Dave would be Proud! My new go-to burger is the Italian Chicken Cheese sandwich, and there really is a beef version of this Picasso. Both feature a slab of battered Cheese and a slice of cheese with monsarella sauce on a superb bun. Very filling and oh so good that I will do whatever extra sit-ups are required to offset the calories. Please buy and eat Both so Wendy's will be forced to make them permanent on their menu. Gracia

I didn't receive one of my items in my drive through order and called to ask about it. Travis was amazing and immediately wrote my name down to get the item next time I was there! Was an innocent mistake, but the repair on the situation was flawless. Definitely going back!

When we first walked in they crew greeted us, and the cashier Deana was exceptionally friendly. The store was clean, and the service was quick. Plus she up sized our frosty for free.. the food quality was great as well! Thank you

I feel Wendy's is the only fastfood franchise that still has any integrity left. No matter which Wendy's I am at, or even state for that matter, there food has always stayed top quality. McDonald's is gross & service is aweful, Burger King is literly a thing of the past, I don't even see any buissness at any of them, but Wendy's has stayed the same top notch, high quality, excellents all the way around with there food, service, & atmosphere & I just wanna say thank you !!!

We've eaten here a few times. For fast food they do it right! It tastes good, fresh and they're usually pretty accurate with the order details. We've had a couple things missing in the past. But the fast food gods always pay it back as I've ended up with extra food too! :) The long wait times here will test you. But the food is usually worth the wait.

I ordered in the app and picked up in one of the parking spots. I was excited about the maple bacon chicken biscuit. As with most places for me, chicken just isn't a breakfast meat. The employee that brought the food was so nice and we talked about dogs for a minute before I was on my way.

I have never been inside this Wendy's. I always go through the drive thru. Excellent service. Today I got a No. 1 combo and it was great. Freshly made. Thanks everyone! Their breakfast is also delicious

Came in for breakfast this morning on Veterans Day. Ordered the honey chicken biscuit and home fries. Was awesome. The manager on duty was great. Didn't get her name but she was taking charge, had her peeps jumping. Didn't come her for the vet deal but she comped it. Only thing negative I can say is, I dont like fried eggs and that is all Wendy's offers on biscuits. Thither than that great place. Love Wendys.

Great Service! Ordered a Dave's Cheeseburger with mayo. It was cooked perfectly. So many times fast food places cook until it's leather. I had about a 3 minute wait, but it was hot & fresh. The drive thru was very clean.

This location has consistently been better than the other locations in the Sachse/Wylie/Murphy area. The service is generally pretty quick and the staff is friendly. Most importantly, the food is always fresh (no sad stale fries!) and we have never had issues with our orders.

Wow! Now that's how customer service is supposed to be....Great additudes, great people and get this they actually smiled back at me...I know WHAT!? You say. Yes, at this Wendy's you will actually get human interaction with kindness. I will definately drive the extra miles for great customer service with a friendly staff.

I really can't complain about much of anything at Wendy's it's all pretty good. Did you ladies that work the window in the evenings are very courteous and they always double-check your order to make sure it's correct. The only reason I put a four instead of a five on the food quality the only reason I put a 4 instead of a 5 on the food quality is there's been a couple of times their fries have been cold when I got them but when it's to go that doesn't matter I can heat them up when I get home but for the most part it's a really good place to go. It sure has improved a lot since right after the pandemic. There for a while I had my doubts if it was ever going to get back in the groove but it did and it's doing great

The bbq burger with onion rings was very good but wasn't oversized. The manager was very nice and kept interfacing with the kids, replacing a dropped burger and giving extra kids toys. The atmosphere is good here.

The food was very good but the service was not this particular day. I wasn't ready to order so I let someone go in front of me and it took 5 minutes of waiting until the guy talked to me again.

This location is awesome. Every time I go, my food is freshly cooked, always fast, and the employees are always friendly. Watch out for the sodas though. They have the 10,000 flavor combination soda machine which is cool but my drinks never taste regular. Always has a underling flavor.

It's Wendy's, if that is your thing, there is nothing bad to say about this particular restaurant. The staff was friendly, welcoming and got my order right. My daughter loves their chicken nuggets fries and root beer. It is kind of like "if the wife is happy, so is the husband" except with mother and daughter.

