ok first of all it's Starbucks , the one and only. . . whatever they do businesswise - it's right and reliable. These guys have a providential, supreme gift for meeting the customer with the perfect, most insightful, caring representative. sorry if I gush, yet we've been their customer 20+ years . Starbucks is the ideal.
They were kind and helped me make a apple flavored frappe with caramel. There Customer service was nice and friendly and fast.

I ordered a strawberry refresher and a mocha cookie crumble that were very tasty, good service and my mocha cookie crumble was complimentary since the Starbucks on main St in Hesperia had completely ruined the drink when I ordered it over there a couple days earlier. I definitely recommend this Starbucks and will be returning every time I pass by and I'm thirsty.
Honestly. I come here for the Cece- the caffeine is just a plus! But seriously Cece makes my day every time I go. I look forward to rolling up to the window and seeing Cece. The whole crew is generally always very nice- but Cece is over the top!!! Love love love me some Cece
Great little corner location. Parking can be a little of a challenge. The parking lot in front of them is small and is shared with other businesses. I find it best to just park over by the Stator Bros. and walk over. They just did a complete makeover of the inside. Friendly staff and always welcoming.
I usually don't try and stop for any coffee before work because the store opens at 430 and I work at 5. Today I took the chance and the service was wonderful. They were quick and efficient without making me feel rushed 😊 the crew around 445 this morning truly changed my mind about having time to stop for a special coffee and still make it to work on time. Thank you!
This is my go to Starbucks since Phelan didn’t have a location for the longest until recently. Staff is always super friendly & fast. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!!
This is my favorite store!! The staff are welcoming, friendly, and greet me by name. If there is ever an issue with my order they fix it with a smile and a genuine desire for my satisfaction. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
After a long hot day , I'm in long line in drive thru. I realize I left my card! I get to the window and only able to order an ice water. I was greeted by the sweetest , kindest, Rene. I told her I could only order water, with no hesitation she offered me any drink! My usual a Frape I ordered. Rene went above & beyond her call of duty! She was so pleasant , she took care of me the way a customer should be treated! What a nice thing she did, she made my day turn around to great! Everyone is so friendly and if there's not a long line it's fast. If there's a line that means it's just popular and delicious. Don't complain about the drive through wait if your going to go at a busy time. They work as fast as they can. Any time I have come to this Starbucks I have had great service.
This is the BEST Starbucks in the High Desert! The Baristas are always cheerful, upbeat and welcoming. I totally forgot to get the 2 guys names that helped me with my order but they are awesome. The talked and laughed with me. It felt like we knew each other for years. That is the kind of experience you never forget. For customers: Please be kind they are working hard and as quickly as possible to get your order done correctly and in a timely manner to you. Screaming and yelling is unacceptable. Great job to all the baristas. You do a job well done every time I come. You get the order correctly and are friendly, never grouchy. I appreciate that. Keep up the good work.
I recently started to come to this starbucks due to change in employment. Almost always do a mobile order & I have never had an issue. Employee already knows me by name (tear). They're always so busy & really appreaciate how fast & efficient they are. Thank you!
This location has really good service. The girl running the drive thru is super nice and patient. She treated us with a smile and made a little bit of small talk. There was a wait in drive thru, but she made up for it with personality! When visiting California again, I'll visit this location during my next trip.
I typically pick up my order because this location's drive-thru line is CRAZY!! This time, however, the restaurant was closed, and the drive-thru was my only option. I was so shocked how fast the line went. The customer service was amazing, and it was just a great experience. Don't judge a book by its cover, this Starbucks ROCKED! Thanks guys!!
Great customer service! Was able to understand the barista in drive thru and she was patient with me as I ordered. Enjoyed my visit today because I have had a not so memorable visit in the past. The individuals working today did a great job. Keep it up.
Update- This store has improved quite a bit. They have remodeled the store which seems to have decreased wait times. The newer people working in the morning are very professional and pleasant. Original Review: I didn't want to believe the reviews about this place but after coming here on multiple occasions, the negative reviews about the drive thru times and the poor attitudes are very accurate. I'm the third person in the drive thru line and it's going on 15 minutes. It's a 50/50 chance to get a pleasant person in the morning.

