We arrived late, around 10 p.m., and the service was attentive and fast. Three adults ordered the Arab tacos special, along with mineral-flavored water. Everything was very clean and tasty. There are tables outside, and the inside is spacious. The bathrooms for both genders are clean. I highly recommend it.

The flavor is very similar to the original Coatzacoalcos location and the Minatitlán branch; however, the meat cut is very uneven, with pieces that are either very large or very small, almost like ground beef. The cheese was melted well, and the jocoque (a type of Mexican sour cream) was good. The service was terrible. I arrived at 5:30 PM, and they still hadn't prepared the meat, even though service starts at 3:00 PM. We weren't served until 6:40 PM, more than an hour's wait. We only stayed because we were craving the flavor, but if they had told us it would take that long, I would have traveled to Minatitlán. The service was AWFUL. We asked them several times if the food was ready, and they just kept saying, "The meat isn't ready yet. If you want, I'll serve you the jocoque and cheese so you can start eating something." We spoke with the manager, and it was the same situation. I think that since it's a franchise, the owners or the franchise holders should be monitoring the situation. We were the ONLY TABLE and they didn't have delivery. The staff were sitting and eating and didn't want to serve us. I'm not returning to this branch.