Not a huge let's go to Wendy's person but tried breakfast today for 1st time and I was not mad at it. Fries for breakfast was weird but not bad. Window was not too busy. I'd definitely give them another chance and maybe stop by more often if this is normal service.

Usually drive through without issue. This last time we went in. Obviously understaffed, place was quite dirty we had to get napkins to clean our own seating area as none were clean, not occupied, just dirty. Took over 15 minutes for a baked potato after I could hear them "86" them as we were getting one of the last 3. Will return, probably never go inside again. Overall staff was pleasant and understanding when I spoke with the manager. Four stars for this being 1 poor experience out of many visits.

The employees have always been pretty nice, the service is a bit slow some days but our food usually comes out very fresh so I don't mind the wait most days. And they were friendly whenever we were waiting for our car in the shop next door.

The girl taking my order was extremely rude and short. Kept cutting me off. I repeated parts of my order two and three times because I could tell she wasn't listening. Got it home, yep, my order is all kinds of wrong. But, the girl taking money at the window was so nice. Friendly etc. Looks like they just have one bad egg they need to get rid of.

We ordered 5 4for4’s the fries were cold in all of them or just old maybe and in one of the bags they only put a bun? Haha I know it happens sometimes but dang really with I got my burger too. The lady at the window in Drive threw seemed done with life I hope she’s feeling better.

Hubby dear ordered the sack deal that comes with a burger, chicken nuggets and fries. I was very disappointed. The size of the burger is tiny and comes with 2 little pickles and 1 ring of onion. Also very dry. The chicken nuggets were also dry and the fries were cold. No napkins or ketchup. Sad all the way around. I will definitely go back to ordering the normal burger from now on.

Nuggets at lunch time are dark like old oil. Tasted like twice fried. Cricket under the drinks machine. Only one machine working so wait was long for a drink. Ghost pepper chicken sandwich tasted old. Like a patty under the lamp too long. Only the fries was ok today.

Usually busy with long drive thru line & only decent/mediocre food quality when it's all said & done. I've ordered from the mobile app & then sat for half an hour in the drive thru line before only to be forced to cancel my order & drive off for lack of time to sit & wait around & idle there for an hour for some cheap 5 minute food.

Recently remodeled. Moderatly clean dining area. Not very fast service and the person taking orders was not the friendliest. Overall not bad but definitely not great. Recommend of your hungry, but not for their free Wi-Fi that doesn't exist!!!!!! Update, WiFi now works, but I think their service has slowed down.... Also, had to tell the person taking my order how much change I was due back! What are we teaching kids these days......

Food was good, service was not, I was standing in front of the register ready to pick up my mobile order, it took a few minutes to be noticed, there was the lady packing the fries and I smiled and she must turn to the other side, the cashier came and just stand there but didn't greet or said how can I help you. Finally after telling her I was picking up a mobile order, they just started getting it ready... horrible social skills cooking there.

It was rebuilt a few years ago, and was very nice and efficient. Last night getting waited on was a task. Fry help was arguing with apparent manager, a real mess on the floor, loud talking from the kitchen area. Food was cold when we got it, probably due to the fact the entire staff were high school kids, more focused on taking group pics than anyone doing any work. Everytime one of their friends walked in, others walked out the kitchen to meet them. Terrible service, wont be back. Maybe hire some adults

My husband went to get breakfast this morning and ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 breakfast potatoes in the drive thru. They proceed to tell him to pull up. 15 minutes later he reverses his car and it takes them about 2mins for someone to notice hes at the window and them he asks if his order was ready when someone does show up and they ask him if he was the one with the “big order” he tells them he had 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 breakfast potatoes. Almost immediately they grab a bag with his order and hands it to him like they had forgotten they had someone waiting. It would be nice if they could just give him a heads up that something was going to take longer cause they have to cook it up but its as if they had just completely forgotten about him. *update* my husband got home realized we are missing 1 order or breakfast potatoes and no ketchup as specified*

Sometimes you get it fresh sometimes not even close. Sometimes they are nice. Sometimes they are jerks. Sometimes they get your order right sometimes they dont. 50/50 with them. Never get a baked potato here. They seem as if they are cooked for days. Every single time. Never ever have I gotten a good one.

