This was the cleanest fast food place I've been to. The food was good, recieved it fast. But the cleanliness was noticeable.

Stopped at Arby's on s. 1 st and they're drive through service was absolutely awesome, they we're friendly, helpful and made sure our order was correct and we got everything the way we wanted it. Thanks Arby's for being awesome.

Wow, i sure like Arby's, the have the best curly fries I've eaten, beef and chedder is good, i like that deli meat and they stack it up all high and the sue vide Wagu burger was probably the best i ever had even if it wasn't 100% wagu beef. It was good, i'll admit that. Loaded curly fries are the absolute best, they have bacon and sour cream cheese aww it was so good.

We enjoy the the double roast beef with crumbly fries. The horsey sauce is our favourite.

We came on 5/08/21 at 3:46pm. I was honestly amazed that from the time we ordered until we pulled around the building and were handed our drinks that our food was ready, lightning fast. I came to this location for the first time today. I don’t usually leave a review for fast food establishments as they are a quick meal on the go. We ate inside the restaurant and everything was nice and clean. Cathy was staying busy in the dining area and was attentive and very nice. She offered to refill a pepper shaker when I was trying to shake one, and when I was picking up my meal to leave, she asked if I wanted a bag to go. It’s not often to have someone so attentive at a fast food place, and her being polite made the experience worth a review. Thanks team for a job well done, and thank you Cathy for an excellent job well done.

Love the lady in the line taking orders!! She was so bubbly and making it so interesting and nothing like the usual dead tones when taking orders at places. I definitely love her! The roast beef is soooo good. And I tried the cinnamon carmel shake today!! I love it and hope it stays on the menu. I can't wait to buy more and hear the lady in the check out.

This Arby’s has always treated me right and the food is great.

Place is kept clean, people are friendly (staff as well as customers), food so far has been nothing short of excellent. And for me, one of the big things about places that serve fries IS the fries. Compared to other places, Arby's competes with DQ for best fries (but only the crinkle fries. Their curly fries are too spicy for my taste).

I ordered online and picked it up at this location frequently. My order is correct every time. The staff is always friendly!

A real Reuben has thin, crispy, hot rye bread. That is too much to expect for fast food, so my sandwich was quite tasty, and I thoroughly enjoyed it anyway. I like Arby's curly fries dipped in their pepper sauce. I haven't been to Arby's in a long time, but this visit has me wanting to go back for more.

Arbys has taken away some of the things that my family liked to order. Overall though they are a good place to eat and the staff is always friendly and reads the order back to make sure they heard you right.

Best roast beef around hands down!!! Beef and cheddar is a favorite along with classic roast beef!!! A little pricey but well worth it!! Curly fries are tasty too!!! Love them!!

The beef and cheddar was on for 2 for 6 dollars so I got the special. The sandwiches had good flavor and we're warm. I got 2 orders of curly fries and there was not much curly in there. Over all it was good for 2 for 6.

One of my favorite fast food, meat lovers, drive-thru restaurant. They could add FISH as a specialty as well as I tried the Fish & Cheddar limited edition sandwich and it was really good too!! They have a little bit of everything for the whole family. Be ready to pay, but you usually get quality food and service. Even the specialty floats are delicious and thick (Like the Mint Chocolate shake with candies sprinkled on top-forget the whip cream)!!

I love this place. But last night, my co-worker ordered and wanted her sandwich with everything on the side to eat later. The register lady couldn't understand what she wanted and had to go get a manager. The manager looked at my co-worker like she was stupid. Both were very rude. Then they tell me they no longer carry ham........ And they made my shake before everything else, So it was melted by the time i got my food. Very disappointed during this visit.

Stopped by to grab a large crinkle fry. Place is always clean, cashier was friendly. It always seems so quiet there. Prices were average for the economy. Love them crinkle fries but the large needs to be larger for the price.

The location is usually pretty good. They always have friendly staff. The line can get super long but it's never a long wait due to the team working fast to get people through a rush hour. I definitely recommend this location. Their food is good and it's a quick service.

Arby’s is a American classic Fast food restaurant featuring their famous Roast Beef and signature curly fries. They have always been comparatively on the more pricy fast food places, but their portions and quality have always gave good reason for the price difference. However as of late this location (because I don’t know if it’s the whole chain) has gone up more on price like everyone else has, but their portion sizes have gone down. Far less beef on sandwiches and the curly fries are almost flavorless “sometimes.” They for keep a clean restaurant and the workers are generally friendly and helpful! Above all else This location when you say, you want some magically delicious Arby’s Sauce they give you the perfect amount, not to much to leave you craving but not to much last through the apocalypse. All in all a good location!