The drive thru line is a little frustrating as far as getting and getting out, however this particular day it went smoothly because they had an employee outside taking orders in the drive thru. Another added touch was another employee giving out prefilled Easter eggs as a treat to customers on Easter Sunday. Little things like that make the whole experience pleasant ❤️

Best Starbucks location in the high desert. All of the staff is very energetic, warm and inviting. Service was speedy considering the amount of consumers. My latte is always made perfectly. Highly recommend visiting this location!
The staff here was awesome! They assisted in providing donated coffee and hot water to pass out to the homeless for an event last Saturday. The Manager, Falan is punctual and really cares about the community. Thumbs up to all of you!👍
Aaron is the best!!! I got the mango dragnfruit and I didn't really like it so he made me a new drink and you can just see the love he put in the drinks ❤ and the customers I never have a good experience at this star bucks but Aaron made it good and if I have to go again I hope I see Aaron. Hope you see this Aaron and know you made my day and sorry I wasn't a big fan of the drink.
In terms of quality of my coffee and customer service they are the best here. Yes there are long lines but what starbucks doesn't. I've learned to use mobile ordering and it has never failed.

I went in on my break around 9:28am Mind you I ordered an egg pesto mix sandwich which was good. Then ordered an iced caramel macchiato that was just made terrible Carmel sitting at the bottom not taste what so ever. I always go here because I work next door. Everytime I go I get some bad tasting drinks. I need to stop visiting. Seriously always done excuse oh you didn’t order extra Carmel it’s just a drizzle. I’m so done spending my money here. Good bye
Hands down to this specific Starbucks!!! I been to many Starbucks, and nothing compares to this place. The customer service is always outstanding! happy faces every single time, I come here a lot and during the early morning rush hour. Never had they messed up my order, nor have they ever had bad attitude. Rue and this other guy (I can't remember if he's a manager) are truly amazing with their super welcoming spirit and positivity. You guys are the best and you 2 make my mornings. Thank you-
I'd like to start off by saying this is my favorite Starbucks in the High desert. I visit this location more than any others plus it's close to my house. Secondly, I like to give a Special shout out to Amy. She is awesome and so down to earth. I have came in a few times and was helped by her but today 2/11/26 I was greeted by Lakeisha(very sweet person) and began to order. Amy walks by and Spoke to me and Remembered my name. I was shocked. It really made my whole day a lot better. So thank you so much Amy for being you. ❤️❤️
always enjoy stopping by Starbucks in Adelanto whenever I’m in town — it’s a reliable place to fuel up with a great cup of coffee and start my day right. The baristas are friendly, welcoming, and always do their best to get my order just right, even during busy times.  Whether I’m grabbing my usual or trying one of their seasonal drinks, the beverages are consistently tasty and crafted with care. The drive-thru service is convenient and efficient, which is perfect when I’m on the go.  The shop has a comfortable vibe for a quick stop — and it’s located in a handy spot off the highway, making it ideal for both locals and travelers. I always leave satisfied and refreshed. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you’re in the area! ☕✨

Madeline impressed me today. I haven't been in for a while. She recognized me and called me by name as I walked in the door. I work customer service and I bearly recognize faces, let alone names. I feel she deserves a raise for making customers feel visable and rememberable. It makes me want to only go there for future orders. I'm a order on app, pop in pop out customer. I am truly impressed!

It is a typical Starbucks coffee shop. This one is located in Adelanto, near US-395, nearby Stater Bros. I would come here, from time to time, to order coffee and meals to go. However, sometimes I would dine-in inside. Oh boy, the place is well maintained. The staff members, too, were courteous, helpful, and attentive. At the same time, there is ample of space to sit down, inside, and outside. Since most of the customers would order take out, or through drive-thru. Still, sometimes the service was quite slow, and I would have to wait between 15 to 20 minutes, to have my coffee ready. Nevertheless, when ordering through drive-thru, the orders were processed smoothly. Still, during my visits, I was not in a rush, and was willing to wait. However, if anyone is in the rush, I would recommend to use the drive-thru option.
It is a typical Starbucks establishment, this one is located in the strip mall of Adelanto Marketplace. I would visit this specific location, when visiting my relatives in High Desert. I would come here, to purchase coffee, and sometimes, if I would get hungry, meals. Usually, the lines were not long, and they moved quite fast. Nevertheless, sometimes, I would have to wait, to have my order ready. Still, when going through drive-thru, the orders were made quicker. So, my tip is to order through drive-thru. Nevertheless, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, during my visits, the place was neat and well maintained. In addition, they had outdoor seats. So, if anyone wants to sit down, and enjoy a good coffee, I would recommend to stop by this place. The prices, during my visits, were fair, just as in other Starbucks establishments. While the meals, themselves, were quite delicious.

