuna is to die for. Tito Rad’s grills the jaw and serves it table side with salsa and ‘suka’. Overall, I missed dining-in to this place. Let’s support our local businesses!
This place is awesome! Met up with three of my friends for a casual dinner. We ordered Inihaw na Panga (Grilled Tuna Collar)!!! It was great to share and soooo goood! No other Filipino resto, at least in NY, has this on their menu. I've only seen it here. We also had the Bulalo, Grilled Butterflied Bangus, and Sisig. And rice, of course! Lol. All cooked Chef/Owner Tito Rad!! For drinks, we had avocado shakes, mango smoothies, and melon palamig. For dessert, we had the Mais con Hielo. Masarap lahat! Service was A++++! The ladies were super attentive and simply the best!!! Thank you!!
Amazing local spot. Food was fresh and delicious and the wait staff warm and friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Generous portions and a menu that goes beyond the usual Filipino staples. Really appreciated seeing harder-to-find dishes like dinuguan (excellent depth and balance) and inihaw na panga (tuna jaw). The grilled fish had good char, though leaned a bit salty and lean for the cut. Ukoy was nicely crisp, but used larger peeled shrimp. Overall, a solid spot for Filipino comfort food especially if you’re looking to explore beyond adobo and lumpia
I’ve been ordering delivery from Tito Rad’s for years (ever since I moved to Forest Hills four years ago) and it’s hands down the closest thing to homemade Filipino food I’ve ever had. I’ve been around Filipinos all my life, and Tito Rad's dishes always bring that authentic, comforting flavor that feels like it came straight from an auntie's kitchen. I’ve only had the chance to dine in once when I happened to be running an errand right across the street. The food fresh from the kitchen was even better... hot, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. Yesterday, for Filipino American History Month, my office facilities coordinator (based in San Francisco) provided our NYC team with lunch from Tito Rad’s... delivered to our Manhattan office near Bryant Park. I had no idea they delivered that far! If I’d known, I would’ve been ordering for my coworkers years ago. Everything was a hit... Pritong Lumpia, Pancit Bihon, Adobo Fried Rice, Beef Steak, Chicken BBQ Skewers, Lechon Kawali, and Turon. Every dish disappeared fast and now my coworkers want to make Tito Rad’s one of our go-to team lunches. To top it off, someone from the restaurant even called afterward to check in and make sure everything went well (sorry I missed the call). That thoughtful touch really says a lot about how much they care about their customers. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Filipino food, Tito Rad’s is the place to go. And if you need catering or delivery (even to Manhattan), that’s just the cherry on top!
This place rocks! The first Filipino eatery that really exceeds my expectation: excellent taste, fresh, great service & the price is reasonable. The fried pig intestine was insanely good, crunchy outside & the intestine is soft-melt in your mouth! Will be back & bring more friends here 😘
Food is decently priced for Filipino food. Food is pretty good too and I would say it’s above average than your typical Filipino restaurant around the area. The humba is delicious and a must try. Not a lot a lot of Filipino places offer it.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We were seated rather quickly but the service can be a bit slow, so expect to spend some time here. I truly had no idea what to order so you can go in many different directions. We got - Inihaw Tuna Belly: We were torn between this and the tuna jaw and our waitress swayed us this way because the jaw has a bunch of bones. The meat was nicely charred on the outside but so tender on the inside in a way that was jarring. Our waitress recommended a small (I do not understand their sizing system) which was certainly more than enough. - Pusit (Squid): I could never have expected the size of this portion. It was so nicely done. The dipping sauce wasn't terribly special and I think it could have been a more interesting dish but the squid meat itself is so nicely prepared I didn't even mind. - BBQ Pork Skewer: I actually asked to choose between two other BBQ options but was directed towards this dish and am so glad I was as this was easily our favorite dish of the day. Such plump meat with a delicious seasoning/sauce and ample portion. - Grabbed some garlic rice (it's a bummer nothing comes with rice as you certainly need it and the rice was a bit on the expensive side). The portion is huge so we ended up taking probably 1/3 of it home. The service is a bit slow and it's definitely easy to get lost in the crowd. But if you're mindful of what you want and order everything all at once it's absolutely a nice experience.
