Everything was good except or waitress was taking orders and was waiting table's that was to much for her they need to get more than once person to take orders
Most Excellent! The best pizza in Abilene. The crust is perfect. The service is great and attentive. Friday nights are busy, so go early. You won't regret going here. Convenient location, clean and comfortable family atmosphere!
My wife and my first time here and is now our favorite Italian restaurant in Abilene-As we live 2 hrs away. Their chicken quesadilla appetizer is spectacular! Their Spaghetti and meat balls has an actual flavor. And their calzone is big and tasty! They're an Abilene favorite as patrons have been steadily coming in the whole time we're there. Definitely would recommend them!
I Had a fantastic time there literally Krystal did a amazing job serving us. She was very polite, and definitely great at suggesting what items to pick on the menu since I was so indecisive. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I'm definitely coming back again for sure and bringing more people.
Melissa was our waitress and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my granddaughter (who is extremely picky and insisted on the small pepperonis on her pizza) was happy with her pizza! Melissa is amazing, friendly, and a wonderful waitress!!!!
Had the new Pesto Chicken Alfredo - Would definitely recommend. The new jerk wings are a show stopper- would give more stars if could.
Just an excellent meal. Craft pizza seasoned perfectly. Spaghetti with a fresh basil marinara. Cold draft brew. Fantastic service from Jimmy. One of our favorite stops for over 10 years. Highly recommended.
Our favorite pizza place! The Pork Paradise is awesome! We tried the Cordon Bleu our last visit and it's more savory than sweet. I'd order again!
We absolutely love the pizza here but what makes it even better is the friendly staff. Tonight we were lucky enough to have Justiss serve us. He was so good at giving us a time frame to when we could expect our pizza to be served, he was very helpful and as usual he went the extra mile to be friendly.
Can't beat an old-school pizza joint! Their menu is more extensive than just pizza, and their specials are always great. Summer 2023 Thai pizza is amazing! Would love to see it on the permanent menu.
Fast service and the soft pretzel bites with cheese are amazing
Prices are reasonable and food is made fresh so there is a wait. But very well worth it.
The restaurant was very clean, and the staff very friendly. I'm not a big pizza fan, but I got a create your own pizza, a pepperoni pizza, bone in and boneless Buffalo wings and let me tell you, it was Delicious. The wings were juicy and tender with the right amount of Buffalo sauce. I'm going to try their quesadilla's next time.
This place has good pizza at a fair price. I love the crust and the pepperoni cups on the pizza. Great take-away service and its nice to eat here, too. There is a reason they have many 5 star reviews.
Got the razorback pizza and the hot wings and garlic bread. That was my first time there, and the food was 💯 I will definitely go there again n order pizza and the lemon pepper wings. We signed up for rewards before ck out n got free bread sticks. Was there again today got razorback bread sticks n garlic parmasian wings. Exceptional haven't got bad food yet. The loaded stuffed mushrooms were good also.
Exceptional service and the food, as always, exceeds expectation. We love the staff the most though. They genuinely give the place a heart beat. This place is a family fav and for us now a tradition. Thank you!!!
Came here expecting to try their brick oven pizza but there were so many other tasty options. Started with a full order of breadsticks severed with marinara and ranch dressing. Buttery and delicious! Also had a House Salad which was easily a meal itself for some folks. Huge and fresh! Entrees included a Meatball Sub, a Cuban Panuzzo, a Chicken/Bacon/Spinach Quesadilla, and Pepperoni Calzone all of which were fired in the brick oven. Portions were perfect, and some were even large enough to take home to finish. If you need to entertain varied palettes, this is a great option.
We walked in right before closing time during the week and received the best service and the pizza was perfection with fresh quality ingredients! I’m not a local and was just in town with my family for the night - kid friendly, too!
Pizza was delicious and salads look great.
This establishment is TOP NOTCH 10 STARS!!! We are out-of-towners, who are very grateful to have found this place. Not only is the atmosphere and service the ABSOLUTE BOMB, the food is out of this world good!!! Being in the food service industry almost 4 decades, that's a very high compliment coming from me! I hope they keep rocking it for many years to come!!!