I love Wendy's but this particular location continues to fail at something. The last time I went, we dined in and their soda machine was not working. Prior to that, I used the drive through and when we went to drink our sodas, there was no syrup in it. But we were already too far away to return. This time, we waited over 10 minutes at the drive through window (I timed it because the car ahead of me was there for quite a while). I thought they were being difficult. But when I pulled up, she took a long quite a while. The two things that have made me unhappy were: 1) She did not acknowledge how slow their service was, and 2) The food was cold, it was very disappointing To me, either this location may need some training or they need to hire more people. There was only one person working last night. I was there for so long i saw the line go 5-car deep behind me.

This place is usually good… but, it’s hit or miss lately. I placed a mobile order last night for dinner- they didn’t put cheese in my salad and gave me the wrong dressing. They also put a spicy chicken patty on my husband’s sandwich when we asked for regular crispy chicken. It’s either training new people or a complete lack of caring because they weren’t overly busy when I got there. What you need for an order comes right up on a screen for you to double check if you need to.

Extremely slow and food quality is very hit or miss. Every time we go to this location (only Wendy's in the immediate area), we have to mentally prepare ourselves for the grueling wait...all for that delicious (hopefully) 4 for 4. NOTE: When going through the drive-thru at this location, be sure to check and double-check that you've received the correct order and that no items are missing, prior to driving away.

There seems to be language barriers among the staff here. A LOT of repetitious corrections were being made, "on the fly"! We watched two ladies standing at a corner of a work station, having quite a contest of wills. One lady took a wrapped sandwich out of a bag. Words were said as she reached and put a DIFFERENT sandwich into the bag. They both looked up at the "order screen". The second lady reached into the bag and took THAT sandwich out, then put the first sandwich BACK into the bag. More words were spoken. More looking at the "order screen". At this point, they both turned and walked away from the corner, and a full minute passed before the first lady returned and swapped them out again. At THIS point, I wasn't sure WHO won but she rolled the top closed and carried the bag to the drive-through window. While standing there (after placing our order and waiting for our drink cups) no less than TWO gentlemen came in from the outside and asked for an order correction. One had requested no ketchup/ no onions, and his burger had both. The other one brought in fries that were SUPPOSED to be onion rings. We got our order and sat down to eat, just as two more customers came in to the order line. My wife enjoyed her Crispy Chicken Sandwich (she SAID) as much as she WOULD'VE the burger she had ordered. I told her I didn't MIND taking it back to GET her the burger, but there was already a lady with an open bag trying to explain that HER order was messed up. We got out of there as quick as we could...

Waited 20 minutes in line with only 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. Employees seemed to be having a very good time and had little interest in how long people had been waiting. Food was less than fresh.

Wylie location--The food tastes fine here. My problem is with the service. I waited for 8 minutes and none of the employees acknowledged me. Several of them walked up to the counter twice. Still no acknowledgment. There was 1 person waiting on food inside and 2 in the drive thru. No big deal for 5! employees to handle. They just flat out sucked and don't have a clue how to do this customer service thing! I left and drove to the opposite end of 544 to Murphy!

I got the Baconator, which made me think I was getting more bacon than a normal sandwich, but apparently not. When you say Baconator it makes you think there's some bacon happening in the burger, but again, no! Then I got bad fries. So I went in too get them replaced as the commercial says you can but then was waiting even longer cus there was a person in front of me that wasn't even helped yet and had been standing there for a min. FINALLY got my food and went home. Man, a 5-minute run thru wendys became a 15-minute ordeal....All I have to say is CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!

My wife typically doesn't eat Wendy's. I really wanted some so I pled my case. "Honey, you know Wendy's food is typically good" let's give it a shot. The nuggets were cold to the touch, fries old and cold burgers were not great. Strawberry lemonade was good but overall a serious let down 😤

If you plan to go through the drive-thru or park and do to-go, give yourself about 40 minutes; add a trip to go back in because of missing or wrong food. We keep trying to give this location a shot but I'd rather deal with Murphy's 544 to go to their Wendy's. Unless you just want to see who can hold the record for sitting in line the longest, head elsewhere. Not sure what the issue is within the store but it's been going on for months. It's unusual to see the service as it is now, hopefully it will be smoothed out and return to a better functioning store.

Seriously total of 25 minute wait in the drive thru line! 10 minutes to order with only 3 cars ahead ordering and 15 minutes to get the food. Too long Thought it was supposed to be fast.... only reason why i waited is because i wanted the spicy chicken sandwhich!

