I rate my experience at Texas Carz at 5 stars. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a vehicle at this establishment but the salesman, Ari, made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond in order to reassure me that I was making a good purchase. Great showmanship. I will purchase from this establishment again.
12/17-Thank you Rick and team for making car buying process simple. I went for test drive, pre-buying inspection and then financed at own bank. The best part is no forcing like other dealers. I would recommend them if you plan to buy one.
Never purchased a used car before. Was weary about buying from a non traditional dealership, but TexasCarz was great. If you go ask for Brandon. He never once pressured me and had answers for pretty much every question I had. He was completely upfront and transparent. Loved my experience! !!
Super experience from start to finish. Easy to use website with updated inventory (other dealerships inventory online did not match what was available). Texas Carz had the cars I wanted to see. Cars were in excellent condition. Sales people were knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Very pleasant experience.
Texas Carz is great! Not your typical pushy used car dealership. From the moment I walked in, Brandon took great care of me. He took me straight to see the car I asked for and let me look around. None of that sit down and wait for no reason, no how about this car instead, no BS here. He answered my questions and made sure everything I was concerned about was taking care of. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Brandon next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.
Honest crew and personable staff. They will go above and beyond to get you the best deal on a beautiful car. AJ is particularly kind and attentive; he makes sure your needs are met when purchasing a vehicle.
Amazing experience. No pressure, they did what they said they would do and even corrected a few minor issues. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my long list of cars we have purchased over the past 30+ years for ourselves and our 3 kids.
I was greeted by Rick, he was very professional and one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Gave me a great deal and took the time to make sure everything that was agreed to verbally was put in writing. I can not express how great my service by this gentlemen. I will definitely be back to Texas carz because of this guy. Trust me go you want a good deal or want to check out TEXAS carz go to Rick White , he is awesome!
From the start with AJ to the end with Brandon it was an amazingly easy, fast experience. With less then perfect credit, we were afraid of making a deal but they made us feel comfortable and like we mattered! Brandon was very friendly. I don't care for salesman but it was more like talking to a friend. Thank you guys for making a "scary situation" feel comfortable. Who knows, we may make the trip in a few years for our next vehicle! Very happy with my new car!!
Fair deal. I Call Brandon on 7-19-2018 ask him about there 2007 Infiniti Coupe. He answers all question. He even took some extra pictures for me, we talk a little more and manage to cut a deal. I jump a plane, got to there show room and everything Brandon disclosed to me was spot on. Yes the car needed a few things. But that's (WHAT MAKES IT A USED CAR). So I'm very happy! Great experience! Yes I would buy from Texas Carz again. Oh! P.S. I forgot to mention Brandon was kind enough to pick me up from Dallas Love field airport, on his way to work that morning! I know that is something you don't fine much anymore. I can't THANK!!! Brandon Enough!!!
Always came here to look for cars but this time i was convinced and definitely staying to purchase a beautiful Jaguar XF. Texas Carz is fair and customer service is so relaxing and not pressuring you to male rash decisions. Bradley our rep was great and very professional. Listened to what i needed and stood by my preference all the way through. I recommend this place for easy going buyers and to my friends that need a bang for their buck when buying a car!
It was my first time buying a car from Texas Carz and will definitely buy from them again! Steven was awesome to deal with. He sure keeps you entertained throughout your buying experience. My Infiniti G35 was in immaculate shape. I absolutely recommend these guys to buy your next baby! Thank you Steven for all your help!
I have Never had a better experience with a dealership like I had with them. I was going through some finance issues, and they were more then willing to work with me. I will be returning every time I'm looking for a car. I have told all my friends and family about them. Customer Service was on point and most of all they are all just down to earth. They are NOT like your typical salesmen which is nice now of days. Thank you again for all your help and most of all your patients.
I had the best experience with Texas Carz!! They were so kind and caring with me. Ramzi my sales person was so patient with showing me numerous cars when I could not make up my mind because all their cars are so beautiful. Then when it came to financing they walked me through every step explaining everything. Will for sure buy more cars from them and recommend them to everyone I know
After my accident in December. I was not looking forward to spending time at another car dealership. It’s just so much pressure, you feel like you literally have to fight for a good price and then make sure once you get to the finance office that nothing extra is added on top of what your already paying. Oh and forget about the interest rate . You better go with your own bank approval letter. I found my truck on the CARFAX app and it was at this dealer. I soon as I text the number on the dealers website I got a response. AJ took the time to guide me on the process. He was flexible with my appointment time. He made sure the truck was clean and ready for me to test drive when I got there. I kept waiting for the catch... and it never came. When I finalized the paperwork with Rick , I kept waiting and it never came. This was THE BEST experience EVER that I’ve had when buying a vehicle. I will tell all my friends and family about them. It was just a breath of fresh air. Thank you - Texas Carz 💕
I just bought my first car here and couldn’t be happier with my experience with the Texas Carz team. AJ and Abe were both super helpful and I felt like they really wanted to get me the best deal possible. They also offered me a warranty that I couldn’t pass up on. I would definitely recommend getting a car from Texas Carz!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Texas Carz and the whole staff is just the best. Rick was my sales person and he is an outstanding person and did a wonderful job. I have to say that out of all my past experiences with dealerships this place is the best because they made me feel more like a family member than a customer.
This is a really great experience! They have a lot of good cars here and detailed service. Brandon is the one who help us this time. He is truly a great dealer, he would try his best to help us. No matter about the car or the language since we are the Chinese. We can just try the car we like and if the car has some small issues they can just repair as soon as possible for free. By the way, I like the car i bought this time, it’s pretty good! Anyway, recommend you guys come here!