My Aunt and I visited for the first time today. We had a great server, Nicole, who was very friendly, helpful and informative about the menu. The Supreme Pizza was the best we’ve eaten in years. Having been a prior owner of a pizza establishment years ago, I appreciate a delicious pizza! There was no skimping of ingredients! We also had spicy cream cheese stuffed mushrooms ... YUM!! We’ll be back!
We had a very large party and didn’t have a reservation. They were so accommodating, quick, and efficient. Krystal was our waitress and she was fabulous. We had several grumpy kids, a few hangry adults, and she handled us with care :) she was the best! The pizza was so good. I love the smaller pepperonis they use! The crust was fantastic! The breadsticks were very delicious as well! And they have really good ranch!
La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza places I've ever been to! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff, especially our waitress, went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. The standout dish of the night was definitely the BBQ Quesadilla. The combination of the smoky BBQ flavor and the melted cheese was truly divine. Every bite was packed with flavor and the crispy crust was the perfect finishing touch. I highly recommend La Torcia for anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming environment. 5 stars all around!
Literally the most delicious pizza I've had in years. So freaking good. Please come to Houston! 😭
I can honestly say this place is great, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, waiting on the food does take a bit of time but the taste makes it worth it, Def try the quesadillas, you won't regret it!!!!
Melissa! It all starts with service and Melissa (dark hair - thought I better specify since another Melissa is referenced in another review) was all over it! She was engaging, fun, and on top of her game. Its service like her's that brings people back. So much fun! She was knowledgeable with the beers and recommended Sneaky Monk, which was a Belgian Dubbel. We had both types of mushrooms for an appetizer and two orders of delicious breadsticks. Next we had three pizzas - Bubba's Brother, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Mediterranean. All equally as good as the other. Brick Oven Pizza Company offers a great environment, delicious food, ice cold beer, and one of the best servers in Abilene. Thank you, again, Melissa, for your hospitality and amazing service!
Brick Oven Pizza- When passing through Abilene Tx, I was craving an oven brick pizza, we typed that in on Google Maps and it lead us here, to this restaurant! I was super impressed, the pizza was sooo good, and it’s didn’t take long to receive it. Also ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, not a bad choice. The restaurant was tidy and the bathrooms were clean as well, the waitress was nice! Will return again soon. I highly recommend this place, I am super impressed and it’s so hard to resist a great oven brick pizza! 😍 I hope to return soon! Thank you guys!
We love this place! The menu is amazing…so tempting! My 8-inch cheese pizza was perfectly cooked: crisp on the bottom, not floppy. I had the small Mortar salad: it’s not small! Great combination of ingredients. Get the dressing on the side in case you want to take some home. We had the sweetest server; Rebecca. She made us feel very welcome and special. She’s a peach. And a great waitress.
Absolutely wonderful!! I live on the road for work so I try a lot of restaurants and this place is now my favorite local pizza place. The pretzel bites as an appetizer were the best I've had. The pizza crust is spot on and the taste of course was delicious!! Highly recommended!!
My waitress Mellissa, was super friendly and attentive. I had a great experience. Would recommend 10/10.
Always love going here! The pizza is the best in Abilene. The staff is so polite and friendly. Always love a fun date night here! I wish I would have gotten the ladies name who went out of her way to put the biggest smile on my face! Completely made my night.
1st time visiting. When you register on their website, you get an instant coupon for a free starter/appetizer. We had the Nacho Tacos as our appetizer. A 1/2 size is big enough for 2 people. So big that I didn't think I'd have room for the pizzas! Lol Our waiter was Tye (sp) very nice & friendly. We watched the game and enjoyed our pizza with good vibes aplenty.
