The service is good, but the food and coffee are very sloppy, one star less for the coffee being almost tasteless, it seems like a very simple tea, another star less for the food, I ordered a normal breakfast of eggs with ham and beans, it must be my taste but ground beans are never to my liking although they weren't bad, the prices are within the range, but nothing remarkable, they can all improve, cheers.

For those of us traveling early in the morning and arriving in Xalapa early, the service is fine because they open early. I don't know if it's open 24 hours a day. What I do think is that it's a bit pricey.

si pero en cuanto a los comprobantes fiscales, no lo entregan a tiempo, ya que el dia 12 de julio, me ofrecieron su servicio, y le solicite un comprobante fiscal y es la hora en que no lo han enviado

Me dejaron esperando más de media hora por mi comida mientras que le llevaban la comida a los comensales que habían llegado después de mi.

Hoy por la tarde pase a comer un plato de pancita el cual no estaba malo estaba muy malo sin sabor , la pancita demasiado cocida casi desecha , no volvería a comer ese platillo

I wish I could give it zero stars, but I can't. On Friday, I ordered a giant torta. When it arrived, the bottom layer of bread was all soggy, which I found very strange. I got a stomach infection and my intestines became inflamed because the meat had bacteria in it, and I've been like this for three days now, thanks to their lack of hygiene, especially after reading other reviews that mention their poor hygiene. I hope COFEPRIS (the Mexican consumer protection agency) looks into this, as I'm sure this has happened to other people too.

A very unhygienic place. They don't even bother to wash the cups they serve the coffee in. The one I was given had lipstick on the rim, and my companion's cup came with a piece of aluminum foil in the coffee! The food was also disgusting, with low-quality ingredients and not even cooked properly. DO NOT eat there!

This is the worst place you can eat. I went to the buffet and it was awful. There wasn't enough food left, and it was cold. The food was dry and greasy, and they still charged me for the buffet. I kept asking the staff for help, but they got annoyed and barely answered. Please spread the word about these places with terrible service and abusive practices. They need to shut down.

My review is for the downtown branch. The buffet menu is terrible. At 9 am there are only two egg dishes and one pork rind dish, nothing with meat. The juice is refrigerated and bad. I don't recommend it for a buffet. I highly recommend the morning buffet at the Boca del Rio Restaurant.
