For the past 7 years now, we have NEVER had our order correct. Delivery or pick up, doesn’t matter. We don’t get fast food often, but sometimes you just crave Taco Bell! I’m always disappointed in this location. You guys are making $20/hr now, maybe it’s time to prove you deserve it! If you can’t get a simple fast food order correct, you DEFINITELY don’t deserve $20/hr!! It’s not rocket science! I hate to say it, but this was my last time giving this location a chance. I’d rather drive a little further than deal with this.

Ordered three items as they come on the menu plus a drink and specified what sauce I want all on GrubHub. They got it to me quick, and the food was warm. However, no napkins, no sauce, no drink, the bag was falling apart, and the item that was supposed to have sour cream had about the end of a finger worth on the very end of the taco. What....?

I ordered 2 crunchy tacos, there were 4 people behind me when I ordered. Two people that were behind me got there order before me. I waited 15 minutes then went up to ask about my order, they didn't have it on the screen. I just got a refund and left. Wendy's meal was much better...

Kinda sucks that they're only open until 12am...wanted to get some Taco Bell and was driving home from the gym, was kinda wanting something meaty, and this place was close to my drive home; at 1am. I was so disappointed when they were all dark in the lobby/dining area and drive through despite people in the kitchen area. Well, I know where I won't be going😒 Disappointment!

Went through he drive through asking for vegan 3 double crunch rap with no cheese or sour cream we got home and my friend consumed part of he crunch rap with cheese sauce and has very bad allergies. His throat is swelling and his stomach is turning violently. I brought the food back immediately and presented it to the manager Geo showing him the receipt and having him sine off on it that they made it with cheese. We are waiting to see if we need to go to the emergency room. Please be carful if you have food allergies when going hear.

This visit to Taco Bell was memorable—if only for the cook’s “upset mom” demeanor. She snapped, “If you pay for more steak, you will get more steak,” like she was personally offended by customization requests. Her attitude ruined the whole moment, especially when it felt like she skimped on everything else to make up for “extra” orders. It’s like she was shrinking the rest of the ingredients to balance her mood—turning what should be a simple meal into a chore. I came for a taco, not to dodge kitchen drama.

Ignored me. Didn't help or take my order at front cash register. Was told by another costumer I must order at the kiosk. I needed to substitute my sour cream for Guacamole. So, I went up to the counter after ordering , made it clear I had something I needed to ask them/tell the employees... Looked at me, no expression, ignored me. I told them to cancel my order. So disappointing. Will never come back here

This place isnt worth ur money. U will be disappointed. I got soft tacos every single one was mostly lettuce one of them was only lettuce. The tortilla wasnt even warm and my cinnabon delights were put into small paper bags that had been scrunched up and thrown in the bag. Not worth the $24 it cost. Horrible quality. Eat somewhere else because this place doesn't sell food