I purchased a 2007 Nissan 350z today from these guys and I will say this much,, I am an extremely customer service oriented person and from start to finish this process was amazingly handled. No pressure on the sales floor, no sly tactics, yes they are very upfront about their business but it's for the best really. I spent 3 weeks looking at vehicles and talking to dealerships and discovered your business yesterday and have a vehicle today. That speaks volumes! Steven and Sam made sure we were well taken care of, the process was incredibly painless and they got me into the vehicle I wanted at less than what I expected to be at. What more can you ask for really? Very clean shop and outstanding collection of vehicles. Many smaller dealers have tons of shotty and worn out cars, every vehicle here felt like a clean and crisp winner. I must again thank the team at Texas Carz for their painless care of my family. Yes they ask to get prequalified before a test drive, but that took less time than it took to get the vehicle out of the showroom. For the ease of service compared to big brand dealerships I'll take the time and care of this place any day. If you want someone who will play fast and loose with the sales process then skip these guys, if you want a crew that cares and respects you as a customer then this is the spot for you. I can safely say that my next vehicle will be from their selection, which is pretty well versed, and it's hands down because of how fun and relaxing the process was. Thank you again Steven and Sam for getting me into my 350z, you guys have an amazing business and I will definitely back that any day of the week. My only complaint is honestly I didn't find them 3 weeks ago when I started my search!
I had a really great experience with Texas Carz. Right from the start I was assisted by Brandon and Rick. Brandon showed me the car and did a great job of giving me all the information I needed to make a decision on the vehicle. Rick also did a fine job of working with our budget and getting us the best deal possible. Great location, and will be coming back in the future
My experience buying a car from Texas Carz was great. Brandon and all of the staff made the process easy. They worked with me to get the best deal. No pressure from the sales staff. The cars are priced so well they sale themselves. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality vehicle. Thanks Brandon and all the staff.
My wife and I had an excellent experience at Texas Carz. Shopping for a used car can be extremely taxing and, unfortunarely, not always the greatest experience. Texas Carz made us feel welcome, treats their customers very well, and it's definitely an atmosphere we'd recommend to others. It's a family owned business that's gracious & willing to partner with you on your used car endeavor. Ask for Brandon as he was huge help and made our experience as great as possible.
Rick went out of his way to find the best deal possible for me! He took into consideration both my needs and wants during my search for the perfect vehicle with financing that made since for my financial goals. I will definitely work with him again on my next vehicle purchase!
My husband and I found a car that we liked at Texas carz but unfortunately it didn’t work out. I asked for the dealership to contact me only through e mail which they did. AJ was very kind and courteous to me each and every time. He answered all my questions promptly!! I really appreciated the way I was treated each and every time I sent an email. I have been through many many dealerships this last month in search of a certain vehicle and I had Little or no response fr any of them. I would definitely recommend these guys if your in the market for a vehicle!
I bought a BMW 3 weeks ago and so far the car drives perfect. I had read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but I decided to go in and see what they had. Staff was friendly and I didnt feel pressured. It was my first time buying a car so i was very happy I was able to leave in the car I wanted. Brandon worked with my budget and got my payments where I wanted them to be. Definitely ask for him hes funny outgoing and knows a lot about the cars.
Just bought a mini for my wife to drive around town. I must say I was pleased with this place. Let me just say this, I started there this morning. Left went all over dfw and came back and realized this is great service and bought a car. My salesman was Ari. Class act guy, very courteous, and friendly. I never thought I would ever actually have fun buying a car but I did today. Family ran and operated from what I saw. Don't waste your time anywhere else. They have a enormous selection of all cars. Thanks to each of you for your help today. I will not go anywhere else for a used car.
I highly recommend Moe at Texas Carz to anyone in search of a luxury car, especially a Mercedes. His professionalism, expertise, and personalized approach made the entire buying process a pleasure. Moe's commitment to excellence and his genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. Thank you, Moe, for helping me find the Mercedes of my dreams and for providing an outstanding car buying experience!
Bought my car from here about 3 months ago, the price was good, Rick the dealership helped me throughout the process and was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Texas carz
Bought my 2015 Altima in February after totaling my original at in the ice storm. These guys helped me out a bunch looking for the right car for my work commute. I was scared to buy a used car again because I had been burned with lemons in the past. My car runs great! I love it. Highly recommend.
I waited a couple weeks to post a review because I was from out of town purchasing a used car. From start to finish I received exceptional HONEST service!! Top Notch!! No gimmicks just real honest truth. AJ definitely knows his business hands down. Answered all my questions, even gave me more knowledge to car buying that I didn’t know. Drove down one day to test drive drove back next day to complete sale. Way past closing time & didn't rush at all. Made sure I was comfortable with the sale the whole time. I bought a 2017 MB C300 & he’s a dream!! Already had him on a couple trips & he runs so smooth. I always heard it’s bad luck for your car not to have a name so I call him Wesley. Definitely referring everyone to Texas Carz. Go see AJ!!
My sales guy was Abe and I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the excellent service you provided during my recent car purchase. From the moment I walked into the dealership, your knowledge and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new car and wanted to extend my thanks for your role in making this purchase smooth and stress-free. Thank you once again.
Emad my sales rep made it fun to find just the right car. Unlike other dealerships they do not pressure you. He said you have to fall in love with the car. Such an elegant approach. I bought a Mercedes SLK convertible. 3 weeks later and I absolutely love this car more everyday. This is a family owned dealership. Everyone is so nice. Any questions I have they are always right there to answer them. Their vehicles are all well taken care of. I highly recommend Texas Carz whether you’re looking for a Maserati or an SUV. AJ is wonderful at the financing.
My daughter and I had a very positive experience buying a car here. Everyone was kind and helpful. The process was easy and unexpectedly quick. We are very happy with our purchase! We will definitely go back in the future.
I was very nervous to buy a car online, but found a vehicle that I was interested in located at the Texas Carz dealership in Dallas. They could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. AJ went out of his way putting himself in my shoes and did everything you could expect to earn my business and my trust. He sent me multiple videos while inspecting every inch of the vehicle, and even pointed out a few little flaws that I might not have noticed if I had been there in person. They then video test drove the vehicle for me. AJ was honest and transparent about the car, financing, shipping, maintenance, we even talked about service contracts. I ended up not buying the car, but would have been completely confident had I done so. I will 100% be watching their website and hope to find a car here in the future.
Abe was awesome! He made the whole car-buying experience quick and seamless. 10/10
Great car buying experience! No high pressure sales tactics. Rick was the best! He stayed late to finish up paperwork for us, as we are from out of town. Such a great experience, that I went back the next weekend and bought a second vehicle! Highly recommend!
I was in desperate need for a car and Texas Cars just happened to be the first option to pop up in google. I’ve never bought a used car but the gentleman by the name, AJ Nimer, was very attentive to my needs and helped me out tremendously! He was understanding to my situation and kept in touch with me even after business hours to ensure I was making the right choice. Very honest with his cars and definitely knows how to make you feel like you can trust him. I brought a friend with me and he said that he would recommend his peeps to this place over any other dealerships around! If you don’t believe me then go speak to AJ and get yourself a car!