During a business trip to Abilene, I picked La Torcia for lunch using Google maps.. I ordered an 8" Double Trouble, which features two styles of pepperoni, extra cheese, and Frank's Original Hot Sauce 🔥 mixed in with the pizza sauce.. I added ham, too.. The pizza was delivered piping hot from the oven and was quite deelish.. The cup and curl pepperoni were crispy along the edges, and this pie was just teeming with pepperoni goodness.. The hint of Frank's Original Hot Sauce throughout the pizza gave it a perfect kick!! Service was outstanding, too, and that combined with the quality pizza will have me seeking La Torcia again on a future trip to Abilene..
Great little pizzeria. Made to Order, pizza, calzones, pasta, subs & salads as well as beer on tap, craft brew and wine. Staff is always cheery & attentive.
In town for a short small spring break vacation with our 3 daughters. After a long day of fun, we wanted a pizza. I found La Torcia online and sounded good. We ordered 3 8" pies. The Margherita, Bubba and a custom hamburger. They had the perfect crust and density. My wife ordered a Blue Moon compared to my coors light. Wr left fat and happy. We will be back
For Christmas Eve, there were not a lot of people, which was awesome because I hate people. The service was great. The food was fresh! We enjoy coming here often.
I’m new to this side of town and been looking around for a good pizza place. I’ve always been disappointed until now. The pizza here is incredible. Plenty of toppings and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Last night I ordered online, Friday, and it said my order would be ready at 6:52pm. I got there and waited at the bar until 7:22pm before I received my order which included a deluxe pizza. But they were busy, very busy. So I have to say, I didn’t care after I got home because the pizza is so damn good. Love it don’t change a thing.
The waitress deserves a pay raise even close to the end of her shift & while the staff was waiting for my one table of two to leave so they could close they didn't make us feel anything but cared for & respected as customer service should be. When it was time to pay the bill the waitress picked out of my hat one of two credit cards that my table put in this seemed to make her night a little bit sweeter. Thank You Again for the great experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10 recommended place to eat.
After waiting for a host, the menu was explained for the favorite items. My bacon chicken ranch pizza was really good. Not too much bread, with a crunch. Like a thin crust without the stomach bloating. Great pizza size, and flavor. Sweet tea, and drinks available, ensure a great time. Such a family friendly atmosphere, it was very peaceful. I've seen this before. I was checked on my 5 different employees... I've had an awesome time. I'll be back.
Everything was cooked perfectly! We tried 3 different pizzas and spicy sticks ( don't skip these, they are amazing!!!) The taco pizza was our favorite but they pizzas are all prepared with lots of flavor and amazing. We watched the staff as we waited for our order and they are more like a family. We got ours to go but will eat there next as the dinning area is pretty neat with TVs sports and lots of selections of draft beer!
As stated in previous reviews, this is the best pizza in Abilene, bar none. I tried a summer special sandwich. It's an Italian on chibata bread. A nice portion of pepperoni and ham with lettuce, tomatoes, sliced Italian peppers , and Italian dressing. We should have ordered a small pizza, but I nearly finished the medium.
The environment was excellent. Has a bar feel, a bartender, and alcoholic drinks but without the loud noise and drunk people. The pizza was delicious. We order "The Foclvorite" and were not let down. Our server was a little subpar. He failed to check on us regularly but he did have a great personality when he was at the table. 5 stars!
It was SUPER busy…and they STILL took great care of us tonight!! Mel was our waitress and she was incredibly attentive and friendly!! I honestly wanted to help her bus tables, the young lady was overwhelming work. The food was IMPECCABLE!! I had the pulled pork quesadilla (I will absolutely be ordering it again!!! It was amazing!) It was full of flavor and the meat was so tender! My husband had a supreme pizza and loved every bite! 10/10
This was our second visit and the food was great once again. This visit was on a Saturday night (Thanksgiving weekend) and it was definitely more busy that the last visit (July 2021). I only give 4 stars on this visit. If I could do 3 1/2, I would, and primarily only due to the service. I'd like to attribute this to the heavy crowd but our waitress was more engaged with other tables, so for some reason it seemed directed to our table. We had to ask for refills on all of our drinks and when the food came out she practically just threw them on the table. I wasn't the only one to notice this at our table. I hope this is isolated to our server just having a bad day because we really like the food here. We still intend to give this place another shot because the pizza was great on both visits.