I like the place but I haven’t found an awesome dish other than the crispy pata. This time, we ordered the crispy pata as well as the large portion of tuna belly. But the tuna was not well seasoned, scale was still there and smelled fishy. Employees are very kind so I’d love to love this place but it’s not there yet.
One of those places that you intentionally have to go to and not accidentally drop by since it is a bit far from a subway stop. Service was okay, the waitress was pretty accommodating. We had the lumpiang shanghai (filipino spring rolls) and mango salad for starters and sisig (sauteed pork served on a sizzling plate) and chicken inasal (grilled chicken) for entrees. Food came out pretty fast, but if you do some addons later on it will take a while before you get them. Pretty much was finished with dinner before our extra side order of rice came out. Pricing out of 5 with 5 being expensive, I think this place gets a 2.
Very accommodating hostess. We were a group of 5... Foods were great but there was a little wait on serving them. We expected our orders to be served at the same time not one at a time.. Other than that little wait, everything was great. Hopefully will not be a norm. Love their ukoy & halo2!!!
Tito Rad's Grill serves up some of the best authentic Filipino food in all of New York City. Not only does the food taste great, but the taste is always consistent. The sinigang always has the perfect amount of sourness. Do not miss out on the sisig or you'll be drooling with regret when the smell wafts over from the table behind yours. The only reason why Tito Rad's only gets four stars is because of the temperamental staff and lack of space in the restaurant. The staff is always running around, ignoring customers, screaming at each other, and rude. A lion's share of the space in the restaurant is allocated to their private dining rooms, leaving the main dining area cramped and chaotic. Tables become cramped if you're sharing family style. However, the food is so good that you'll just have to overlook it's shortcomings.
One of my favorite Filipino restaurants in NYC. The food is absolutely delicious. Comfortable for large parties of 6 or more. The establishment’s staff are warm and caring. The decor can be better and their music selections but absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Filipino food.
Really good philippino spot. The food is reasonably priced and you get a good portion that you can share. It good to go with group or a couple if you want to share and taste and try different things. Our server was super nice. The food came out relatively on time JT we had a large party.
Not a fan of the waitress’ attitude to start with. Being a smart ass and ignorant without patience is not pleasant. Was excited to try the food here and that’s the first impression you give. I still ordered plenty of food: 6 dishes to try since that’s what I came here for. The service became much better after that sour taste. Food Was delicious.
I’ve been to this place several times and have never been disappointed by the food. The quality is great, and the prices are amazing honestly, it’s hard to believe a restaurant like this still exists in NYC at this price point. I’ve mentioned this before: when customers are expected to pack their own leftovers, it does take away a bit from the service experience. That said, considering how affordable everything is, it’s somewhat understandable. If they were ever able to improve that part of the service, it would make the experience even better, though I don’t necessarily expect it to change since it’s how they’ve operated for a long time.
Food here was quite amazing. You want to try to be adventurers when trying new types of food. We arrived with a large part in the back enjoying a fund time. We attempted to try a large portion of the menu. Some items may throw some people off but I wanted to try everything. What we didn’t realize the desert wasn’t on the main menu and by the time we finished our main course the kitchen was closed. Take the train it wasn’t that far from the restaurant. Pork chicken beef fish it alls works well. Various rice dishes were also amazing.
Real authentic Filipino dishes. Their okoy is the best tasting crispy bean sprout veggie I have ever tasted compared to other places. Will definitely come back again. I ordered the langka jackfruit coconut veggie and crispy pork belly great combo. Reading other reviews I must try the tuna jaw next time. Delicious 🤤
We loved our experience here. The place ain't loud and cramped. The food is tasty and affordable. A lot of it is for share so it's perfect for group dining. My personal fave was the bicol express. It was perfect. The kaldereta was tasty but a bit tough. The grilled squid was a bit chewy but it was fresh and the pork bbq was a bit dry- it needs a bit of fat and sauce. But all in all it was worth the drive. We should try the other menu items next time.
