The place is great, the service is incredibly friendly from the moment you arrive, the food is delicious and the portions are just right, and once you're settled in, there's even karaoke. Definitely a must-visit whenever you come to Zacatlán.

It's the best restaurant in Zacatlán de las Manzanas. Every tourist visiting Zacatlán should definitely eat lunch or dinner at this magnificent restaurant. Personally, I found it super clean, the restrooms are spotless too, they have the best chefs, and the food is simply delicious. If you want to enjoy Mexican cuisine, this is the place to be!

A clean and nice restaurant to have a good burrito. Mine was very tasty and had a lot of vegetables (Caser salad burrito). Just what I needed. But I don't know why it took some time to bring my order because my family and I were the only guests that evening.

The place was rusric but charming. The food was absolutely delicious very reasonably priced. Generous portions and fast service. They do have a surcharge for using a credit card.

It's a clean place, they have a variety of food, but the service is very slow; I waited 30 minutes. The waitresses announce how long it will take. The food is tasty, but the meat I ordered needed to be cooked longer and seasoned better.

Hello, blessed day! We visited on August 21, 2023. They were very kind, welcoming, empathetic, and very attentive. I highly recommend eating here. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The dishes were well-served, no matter what you choose. The chocolate milkshakes 🍫 were delicious. They prepared them fresh to order. The guy was friendly, thank you very much, everyone is. We really liked it, and also that he let us keep separate checks! All I can say is: If you like to eat, delight, enjoy, and fill up, this is a good place. The seasoning, quantity, flavor, and in my opinion, they have everything, this restaurant is for you! Thank you, keep it up, please, no excuses, we'll be back to El Comal! 🥰😋😋😋 I'll add something for 2025! They already charge a tip included in your bill, and they weren't at 100% like they were in 2023. Service has dropped, and I feel like it's because they included tips. And that was a thank you from someone, otherwise, why do they have a salary? Or is it a gas station? Disappointed by that part.

Very expensive considering the facilities, food temperature and presentation, and service. I've been to more luxurious restaurants with top-notch service and paid the same. As for the flavor, it was decent; the plantains were very tasty! However, the tripe mole wasn't the original recipe. That dish was watery, and they served me a thick porridge, too thick, without salt, flavor, and without the right chiles.

I read good references, unfortunately the experience was not pleasant at all, the service was super terrible, it took them 40 minutes to serve us, in reality the food is good, worse if you arrive in groups of more than 20 people the system crashes and the service becomes clumsy

Honestly I don’t know how this place got such a high rating. This place is one step up from a cafeteria. If you are visiting from out of town you should know that Puebla is know for its cuisine - especially mole. We tried the chiles en nogada - dreadful. And the carne asada ( shoe leather). We live in Mexico so these foods are familiar to us. It is very cheap and maybe that is the draw - what a disappointment. Never again!