Pizza was really good. Better than I expected!
Our first time here and we were very satisfied! The Mediterranean pizza was delicious!! And my daughter was blown away by her cheese lasagna “The Stack”! And our waitress was awesome! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!! Highly recommend this place!
Yall this pizza is so good. The wings not so much they have really good flavor and are huge, but I prefer mine to be a little more crunch on the outside and the skin was just slimey. The service was great and the atmosphere is nice too.
The food was good and the server was very attentive.
This was my first experience and it was very enjoyable. Three of us split a large Razorback/Supreme pizza. The crust was very crispy, and the toppings were good. The service was great. The restaurant is very loud and it is difficult to carry on a conversation due to the noisy environment. I will be back when I visit. Thank you for a good experience.
Out or towners. Ordered to-go pizzas to enjoy at the hotel. Restaurant is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Pizzas were good and hot. We requested paper plates and they do not carry them but they did offer additional pizza boxes.
Came in about 430 on a Sunday Place about half full n seat urself After about 10 minutes of being ignored i holler at a waitress to get a menu. Eventually i get one. Ask about beer on tap n she sounds like she’s on full auto. But did grasp the majority. Ordered one but it took 4 ever bc she couldn’t bring it to the table. OMG!! Then finally pizza makes it out. As I expected. It was amazing. Two ideas for management 1. Don’t let people just sit 2. We have several local breweries. How about getting some on tap?? Porters or stouts maybe from a place like Primal Brewing??? Some of us enjoy good pizza n good beer!!! U used to have Pappys o tap when they were still there. Just a thought. Service is usually better but today yall failed!
The pizza was really good we got a margarita authentic and a taco pizza. They were made in an old oven, which made them crispy. The margarita pizza was really tasty and everything blended together. But it needed a tad bit more sauce. The taco pizza was crispy and but was a little dry. It needed like queso or offer taco sauce. But overall it was really good!
Fantastic food, Friendly Staff, Clean Establishment! First off, Brandon our waiter was EXCEPTIONAL! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and suggested some great items for us to try. We ordered the Brick Oven Queso which is new menu item and tastes fantastic! We paired it with two entrées a Supreme Pizza (with roasted garlic and jalapeños) and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Both were delicious. See the attached pictures for what we ordered. The only con is a Guest WiFi that doesn't work. For people on business lunches or with small kids it'd be awesome to have a working guest wifi. We highly recommend this restraunt. We will be back.
When I think brick oven I think of a certain heavy crust with burnt edges and pan bottoms. Not the case with La Torcia. The food was great. Same construction of all their dishes , light crust with fresh ingredients . Looks shouldn’t fool you, the pizza, appetizer (chicken quesadilla ) and dessert (pizza cheesecake) all tasted heavenly. When I am in town again I will be visiting this place again.
This isn't our first time there. The biggest problem on the service is it the young lady needs to take a minute and let people finish their sentence before taking off. It was not even busy. Perhaps more experience will help.
Came here for lunch and had the lasagna dip and the double trouble pizza. The lasagna dip was pretty good and I would get it again. The double trouble pizza was good, but it just needs a little something extra to set it apart in my opinion. The server we had was very attentive and nice. The place was clean and I like the “seat yourself” option.
Solid place overall. The double trouble pizza was solid and the lasagna dip was unique. The pizza crust lacked flavor but the toppings and stuff were good. Our waiter was great, he was helpful, cool and quick on refills. The vibe was okay nothing bad yet nothing great, they did have booths which I always love a place with a booth. Ill come back and try other stuff like their quesadillas and pasta though and maybe update then!
The food is good but it's not extraordinary in my opinion. It doesn't travel well either. The quality is just ok. Nothing blew me away, but it wasn't bad either. I rarely have an experience like this, but here we are! The bread (breadsticks and sandwich) was not fresh tasting. It was kind of like a sub sandwich chain's bread. The club sandwich ingredients were lacking a bit. The breadsticks ingredients were lacking a bit. The spinach artichoke dip was pretty bland. Maybe this was due to the inventory issues many of the restaurants were experiencing recently.