Employees were very friendly made me feel welcomed and even held a conversation about my holidays while still working. There was a long line but was still able to receive my order in about 10 minutes which was fast for how long the line was this was at 7:30 am. Also very clean.
Okay folks this is a Starbucks, and international coffees shop chain. So you know what to expect, the quality in the product are consistent across stores. what I like about this one is its location between Carson City Nevada and San Diego California. It's about at the time I'm ready for a break use their toilets, and get a nice cool frappuccino. Quick and easy in and out off of us 395, just before or after interstate 15.
My drink was great as usual. I enjoyed the egg whites with roasted peppers. There were many customers there, but I still received my order in a reasonable amount of time. I let the cashier know that customers had left a mess in one of the bathrooms. She seemed interested in the information and said it would be taken care of.
This is the fastest drive thru ever done unless they get a huge order. I've gotten in the line where 10 cars were in front of me and it only took 5 minutes and 29 seconds to be done. I do wish they would make sure to have everything in stock. I've tried 4 times to get a breakfast sandwich and they have been out of stock everytime.

I really love 💘 how most of these workers who work there have such sweet kindness towards their customers ❤ even if things aren't going well for them! Being the only Starbucks location for miles, you would think that this place would be a lot busier, but the awkward parking lot makes it a little hard to get in and out of this place quickly. The baristas seemed pretty knowledgeable about the product and even had their own recommendations. It was pretty clean on the inside, and I would definitely recommend this location.
The seating is not conducive to an extended, third home setting. Totally support no plugs to keep the "community" out, but definitely need better seating, please.
Drive-thru is slower than most locations. Holiday rush proves to be too much for that team.

Coffee is as good as any other Starbucks but inside almost always has a dirty counter and floor. The furniture is also really old looking and worn. Needs an update and cleaning schedule. Employees are very nice! *Update* Since my earlier review they have updated the interior with mixed results. It seems they have extra space in the middle of the store with nothing to occupy it. Less seating and retail options don't seem to make sense. It looks newer but still has a dirty, trash filled floor whenever I'm in. I'll stick to the drive thru.
Nice remodel!! It was nice to catch up with my dear friend here... Until the guy wiped down our table, right in the middle of our visit, asking if we needed anything, staring a LONG time... Making us feel like he wanted us to leave.
They always have great customer service never mess up an order. However I ordered on the app ahead of time and still had to wait over 20 minutes made me me late for work.