Fries over cooked!!! Burger unwrapped in bag. Slow drive thru line. Guy in line in front of me was frustrated and kept knocking on drive thru window. Window worker handed out a half wrapped burger. Driver started yelling and drove off. Window worker just reached out window for card. No acknowledgment of me being there. Handed my a bag of food and walked away. Didn't get my drink. Had to wait for her to come back. 3rd time in a row I've had bad service. There is a reason this store has 2.2 rating. All I saw inside were young kids laughing and not working and clearly no management around. Shut down this location. NOW!!!

Ordered large fry for my nonverbal Autistic son. His reward for good behavior. Opened the bag once we got home, fry box was only half full. Oh the meltdown that led to.... Give people what they pay for!!! I will drive to Murphy from now on.

Will never go back to this store. The guy working the window was rude, seemed like he was making fund of me. Asked if he got my order and he just said yes and the order was WRONG. If this is the type of people they are hiring they should just close the store. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Even called to speak to the manager and he was no betger. I've been going to this store for years, no more.

They have a huge banner that says, “Dining room now open.” I went at dinner time (6:30pm). The door was locked. No sign on the door explaining why. Only the drive through was open. I called their number 5 times. No answer. Terrible service. Terrible communication.

They gave me the wrong burger for the second visit in a row. The drive thru screen never showed my order and it wasn't read back to me. No napkins in the bag and when I politely asked for ketchup, the girl with the 3 inch finger nails gave me a dirty look, said nothing and gave me 4 ketchups. (I had 3 full meals, all with large fries.)

So. I ordered 2x 20 nuggets. And 2 frosties. They gave me 20 stale. Rock hard disgusting nuggets and 2 frosties and told me they needed to make 20 more and had me pull up and wait. So then it dawned on me that my frosties are completely melted. And that's when I bit into one of the twenty. Waste of time!

Its sad how bad this wendys is. The front counter girl (cassidy as it says here on the recipt) was nice and friendly(which was the only good thing about this store) and put our order down right. But i guess the cook just doesnt read orders. Our order was completly wrong. And it was a very simple order. The reaturant is always messy. They did correct my order but it should have been right the first time. They were out of ketchup ans never refillwd it the time i was there after letting them know. Id honestly just rather drive to the next one instead of stopping here

If you are interested in a place that constantly gets the order wrong and interested in the slowest service on the planet then this is the place for you. Worst location I've been to! Contacted Wendy's and they had the owner contact me by email and he simply said I owe you a meal. Never responded back and when I tried to claim that meal they asked me where my coupon was. Worthless place!

Took the family here last night... food wasn't warm, drink machine was out off ice, no carbonation in the soda, and the machines were dirty; didn't even want to touch them. Got our food, of course they missed giving us a whole meal, ug. No paper towels in the bathroom (had to wash my hands again after using the drink machine); took some napkins with me the second time. :) AND the entire time we ate in the dinning area, there was this incessant beeping noise coming from the kitchen area. The teens working there were oblivious to it. Use to be a great place; won't be back.

I should know better than to stop here but it's been about year so I though, lets see and went back today. I asked for no pickles, so they gave me dry and plain. Next one was no onions, so again it was dry and plain. Got the new frosty brownie bite thing... They put it in a bag, sideways... 2 LITTLE dried up pieces on top of their vanilla frosty and no chocolate. Thanks for proving, once again, why I don't go there!

Just called to place a complaint I will never be eating here again the manager is legitimately someone who is working in the restaurant when I called and asked to speak to the general manager they informed me that Steve W is no longer working there. That is who is listed on the receipt as the manager I would really like to speak someone in actual leadership because Yolanda the supposed manager on duty claim to be the general manager of the store and when I called to complain to her she said we're doing the best we can and hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back they did not answer and I repeatedly tried to call back and it went to a busy signal like they just took their phone off of the hook. This is completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional if I could I would give them zero Stars. I had to look through my receipt and correct my order myself. The staff seems incompetent and they need to get a clue. Again will not be eating in this place again would like a reply. I would like to know someone in leadership is seeing this

Worst drive thru experience. They charged me and forgot my order. The kids meals I ordered were cold and gross. Staff at window (Lakendra) was extremely rude and unprofessional. They won’t even answer the phone to resolve this issue, looked dirty inside and no one seems to care about their job there. Do not go to this location!

