It was an average place for me. The food was ok. I like it but wasnt so special. I have had better places than this.

The food was very good, however the server Jenn was a bit unprofessional. We had asked for our check and were just waiting for her to grab it however she went to go help other tables which is fine but then she sat down on her phone in a corner for about 20 minutes. We shouldn’t have had to wait for our check for 20-30 minutes because she had to go on her phone.

The restaurant was modern with a fast food vibe like a Paneras. We had a pizza that was made with fresh ingredients but it was very thin and lacked flavor. Our pizza was ordered split with Hawaiian and regular for the other half, a seltzer and it was 37 bucks. A container of pizza dough from Pillsbury with some at home ingredients would have been better and a lot less expensive. There were other items in the menu we saw that other patrons ordered like salads that appeared really worth the money. If we ever returned we wiuld skip the pizza and try something else.

First time at California Pizza on 11/07. I walked in and wasn't too blown away. It was a huge dining area but nowt too tidy. We were greeted with a huge smile and a friendly hello and taken to a booth for dining. My plus one had to do a little housekeeping as the seat had crumbs. The ambiance is casual while the aesthetic were kept simple. Our server was kind and efficient delivering decent customer service. I was expecting slices when we entered but received a decent sized ZA for person. I ordered half pepperoni and Hawaiian ZA. I thought it was really good, nice and hot the pepperoni were delicious and large in size. Some pizza shops put the baby pepp, I don't like those. My plus one ordered half Hawaiian and BBQ chicken Za. We could not eat the entire Za so we took some home. I also had a crisp Pellegrino with lemon... Delicious! Improving in housekeeping is highly recommended. The girl that was on duty 10 pm shift was on the phone more than she was working. I felt that had she been paying attention to her work, we would not have had to wipe the seat. Besides that, the other coworker was setting up tables and just brushed crumbs on the floor. It's not a good look. What resonated with that performance was that the staff could care less if the customer had a clean table, seat, or area for dining, yet alone a great dine in experience. If I come back, I it would be because of the size ZA that was served.

This has been the restaurant chain that I have gone to since I was a child. I’m grateful there is still a location near me, but it seems like they are trying to cut costs at the expense of quality. My issue in particular is how razor thin the pizzas are now. It almost feels like I am biting into nothing. I assume they are using less dough but pressing it just as hard to maintain the same size. There is nothing enjoyable about this and I hope they undo this before more people notice.

Popped by after some Christmas shopping and the restaurant was very clean! The interior is so outdated and felt like a Chuck-E-Cheese (not this establishments fault, but the company as a whole) We got the buffalo chicken bites appetizer and had the fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta was wonderful, but the chicken bites were honestly really gross and disappointing. Everything was all fat and doused in ranch at the bottom. The waitress was very nice and service was alright.

I grew up eating here and it was always consistent and good. Went today and was not happy..the pizza tasted different...not what I was used to at all. Super dissapointing for what they charge

I have been here twice already. My first server was nice, but kept forgetting things and my appetizer took 45 minutes for it to get to me when there was barely any one in the restaurant. My second visit was worse. I got a server that got annoyed that I asked for a kids menu (I have tummy issues, so I can't eat too much). His attitude became sour. I was right next to the kitchen and he passed me many times to check on his other tables. He only checked on me once. When I was ready for dessert, he didn't ask. He just threw the check on the table.

I stopped by for takeout recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait time was over an hour, which was far longer than expected. I ordered the new steak salad, and when I got home, I was surprised to find the steak was burnt. Overall, the quality of all the food I ordered was not good. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better service and food quality. This experience was very disappointing.

Sitting at a table that we were sat by the host. It’s been over 10 mins and no one has acknowledged us or have come by our table to take an order. More importantly, no one has even said we will be right with you. Will never come back to this place.

I ordered the creamy garlic alfredo with chicken. It took over 25 minutes to make (not rush hour, around 2) just to get the most tasteless sauce with what looks like half a chicken breast dice. For $25 BTW

This place was once one of my favorites. After this vist, I'll never come back. Salmon was severely overcooked, like eating cardboard! BBQ Chicken Pizza was horrible! Super dry and where the hell was the chicken?!!(4 pieces) we started off by telling the asst. Manager that the wine we ordered didn't taste right, almost like vinegar, and her response was that they wouldn't open a new bottle until the current bottle was finished. What kind of nonsense is that??? Nevertheless, we did not finish our food but just left. Didn't bother to talk to anyone anymore just decided to never come here again. Just got here name because she refused to give it to me...Rosa. very rude, very unprofessional and because of her, 15 years of eating at this location is over. Food here has gone horribly wrong!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were seated pretty fast. After that it was all downhill. They were busy, so we were patient. After being seated we waited about 25 to 30 minutes before anyone came to us to ask if we were ready to order. After that another 25 minutes passed and no one still came to take our order, or anything. 50 minutes have passed an nothing has been ordered or any acknowledgement at this point. We decided at this point were not waiting any longer. We walked out and left. Whats crazy is we were a group of 6, so we were very noticeable when we got up and walked out, BUT no one from the restaurant noticed us leave... definitely was one of the worst experiences I've had. I've been a loyal CPK customer to but now. Im having doubts

My visit today was the last straw with this dying food chain. My last visit was terrible and food was just not good. Today we sat at the table for nearly 30mins with no one even saying hello to us. The restaurant was not even busy. We stayed thinking maybe they were shorthanded so we were patient with them but we realized that there were plenty of staff all over they were just terrible at managing the floor and clearly forgot about us. We walked out and went to Cheesecake Factory in the same lot. I will never go back to this restaurant. The service is horrendous and the food is just not good anymore. I don't know what it is but it's all bad. SO DONT WASTE YOUE TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
