How exactly are we supposed to order if online ordering is not available and the the linked to this location does not accept calls. Please provide us with a good phone number or make online ordering available.

Ordered delivery, first time getting food from here. They charge $8 for about $1 worth of pieces of chicken and call it boneless wings. I didn't think to take a photo but out of 8 'wings' we got 4 pieces that were the size of small bits of popcorn chicken and the rest were like the odd pieces that end up in the bottom of a batch. The flavors were ok but I haven't felt this ripped off in a long time.

We got 4 different pizza's and wings and all of the pizza's dough was not cooked all the way. The wings were better than the pizza's but they still weren't that good. Could have had more flavor. We got the garlic and parmesan wings.

You completely ruined my night. I ordered a large pepperoni and got barely any sauce or chesse. The pizza looks and tastes pathetic!!! I can't belive you stand behind this garbage. Save your money and order from another location or another pizza place entirely!!!!

Can’t believe how much has the respect for the customers and the experience a customer has when visiting a restaurant has going down down to trash 🚮 I order food and the food they gave me was all wrong and on top of that the restaurant manager was so incredibly rude i ended up paying to get disrespected how can they make a mistake and not try to make it right . More importantly why get so disrespectful when and customer brings you this issue. What’s wrong with this business? Are managers not responsible for customer satisfaction?.

The website was not working so I had to go inside. Cashier skipped me while I stood in line. Later says I can't get my birthday pizza because there's no barcode but I had an email and it's on my profile in the website. So I said forget it then, let me order. I couldn't customize a pizza. I just walked out and went to another pizza place that accommodates it's customers and doesn't have all these issues or is rude to it's customers.

Very rude location they must of been having a bad day. My wife and I are older. We needed a pizza without sauce. While other locations were happy to comply this location would not. How hard is it to replace sauce with garlic butter. There were 7 to 8 persons at this location and not one could do it. I asked to speak to manager I heard person on phone say that I wanted to speak to manager. Some one said just tell him manager is not here. OK I asked for managers name they would not provide the name. I walked into location I took a picture of licence and food service manager permit. I was asked what I was doing. I told them getting the name of manager so that I could call later. I told them this is a franchise and they could not treat people rudely or just hang up on customers. I told them I was going to report them to corporate, something I never do. I owned my own pizza restaurant for over 15 years. I would never permit any employee to treat a customer with so much disrespect. Again they laughed and said OK sure goodbye and then they turned around and again laughed with each other at the idea that corporate could or even would care. I have a Pizza Patron across the street where I live. I just happened to be buying chicken for my granddaughter next door to this location on Spring Valley. Needless to say it was just chicken for today.

I came in. Wait times horrible not only that, staff got my order completely wrong when I was nothing but polite the whole time. I do not recommend. Stay away! These people are the rudest!

I’m still here waiting for ONE pepperoni pizza I’ve been waiting about 45 minutes here at the storefront, but I called to place my order 10 minutes before I got here there is little to no other custom and the staff is in the back cracking jokes talking about drinking and smoking after work. SOMEBODY needs to take a look at this place

This location is the worst place ever I called 3x no answer I go inside and the lady with the glasses that always has her kid there is so rude and never attentive this was the best location before they had all these new people she ask if we want a regular or xl pizza and gets mad when we don’t understand her and is aggressively saying rude thing I’m tired of this location and I hope they hire people that love there job and not there to treat people with no respect

I got naked wings. 1 of the girls was telling her coworker to help and not just stand around. To atleast make boxes and why did she come to work. I give them all one start as I encounter them. I don't doubt they're pizza is probably good, though.

If you have the time or gas please go to the various others, do not come to this location. my fiancé and i always used to(as of today not anymore) come to this pizza patron but lately the 2 latina ladies in the front always have terrible attitudes and customer service! the girl with the black hair look relatively confused but the horribly dyed blonde haired girl is just bleh. i cant believe people hate their jobs so much they make the customer miserable as well…. heres what makes their day so hard my fiancé and i always ask for garlic butter on the pizza crust, every other pizza patron does it no problem yet this one always has a problem. whether it be that they don’t do it anymore they don’t sell it or they can’t put it on there orrr heres the kicker we can put it on ourselves…. so black hair girl with french tip nails finally tells us he (the cook) will put the butter on- tell is why we came to pick it up the butter is NOT on there and the blonde girl is there as if she told her not to put any on for us when we left after paying. this girl has also tried to charge us $1.65 for the butter as well when it is FREE! officially done begging for garlic butter because of pure laziness!! definitely concerned for the longevity of this location. get new employees or shut it down honestly, mr wongs or little cesaers and cicis around the corner will take yall out soon enough !

I was missing food and called to let them know, she asked have you already ate the food? And a bunch of other things, I said can you guys help me or not? I just want what’s missing from my order nothing else. She thought she hung the phone and called me “freaking rude” (can’t write the actual thing on here) for wanting to get the food I paid for. Never coming back.

Just bad service I tried calling ahead to place an order, but each time I called it's like they disconnected the phone line, so I came in person, the cashier Oscar Took my order and said wait for 15min came back just for my order to be wrong. They need an adult thier or Team leader. Just overall bad service.