With the COVID restrictions and all the stress around it, I don't think it would be fair to give a normal review. Having worked at this Brick Oven years ago, I know the stress and demand of this service. The food was good and prepared in a reasonable time. Of course, seating was limited because of social distancing, but the wait wasn't long. The server was courteous and attentive and did all she could to satisfy. But I only give three stars, because a couple of our orders needed to be sent back and fixed to our satisfaction. Not the server's fault. It was an issue with menu details. Aside from all this, I recommend other to give it a shot.
I ordered pasta, but the bread was from Walmart.😡
The appearance of some workers needs to improve....looks very unkept and not real appealing for a restaurant. Touching your hair constantly while folding boxes is gross!Pleasant waitress, good food but not as clean as you would expect.
I LOVE Brick Oven! I’m a super fan of the Bacon Mac pasta. It’s soooo cheesy! They have great pizzas and appetizers. On this visit food was great but it took a while to come out. Service had a few links but it all worked out in the end. Great prices and great options.
Went in last night around 6:30. They were extremely busy, which was expected. No free tables, so we waited at the door. NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED US. There were about 4 or 5 waitresses working hard, but not one of them acknowledged us which irked me really bad. That's horrible customer service. At least acknowledge us. Even if its not their job, they can at least acknowledge us. At my job, it's not in my job description to greet, but I'll tell you what, if there's no one to greet my window and i'm there, you better believe I'm going to greet/acknowledge that person. Despite all of that, the pizza was delicious, but the sodas were a little flat.
I've only been here twice the first time was pretty good experience the food was good the service was good and it was a good atmosphere to be at. The second time was nowhere near as good the server got to order wrong and then disappeared our food set up waiting to be picked up while the cook called it out three times. I actually had to get up and walk up to the kitchen and asked what was going on the manager ended up walking out with my food and bring it to my table. I noticed that our food was wrong it was supposed to be a half pound of boneless chicken wings and instead it was just five of what they call Jumbo wings not very jumbo. We were also missing a half order of the pizza sticks wish for not very impressive either once we finally got them. The manager is the reason that I'm giving a three-star because he did the best he could to make up for all the mistakes he did comp the pizza sticks and gave us a discount and took off one of the chicken wings his efforts were truly appreciative.
Rough night. My food sat on the warmer while many others' orders went out. When the other half of our order came out it was served on a piping hot plate, but the noodles were overcooked and the sauce was cold (not even room temp). The manager apologized and comped the order. I appreciate his effort but I just wanted my friend from out of town to have a nice meal.
Everytime we come to Abliene we look forward to eating at the "Brick Oven". My husband ordered two appetizers. We always get the jalapeño, pepperoni cheese stuffed ones. We also got the chicken bites this time. Along with two 10' pizzas. The manager waited on him. We received no jalapeño pepperoni cheese stuffed. Also a personal pizza & a 10' pizza. We were traveling back to Robert Lee with our food. He noticed the order was wrong. Forget the size of the pepperoni pizzia. He went back in. Told the manager they forgot the appetizer. He had the receipt in his hand. He had to wait for Tha to be half way cooked. I can't BELIEVE the manager still overlooked their mistake still charged him for it. I am sorry. A good manager would have said: Our Bad Man That's ON THE House. He Knew Our Other Food Was Getting Cold. BRICK OVEN YA'LL LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER ON TUESDAY. WE WE HAVE TOLD ALOT OF FRIENDS HOW GREAT YOUR FOOD WAS. NOT ANYMORE. WE WILL NOT RETURN. ABLIENE HAS ALOT OF GREAT PLACES TO EAT.
I have always loved brick oven pizza. Always our Thursday stop once or twice a month. We got two large pizzas and find out they are not the same as they used to be. It was horrible!! You need to go back to the other ingredients. I will not be back unless they change. They used to be different and now they are the same as the rest. Plus the language used that day was ridiculous. The F word was used several times to were patrons of the restaurant could hear! Horrible!!
