I just finished having shabu-shabu here and it was a truly satisfying experience from start to finish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh — the meat was high quality, the vegetables were crisp, and everything felt well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. The broth was clean yet flavorful, perfectly complementing the ingredients without overpowering them. We enjoyed every bite until the very end. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Sunny, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we were seated, Sunny was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Even during busy moments, she maintained a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her attentiveness and positive attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere, making it a perfect place for families, friends, or couples. Between the excellent food, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service, this was an experience well worth returning for. I would definitely come back again, and I would love to be served by Sunny again. Highly recommended!

Very cozy atmosphere, I love the options and variety they provide, service is nice we asked to try the soup base before hand so we know what we would like. They also ordered us icecream at the end. The fruits they had were sweet! Would reccomend giving it a try

The food here was super tasty! They had a lot of variety of toppings to choose from. I highly recommend the spicy broths. I didn’t get to try the broth with any of the many ramen noodles but will definitely be back to do so. Atmosphere was pretty chill and the service was nice, attentive, and friendly.

Manna Shabu totally exceeded my expectations! Everything tasted incredibly fresh—from the thinly sliced meats to the crisp vegetables. The broth was rich and comforting without being too heavy, and I loved that they let you customize everything to your taste. The dipping sauces were so good I could honestly drink them, and the portions were super generous. Service was fast, friendly, and the staff kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, bright, and perfect for a cozy meal with friends or family. I left feeling full, satisfied, and already planning my next visit. If you love hot pot or want something healthy but delicious, Manna Shabu is definitely a must-try!

Great quality ingredients for your hotpot! They brought in a new chef and revamped some things and now I’m a fan👌🏼 literally tried every single protein dish. Everything was GOOD. My personal fav are 1,2, and 5. But also try the Korean black raspberry wine. It’s a light slightly sweet red wine. Love it. Service is also 10/10.

Mmmm mmm mmmm! Y'all! Come here.... really, pssst come here! I love a good Hot Pot, yes I do! This hidden gem has been overlooked because it's tucked away on the side of the building!! The freshest cuts of meat. The most delicious broths! OMG! They had Tom Yum Base 🤯 That's one of my favorite soups so I'll definitely will be back. My son and I came in because my sister discovered it. I'm so glad we did. I had the Beef Base and He had the Seafood Base. Soooo many fresh choices and excellent find that I've NOT SEEN at other Hot Pot Restaurants. They have a Ramen wall that I'll have to come back for as well. Everything was top tier- the food of course was and the service outstanding! We had Mimi as our server but the other staff checked on us as well. If you love Hot Pots, or never tried one before, Make a Manna Shabu Carrollton stop a priority on your "have to try soon" list! Happy Eating! Thank you for a wonderful experience. OUTSTANDING VALUE for the money!

This place is heaven for shabu lovers! An incredible variety of fresh vegetables, fish cakes, meats, seafood, Korean dishes, and different types of ramen noodles — and so much more! I was truly impressed by both the quality and the wide selection of food, as well as the excellent customer service. My family and I had an unforgettable lunch here. Highly recommended!

Delicious hot pot, meats are delicious high quality, the buffet has a large, great assortment of sides! There's even a ramen wall to select noodles from if you want! The service is super friendly, Audrey was so nice!!

First time here! I loved the food, the selection, though not super expansive, still, there were a lot of good options! There is only one fish option for protein, but a decent selection of fish balls and cakes for Pescatarians! The service was fantastic as well! Will be coming back!🫰🏾

Yoo Jin is something Amazing! Food was great but the experience Yoo Jin provided was simply amazing. She welcomed us in and really helped us since it was our first time. Provided GREAT recommendations and even brought out good sauce combos. The broth was good, i tried their manna beef broth, it was definitely a good base. They had such a good spread of options. We were very filled to say the least. Definitely worth a try if you are in Carrollton! Shout out to Yoo Jin, she truly was awesome!!

d this location of Manna (since the Plano location had closed) and overall enjoyed our visit. Everything was consistent with their Plano location in terms of broth and veggie station. The extra plus about this location was their ramen bar. I loved the variety of their ramen selection! The cuts of meat were sliced perfectly and good quality. The staff were overall very attentive and friendly. Much more friendly and helpful than their bbq joint next door… which made the visit so pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Came here on a Friday night date night as hot pot regulars and had an overall pleasant experience here! I got the house broth, and found it average overall in flavor. The bar had a relatively diverse selection of toppings, though I found it catered more so to fish than to vegetables. There was a small smattering of premade food that I didn’t try, but bf said the japchae was pretty good. Sauce bar and rice are also self serve. I did want to warn that we had better experiences with some meats than others. They do provide them in pretty small plates of thin cuts. While we really enjoyed the pork belly and beef belly, the ribeye fell very flat and kind of just tasted like plain ground beef when cooked. The lamb to me tasted odd. And because you have to finish your meat plates, we had to eat what we didn’t like anyways. Bf tried the fish option and said while it was okay, it was thin and falling apart. Wait staff was kind and would come when the call button on the table was pressed. We were offered ice cream upon paying and it was pretty good! I’d say overall our experience here was good and we will likely return!