Zak was very helpful very hospitable and very pleasant and professional and helpful with my slk purchase. The car is everything that it was advertised to be and I am very happy with my new car. The a/c had an issue and told me it would be taken care of on day of pick up and purchase. I took it to get service and was taken care of by the dealership and I am very happy. Nicholas Zotos
The experience my husband and I had at Texas Carz was top notch. We worked with Rick White and the process was really smooth. We had a car in mind and went to Texas Carz to test drive it. We love the car and how Rick gave us a print out of the car fax, no hidden issues. We purchased the vehicle the next day!!!.Great professional people.
I am very skeptical when it comes to buying used cars - much like anyone. After much research, we came to Texas Carz. I bought a 2007 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 with 63,000 miles on it. The deal seemed almost too good to be true. After test driving the car, I noticed the breaks were a little squeaky. After deciding to buy it, they replaced the breaks for free. After buying, I went to get the car checked out by an official Mercedes-Benz mechanic. He couldn't find any problems at all! Great cars, great place. I love how free you are to roam around - it makes making decisions way easier. They are helpful and really want to do a good job and give you a good deal. This will be the first place I look for future purchases.
Hassan the owner is very honest and flexible to fo business, Besides that he Allow me to take the BMW to my mechanic to make sure everything works fine. I do recommend him ,and if he doesn't have the car that you want, just give him some time he will get.
This dealership was busy when I got there and throughout my car buying experience. But not once did I feel forgotten about they handeled there business perfectly, they are all very professional workers but you don't feel like an outcast at all. My salesman rick was so great and he gave me a better deal on my trade in than any other offer I'd recived and I had plenty. This is the place to go if you want a good deal on a good car, and just as a bonus they do work quickly.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Texas Carz, and had an excellent experience. Abe was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. There was no pressure and he seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with my decision. AJ was very helpful with the financials- he found me the best rates and was very transparent throughout the entire process. They offered me a warranty at a very reasonable price that covered everything from A-Z and made me feel much more comfortable with my first used car purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
Car shopping sucks we can all agree on that. With that being said this company and the people working there have made this process insanely easy. I was able to walk in, ask for the car I want, test drive it, have it detailed and then buy it with 100% transparency. Rick, Abe and AJ are just the best, they take all the haggling and dread that comes with searching for a car and instead turn it into a real HUMAN interaction with everyone’s best Interest in mind. 2018 Chevy Malibu love it, thank you for everyone involved. If you are in the market for a car go see these guys they will take care of you!
During buying process they kept me updated and informed on every step. Flew into Dallas to pick up my vehicle with a flawless transaction. Was able to get back on highway and travel back within an hour of arriving at the dealership. I will be doing business with you all again. Thanks.
Had such a wonderful experience purchasing my first car from Texas Carz! AJ the finance manager was nothing but helpful trying to find me the best rates possible including an all comprehensive warranty to protect my first big investment! I would also like to thank Abe for always being prompt in his responses and taking good care of me. I will definitely be back!
Great car shopping experience. I went to go look at a 4Runner . Didn’t end up liking the color but the customer service was great. If you’re looking for a peaceful experience I recommend you check this place out for sure! Thanks Rick 👍
Easiest auto purchase I've made. Rebecca and the finance office fixed my down payment and monthly payments to be about 40% lower than the initial offer. Awesome!!
When I tell you Awesome!! Trust me😉. They were a little busy when I went in but never missed a beat on customer service from the moment I walked in...Rick got me through that paperwork with a breeze and explained it as he did it...this is the place to go !!! Happy customer...will be back💯😁
Very reliable and professional dealership. The team was transparent, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. The entire buying process was quick and straightforward. There were no hidden fees, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. I’m extremely satisfied and would gladly recommend this dealer to others.
Outstanding service and a smooth buying process. The team was professional, honest, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained all the details clearly and made everything simple and stress-free. The vehicle was exactly as promised and in great condition. I truly appreciate their transparency and would highly recommend this dealership.
I bought a used 2017 BMW 540i from them and I couldn't be happier! Low mileage, no damages, just a perfect car! The interior is pristine and the engine is in great condition. Omar was my salesman, and it feels wrong to call him a salesman because he was a lot more human than that. He was super nice, really friendly, and helped me with parts of the process I didn't quite understand. He was even able to help me secure a really great auto loan with the aid of Abe in finance! The car was shipped from Texas to Mississippi, and the shipping couldn't have been smoother. Super fast and easy, delivered straight to my door. I 10 out of 10 recommend these guys if you need a car! There's absolutely no pressure in the purchase process, and they communicate extremely efficiently. It's evident that they really do inspect their vehicles thoroughly before sale. Thank yall again so much for helping me get into my dream car!
In April I purchased a used car from Texas Carz. Rick helped me and he was amazing! They were very accommodating and honest about the state of the car and the price was reasonable as well. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.
We purchased a car from Omar and he was very patient and helpful with me ! I give this place a 10/10 definitely worth the 5 star review. Even now that I have the vehicle if I ever have questions he is still very connected and always helpful !! Thank you for this amazing experience and helping me get into my dream car !
Omar sold me my BMW, and I absolutely love it! The customer service was exceptional, and they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. This was by far the easiest and best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Omar if you’re in the market for a car. Truly a 5-star experience!
Working with AJ Nimer and Rick White was a very stress free enjoyable car buying experience. All of my questions and concerns were addressed without hesitation. They really take their time and work with you. Customer service was top notch from the time I first entered the dealership to when the paperwork was signed and the key’s handed to me. I would recommend Texas Carz to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
We got help from Abe and let me say he was the best sales men we ever had! The experience was super easy and he was more than helpful. We had a super bad experience with a franchise dealership a couple years back leaving us barely wanting to trade in the car we had and hated. But Abe and everyone here was so kind and made the process so much easier. This is how buying a car should go. All their shop guys are super experienced and helpful as well. I will be back for all my future cars! If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would.
