Came in the other day for a late snack and dessert. Nutella is my go-to, and it never disappoints. I don't add anything to it. I usually get their fried popcorn chicken too, which is so good, but they sold out, so I tried the curry croquettes. It was tasty. The service is where it's at! My gf dropped my drink, which we ordered in glass, and it shatters all over the floor with other folks in the place. The worker was so kind to not react negatively. He cleaned it up well and said it was OK and even re made the drink!! Love this place. Definitely good quality boba, milk tea, drinks, and snacks. I like that they are open later than my neighborhood spot.

Mmmmmm! Just left this Plentea after stumbling upon it and let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS. I ordered the Plentea with some added Oreo to it and it was just creamy, tasty and perfect. Also served in a cute glass bottle. The service was friendly and quick. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you to the owners of this wonderful spot.

Mango fresh fruit tea with honey boba was nice and refreshing. At 75% sweetness, it was the least sweet drink I've had at this sweetness level. Boba was a bit hard. Glass bottle is free. I do feel sorry for them, because we and my friend really wanted to find a place to chit-chat, and they were about to close within the hour. They didn't say anything, but it was very visible on their faces that they were tired, and we were preventing them from closing up early and going home. I ordered food thinking it would be a quiet place to sit and read while I ate, and then as soon as I'd ordered the barista put on music absolutely blasting from the speaker. If I'd known they were going to blast music I would have just ordered a drink and left. I asked if they could turn it down a bit and they said they would in a moment and then forgot.

Very disappointed with the service we received. 1. We had originally came specifically to redeem a discount/gift code for this location from a back of the receipt, but our request was denied as the discount had “ended” even though there was no expiration date on the discount/gift receipt. 2. It is not crowded nor were there any orders in front of us, yet we still waited over ten minutes for 2 classic drinks. We had missed a total of 3 buses during this time frame and the entire time the two ladies at the counter were on their phone and talking even though they just had two orders to finish. Completely unprofessional. Why are there two bobaristas when they only make at a rate of 1 drink per 10 minutes. 3. They completely forgot about our second drink and were confused as to why we were waiting when we are literally one of the only people waiting at the store. The efficiency and disrespect for completing customer orders is both unprofessional and not worth the time and energy for such a simple drink. To add, the drink itself is not even that good and completely watered down.

Do NOT drink their tea if you are sensitive to caffeine and want to sleep at night, even the decaf version of their tea. Their tea is extremely caffeinated— think Philz coffee. It will keep you up all night.

Literally the worst boba I ever had. The boba itself is over sweeting and hard (stale). The coffee milk tea tastes like sugar and water. No hints of coffee or milk tea. Worst boba drink I ever experienced.
