The food was great, got the 2 for 22. The manager was doing everything it seemed like he was doing everything, we were very grateful. He greeted us at the door and sat us. The manager took our drink orders and even checked on us about 3 times after that. Even got up to go boxes and bags when our server wasn't around. Miranda was our and she did a great job as well, maybe seemed a little new but did a great job despite it.

Have never really had a bad experience here, the server was attentive and the food came out quickly. The bacon avocado ranch chicken sandwich was really good, the portion was pretty big and it came with a side of fries, I ended up taking half of it home so that was cool. I really like the pay at the table little computer because it expedites everything and it's easy for splitting up the bill if you're eating with different parties.

Went with my family last night. Had the skillet queso. Please never get rid of it. Chilis still has one of the best queso recipes. So good. And I love the salsa. Never change. Please. And of course, strawberry lemonade is perfect. Waitress was very nice. Had the smash burger which was great. I highly recommend. The only thing that makes me a little sad is that they no longer offer their regular nachos. Not a fan of the new nachos they have. Although the regular nachos aren't on the menu, I asked if they still make them. Unfortunately no. But I digress. Skillet queso and smash burger were awesome. Keep it up!

Went to Chili's for dinner with a friend and we both enjoyed our meal. I had 3 Spicy Shrimp Tacos with their own pico and I had mine with Corn Tortillas, but only problem the Tortillas seemed cold, I don't like flour, the way they are made, so it might taste better. My friend had a steak with asparagus, steak was cooked to perfection, but her asparagus was under cooked. She had a Cocktail that she enjoyed. Oh, and for an appetizer we had their Queso Spinach Dip, which was real good. Our Server was nice and attentive. The Atmosphere was nice and clean. Will go back...

Surprisingly, not much to complain about on this last visit. Our waiter actually took our order in a timely fashion and the food came out hot. My black bean burger was edible, although the guac I paid extra for was a minuscule portion. The skillet cookie with ice cream was suitably decadent. I’m not a fan of the large game and credit card terminal taking up so much of our two-top bar table. I know labor is hard to come by, but if that’s your plan, why not just have people go through a line and then take a seat?

The waiter was courteous & somewhat new. He did a great job with taking care of our needs. We were asked to sit in the bar area by way of a hand written sign on the front door. Lack of employees? It felt crowded & with covid beginning to ease a bit, it was still unnerving. Overall a good experience. The burgers were not as big or tasty as I recall.

Chili's 🌶️ revamped their menu and food. I think it was a positive thing for them to do. I'm just disappointed that their chicken crispers aren't how they use to make them. Don't get me wrong, the new and improved chicken crispers are delicious 🤤, I just really really really liked the way they use to be. the only thing i disliked was the hostess, she made it seem as if we were bothering her. she asked us how many menu (kids vs adults) so of course we speaking with them regarding if they want a coloring menu or not (not all children are created equal) they changed they mind a couple of times until i made the final decision, this interaction took less than 3 minutes which by that she blew her breath out of frustration, gave us the menus and procceded to walk us to our table. everything after that was amazing. however, i must say i did start to just use their restroom and leave right after to go somewhere else but we had already had a long day before we got there. we stayed and loved it. the food, the atmosphere, our waitress and even the other waiter who waited on us just because he was passing by and notice our drinks were low and offered to refill and did just that. if we return, we'll probably go through the side entrance to avoid the hostess🤣 she really can dampen someone mood and it really was a bad impression for service that very exceptional and we almost did not experience it

A central location to celebrate a birthday. Everything was smooth until one plate of food was late. It's so weird for everyone to have their food except one person. Do we let our food get cold waiting on that last plate? Our waiter had other customers; but, I thought he was on top of it. Evidently not! Still waiting, some have already started eating, the manager is making his rounds and ask how our visit is going. We shared our concerns with him. He jumps on it. Feeling better about the situation, I started to nibble at my food which all but disappeared by the time the missing plate of food made it out. This means our waiter wasn't taking care of the situation. At, this point my review is 3 stars. But, the manager took care of the situation from the word go. We didn't have to ask for anything else, he already had it taken care of before I would have thought to ask. +1 ⭐ Our, food and drinks were on point for Chili's 🌶️. Yes, I would go here again. Lastly, thanks to that family that sang along during our rendition of "Happy Birthday" 🎉

Even though the food was better than I expected, the service was pretty awful. Food here is pretty standard and nothing that will necessarily wow you, it will satisfy if your in the mood for some good ol fashion American food with a twist of somewhat tex mex. I think they even saw Mexican style roasted corn, which definitely caught my attention. 5 stars for better service.