First time eating at this restaurant. The ambiance is nice and relax. The location is away from the Filipino area but still nice because the parking is not hard to find. The good are delicious and price are affordable. Definitely, have a wait for food during peak hours. The staff are friendly. The only thing the gratuity needs to be in cash as I was told by the server and its already computer for me at 18%. I just wish you get to choose an amount for the tips based on how service was provided. Well, all good those two servers are good so 18% is fine at the time. Overall, will still come back next time. Food and service is good and whats important.
The food is okay. Nothing special atleast with the meals I ordered. The "crispy pata" is not crispy, and the oil used doesnt seem freshed - you can just taste it from the skin. The "sinigang bangus belly" is not bad, i had better version but to common folks it would be just fine. The "shrimp rebosado" is also "just fine" the batter can be improved, its a bit soggy and too oily for my taste, the sauce has potential just need more flavor. On the other times that ive been here I had "pork sisig" - still just fine, and the "bicol express" is good if I didn't what bicol express is - its definitely something else. Over all the food is not bad, and im sure the other items of the menu could be good, it just doesnt seem like something I would recommend out of all the other filipino restaurant here in new york.
Food was ok, service somewhat good. They don't come and check on you as often as they should be. Our server was good but the younger one who was helping wasn't very happy and helpful. 0my Kate kare was so liquidy and wish it has more vegetables in it. Pancit bihon didn't taste as good on my first visit. Food does not taste consistent. Few friendly server.
Visited this place on a weekday we had tapsilog 2/5 the beef was so overcooked and tough Chicken bbq 4/5 my picky daughter loved it Turon 5/5 no picture but it was perfectly bite size portion with small ice cream Palabok 1/5 flavorless Fresh lumpia 5/5 the sauce was not too sweet Fried calamari- i didnt try it bit i noticed the batter was too thick The part that i appreciate was their price and portion. It was priced reasonably if i would go back to try some other dish from them and support filipino business
The day I went was so crowded and I waited too long for my food to come. I finally had to tell them to pack them up for to-go because I need to go to someplace else. I just had a chance to try a bit of Dasilog. It wasn't good as I had at another Pilipino restaurant. I wish to try more food but the time was up. If they know they the time the restaurant will be very busy, they should add more server and people in the kitchen to make a better service.
The Filipino food here is generally good. They need more TRUE vegetarian options though! I ended up having sweet n sour fish which had a moderate serving size, worth it for the price. I also got a sweet green drink called sago which was as sweet as candy. The halo halo dessert was interesting and really really sweet too, enough to share between 2, maybe 3 people. Restaurant is big enough for large groups.
The stars are for the manager, Isaac, ONLY. My husband and I have been trying all of the Filipino spots to find our favorites… this one was unfortunately terrible as far as the food is concerned. I downloaded grubhub this week and they were my first order, BIG MISTAKE. Mainly the pork adobo. As you can see in the photo, the portion is absurd. The container it came in was smaller than my hand.. and I’m only 5 ft, 110 lbs! So my hands are tiny! The bowl had 4, FOUR!!, pieces of meat! Mind you their prices are high and do not include rice which fine. But that lil crap bowl is $17!!! If you do the math, that’s $4.25 per piece of meat. Can you grasp how ridiculous that is??! Plus, it wasn’t even good.. it was watery and the soy sauce was over powering. The ginisang ampalaya was also watery and lacked flavor. The pancit was a bit too “wet” for my taste. Food definitely did not give me the nostalgic feeling I was hoping for when I eat Filipino food.. I wanted to be reminded of my lola. As for Isaac, I called immediately and explained to him my frustration and he was very empathetic and refunded the whole order.. which was a surprise because I was only expecting to be refunded for the adobo. So, Isaac, thank you for being a good manager. Sorry, for cursing (not at you but at the issue). But you’re welcome to say it to the owner or chef on my behalf. Anyway, that’s what customer service is all about. Unfortunately, I will not ever order from this place again. Renee’s on Roosevelt is much better - both the food (nostalgic) and the service. Isaac should work there instead.
Ordered the grilled tuna collar, baboy sinigang, and ginataang kalabasa/okra. The tuna collar was grilled perfectly, and comes with a vinegar dip (I thought it would be a sweeter dish). The sinigang was a bit sour, could definitely taste the tamarind! Although I wish it was pork ribs with bone in. The ginitaang kalabasa was not too coconut milky. There was a party being set up and a huge lechon prepared! The aunties working there were very nice, and looked so fun with karaoke already starting.