Upon writing this review, I was surprised by the amount of one star reviews. Nonetheless, I have Nothing but good things to say about our experience at Texas Carz purchasing my 2019 outback 3.6r Touring. Abe was very professional and transparent and he made the transaction as smooth as possible while sincerely answering all of my dad and I's questions. Abe also allowed us take the car to our own mechanic to check for any potential problems which turned out good. We also traded in my old car for much more than we expected from a dealer so that was a plus. He made us aware of the tires which had minimal tread left, but that was not a problem for me considering the fact that I already needed to purchase A/T tires. About a month later, I have replaced the front breaks and cabin air filter which was not a problem at all since they do need to be replaced every 20,000 miles or so and it is a given that these types of repairs will sometimes be needed after purchasing a used car. We searched and test drove numerous outbacks at multiple dealerships and were not satisfied with the prices for the quality & mileage of the cars prior to going here. The best part is, we were given a better price at Texas Carz for a newer+nicer outback model with a much more powerful engine. After a test drive and our own mechanic's review, we purchased the car and I could not be happier with it. Thank you Texas Carz and our salesman Abe!
We came to Texas Carz to look at a Mini Countryman S. They let us drive it alone. They did not rush us or give us any speeches. They gave us the car fax and all the info they knew of previous owner. Loved the car! Bought it. They had it fresh washed. Best Auto purchase experience we've ever had! They are soooo friendly and were so quick with the paperwork. Would definitely refer them 100%
This was an incredible experience! I had been to 4 different dealerships before this one that day and had very frustrating experiences with feeling like every salesman was assuming I was ignorant about the process trying to take advantage of me being a single young woman. However this experience was quite the opposite. Emad greeted me so politely and really worked with me. I didn’t like the car I originally came for after I test drove it and he asked all the right questions to discover what it was I was really looking for. He recommended the Audi which I wasn’t open to considering before but it met my criteria and after I test drove it I WAS IN LOVE! I came back to the dealership the next day and drove off the lot! I am so grateful for Emad and AJ being so kind and working with me because I am a tough cookie! So happy for this dealership and my experience!
Came here from an ad I saw online and from the moment I walked in they treated me with care. I was you typical "needy" customer who had a lot of questions and wanted to be sure he was making the right decision, and AJ not only took the time to answer all of my questions but allowed me to test drive the vehicle, get a pre-inspection, and worked with me to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase when I left his office. They do what they say they are going to do, and his handshake/word is as good as gold. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping me out in my time of need with a solid cash car while my work truck was in the shop!
Personally, I have never shopped for a vehicle in an atmosphere like this -- a warehouse, direct-to-sale environment. I wasn't sure what to think but I've always trusted my first impressions. A.J. created that impression and I was thankful I called. He established immediate rapport and definite trust with the vehicle and the price. Getting to this Texas Carz dealership galvanized my feelings. It was personal, transparent, and the absolute quickest car sale I have ever experienced. I will return and refer for this organization whenever I can. Consider a different experience and shop for a vehicle here.
I recently purchased a new pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, with Kathy as my salesperson and she was very nice and patient with me. She was not pushy and allowed me to take my time looking at cars. Even the finance people were nice, helpful and not rude at all. I recommend this dealership if you want a no-hassle car shopping experience.
Good dealer with nice people. Just know that they are just here to sell you a car. No extras, no less. I would say to go and thoroughly check out the car in person, as with any used vehicle. The listing on their website isn’t always accurate as with my vehicle. Overall, I got a great price on my rig, and a easy process overall.
Love the attitudes and the courtesy I was afforded. I was very comfortable in doing my transaction. Having to view the car in the a temp controlled environment was awesome. Had one mechanical issue going on with passenger door pock sensor not working though.. I just wish I would have at least been offered a cleaning and some gas ⛽ . However knowing time was not on our side However some accommodation in case I was back in the area..
While we ultimately didn't end up buying a truck from Texas Carz, we still had a good experience! The inventory was stocked, but they had three specific trucks that we had our eye on. My husband is a technician so he did inspections on the trucks. We found a few issues right off the top, so we decided to look somewhere else. Thank you for your time in assisting us today!
I recently found myself needing to purchase a new used car and this was one of a few I was shopping and the one I eventually ended up buying from so this is my honest review. I came here originally to look at a 2012 Hyundai Azera. There was another just down the road I had driven with similar mileage but their model had the package I wanted however was $2k higher. I took the car for an inspection and found that 2 of the ECU modules were not ready, all tires needed to be replaced, and the rear shocks needed to be replaced. I showed their team the other model I was considering and this report and made an offer $300 higher than the model I was considering against, but they refused to negotiate on price since they had overpaid for the car so I had to walk. However, I then saw a 2016 Sonata on their site in phantom black with the tech package and under 100k miles. The price was more competitive here so I decided to give them one more shot. I went to inspect and test drive and found that the hood struts had gone out, needed new wipers, it was missing the antenna cover, and missing the SD card that enabled the navigation. I could get all this fixed for under $150 myself so took for prepurchase inspection. My mechanic notified me that the driver's side CV boot was torn and the passenger side was in tact but leaking as well. When I brought this to the dealership's attention, they advised they were "breaking even" on the car and not sure they wanted to put any more money into it but would let me know Monday. Monday I followed up when I had not heard anything and they advised they would reduce price by cost of half of the estimate. Based on the price, and knowing I could fix the issue myself, I decided to move forward and complete the purchase but I would expect a dealer at this level to fix the CV issues as this is not normal wear and tear in my opinion. Pros - love that they allow you to test drive without an employee - Love that they allow off site inspections (must bring copy of report) - Never felt rushed in the process - Team was transparent - Team was quick to respond - No hidden fees - Tax, Title, Tag, Doc fee, and dealer service fee - Accept outside financing Cons - Both cars had issues that required attention - which is expected to some extent for a used car, however they were not willing to fix these issues so I highly recommend a pre-purchase inspection so you know - They DO NOT negotiate. Overall their prices did seem competitive though. While I got a small discount from the results of my pre-purchase inspection, I would have much preferred they fixed the issue but could not since they were "breaking even". Overall I would definitely recommend. Omar is new to his role but personable and quick to respond. Rick was very transparent when negotiating - even going so far as to show purchase price and repair bill. Abe can come off a bit dismissive, fully understand he likely has to be firm and fair in his role where he likely deals with low ballers all the time, but he is reasonable when presented with facts which got the deal done in the end. It has been a couple weeks since purchase and so far so good with the car. Will update if I experience anything to the contrary over the next few months of ownership.