As a former employee of Arby’s, I have always liked the food, but disappointed with the cost and smaller size of the sliders now. I picked up an order today got out to the car and checked my bag to make sure I got everything I ordered, which I did, but I was so shocked to see the size of the slider. It looked smaller from two months ago when I had one! Food temperature was good. Cheesesticks were delicious. My chicken slider was good although small. and on the app you cannot add mayonnaise or any other topping of your choice which is crazy. Turnover was fine, and I like the Salted Caramel cookie.

I'm gonna go ahead and give this place 4 stars- The service was absolutely outstanding! The drive-thru speaker box woman was super polite and friendly, as well as the woman at the window. So, service gets 5 stars. The food itself, gets 3 stars- while the food did have a very appetising and appealing appearance, whilst being very tasty, I couldn't help but being constantly and bitterly reminded of a woman I once dated, as she too, was once very appealing and tasty, the buns seemed a little small for all the meat, and the sauce was a tad bit on the tangy side. With that being said, 4 stars- a happy medium between the service and food.

Tried the new Waygu Steak Burger today and was surprised at the flavor it packed. On a friends recommendation,I requested no sauce as his was over sauced to the point he didn’t enjoy it. I would say he made a great suggestion, mine was great. The meat was tender and could use a pinch of salt but cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh and flavorful. Curly fries were consistent, hot,crunchy and flavorful. I won’t be back for the burger though. Although good, it’s not good enough to spend almost 9.00 on.

I didn't go in so don't know about the atmosphere. The brisket on the sandwich was good but the put cheese and onions on it without even asking.

Mozzarella sticks are always cooked twice. They are not fresh at all. Please stop cooking them halfway and then the other half when ordered. They are full of grease

A good place to eat, many options, cleaned 🧹 and sanitized. Music is depressing and too lovey dovey. LoL 😆 Someone is going through it; but the truth is the curly fries 🍟 were fresh and my mozzarella sticks were delicious. I definitely do think the mozzarella cheese sticks here don’t taste like mozzarella sticks; but they were fresh.

Feel like the customer service could have been a bit better, wife and i for the French dipper and when the food came out the fries were Luke warm and the sandwiches were not hot. I think they may have had on off day cause I have no complaints about this location!

The Counter Service was nice, but there was some issues from the cook staff. Kinda ruined the experience. No complaints regarding the food, and I didn't approach or complain. I'll return to the restaurant due to the convenience of where they're located, but will most likely just go through the drive thru.

We don't live close to Arby's, but like the food, so we went anyway. Ordered a lot of food and when we got home, the French dip combo we ordered had no French dip sauce. That was the whole reason for getting that combo. I didn't want to make a trip back because of the distance and heat. I have no A/C in my car and it was hot today. So the experience wasn't great today.

They are advertising the big game burger with a special sauce. I traveled over an hour to try one and they are out of the sauce. They substituted mayo, the burger was good, but I just feel ripped off because now I want to know what it was supposed to taste like and I spent basically twenty bucks on that for my kid and I to try one. You would think the item you are spending so much to advertise you would make sure to have.

Got 2 half-pound roast beef sandwiches and one was good the other was nothing but meet and bread, no cheese and or sauce and a different bun than the other. Tis to say very disappointed.

Roast beef sandwich was pretty good came out hot. Curly fries were cool and a little hard, sprite was good. It was clean and lady was busy keeping it that way. Cashier was nice and friendly.

I asked for a beef & cheddar with a regular bun instead of an onion bun. The employee said how about a roast beef sandwich and add cheddar? She didn't tell me she was going to charge me for the cheddar.

My turkey 🦃, bacon 🥓, and ranch market fresh sandwich 🥪 😋 is fantastic. They've always put a massive amount of meat on them. Imagine what a double 😳 would look like. Hubbies #2 with sliced cheese. Only complaints were that the curly fries weren't 🍟 hot and the place was pretty busy, so they should have been fresh and hot. There were 4 empty tables and only one was clean. The others needed to be washed off.

Second time in a row I've come here, ordered a beef and cheddar, and was given a bun with some beef on it. No cheddar, no Arby's sauce, just beef and a bun. Fries were hot and fresh though.

We waited a while for our food, but they had to fry a chicken patty so we understand that. After waiting we got cold curly fries, went to ask for them to replace them, they did, then drive thru cashier basically threw our fries into the card and slammed window without a word. Store on southwest side has considerably better customer service.

