The service was good, the food was delicious. I ordered enchiladas, which were very tasty. My partner ordered enchiladas suizas, which were 8/10, the seasoning was average. The place is air-conditioned, and they don't require a tip when paying by card. In the end, we gave a 10% tip in cash when we left.

The waiter's service was terrible. The chilaquiles were the toughest I've ever had. They're cheap compared to other places, but that doesn't excuse the bad experience. I'd rather pay more for something well done. You go to a restaurant to eat well, or at least to be well served. There was zero friendliness or service. He was literally like a piece of furniture that brings you the food and that's it. The service is awful, and in my experience, the food is very mediocre.

I honestly don't recommend it. If you're staying at the hotel... which I don't recommend either, it's better to go eat somewhere else. The waiters save the place, because the service from the woman who charges by card is horrible, to the point of throwing things away. The dishes have a terrible presentation and don't taste good. Billing is very slow; I had to stop by at night to pick up my bill because, they say, their system is apparently failing.