Passing by to stop at Renee’s Kitchenette and noticed Tito Rad’s. Never been so I decided to try a new spot. I should’ve went with more people so I could order more food, but we went with “basics” - tapsilog, tocilog, and longsilog. I didn’t even get to order lechon! Anyway, I got ukoy to try as an appetizer, and ginataang langka (never tried this before but I know I like jack fruit) and ginataang calabasa. I like the calabasa. I ordered it with garlic fried rice to eat. The ginataang langka was … different. I’ll stick to it being a fruit that belongs in dessert or turon. The tapa was sweet, which I wasn’t a fan of but really, it’s your preference. Everything else was good. The hot calamansi was so warm in my stomach. It felt nice. The halo halo was good too. Big portion in a big bowl so I’m not struggling to eat it from a drinking cup. The ukoy was different for me too. I don’t like bean sprouts but this was fried and it wasn’t bad. Bonus: the waitress told me their ube ice cream is home made. Overall, I would revisit with a larger group. I would advise calling to make a reservation. I waited an hour to be seated. The staff was extremely kind though. They did check on us from time to time while waiting and updated us when our table would be ready. Very family-oriented.
Dined here again after a couple of years. A lot has changed. The service is still amazing though but the food went downhill. I got the tapsilog and the beef was in the sweeter side. My husband got the grilled porkchops which looked undercooked and lacked flavor. I ordered to go as we wanted chicken inasal, laing and tortang talong for dinner. The chicken inasal tasted very different from what I remember. The laing portion was soooo small. For the price, they only gave me like 3 tbps of laing. The tortang talong was bland. I don’t know what happened here. Maybe they changed the chef? It was disappointing to pay a lot of money for subpar filipino food. I hope they improve because I really love eating here.
Rude waitress during lunch! Food is usually great during dinner, but my recent lunch visits have been disappointing. The crispy pata wasn’t as tender, the tuna panga was overcooked, and the bistek was just average — maybe there’s a different chef during lunchtime? What really ruined the experience, though, was the service. There were only three parties dining in, yet the waitress made it seem like serving us was such a burden. When it came time to pay, she never brought the bill, so I went up to the cashier’s area myself. As I stood there waiting, two new customers walked in — and she completely ignored me, went straight to seat them, and left me standing there awkwardly. Totally unnecessary attitude, especially when the place wasn’t even busy.
My Filipina wife and I have eaten Filipino food all over the world. Philippines, USA, Europe, etc. Until today I had never known bad Filipino food or service. Everyone at our table noticed the person taking our order appeared impatient and unhappy. Reading through the reviews later we could see this was a common complaint. As for the food, the sizzling pork Sisig had so much pepper it was barely edible and the Kare Kare which is peanut based and should be slightly sweet had an excessive amount of salt to the point the peanut flavor was lost. Each dish was tasted by other Filipinos in our party and everyone had the same reaction to the food and felt the same about the service. I let the waitress know about the excessive salt and pepper and pointed out all the black pepper on the sisig. She looked and acknowledged and walked away, doing nothing. At the end of our meal someone who appeared to be the owner approached our table and asked us how everything went. We complained...again, and she simply thanked us for the input and said she would share that feedback with the chef so he could do better. No discount or removal of charges for ruined food. The owner/staff are apparently unable to discern that Excessive salt and pepper = ruined food. We were not making culinary suggestions to enhance flavor, we were stating that our meals had been ruined. There are a ton of great Filipino restaurants in Queens, read reviews carefully, sort by newest, don't use the default "recommended sort" and steer clear of establishments with repeating negative comments like this one.
