4 piece wing meal original recipie. Biscuit was hot and soft. Chicken was perfect. I tried the apple pie bites and they were very good but I think I still prefer the original apple turnovers the most. Service was friendly and restaraunt was clean

Haven't been to KFC in quite a while decided to try their chicken pot pie and oh my gosh it was so good a lot of good juice and very tender meat and vegetables and such a flaky crust it really was good. I'm going to definitely have to order that again and it was more than enough for a meal with a side of salad. Price-wise very reasonable. It cost me under $25 for a dinner for two. The last time I ordered for two people at McDonald's it cost me $34 and that was just two sodas two fries couple of hamburgers. So I suggest you try KFC I think you will be very surprised at how reasonable their prices are

It was super busy tonight. The staff was wonderful even though there wasn't enough of them for this insane rush, still very kind and considerate. They might get a bad review from someone who ordered online. I watch him pound on the door a couple times and furiously call them several times and took off in the span of 1 min. Not an exaggeration. The worker even acknowledged the kid and everything. I've never seen someone get so angry so fast over fried chicken. :) I had a great time though!

The first time in a long time I've been to a nice kfc! The cashier was so nice and our food was fast and delicious! Keep up the good work. 👍

This KFC also has Long John Silvers I like the chicken better than kfc had the 2 piece fish combo added 1 piece of chicken. Came with 2 hush puppies and a drink service was friendly and food came fast food was hot and good also came with one side I had green beans from kfc

I understand that for the “hot wings” they are cooked to order. I phoned in 2 orders of 10 piece hot wings (20 in total). Unfortunately, there was an misunderstanding and the employee whom I spoke with on the phone thought I said 10 piece only. Besides the long wait of... 30-40 mins.... I do appreciate the customer connection and communication. Jason the cashier definitely knows how to make a moment right. He automatically refunded me back one order of the 10 piece hot wings and still cooked 20 hot wings fresh... AMAZING. Thank you.

I mean it sucks that they share with the Long John Silver's because that's what I'm looking for and they don't do the Long John Rewards or discounts or coupons

It's no different from any of the other KFCs out there in terms of food, but the staff [especially one of the women who I believe is the manager] have been very friendly and cordial. Not only that, but I have never had an issue in regards to inattentiveness or lack of quality.

The only reason we come to this KFC is because it also has a Long John Silver restaurant. The restaurant itself is grungy. They completely redid the restaurant a few years ago, but it is not cleaned thoroughly very often as there is grease build up everywhere (walls, floors, etc). The manager was completely rude and wouldn't even help my husband get a straw. He had to ask for one because nothing was stocked, i.e., napkins, straws and paper towels. The food, however, was as good as ever! We will continue to come back, but will probably just go through the drive-thru LOL!

Clean place, happy employees great fish! I will definitely be coming back here. Area is good, accessibility is awkward but not hideous.

Well, my 3 stars is for mostly just kfc in general and their online ordering NON-capabilities. I ordered chicken tender meals and some of those chicken sandwich things. Order went through, took the money out of my account and everything, but when I GOT THERE I was informed they had run out of tenders which meant I couldn't get the meals or the sandwiches for my family of 6.... I asked if they could just refund the difference back on my card and I would just settle for the large number of sides I had ordered, but he said they couldn't do that, I would have to cancel my order and start a whole new order.... I ended up being given the alternative solution with drumstick chicken substituted in lieu of the tenders as opposed to returning home without an adequate amount of food to feed my 2 growing sons and a "hangry spouse/man-child". Did not realize until halfway home i never received my drinks 😐 Regardless of the errors, the staff was very accommodating and super friendly and helpful!

I like KFC chicken, but the chicken we got here was dry and tough. Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave. I've noticed that most KFCs have dry chicken after lunch is over. They let it keep cooking instead of making any fresh for dinner crowd.

The chicken was overcooked and dry, and not to mention, they gave us a whole bucket that had been sitting there ALLLL day!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING, since we usually visit this location over the others because they are usually better than this, not this time.

Service was great right on time however the food, well. Not good at all the wings are dry almost unedible the only saving grace were the biscuits and of course as per usual No silverware and no honey for the biscuits. More and more we are getting charged more for getting way less.

Food was good, service was really slow. They left 5 people inside including myself waiting and waiting while they took care of the people in the drive threw first. When we all started talking about car after car that was being served while we just stood there. I said, "why do you keep waiting on only the drive threw people"? This is when a disrespectful employee proceeds to tell me that they are taking everyone in order. Thats a straight up lie!!!! When I drove in and parked there was only one car in the drive threw. I almost went in it. I ordered as soon as I walked in. There was no wait. All those cars ordered before me that's simply amazing!!! Then we noticed as soon as the drive through was empty they started slamming everything together and handed all of us our food almost at the same time. Oh and it wasnt in order. I got mine before the lady that was in front of me and I had ordered alot more. They need someone doing drive through packing and someone doing the inside packing. The food was already made. I watched them bag my food and it took seconds. We waited because they ignored us!! They left us standing there while they waited on the people in their cars. The worse part is he had an attitude and then lied about taking us in order. I'm absolutely darn sure I ordered before the 6 vehicle's outside.

Horrible. Waited 20!! For two meals. While a lady that went in like 10 minutes after me had like 5 bags worth of food, got her order in less than 5 minutes after placing her order. So I finally walk up there and they give me my food. Then they try to give a bs excuse on how long John silver food takes longer. Even though I got chicken not fish. Not to mention the food was disgusting. I regret not going up earlier and just getting my $ back. I will not return. They also need to so some re hiring.

Dont get chicken! The nuggets were so spicy I could not eat! And the diet Pepsi tasted very bad and had to throw out! Waste of money!

So.. I drove out all the way from Palm Springs only to find that "management" only honors certain coupons and one per person. The website and the information posted on front doors/drive through menus should clearly state this as a requirement throughout the location/on website/visible posting areas. This is definitely not cool and bad experience. I've now lost total interest. FYI, maybe call before visiting if planning to use a coupon so you too aren't disappointed. Haven't been to Yucaipa KFC in a while. Always enjoyed the Chicken meals. This time I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was dry. Couldn't tell what was a wing and a thigh breast pieces were so small i thought they were the thighs. There are so many places in Yucaipa to spend my hard earned money will not be going back anytime soon...

I order the 2 piece LEG and THIGH ,, with 2 sides, and I received 2 birds legs, and one side, SHAME on the cashier ALEXANDRA, not the first time she does this,, BAD ATTITUDE, ENERGY, BAD SELF,, if I could give a MINUS 5 STARS,, I WOULD VERY GLADLY! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 mins in drive through for kfc bowl and Nashville tenders just for the worker to give me regular chicken tenders and spicy famous bowl filled with oil. I told them my order was wrong, they came back and said they’re out of chicken tenders that they can take the ones I have and make them nashville.( mind you I took a bite out of a tender and touched them with my hands) and they still took them back. Which that is against food protocol. & the guy *Miguel* who took my order was very rude , and was rushing us out of there when I was trying to let them know about my order and if I can get condiments and he kept throwing the condiments in that bag with attitude. Very disappointed .
