Anteriormente eran una tortas muy buenas, ahora ya ha cambiado, usan un birote (pan) más pequeño, sirven poca salsa y la carne ha dejado de tener el sabor que las caracterizaba. En cuanto al servicio es bueno, atiende rápido.

The tacos dorados are delicious, the service average because there's only one person running the place. The atmosphere is quiet. Only two or three tables are occupied. Parking is difficult... because there's nothing but the street, and if there's a spot available, it's a miracle.

The food is okay, but not as good as it used to be. The tacos are very thin and small. What I really didn't like was the service. The person serving us was on a video call with the speakerphone blasting and didn't even attend to us. We had to go pay because the person was on a video conference with their friend. This went on for about 40 minutes while we were there. It was unpleasant.

There's no doubt that "he who doesn't know God will kneel before any saint." While they're acceptable and the salsas are good, they're nothing like the originals. They have nothing but "solid" meat; the bread (not birote) does its job but gets soggy quickly. The tacos dorados have: NOTHING INSIDE!!!!!! The attitude of the person serving you is bad. But it is what it is...

It's been a while since I've been to a food establishment where they don't greet you or even say good morning. It took them about 10 minutes to serve me, and the truth is, they were only there for two more months and they were already eating. I had time to go to the bathroom, come back, and finally the girl arrived. She kindly explained the dishes to me since they don't have a menu. She took what I ordered, and when it was time to pay, she didn't even thank me for the tip I left. Very disappointed. I won't say much about the food; it wasn't extraordinary, just an average dish.

Very unpleasant. They charge for everything. Ask for more cabbage and they charge you extra. Ask for more sauce and they charge you more! Terrible service, and that includes food.

Terrible service. They ask if you want it extra and then take advantage of the situation to steal the meat from a taco when you order takeout. And when I called them, they wanted me to go back to their place to get the meat myself. They hung up on me, I called again, and they told me I was lying, that the tacos were loaded with meat, but I've attached photos as proof. I'm never going back; they're thieves. And they still have the nerve to get angry... there's your proof, let's see if it's clear to them that they stole a taco. I ordered four tacos, and they only gave me enough meat for three.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW THEM, DON'T GO AND SAVE YOURSELF A DISAPPOINTMENT. The worst tortas I've ever been to... They don't deserve to be called tortas ahogadas. The salsa is bad, the bolillo is a poor imitation of a birote (a crumb of a bolillo and ugly), and the meat is terrible. The tacos don't even have potatoes, just crispy tortillas. They should go to some torta places in Guadalajara so they can make an imitation, but seriously, their tortas and service are awful. They don't have a bar to add salsa or onions to your liking, and they don't have parking either. 0 stars... If you don't know them, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this place is no longer my favorite. Since Erny stopped serving, the service has significantly worsened. The last few times I've noticed that the employees seem disinterested and don't even say thank you. It seems the owner's negative attitude has spread to the entire staff. Inflexible policies, such as not keeping separate checks and demanding exact payment, make the experience even more unpleasant. Plus, they charge extra for a simple glass of tomato sauce, which I consider excessive. The only thing that kept me coming back was the bolillo, but I discovered that Las Tortas Ahogadas del Birote de Zapata offer the same and more: fresh meat and a much better atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

Years ago, they were practically the only option for tortas ahogadas in Aguascalientes, and they've always been half-baked. They get upset when you ask for more sauce because it's not enough; the entire staff is always grumpy. The worst part was that once we asked for a spoon, and they took one from a dirty plate and didn't offer it—terrible! And to top it off, the guy says, "Or did you want a clean one?" Needless to say, we didn't go back. The good thing is that there are many better options, with a flavor more similar to those in Guadalajara.