I've been to Tito Rad's for about five times now. On May 27, 2025 around 1-2pm. It was not busy at all (there was actually only 5 of us customers in total). The food is always amazing which is why I keep coming back. I just wish the service was better. The waitress that we had was very rude to us & clearly does not know how hospitality works. She made us feel like it's a huge chore for her to serve us or as if we are bothering her time of the day by coming. As soon as we got in & waited to be seated, she said "yes?" in a condescending way as I replied "table for 2 please". My boyfriend asked if we can do apple pay & she replied "I don't know, whatever you want". Is this how you should be talking to customers? While we were there, a delivery guy came to pick up an order & asked if his food is ready. Our server replied "There's nothing there so that means it's not ready". What is this unnecessary rudeness & disrespect to customers? Did these server went on a proper training? When a customer comes to a restaurant they want to be served, they are coming for the food, the service & the atmosphere. I wish I had a different experience because my boyfriend & I were just trying to have some great food but ended up leaving so disappointed & feeling like we should have just eaten next door at Kabayan.
First and last time at this place. Overall, little communication, terrible customer service, and a waste of time. Online menus do not reflect what they have in stock. Not busy. Only two parties in the dining area but slow service. Honest experience. I ordered from Grubhub. When I got there, their pick up location was way up in the front down a hallway. There’s really no way for them to acknowledge pick up orders since there’s a wall. After waiting awhile, I went to the dining area so they could see me. The waitress told me to go back to the front. She asked me my name and then left too quickly even though I had a question about the “(N/A)” next to one of the items. She never explained this to me and I had to back to the main dining area. Another woman who seemed to be manager or owner told me it was out. She didn’t explain further. I had to ask if they were going to return my money for it. She said I needed to call Grubhub as if I should know that already. I believe they should treat customers better and with respect for their time. I would like to have been informed by phone that they were out so I could make other arrangements since one of our parties won’t be getting their meal. They should also update their online menus to reflect what they really have. How many customers have to contact third parties after online orders to get their money back?? I assume this must happen often. Also the packaging was bad. The leche flan I ordered was wedged between two hot items and ended up being really warm by the time I got home.
Today Thanksgiving day Nov 27’25 I called to place an order to pick up. The woman who picked up the phone I recognized her because I’ve been to that place a couple of times and we speak the same language, gave an attitude that was not customer friendly. I tried to ask some questions about the quantity of lumpia per tray but she was so upset! She didn’t wanna hear about my questions. I told her as a customer I have the right to ask but she was so nasty and said she’s not taking my order then she hanged up on me. I called back to ask if there is somebody I can talk to but she said “I am the owner here and nobody will talk to you” That was it! I gave her some piece of parting words and I told her I’m going to write a review on her business and if I can report her to whichever agency about her nasty attitude towards customers, that I will do!
I've always loved eating here in person at the restaurant but my first time ordering today at Doordash made me question if the food I ordered here even came from the same restaurant. Not only the food was greasy but the eggs I've ate had eggshells in it. Also had this sharp and hard plastic object that almost puncture my throat when I ate the tocilog I ordered. Management, please review and acknowledge your staff regarding this. Thank you. Pictures provided.
We were really disappointed with the service during our visit. The female server who attended to us seemed uninterested and unapproachable. She wasn’t smiling or friendly at all. When we tried to ask questions, she either didn’t answer properly or acted like she didn’t hear us. We felt like she was just ignoring us, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Good food can’t make up for poor service. We hope the management can work on improving staff attitude and customer interaction.
My wife and I had lunch here yesterday, we ordered fried bangus and 3 stick of pork BBQ. When we were done, the waitress asked how come we didn’t eat the BBQ. I told her it was very chewy! She responded, “oh like rubber?!” I said yes… then she just walked away and came back with the bill. She didn’t offer to replace it or take it off the bill! No worries, I just paid for it and didn’t bring it up again. I’m pretty sure this is the same female server that some other reviewers complained about! I watched her be rude to ALL the delivery drivers picking up orders, while the young male server just kept apologizing to them for having to deal with her! I’m sure he knows how she is, but of course, he doesn’t want to disrespect his Ate! If the owner bothers to read this review, I’m the person that put a $0 tip (as deserved) and wrote down how chewy the BBQ is on the receipt
My family has been coming here for a while because we live in the area. I do love their food but today their service was horrible. They were rude because we did a walk-in and did not have a reservation. I understand they were busy, however they did not have to treat us disrespectfully. I will never come back again. They need to re-check their staff. Clearly they care more about foreigners than fellow Filipinos. We didn't even bother eating there anymore so we left after a long wait.