It was an overall decent experience. Definitely did not properly advertise the car or really so anything you’d except a dealership to do but were polite. About 100 miles after buying found out I had a headlight out, needed brakes and rotors, oil changed, replace some sensors and fuses, and fix the cruise control. Don’t think the mechanic inspects any of the vehicles would like to see that improvement made.
Not a terrible experience. I had done my research and paid the price that I wanted to pay. Salesperson facilitated the transaction with ease. Wasn’t too impressed with the post sale. There was no walk around inspection, no handover, the car wasn’t even cleaned or filled with gas. Once they got the check, it was like “here are the keys, you’re on your own.” My biggest grouse was the discrepancy in the advertised mileage. The car had 871 more miles on it than what was posted in the online ad. I asked the salesperson about it and he said that the car had been on the lot 8 months and the owner drives some of the cars at times. I wasn’t impressed that the additional mileage was enough for a one way trip from Dallas to Atlanta. Regardless the car checked out so far. I’d say ,make sure you do your due diligence and don’t expect any customer service soft skills.
Bought a car from here about a week ago and Ari was very nice. The buying process went smoothly, but once the vehicle was brought back after having an inspection it was empty. I've never bought a car that didn't have a full tank. The windshield wiper blades were falling off and today my son said the check engine light came on. If this turns out to be an expensive fix I'm going to be pissed!
First let me start by saying the selection and prices of the vehicles at Texas Carz is fantastic. The staff seem to be knowledgeable and are very friendly. They were also able to work with my not so nice credit score and get me approved for the car I wanted. I recently purchased an Infinity from their Carrollton location. Less than two weeks after purchase the check engine light has come on. Without getting into too much detail on the mechanical side; this malfunction has caused my car to die at highway speeds. Thank God nothing bad has happened thus far. After having the codes ran at my local mechanic; it turns out that it is a sensor that has gone bad and more than likely the dealership would have known about this prior to selling me the car. It requires one to either clear the codes or disconnect the battery overnight to reset the computer. I contacted Stephen whom I purchased the car from. I informed him of the error codes and he said he would "speak to his bosses" and call me later that day. No call. One day is not a big deal unless you have a potentially life threatening malfunction.... I followed up the next morning and spoke with someone who I assume is his boss. After telling him what the problem was he informed me that he would send me to "his mechanic" and the mechanic would only charge me what he would pay. (I found out that the part is $75 and labor would only take 1 hour or less from multiple sources including my mechanic) Yet, they were unwilling to fix the problem free of charge less than two weeks after purchase due to the fact that I did not accept the warranty I was offered. I was not offered a warranty. The car, in fact, had a piece of paper in the window when purchased that said "as is" no warranty available. Regardless of any buyer beware mentality; It is my belief that a dealership should stand by it's product within reason. My car does not even have it's tags yet and it is already breaking down. I had been telling everyone I know about what a great place Texas Carz is. Obviously this experience has changed my tune. Clearly buyers do need to beware at Texas Carz...
You just have to remember you get what you pay for. We drove down to purchase a vehicle priced about $500 less than an identical one at our local dealership. We purchased the vehicle with written agreement that a backup sensor which was missing had been ordered and would be forwarded to our address soon. We also asked about the tires since they looked very worn but were told they had met safety inspection standards. We had a blowout on the way home and had to replace two tires immediately. The car was fairly dirty inside it out and had chips in the windshield, clearly lacking the detailing and care you would get it a big name dealership, and a whopping 3 months later -- after numerous phone calls-- we have been given a complete runaround or avoidance by staff, our salesmen Abe and manager named AJ is nowhere to be found and still no part. Oh well.
We really appreciated the service and sale experience, but the warranty was absolutely garbage. I've now spent over $9000 on repairs over the past two years without them paying for any rods, brakes, air conditioning, tubes, not a thing. I would be ashamed to sell anything like that. Texas Carz has not yet reached out. Just don't buy the warranty!
Rick was GREAT. He was super patient while I made sure I was getting the best financing possible, very communicative, and essentially held my hand through the entire process. I’m conflicted leaving the review because he was so awesome. I feel like a lot of the documents/paperwork could have been done at home to cut down on how long I ended up physically being at the dealership. Obviously not anyone fault. My red flag issue was the car itself. Test drove great, decent price and mileage. The day I was going to drive it home the AC was not blowing. I immediately turned around to have them look at it. Long story short they needed to send it to another shop to fix. They took care of everything which I really appreciated and honestly expected since I’d only had the car 10 minutes - I’m not sure they would have had it gone out a week later. Anyways I picked it up where it got fixed and out of curiosity asked how much it would have cost me - $800. He said they got a few more diagnostic codes that were also addressed. Which honestly just rubbed me the wrong way because why would u sell me a car that needs immediate attention? Whatever, the deal was done. There was also a few minor details I feel like they could have addressed just to add to the experience. There was a hook missing from my sun visor, so it didn’t snap it, it just was hanging - fine, $10 on Amazon. Front headlights are very foggy/hazy on the inside - not really sure how I’m going to clean them. Something is broken on the moonroof. I don’t even mess with it in fear of making it worse. Overall, just ok. 5 stars for Rick and his stellar customer service. But after seeing other reviews from people that had similar issues I just can’t look past the shortcomings of this dealership as a whole. Update: Water floods the floor in front of the passenger seat when it when it rains. And 6 months later the starter is going out. Seriously regretting getting this car. I wish I would’ve just stuck it out with my 2011 Ford Escape. Best car ever.