Order was correct, but the barista at the window had no idea what I had ordered. When I went to pay, I initially used the app and the remaining balance on it was not enough to cover the full purchase. I then used a credit card to pay the rest of it and the Barista said it'll ask you a question and before I could even do anything it tapped to add in a tip, with the Barista removing the card machine within seconds. My total went from $7.60 to $12.60, essentially giving the Barista a $5 tip. At that point I didn't even care and I just left, but be mindful of when you're paying with the credit card and the drive-thru, I would probably recommend not trying to tap your credit card against the machine but rather insert it
I’ve never have experience someone being racist towards me or my family at a Starbucks location, as soon as we entered this location the cashier girl looked at us unwelcoming. The cashier was taking another order and she was really nice to the other customer , but as soon as we started ordering she drop the smiles and the good attitude . The whole time we were ordering she was mad , talking to us with a very rude tone , rushing us. When we were done ordering we did noticed the cashier girl being nice to the next customers, and when I asked for her name , she didn’t say anything, and continued with the attitude, Cristi was her name. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism from the cashier at this location. The other workers were really nice to us , drinks were great
Nothing wrong with the coffee or food, but they almost never have mobile order available. I understand it gets busy here, but it's almost as if you're never able to order through mobile.
I didn’t like this store at all. First of all the order took too long to make and then it was a wrong order. If you order Green Tea Peach Lemonade and receive some pink stuff it makes you question the staff. I didn’t have time to ask to correct the order and definitely didn’t like the pink stuff they gave me.
Management really needs to do something about the drive through. Just spent 47 minutes to spend $15 on three drinks. Love my coffee most days when made right but the lines are too long.
Bad location deep in a shopping center
I always spend anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes in the drive-thru at this location, regardless of day and time. The staff is usually very friendly, but they're extremely slow. Also, my drinks are never totally full and they're never all that hot. Last, they're always out of everything. It's very close to my house, so it's been convenient, but there is another location closer to the freeway on the way to work that I will likely switch to.
I ordered a completely different drink and still gave me a chai latte - this happened in the drive thru. This has happened to me twice already. Other than that, service and food is great.
I was excited to have a Starbucks so close by, but the experience has been disappointing. My drinks are rarely made correctly, and when I’ve asked for them to be remade, the staff have been unprofessional—for example, one clerk insisted I immediately sample the drink in front of them. The team clearly needs more training. Getting a refund here is also a hassle, and they never answer their phone, which makes resolving issues even more frustrating. This location is always busy, even late at night, yet the service does not match the demand. Because of this, I now go to the Starbucks on Roy Rogers, which isn’t as busy and consistently gets my order right. With another location being built down the street, I can only hope it eases the traffic at this one and improves customer service in the area. The inside is not inviting.

Worst Starbucks in the high desert. Customer service is hit or miss and the drinks never taste good. The one I just picked up has no flavor. On the bright side I get to crunch on a bunch of ice with every sip of my frap. I've tried to give them a chance more than once because it's close to me, but this morning is the last time I'll spend my money at this one.
If you can drive the extra few miles to another Starbucks, I highly suggest it! Drink wait time is about 15-20 min, in both, inside store and drive-thru. This store is always short on supplies and friendliness. If your drink does not have an ordered ingredient, expect to wait 10 min after an order is placed to be notified. Avoid this training facility at all cost!
Either they need new employees or they just tooooo cheat. 3 times in a row I would go, there is bad customer service. The employees were ignoring me and my drinks would be filled up halfway.
Every coffee drink ordered from here is made wrong every time. They get one star simply for not messing up the teas, otherwise they’d get 0 stars. When I ordered salted cold foam they would usually make it regular (without salt) because they typed the order in incorrectly. Then when I ask them nicely to fix it they remake it with so much salt that it tastes like I'm drinking the ocean saltwater, then I end up having to pour it out because it tastes TERRIBLE. They did not apologize for making it incorrectly, instead the barista looked at me like I was in the wrong for mentioning it and gave me attitude. A waste of money. Also, any latte at this location is made with excessive syrups so it's overly sweet. It's like every barista there makes the drink their own way instead of how it's supposed to be made. ON TOP OF THIS, the service is super slow. Takes forever to get your drink, especially through the drive thru. If you’re hoping to make a quick coffee stop here, there’s no chance. You’ll be late to wherever you’re headed. There's no winning. This Starbucks is the worst in every way. I've never had this problem with any other Starbucks especially so frequently. So disappointed that I started driving to a further location from me who gets it right.
Went in to redeem my birthday rewards this morning and the girl made me feel like I was lying, I had the app and was able to scan and get my reward but her service was very lackluster. Bad start to a birthday!
For the past four or so drive thru visits I have been harassed by the evening staff and I have had enough of it yesterday Friday 6/28 one employee in particular her name is Lakesha I believe that’s how it is spelled. I wasn’t quite sure what was going on at first I did see the commotion going on inside. Then once my drink was handed to me I asked what was happening. I was able to make out some of what Lakesha was yelling about and although she had a thick slang accent I was able to understand what she was yelling about. Prior to that visit I had previously ordered a frappe drink and had asked for extra caramel. Then I continued to the window, and almost immediately noticed that the extra caramel had not been added. So I asked if they had added extra caramel I was told that I didn’t order my frappe with extra caramel. Immediately before I could even finish my sentence she became very angry and the whole staff became very argumentative about what I supposedly did not order. I was shocked and could not believe what was happening. I looked at my wife and asked is this really happening right now, even my little ones that were sitting in the third row had asked if they were yelling at us, it felt so surreal. After that chaotic moment they had asked for the drink back, I had informed them that I was not able to hand it back to them do to cross contamination, they looked at me confused and asked what was that. I replied to them by asking if the had there food handlers card and if they han any knowledge of Section 428.10-428.80 :: Article 4 there answer to that was the window being slammed closed. However She did remake my drink and and continued to show her frustrating behavior as if I had done something wrong. I have had several experiences with many incompetent people that were properly disciplined and retrained and had remarkable results in their behavior. I hope that this Starbucks establishment does the same assessment of their employees and their management.
This location is very unhygienic. First thing in the morning the floors are covered in spilled drinks. The workers talk amongst themselves like they are not at work and 1 out of 3 of the women that work there will give you bad attitude or roll their eyes when you ask them a question. This is the closet location to me as to why I visit frequently but if I had a choice I would never choose this location
The associates including management is not mindful of other people waiting in line. There was a customer who wasn't organized and clearly didn't care how much time they took. I understand we can't control this however management should be be prepared to react to such situations so other customers don't be effected by this horrible experience..
Wow I have never had to wait 25 minutes for a drink! They seem to bypass anyone that orders in store and only focus on those that are going through the drive-through or have done a mobile order. I watched my drink get moved out of the way to the back of the line over and over again
I had the worst experience in this location. The barista that was making the drinks for walk-ins and mobile order was distracted and working so slow. I did not mind at first because I understand we all have those days. What bothered me was that I was the only person inside and I ordered one drink he did not even bother to work on my drink he just continued to work on mobile orders. When I asked him about my drink after waiting for more than 10 mins. He simply told me that he had mobile orders. I was standing in front of him the whole time so his attitude and tone was really what got me really upset.
Every Sunday it seems like they only have the drive thru open and nobody can go inside. Makes it hard to run your errands real quick when the store is closed for only inside use. Please find a better way of dealing with closing the store down half of the day.
To the barista this morning in the drive through window with the light brown highlights and clown eyelashes, please check your attitude. Normally the staff is so nice but this is the second time I've come across this barista who has such a nasty attitude towards customers. She nearly spilled my drink on me handing it to me. I've gotten my order wrong 2 times after I've had to repeat over and over while in the drive thru line and when I got it it was still wrong. When I told the barista she dis not hide her annoyed look. For such and expensive price I think a little more attention and time should be put into our beverages!