Usually the service and food are pretty good. Tonight I made an order for pick up and it took over 45 minutes which is fine since its news years eve. I was missing my chips but got my guacamole so had to run and grab some and my husband steak was literally still mooing at us. This picture is after he put it on our grill at home for 5 min. We just ended up throwing it away.

Went for the molten chocolate lava cake. Seats were gross and sticky, don’t think they clean more than daily, if even that. But staff was attentive and food was good.

Food was good. But marked lower because we rarely saw our waitress. She took our order and we didn't see her again until the check came. Even then the check wasn't split properly, and we had to wave down a different waitress to fix it.

It’s a poor example of a Chili’s. To be fair it could have been a bad day. There were only 3 occupied tables at 3pm in the afternoon. Are people just not choosing to go to this location, or was it an off day?IDK. The frozen margarita was not available. The food wasn’t the best I’ve had at a Chili’s, but maybe just an off day. The pictures on the menu were the best things there. I probably wouldn’t return to this one.

Hate to see Chilis going down hill the way it has. I've never fully forgiven them for ruining my very favorite item ...their famous (flour battered) chicken crispers and so over the years I've just chosen to go elsewhere. After about a 5 year absence, I returned last year during summer at the request of another. And once now in Jan 2026 at the request of another. I also used to enjoy their explosion salad many years ago. Well that has also been ruined. It was so full of these large chunks of iceberg lettuce that it overpowered everything else. Wish I wouldve gotten a picture. Seems because they want the portion to look big for what they're charging for it. It was just so bland I had to douse it in dressing and the quesadilla cuts are half the size they once were. Sigh. I mean I get why these restaurants have to do this... because of the times we're in but it's still quite disappointing. Waitress was ok. Maybe having a bad night because she wasn't welcoming or warm from the moment we sat down.

Don’t sleep on Chili’s. Sure, they may not be what they once were, but they still have a lot of value. I love the price points on their cocktails. My fav is the El Presidente Margarita. It comes in several flavors like strawberry and watermelon. It is always sweet and strong. It is a pretty nice size also. I usually have the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl. It is always tasty and just the right amount of food when I am not super hungry. The wings are still good too. Please don’t forget about Chili’s. They are a solid choice . Especially, when you don’t want to break the bank.

Wildly disappointed they took corn on the cob and street corn off of the menu. I still ordered the full rack of ribs, which were delicious, but now they only have one flavor. Upgraded to the Texas cheese fries but I wouldn't recommend them. Our servers were absolutely delightful. Very sweet and attentive. They want you to finish and leave ASAP, I understand them wanting to refill the tables over and over, but there has to be a limit. Good Customer service and good food are two of the most important, Two failures here today!!

Hadnt visited this place in awhile and figured would give them a try again. Poor experience overall. We were seated and then, eventually, had to get someone to take our order. Figured we may have been lost in a shift change although not all that many customers at the time. The meal was somewhat disappointing for the price. Bowl of chili was much smaller than hoped. Margaritas were over sweet and weak. Salmon tasted fine but was a bit pricey.

I love chili's but how are you the manger takeing my order and it come out like this? I asked for a chicken sandwich with tomatoes cheddar cheese and Ranch! This is what was in my bag 🙊🙉🙈!! So I'm typically a fan of chilli's but they are in desperate need of good cooks. Everytime i order chilli's the food is nearly ice cold if not ice cold. I just left chilli's and the food is again ice cold in some parts of the chicken crisper. The mozzarella sticks are cold also....the fries were literally the only thing hot...everything else is ice cold....I shouldn't have to pay $38 to get home and have to recook my food.