I purchase my first car from Texas Carz on 6/27/23, it was a 2016 X5 BMW. The sales person I was dealing with was a guy named Moe. I was already approved for a vehicle by my credit union all I needed to do was pick a car. I had been to several dealerships and each place I went too I let them know before hand I was using my credit union. Also, I advised them of their requirements they only do wire transfers and not cashier checks, a JD power sheet, and a purchase order. I didn’t want to waste my time test driving vehicles that I would not be able to get if either of these requirements were not met. Moe failed to let Sam the owner know and later he called me as I was on my way to give my credit union the down payment for the vehicle asking me about a cashier’s check. I felt frustrated because I was ready to business but Sam needed up working with me. My brother needed up test driving the x6 and didn’t like it, he ended up driving 2016 bmw x5 instead. During the test drive the gas light was on so he couldn’t really enjoy the test drive which should have been a red flag. So I test drove the X5 and I had already read the car fax report and knew the car had been in a wreck regardless of the minor damage. They took the car and I thought they were going to fill it up as a courtesy but they only put a few dollars in the car to get it off of E. Also the wiper fluid light was on so I thought it just needed some washer fluid found out later the washer fluid had a crack in it and it was located in the bumper where the vehicle had been hit. So, $950 dollars later from BMW for a cracked water pump I will no longer buy another vehicle from this location. You get what you pay for and places now a days are lacking good customer service skills. I called Moe the following day reference the gas situation and he gave me an excuse that in the state of Texas they are only allowed to put a certain amount in the tank. Also be advised my experience is not your experience, and vice versa but that doesn’t mean what I experienced didn’t happened. Take it with a grain of salt because it could happen to you.
AJ, 4 tires were replaced at the time of inspection. Why would 2 tires need to be replaced 5 months after delivery? The rear wheel tires look brand new. Either your dealership was unaware of the tires used for replacement, or this was purposely done. It was conveyed to us at purchase the vehicle had new tires. If the service history read as 2 new, 2 used tires replaced, than the fault is on me. A reasonable resolution would be to have the front 2 tires replaced. These guys are crooks. I'd rate zero star if possible. Rick and the guys here do the bare minimum. My wife and I bought a car 5 months ago and the front tires are already cracking with hardly 3000 miles on it since we've drove it off the lot. Invoice read that it replaced all 4 tires. Little did I know they replaced 2 of them with completely balled tires. You get for what you pay for here. You figure you'd at least drive off with something in average shape. I called in to see if they'd honor replacing the front tires and they refused. At the time he mentioned that it had 4 new tires and we trusted him with that information. Little did we know he knew less about the car than we thought. In addition, we had to get the starter replaced. Another $400 down the drain. And again, they refused to do nothing. Amazing what they would do to increase their bottom line. Will be pursuing legal action.
Purchased car Jun 1st 2025 and still waiting to receive my registration sticker.
The worst experience , I trusted to Sam as a owner but he told all lie , after 7 months still I'm going to the car shop for fix this nasty car, they sold 2007 Lexus Salvage for$12000, even less than 24 hours after I bought I came and asked for return but they didn't accept I just share my very bad experience for you. be careful don't trust them and make sure what do you buy ask some cars professional before buying in this place. Mr AJ Yes sir but I came pay all of money but you wanted TO give me wrong title name it was not correct name, that's way I changed my mind for paying all money in advanced , and I write review for people , they should not do my mistake , don't trust you and don't sign any paper before check every thing and inspection car .
BUYERS BEWARE. If you're thinking of purchasing a car from this dealership, get it inspected first. This dealership either does not inspect their cars well, or they do and they ignore the problem anyway. Two days after we purchased our car the AC went out. Took it to a Pep boys (which was an approved place to take it from the dealerships 5 year maintenance plan), they did a dye test, which is something the dealership should have done, as they would have seen immediate leak issues. There were leaks everywhere. It cost $3000 to fix the air compressor, hoses, and for labor. I called the dealership and they fumbled me around then finally said I needed to talk to the service department. I left a voicemail that was never returned despite my attempt to call several times.
Wasn’t even 2 months before I purchased it when I realized they sold me a bad car. I take pretty good care of my cars… the car has been falling apart month by month since I bought it. It started off with an oil and coolant leak now the list just gets longer. I can’t even trade it in because it’s such a bad car.
Honestly I never take the time or even care to leave a negative review but I am so taken back with the lack of professionalism. I came here and test drove one of their vehicles and decided I wanted to purchase it. I was going with a bank out of state. We processed all paperwork and my bank sent them a check. After all this I received a text saying that the car has been sold! So I then had to contact my bank to cancel the check. Such a disappointment.. The salesman who was helping me was “ Rick “ so therefor I would not recommend working with him and would not recommend coming here.
This is the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. They are dishonest in their business practices. Please be careful as you do business with them and find other dealerships to do business with. I purchased a GLK350 from them that should have been in a great shape, according to the salesman Rimenz Salahi. I asked him about the condition of the vehicle and if it had any issues that I needed to know about, he said no issues, any dents or paint damages, he said none. Upon receipt of the car, over 10 paint damages, dents on the door, the gas gauge did not work, and after I was told that the vehicle had 81000 miles, I received the car with 82950 miles on it. I contacted them immediately with the photos of all the damages, and the issue with the car, they refused to address the issue. They will promise to call me back on so many occasions and they don’t. I have spoken to the GM Hussam Alsalahi, who said that I should send the car back and later back tracked to say I should speak with AJ the owner. I spoke with AJ who told me to email the photo to him, and 6 days later I have not received a response. I called them back and they are saying that I should call AJ, I called they hang up the phone on me. They will lie to you to sell their cars, which is a dishonest practice. I will be writing the Secretary of State in Texas, and any institution responsible or that oversea that dealership. I paid over $19000 for a car that had issues that was not disclosed to me at all. That is deception. I have exercised maximum restraint, this started on the 9th of November, the day I received the car.
I was there earlier to look for audi and mercedes mentioned that i wanted to possibly get either one of these car in cash. And test drive it. But by the time i was done test driving it and ready to purchase the guy with red hoodie was giving me attitude out of no where after i mention that the mercedes has something wrong with it because it said”transmission not in Park risk of vehicle rolling away” and that guy came up with something else. So anyway i was ready to purchase and talk the number but the guy said we can do at the information counter.. even tho i mentioned cash.. and i got treated very poorly. I’ve never been treated this way before by doing business over the counter not in the office. Very unprofessional way to do business with so i walked off. By the way i’ve bought 2 cars with them in the past but this time was unacceptable.
Not sure if most of these reviews are the employees or friends of them. But they are not friendly and very to the point. Rick was like a hustler from south Dallas or something. I was very interested a BMW that I wanted to finance due to trying to build credit, but had the money to buy cash. I tried to set an appointment to come in after entering my info online but Rick wanted to know if I had money before he even came in. I stated to him that I wanted to see the vehicle in person before committing to buy it. The hustler got upset and told me have a nice day. Remember the salesman are the face of the business so what does that tell you?