Waited for my food for 10 minutes when there was no line or customer at all, I would have no problem if they were busy , but they took their sweet time. Also got my order wrong, they don’t know how to pay attention or maybe they just didn’t care. Overall don’t recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for over 30 minutes in line to get my food. I saw 6 cars leave with how long it was taking. When I pulled up to the window, the girl working there was basically just standing around doing nothing. Definitely need better management during the evening shifts.

Went in here for lunch on a Saturday. Has to be the nastiest place I've been in in a long time. The floors were literally sticky. I had to get napkins ( I grabbed the last 4 in the lobby) to clean a table off. They were all sticky too. The bonus was that 75% of our order was wrong, right down to fixing it as a to go order when that was the first thing I told them was that this order is for here. Won't be returning.

Almost everytime I have tried to go there I have left after standing in line fifteen minutes. Last time there were four people in front of me and it took fourteen minutes! *This Wendy's is under new management. I'll give them another chance.

Stopped by at 5:45pm to get supper with my 11 year old daughter, the food was good. The problem is with the language used at the from counter by the young man who was taking orders, he was yelling at someone in the back tell him to F-off no just one time but several times. Another couple was also upset with his language that they got up and left the building.

Drive thru customer service was horrible! They guy who charged my card grabbed it out of my had, damn near threw my order through my window,he was rude and seemed like he didint want to be there the order he gave me spilled all in the bag, the fires the chili was open and spilled over my seats! I didnt get my drink. As soon as he threw my food to me he walked away and never came back. Got home... he charged me for the wrong order. I USED TO LIKE THIS WENDYS I EVEN DROVE 15MINS JUST TO COME TO THIS LOCATION... NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN!

Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. Within the last few months, I have stopped by this Wendy's on four different occasions for either lunch or dinner. Each time, the order was either completely wrong or certain things that were ordered were totally missing. In addition, I was informed that the 4-for-$4 meal deals were no longer a thing. This apparently seems to be false as there is no indication on Wendy's website nor anywhere on the internet that these meal deals have been discontinued. I have tried time and time again to give this location a chance to straighten up but I will no longer continue going to this location. I will be escalating my complaints all the way up to corporate.

Horrible! Drive thru wait was 30 to 45 mins long. The girl never came back to the speaker to take our order after having us wait. We had to reach out to them. The after all that the order was wrong. Prices didnt match the menu. And the french fries werent Hot!!

How hard is it to give me my full order I was charged for got a 5$ Texas biggie bag and added another 4 piece nuggets with BBQ…. I got just the normal mail no sauce or the extra nuggets I ordered and no one answered the phone after I called 6 times.

It would be super great if the Wylie store would change their hours on the Website. Online hrs for Sunday are posted as 8am however after checking online then driving in they are closed until 10am. No sign on drive through not post on Website. Thanks for the wasted trip but THANK YOU Jack in the Box . Your breakfast sandwich is NOW my favorite

Last few visits has been terrible! Quality like condiments dripping out of the burger , very few or none veggies, burger is smashed /flat seems. Seems like fast food places in Wylie is really going down hill.

Website says open til midnight. Pulled to drive through at 10:12pm and was told they were only taking mobile orders. Really? Frequented this location for years. Recently the evening staff have become rude and dismissive. Was told to pull forward to wait for fresh fries. Tried to be patient and not act like a Karen, but 15 mins later i pulled back around and asked why it was taking so long. The lady at the window was nice but the other employees started laughing and giving the cook a hard time for forgetting my entire order. The owner needs to get control before they have no customers willing to risk being ridiculed for being forgotten.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. My daughter had to be somewhere by 4 and we were late. Was in the drive thru around 3:15. Placed a mobile order at the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get my food.😡😡😡 Walked in after waiting 30 minutes and was told it will be 3 more minutes and it took almost 10 minutes. It is as if the employees just do not care one bit. The employees working have no sense of urgency and walk around the restaurant slower than a turtle. All the employees need to be trained, retrained or replaced with someone who wants to work. My family will not be returning to this Wendy's again!!! Will go to the one in Murphy before I return here!!!