Not what we expect when paying the upcharges for large fries. All 3 of them were like this. We don't get to come to Arby's often, but we do treat ourselves occasionally. It was disappointing that our "treat" wasn't a great experience. My family was bummed. 😕

Food Was Great, Now from the Begining this anglo older lady was inpatient and rude to us when we were ordering and even more when I was about to ask for something, she yelled at me that they were closed. My whole family felt uncomfortable since we got there as it was, there was 5 of us and everyone felt unwelcomed. We love Arbys but will never be back to this location..God Bless the Rude Woman..She needs Prayer.

Stopped here 15 minutes before 10pm(we did not think they closed at this time) going from Angelo back to DFW because of the good reviews. I will leave it short snd sweet. The lady that helped us was very rude and impatient. Food was ok but all the way towards the end she was very rude even to my parents who tried ordering after 10pm when we had finished so it ruined the whole experience. I felt like I was at Mc Donalds so we will stick yo Chick Fi La. Never stopping here again.

I don't recommend this location. They won't let you order what you want for a child. I kept being instructed to the kids menu, we didn't want that. Then when I tried to order what we did want, the cashier was being all nosey asking if our kid could eat that. He's eaten it before and quite frankly it is none of their business what we are ordering or for who as long as we are paying for it!

The worst experience I've ever had at that Arby's. My loaded Mac and cheese bowl was barely half full, my steakhouse sandwich was a miserable excuse for a $10 burger that was missing half the toppings. I called the store and the manager was rude and said everything is measured out....... I'd rather drive all the way across town to another location just to get better service.

The employees and mgmt treated me horribly today in the drive thru from ordering on to paying.I asked for a bigger bag to put the 4 bags in, I was alone in the car, heaven forbid you ask for a bigger bag! Even for someone who has loved and faithfully voted Arby's as being my favorite restaurant my entire life this takes the cake. Tonight i ordered a little more than usual deciding it was good and time to spoil my hubby and i (especially considering my hubby rode a bike from where we stay to pick up the food because our car is broke down). When he got back we discovered our order was very incorrect. I called up to the restaurant to place a complaint and the manager hung up on me and refuses to answer the phone again when i made the attempt to call back. I am beyond disappointed with this man's behavior. You would think out of the small percent of america that is still working through this pandemic those employees would be a little more appreciative of their jobs and treat their customers decently. Ordered three meals here. Asked for arbys sauce and got three packets. One sauce packet per meal is not enough at all. When asked for more was told they are limited on what they can hand out. The meals are not good without sauce considering they don’t already put it on the sandwiches. Poor experience won’t be returning.

Very disappointing.. ordered a smokhouse brisket sandwich meal and the sandwich had more bread on it than meat! I was given maybe 1-2 slices of thin brisket, there was no cheese, 1 onion an the rest was bread! My drink was also supposed to be a medium and it was small like a kids should be.. other meal i ordered for my bf was disappointing also. Spent $25 on 2 meals an neither of us got full!

Ordering at the drive thru. The lady that goes by the name of Stephanie was extremely rude. When I tried to order more than 14 classic roast beef sandwiches, she told me she couldn't do that. I say okay, well, how many can you do? There's a long silence, and she comes back on and says i can do 14, but no more. As we proceed to the window, she continues to say it will be up shortly and slams the windows. We spent over 60 dollars, and to be treated, this was ridiculous. I don't usually complain, but yikes. We completely felt like a nuisance at this establishment even tried apologizing to curve the rudeness, but nope couldn't even get her with kindness.

Ordered online tonight 2 sandwiches, two curly fries and two large drinks. Picked up my order which was sealed as usual got home and did not have my two orders of curly fries. Very disappointed!

Went there today well the drive through employee was high as a kite and picked her hand then started to mess with my drink right after. Did not wash or clean her hands either. I saw the Philly beef and cheese online and it looks so good. It was horrible, mostly a cheese gravy with some pieces of beef and some small diced onions and peppers. I would not recommend for $10 just for the sandwich.

I went there 1-25-25 and got a bbq burger #5 and the half pound #1, my boyfriends #1 was fully of grease on the bottom of the box and his sandwich felt apart multiple times restricting in him getting bread from our pantry to eat it with, my Bbq burger while delicious was still pink in the inside of the burger, I can not eat any uncooked red meat due to a illness, the only great things that gives it a star was the fries, they were hot and salted perfectly