Gives used car dealerships a bad name. Bought a car a few weeks ago, was advised it would pass state inspection and that a minor fender bender was a non-issue. Was discouraged from seeking independent inspection "it will pass state inspection". I was also told brakes were low but wouldn't need to be replaced for some time. Surprise! I now have a 2k bill for front struts and stabalizers, and another $500 for rear brakes and rotors, in order for state inspection to be passed. Also (very oddly) the windshield resevoir won't hold fluid, it gushes out upon filling, something they likely knew but never disclosed as I picked up the car and there was no fluid in it. This is not a usual wear and tear item and has me asking what else is deeply wrong with this car? I called in and was given the song and dance of "the car was sold as is", zero apology, zero attempt to make this right. "Didn't you have the car inspected?" Implies that if I had, I wouldn't have bought the car, which implies this vendor knew the car was a lemon and is blaming me for trusting them. Hysterical. Always a bad look when you indict yourself as untrustworthy as a used car dealership. Maybe take that $2500 you aren't reimbursing me and invest in conflict management and de-escalation classes for your staff! Very helpful if you insist on not standing by the product you sell. I drive a lot, especially around Dallas, and will be placing a 1* review on the back of my car for Dallas Carz. 5 years of bad advertising is worth a lot more than $2500 in repairs, but some businesses don't understand that.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a 2015 Audi Q5 about a year ago and it’s cost me $6,000 in maintenance. The car sales man was not accommodating and distracted. I waited around for hours before even being able to see if I qualify for the car. Ever since buying it this car has given me so many issues and is in the shop constantly. I’ve had 3 cars and this was by far the worst buying experience and car experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE because they will sell you a junk car. I asked to put new tires on the car before signing any paper work as well and they refused to put accurate tires on because I am a woman and think I don’t know what I am talking about. I had my bf bring the car back and they put different tires on but the tires were too big for the rims and caused an issue with the steering. Not to mention the tires they put on were 10 years old and I had to buy all new tires costing me $1200 within 6 months of owning the vehicle. Check out car gurus to get a reasonably reliable car, not texas carz. 0/10 experience overall.
I debated on writing this, but feel like if I can help a single parent such as myself out there, or any parent for that matter, then it will be worth it. I was reluctant to purchase from out of state, not knowing anything about the mechanics of a vehicle. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take someone with me to look at the car. I chose this dealership b/c of the reviews stating that the staff was friendly and it was a quick/easy transaction. I felt good about it, so my daughter and I made the trip from AR to TX to purchase her first car. The staff was extremely friendly. We test drove the car, seemed fine. We drove the car home and it seemed fine other than the headlights not working properly. Small things, and we brushed it off. We purchased this car on a Saturday and the following Monday, the entire engine blew in it. I haven't even made one payment on the car yet. So now I'm out the purchase price as well as the almost $10,000 it has cost me to have a new engine put in it, putting me in extreme financial debt. I could have purchased a newer car for that price. The dealership offered to rebuild it at their cost IF I would ship it back to them and then back to me. I guess I'm here to say, have someone go with you who works on cars and have them pull the oil pan and do a compression check (not hard tasks) to see if the engine is bad before you purchase the vehicle. For $26,000, I definitely did not get my monies worth. I also asked for them to come down on their asking price b/c the car blue booked for almost $2,000 less than their asking price. They said the car was at fair value and wouldn't budge over a couple of hundred dollars. Then added a "misc" fee in there to make up the difference they thought they lost. Bummer of a deal. I hope this helps someone out there.
While I got a great deal on a beautiful car, I'd give this place zero stars of possible. The complete lack of professionalism is astounding. These guys truly live out the stereotype of used car salesmen. The title of my trade-in was lost, and I was told at the time of sale that the dealership could take care of it.(likely so they could make a quick sale) A week or so later, I was contacted by the dealership and told I needed to get a replacement title. While I have NEVER had to do this with any other dealership before, I agreed as an attempt to be helpful and amenable, but I travel for work and am in the busiest season of the year so it would take me some time to have availability to get this done, and taking off work was not an option. Within a matter of weeks (it did take me a while to get this done) I was being threatened with legal action and being berated by the owner of this business- on a Sunday morning via text messages. Treatment of customers is abysmal at best- stay far away from this place. I will never do business with this place again, and I recommend the same for you. Completely unprofessional and gross behavior by grown adults. *Update- my car was sold to me without an oil cap. Spewed oil all under the hood and nearly ran out of oil- would have ruined the car completeIy and I am so lucky my husband checked. As for AJ 's response- I wish I could post screenshots. 🙄 STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
This is a fraud shop, charged me for a new bumper cover and i just found out they repaired the old one by throwing some welding pins on it I called them for resolution and he’s like file a law suit we can’t help you no more
I bought a car that lasted 8 days before needing to put $4,200 in repairs. I went through a car wash and water came pouring in from the sunroof because the seal was removed. A few days later the water pump failed, and belt broke all at the same time. I was promised a key cap cover for the driver door that I signed for that never got mailed which I paid for. They took 60+ to register the car for me to get tags which caused the drive out tag to expire. During the car buying process they were answering the phone, replying back to emails and text. After I drove off and called less then 10 days with issues they stopped answering. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. REPLY: 1st off I bought a BMW. Your reply is for another customer. This proves how unorganized you all are. Please stop saying to reach out directly. You all either don't answer or I am placed on hold and no one returns to the phone. You still have not responded to my email. You have yet to send me my $200 overpayment check or the part that you all said you would mail to me at the time of sale.
I will be very honest about my review and if the owners want to dispute that is OK. First off let me say the sales people are very polite and not rude. Your experience there will be pleasant. My issues are that I bought a MB GL450 which is a luxury car. The car has a clean carfax but there are issues which are not caught by the carfax that need to be inspected. My dumb self should have gotten an inspection before hand and Zak did say they allow inspections. What Zak also said was that if any problems arise they will take care of it and I took his word for mouth. Well there are problems and I brought the car back to have it looked at by their mechanic after I took to a specialized Euro auto shop. Let me say they didn't do anything and when I asked for their mechanic reports I have been given excuses or being ignored. If you plan on buying a car before you sign anything get it thoroughly inspected and know 100% what you are buying. If Texas Carz think I'm lying I have paper work and a text conversation and emails. They also know how to get a hold of me. All I wanted was just to be treated fairly that's it.
We purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey from this dealership and had a poor experience dealing with these sellers. First thing you need to know is that the prices are non-negotiable, what you see is what you get with the exception that they may be able to address certain issues with the vehicle before you purchase. The vehicle was certainly worth more in the excellent condition it was in and they are correct, they have the cheapest prices around. But the trade off is dealing with people who act like they are doing you a favor and you’ll be nickel and dimed to death. They even charge to use the debit card machine! “To keep the prices down”, as they say. So the only obvious issue with this vehicle was 2 bald tires. The dealership replaced them but the tires they were replaced with weren’t great and we pointed that out but really liked the price of the car so we purchased it anyway. 2 weeks into having the vehicle, one of tires completely blew out on the highway while going 70 miles per hour with my toddler in the car, my pregnant self, my teen, my mom and 85 year old grandma. Thank God we didn’t have an accident. And of course, all this happened while trying to catch a flight! So it cost me $50 in uber fees making sure my grandma got to the airport on top of a $165 tire bill. Thank goodness I had AAA or it would have been much more with a tow. I contacted Texas Carz as they give you 30 days to address any vehicle issues with them after purchase and they promised to send a check for half the cost of the replacement tire. It’s been almost three weeks and no check. And the last two days I’ve gotten no reply to my texts inquiring about the check. For paying almost $30,000 in cash for a vehicle, you would think the sellers would be more appreciative and want your return business and a good review. So my opinion - don’t fall for the low prices and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Somewhere that appreciates customers.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Texas Carz, and unfortunately, it has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The car I purchased, a 2017 KIA SPORTAGE, has been nothing but trouble since the day I drove it off the lot. It has been plagued with mechanical issues from the get-go. Within just two months of purchase, I have already spent over $1200 on repairs, not to mention the hundreds of dollars I've had to shell out for Uber rides due to the car being in the shop. When I attempted to address these issues with Texas Carz, their response was dismissive, stating that all vehicles are sold on an AS IS/WHERE IS basis and that I should take it up with warranty. While I understand that used cars come with some level of risk, the extent of the issues with this vehicle suggests that it was knowingly sold in poor condition. Overall, my experience with Texas Carz has been extremely frustrating and costly. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with caution. Avoid Texas Carz if you value honesty, transparency, and reliability in your car-buying experience.
RED FLAG! Please don't come here to buy a car. I bought a car from here in 2021, a BMW GT550i, The salesman called Mr. White (If I remember correctly), he was rudely speak to me (He ask some unrelated question where I feel it was offensive) and the car was bought with severe problem, engine oil leaking, with great blue smoke there. What suprises me is the engine oil ran out right after I purchase it. I tried to connect them but no one response me. Really bad car-purchasing experience.
I bought a Range Rover 2016 Not happy soon as I left the check engine light came on (which they took care of) then only to find out when it gets cold outside I have no damn heat it should be illegal to sell a vehicle with no heat or a/c (a/c works fine) but I guess it’s my fault huh? I have to come out my pocket a whole lot to fix the issue it’s freezing outside I should have had heat from the day I drove off the lot (it was hot out when I bought it) I was using a/c only had it since August or September THEY SHOULD BE PAYING FOR THE HEAT TO GET FIXED NOT ME they wanna be cheap they knew it wasn’t no heat before putting it up for sell I’m so damn pissed!!!! Still no registration no one can pull up my plates I’ll never shop here or recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!! Also adding that I have a small child who has to ride with me I feel bad as a mom my son in the back seat at 6 years old talking about he’s cold so damn pissed!!!!!!
Quite possibly the most painful car buying process I have ever been part of, I will not recommend Texas cars to anyone. The car does not have features the website. Website stated it had sun roof and heated seat, neither of which it had. Secondly what dealership sends a car out on empty! I have to fill up a car I just purchased with a damn gas can because it doesn't have enough gas to make to the nearest gas station to me. Lastly delivery was crap once you received your down payment communication ceased. Very disappointed with my experience purchasing this vehicle!
Blown head gasket less than 2 months in!!!! I bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger in September, Rick was very helpful and nice during the sales process. I bought as is, since I lived an hour away from the dealership and those warranties are mostly total garbage. However, after over 2k in fixes already, my car also now has a blown head gasket. Interesting how that happened only a thousand miles into owning the car. I highly suspect that they knew about the gasket and did what they could to cover it up so that I didn't notice when looking to purchase. Please buyers beware of this retailer! Their sales people are nice, but I wouldn't trust the cars they are selling. Covering up major auto repairs and pushing them off to the buyer is not an honest means of conducting business. After only 1 car payment, I have to deal with a major repair or engine replacement. I'm sure if I took them up on a warranty, there would be some exclusion that kept them from paying for this repair. Anyone who's ever tried to file a claim for those warranties knows what I'm talking about. If you do find a deal here, find a trustworthy mechanic around to check the car really well. Even at that, I still wouldn't recommend it. Places like this can mask a lot of problems and you only find out about it after you're on the hook for the fix.
I just bought a car from this dealership. They are really responsive when you are pre-approved with your own bank. I'm in a different town from the dealership, so my car was shipped to me it took almost 15 to 20 days to get the car. Literally, the first day I got the car I went for a ride, and warning lights came on I texted them and call and no answer. So now I'm stuck with this expensive bill. So I'll say if you already gonna be paying car note just do it from a reputable car dealership. Bad business and bad people. 👎
Bought my daughter her first car here and it is the biggest piece of junk. Before we made it home after purchasing the car the check engine light was on. I called immediately the next day and could not get any help the extended warranty I paid a few grand extra for will not cover any repairs. Took it to their recommended mechanic and they told me the car has had two engines replaced and needs another. When I call I can never speak to a manager even when I go up there still can’t speak to a manager I’ve tried numerous times. I’m stuck with 20k in debt for a car that’s not even worth a dime this place will rob you like it did me. A month after we bought they offered me 1500 on trade for a car I paid 20k for. Don’t buy a car from here please. So the response I get from aj the owner is I did not but my car from them but yes I did. You’re in the old clay Cooley lot off composite dr.