By far one of the worst Starbucks for mobile orders. You have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes after the time it gives you on the app. Order at least 30 minutes before arrival. It’s so bad.
My first bad experience I ordered a brown sugar ice latte with oat milk and the young lady that’s making the drinks gave me a hot and I said I ordered a iced and I can tell she got upset and gave me I would say a cup of milk that’s what it taste like and just set it on the counter so I had to look and see if it was mine but I go every day 3 times a day and never experience this treatment
Horrendous customer service. Ordered two Americanos in store and after an 12 minute wait, seeing the drive thru moving steadily and noticing another customer ahead of us waiting for a ridiculous amount of time at the store counter, we asked how much longer. In reply, we were told there were mobile orders in front of us and the drinks had not yet been started. Even after our complaint the drinks were not started. We waited a further three minutes and requested a refund, walking away with no coffee, after being in store in for no less than 20 mins (given the wait to be served). It is important to note that the store was NOT busy, one customer in front of us and no one waiting behind us. Hands down the worst productivity and organisation of a coffee store I’ve witnessed. One member of staff behind the counter provided rude service to a lady asking for a cup holder, no eye contact or communication. There were 8 people+ working in the store and yet they were unable to organise themselves to work in an efficient fashion. Complete waste of time from our day and road trip. As we left, the customer ahead of us said that was the longest she had ever waited for an order and that she’d go to a different store next time.
This location needs serious help with customer service skills. Considering their manager Christian wanted to be unprofessional with a customer complaint and made it obvious mocking the customer while the drive thru door was open says a lot on why associates on his shift act this way. Im not speaking on all asssociates there because a few are great at their job and definitely shows. Consider who you're having as the face of your store and drive thru. It matters.