My experience, was horrible. We get there, and it's very busy. I asked if there was table assignment, answer was no, just sit anywhere. I spotted a dirty table, and waited a very long time for the waiter to get finished counting money or slips, to do a hurried wipe of the table. Took a while, and he finally took our order. Pizza and wings were great, no complaint there. Our waiter, never came back to ask if we needed anymore to drink, eat, although paying quite a bit of attention to the table behind us. He did grace us with a visit to hand us our bill. My fiance and I spent 50.00 plus dollars on a pizza night, I expected a little better service. I hope the owner reads this. We will not be back.
Waitress doesn’t know what she is doing. How does a restaurant run out of utensils. Gave my grandsons spoons to eat spaghetti with.
I wanted to love it, but I was upset after they messed up the order and refused a refund. Since we had paid a good amount for pizza we waited for it to be remade. I don't know if the service ruined my appetite but it didn't taste good. I've had different items there before that were great and worth the price so I give them a 2. However my partner and I both had stomach issues 2-3 hours after eating our pizzas so I don't recommend especially if it's a busy night.
We ordered the no dough pizza "bowls", because my wife and I do not eat a lot of bread anymore. We've had some good ones and some bad ones at various places. The ones we got were $14 bucks each(ouch) But we got them none the less. There was NO way the amount of "toppings" in those bowls were equal to what would have came on a pizza. My wifes bowl barely had any cheese in it, and looked half done and Im pretty sure i saw a canned mushroom in it. I might be mistaken. Shouldn't have been "half done" considering it took 35 minutes to get it. I got the no dough veggie. Came out like a bowl of soup. Exactly like soup. Barely anything in it for the $14 price tag. BOTH of our forks we were given by the waiter were dirty. Visible grime on them. We used our water and napkins to finish washing them for the dishwasher person. My wife might go back with her freinds or something, but you wont get any if my business again. The waiter was great, he was very attentative. The food? Nah.
Best pizza in Abilene. That being said, if you choose to order on line, there is an automatic "tip" you must pay in addition to the price of the pizza. If you call in your order and ask for the price, the person taking the order makes sure you know the price does not include a tip even though you are driving there and picking it up yourself. I DO NOT Like Being Hustled and will not be going back any time soon. This is nothing more than social blackmail. Tipping in this country has gotten way out of control.
The guy at the register was very rude to my mom when we went at 2:16pm. We had never been there before but mom wanted to try it for her birthday because she had a free pizza. We were going to buy 3 more pizzas and get her free one. Not only did the guy raise his voice at us, but he rushed us to order even though they weren't busy. He then told her he could not give her the birthday pizza because it said it had already been redeemed even though we had never been there so we just left. Get nicer people that want to work !!!!
I will never come back. To order a small pizza and wait 40 mins is crazy with only 3 people in front of me. Alot of employees just standing around letting the pizza sit up there. I'm not even sure what the manager lady was doing, looked like she was just walking around gossiping to everyone.
I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. I waited for over an hour. My pizza wasn't even hot. I asked for extra cheese. I was charged for the cheese, but extra cheese was not on my pizza. I jardly jad any cheese. My waitresses was not attentive at all. Her ne was Atlantis. I had to ask for a straw. Of course I still tipped her but she didn't deserve it. I definitely won't be returning.
I live 40 minutes out of town. 3 weeks ago I order large pizzas one was suppose to be a supreme. It was a basic cheese pizza. Today I order 2 large pizzas one was suppose to be a bubbas. Guess what I got....a peperoni. So safe to say just order a pizza and be surprised when you get it home.
Pizza was not good. And was expensive. Go to papa johns. Better and cheaper.
