Chololos is everything you want from a beach restaurant in Zipolite. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can really feel the care and quality in every dish. The service was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making the whole experience feel effortless and relaxed. Add the calm atmosphere, the beach setting, and the gentle song of birds in the background, and you have a place that truly stands out. For a beach day, it fit the bill! $300 mx min to crash all day with better then expected food! The hamburgers were “excellent” my mates claimed..The Fish tacos and Shrimp Tempura hot the spot, with flour tortillas even. Mojitos were very good, not sickly sweet, the beer selection was limited.. The chaise comfortable and the giant umbrellas a necessary evil , and the view outstanding $

Stopped by to have drinks and watch the sun set! You will have a beautiful view of the entire beach and a gorgeous sunset. Stop by with a loved one and relax in a comfortable lounge chair! We ordered fries to split but then ordered another plate. Just ok! Too much oil for me when served. Service fast and knowledgeable! Excited to see the sun set! Awesome view! We spent a hole afternoon there including the sunset. It was super nice, the drinks and the ceviche were fresh and tasty. Sharon was so lovely and treated us very well.

Doesn’t look like much but the service and food are outstanding. Best sunset view too. Don’t be put off by your first impression. The food will amaze you.

The food I had was ok. I ordered something with fried eggs topped with some salad, apparently cheese and tapenade. It came with roast potatoes and bread. I personally didn’t like the tapenade and won’t order this dish again.

The food was five stars. Great ceviche, queso fundido, steak amd mashed potatoes. The drinks were one star. We got mojitos and a margarita and they were both terrible. Way too much lime juice, I think. I also got a massage another time. I'll give it two stars. Not comfortable, supposedly it was "curative." She told me I needed to eat more vegetables after doing this weird hand cupping/clapping thing on my stomach for an extended period. They did let us eat dinner naked, so that was nice.

My fiancé and I both got the worst food poisoning of our lives in the hours after eating here. We had lemonade and a quesadilla… no meat or fish. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