Normally, I never have any complaints about this location but today has just not been a good experience. Service was fine, it was the accuracy. Me and my fiance got home from getting food tonight and they completely forgot my salad, and gave me cherry vanilla coke instead of cherry vanilla dr pepper. My fiance went back to get my salad and when I looked at the salad, they had given me the wrong one. I was really looking forward to it but now I don't even have the energy to eat my salad. I don't know if I will be back to this location.

This Wendy's is just pathetic at this point. It's gone downhill so fast this past year and I'm ready to give up. Every single order I've placed for awhile now has been completely messed up. I ask for cheese and ketchup only on a burger and constantly get mayo or mustard only burgers. Other burgers in my order without special requests get different condiments added each time I order. Never the same. I've even started double and triple checking while ordering and get annoyed responses that "yes, it's entered as cheese and ketchup only" and yet I still get a messed up burger. Today I finally received a cheese only burger, fine I'll add my own ketchup, but it had pickle juice soaked into the bun and clear imprints in the cheese where pickles had been removed. This is unacceptable, especially for those with allergies. Also ordered a baconator and received a Jr. Bacon burger instead. I'm done with this place for awhile and would recommend you go elsewhere too. I've wasted too much time and money dealing with a place that clearly doesn't care or is very mismanaged.

Wendy's is my favorite place to eat so this is hard (but completely typical of fast food places around this area) they tried to rip me off. Ordered a. 5$ biggie bag so I could get the Jr bacon cheeseburger and they handed me something the size of a half dollar ... It was laughably tiny. And they tried telling me it was normal. The bacon litterally was twice, almost 3x as long as the patty. Which was cold and single stack

Repeated bad experiences here. Tonight I had to get out of the car and go back to the window when 2 of the 3 kids meals only had apples and fries in them. The wait time is awful and I shouldn't have to check that my order is all there every time. I go to the drive thru for a reason when I have 3 little kids. I am beyond done with this location. They will no longer get our business. The one in Murphy I have not had trouble at all, it just isn't close to my house.

Never ever will go her ever again. I think it's just the Wylie location idk but went here for lunch yesterday, my food was already prepared like it was under a head lamp or microwaved, tasted horrible only ate a couple bites. 1 hour later was in my bathroom throwing up the rest the day and night. It was so disgusting I'll never eat here again. He ware everyone, McDonald's is 1 million times better and fresher and never has been disgusting or made me sick, go there!! Wendys Wylie sucks so bad I should sue for food poisoning

We waited more than 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and a 4 piece nuggets. Extremely frustrating. Doors were locked so we couldn't get inside to ask for update after they told us to pull forward to the mobile order parking spot. It was 8:30 pm.

Super slow this morning!! They old lady manager upgraded our meals to Meduim, and we just wanted a small meal size. Place smells bad. Staff is always super rude if you get a biggie bag or use coupons! This place needs to close down.

Tonight me and my wife went there to grab dinner on our way home tonight and the manager who was taking orders was an older lady and completely mixed our order up with someone else’s order and my wife ordered the number 10 but got the number 9 which is a ghost pepper sandwich and she completely freaked out with hot it was to her and they forgot our nuggets and sauce. Worst experience ever

We ordered in the app for drive thru pickup. Got to the window and they took 28 minutes to get us our meal - a 10ct nuggets, a sandwich, 2 fries and 2 drinks. A BASIC order. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Worst Wendy’s location. Just go to the one in Murphy.

Heading to baseball game so picked up some dinner for kids. Ordered four $5 Biggie Bags. Two of which were the bacon dbl cheeseburgers but they gave me 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers instead. With the crispy chicken BLT I requested a plain sandwich with only bacon and chicken but they still put cheese on it and it was very old and hard as hell. I wasnt going to leave a review; however, when I called the story's number multiple times no one ever picked up and rather than continuously ringing a voicemail box saying the person I was attempting to reach was unavailable. Kind of sad because this is the only Wendy's close.

Place must be struggling lately I also noticed my old review was gone so I came back with a big splash, ordered 2 chicken sandwhichs around 10:05 pm tonight both sandwiches were wrong I wanted 2 chicken sandwiches with ketchup and mayo not 2 chicken sandwiches with mayo and tomatoes. Gross also my sauced nuggets were garbage just close your restaurant and start over with something else.

Fast food so not much expectations, but at least meet the basics. Employees: lack of basic courtesy, didn’t even speak when spoken to. Food: cold fries, cold food. Took it back, they just reheated the food which dried it up. Forgot parts of it.