Last night I ordered 2 kids cheese pizzas, 1 medium bbq luau pizza, 1 medium margherita authentica pizza, and the brick oven queso. Both of the "medium" pizzas were ever so slightly larger than the kid's pizzas we aordered. Wouldn't that be a small??? We were charged for medium pizzas. My margherita authentica pizza was legit a cheese pizza with sliced tomato on top and one large chunk of garlic. No basil. No basil oil. No parmesan cheese. Just tomato slices and large, singular chunk of garlic. Someone had also stolen our dip for a table in restaurant when we were picking our order up so we had to wait for another one to be made while our pizzas got cold. I used to love this place and never had issues in the past. I was looking forward to eating my pizza until my fiancee got home and I saw that it wasn't what we ordered or paid for.
i received a door dash order to brick oven refused to give me the order even after i showed them i had a actual order and refused to give me the order because i didn't have a door dash bag and told me not to come back unless i had a bag, they were so rude i was frustrated and i didn't raise my voice but they were so disrespectful and rude never going back
Pizza was overcooked , spinach mushrooms 🍄🟫 are half the size as they were from a year ago. Pork nachos hardly had any meat on them. Definitely not a good experience. Waiter even asked me how to dress a corona bottle. Definitely going down hill over the last past 10 years of eating there. Definitely not on the list anymore for a good pizza.
Waited 45 minutes before contacting the manager about our food. That was after we had to go fetch our waiter when we sat down. The manager was nice and got our pizzas out fast, said they'd wave the charge. Our waiter shows up with the pizzas, dipping sauce missing and orders wrong, and the pizzas on the bill! Went back to the manager and got it straightened out. We paid for a full breadstick order and only got half. The pizzas were very salty. Overall was not pleased with the service or food
Food was great, service was awful. The server kept saying oops I forgot for everything and was walking around with the pen in her mouth that was being used to sign credit card receipts. Will not go back because of the service because of how bad the service was
I cannot express enough how much I will never come back to this place. I made a to go order and stand up front behind a couple in front of me, the hostess sits them down and I wait for her to come back to let me know of my to go order. She makes eye contact with me and then turns to go to the bar area. I wait by the hostess stand for 5 mins and see several waiters see me but dont make an attempt to assist me. I finally go to the bar area and get help there. Bar keep wasn't bad at all. Atmosphere of the place seemed lively from the outside looking in. Lots of families and people after work. I get home to eat the food with my wife and let me tell you. We ate this only because we had no food availble in the house (hence why we ate out), and only that. We got the bubbas choice and it was awful. Barley any sauce, or cheese and topping on top were burnt. The side bread we got was only redeeming factor of what we got. We get to the desser pizza (choc chip) and its tasted stale and like it was imitating cookies but didnt know what it was. Huge disappointment as my wife and I loved this dessert growing up at our local pizza store. Genuinely awful. Wouldn't even buy a bottle of beer from this place.
I live out of town and it was my son's birthday and he wanted brick oven pizza. First of all I was trying to call the establishment because I had specific orders to add an additional side of Peta bread to the spinach dip but I kept getting a message that they were not receiving phone calls. Then I tried to place an online order and it got to the point to where it was requiring me to set up an account on their website so I did that but then it would not let me get past the submit button after I filled everything in. So I was required to download the app that I did not want to download. I placed an order and sent my friend to go pick it up. I ordered a large Double Trouble pepperoni pizza. I did not make any changes to the way that this pizza came Or was supposed to come which was regular pepperonis. It did not describe that it would come with cupped small pepperonis which tastes different from regular pepperonis. So imagine my surprise when these pizzas get home and there's cupped pepperoni's on this this pizza. It also did not have the shredded cheese spread out throughout the top of the pizza it was only in 2 places. I have attached screenshots of the pizza picture from the website and what it looks like and the other picture of the Double Trouble pizza that I received they look nothing alike not the same amount of cheese not the same type of pepperoni not the green basil type stuff that was supposed to be on the top. My son tasted it and said it was disgusting. But my other pizza I order came with regular pepperoni. The spinach dip that we ordered barely covered a little bit of the container. I will never order from here again I should have listened and gone by the previous reviews I was reading on how bad the food in the service was at the establishment. I can't even call them to speak to the manager about the problem because the phone number that is listed on the internet tells me that they are not accepting phone calls when I call it.