We were very disappointed with our order this time. My husband's steak was tough, I had a piece of pickle or jalapeño in my Tex Mex Bowl and our ranch cup had an unidentified object in it. Because of the added things in our food I checked my daughter's food as well to make sure nothing was hiding in there. Gladly, my daughter was able to eat with worry. Check your food!

Chili's has really gone down the drain in recent years. They seem to have slimmed down their logistics, which comes at the expense of quality. See photo on what a Ceasar's salad looks like. Day-old bowl of stale lettuce, a few stripes of stale cheese, stale croutons on top, sauce in a plastic container on the side. This would be ok at Waffle House, but not here. House Margarita is essentially Minute Maid, with maybe a, shot of Tequila in it. Payment machine is a joke. Tip amounts determined on post-tax total and no option for 15%. It's so bad, they DON'T EVEN TELL YOU the pre-tax total. It's up to you to work that backwards. Just not worth the money. Guess I'm not the only person to think so. Place was nearly empty on a, Thursday night.

Went in after doing some shopping at the mall. Was greeted by a wonderful server named Jiqueyna. She was amazing! Super helpful and very cheery! Everything was wonderful until a family emergency came about and had to order my dessert (baked chocolate chip cookie) to go. Apparently the manager had an issue with that and fussed at our server for our having to leave? She told us he was coming out to speak with us and he never did come. Will not be eating at this particular chili's again. It wasn't our servers fault that an emergency came up. He didn't have to fuss at her like that. Don't want to participate in an establishment that treats such wonderful employees that way.

Our waitress was nice, that was about the only positive thing. We walked in and it was over 5 minutes before anyone greeted us even though the place only had a few customers. We waited half an hour for our drinks after we ordered them. Food came over an hour after we ordered and every order (there were 5 of us) was either wrong or missing something we'd asked for. This happens every time I come here which is why I haven't been here in over two years. Thought I'd give it a try hoping things had changed in that time, they haven't. Go to another Chili's! I've never had a bad experience at any other location.

This place used to be good, however, it seems the past few months this chili's has gone down. Stacy the bartender was AWESOME and since she left they have brought in staff that don't seem to be attentive or have no business being in the service industry. We have come in several times and they have forgotten our appetizer or something is missing on our food. One of the bartenders is slow and forgetful. They don't remember to bring condiments or silverware. You go out to eat to be served, not to serve yourself. We are always having to ask if we can get silverware or condiments more than once. Just seems to be an unpleasant experience dining in especially when you are spending your own money. I think you'd be better off having better service at fast food place then you do here and spend half the money.

I called this location to place a to go order at 11:20. I was told by your to go staff that you were not accepting to go orders over the phone. This struck me as odd because I know your cut off time to place to go orders is at 11:30. That’s why I called in the 1st place given that I frequent this Chili’s location often. I live around the corner. When I get to restaurant I was told by a manager that last call for takeout is at 11:30. Only to be told by the manager to not be angry for the intentful lie by a Chili’s staff member. Came off as if “so what” that we didn’t want to take your to go order. No accountability whatsoever. No acknowledgment of staff purposely telling me false information. Seems small but not cool. Will not be returning to this location.

Went to Chili’s around noon. Only to sit there for almost 2 hours waiting on our food. We were forgotten and other tables were also having trouble. One table had to stop the waiter just to get him to take their order. After waiting so long we asked for the check. This was honestly the worst experience at Chili's I've ever had. Don't get me wrong, I love Chili's, but when it's obvious that I'm on a time restraint and I have to flag my waitress and several other waitresses down about five or six times, then there's an issue. She also didn't give me the food I had ordered until I had told her that she was missing our appetizer after our main course had already come out. I had been trying to tell her this for 30 minutes. I had also been trying to leave for 20 minutes. Before I got a chance to tell her that I needed our appetizer to go because we were on a time restraint, she sped off and whenever she came back with our appetizer I said "I am so sorry but can you please put this in a to-go container" to which she replied with a snooty expression on her face then said sure. Then proceeds to bring me three different containers to put leftovers in, when I had only asked for one and only had enough food for one. This wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't at a tiny table that was covered in dishes. To top it all off they weren't that busy. As someone who has worked in multiple fast-paced and high-traffic restaurants before I was highly unimpressed. The food was awesome (though they forgot the ranch on my bacon chicken and ranch quesadillas) but the service that the waitress whose name I cannot remember (mainly due to the fact that she hardly ever came by our table) presented me with was remarkably... Awful.

The absolute worst dining experience we have ever had, and we love Chili's. The staff was inattentive, and it took an hour after sitting down to get food, while later arriving parties around us were already eating. Thankfully, the food was warm when it got to us, but we were also charged for a drink we didn't order. It wasn't an empty restaurant, but it wasn't packed, so we're not sure what was up. Some communication would've made a world of difference.

Absolutely horrible. The service was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food. At first I thought oh they are busy, but when other people who just sat down got their food I got upset. Our waiter hardly ever came around to check on us. The mango tea was watered down. Then when I was finally able to get the waiter to give me a new one it was all syrup. Where do I begin ? I ordered at the takeout counter the ultimate Cajun pasta. I’ve gotten the same meal at other chilies and it wasn’t near as expensive like almost 6 dollars more at this location than it is at other locations , at any rate I get this same meal because it’s got all the flavor, but there’s no heat. It’s not spicy. This time the pasta was almost red. It was so hot. I couldn’t even eat it. It was horrible. It comes with a piece of garlic bread. They wrapped up in piece of tin Foil and when I unwrapped it, it was black . It was burnt to a crisp. Needless to say by this time I was a bit angry after paying almost 30.00 for some pasta when I get home only to find it was in a clear container that wouldn’t even close so my food was all over the bag. Do yourself a huge favor snd go to the chilis in Allan Tx otherwise you will be wasting your money . Because these people don’t care what they serve you.

Honestly, it’s been a Monday and I wanted chilis after work and I didn’t mind being sat at the bar. Unfortunately, that’s a mistake I wish I could take back. The bartender Emma was in a horrible mood. She kept complaining to the hostess about the problems she has there. To be honest she was very loud and I believe if she’s the problem and unhappy she should leave or transfer. Otherwise food was amazing but I’m just not sitting at the bar, at least not with her.

As soon as they get busy they loose control! There was hair in my food, took too long to order and too long to replace the disgusting food!! We were there sitting and asked to change the Salsa but it took them too long that we left!! Dont waste your money on low quality food and dont be fooled by the rewards!

Went to the location in Addison, noticed nobody was sitting at the bar, as a previous bartender I always wanna support other bartenders. When my sister and I got there, the bartender with the eyelash extensions that reached her eyebrows, dark hair served us. Everything was fine until I checked my itemized receipt. She charged me for a tall dos xx when I was never asked if I wanted a short or a tall, I don’t normally finish my beer, I’d never order a tall. I looked at the glass and thought it looked odd, but it didn’t register that chilis had a short and tall option. Anyways my sister asked for a soda water… she charged her $1.50 for soda water. Never in my life have I been to a place that charges for soda water. I spoke to the manager and asked her if that was something normal they do and she said no, but that she’d been out for a week and stated the policy could have changed. Bartender wasn’t attentive, we received more service from the servers that would walk by us asking if they could take our plates etc. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and you never know who’s sitting at your bar top, trying to up charge items without consulting is taking advantage for a bigger tip. That’s not how that works, I tip based off experience and I will forever support bartenders, but she clearly didn’t wanna be there that night. As we were walking out she said “BYEEEEE” in a condescending voice. Didn’t appreciate that either.

Omg... I ate dinner about 3 hours ago. Chicken Alfredo pasta. Came home about an hour in a half ago. I statred feeling ill. Now im extremely nauseous and now vomiting. We just tried to call them. Just to ensure that maybe the sauce or chicken was bad, so they would not continue to serve it. The manager on duty said. It could not be the food according to her food poisoning takes over 24 hours.... Seriously Chilies DO BETTER. Food poisoning is a serious matter.

I had never been treated bad just for being Hispanic, I do not recommend the place even though they have improved their food.

Love when the takeout server gives himself 25% tip. He's fast on the screen to show you total but that's wildly unacceptable. The medium well done steak that was supposed to be medium rare was a nice touch. Order was placed in the restaurant so it doesn't over cook under heat lamps.
