OMG, tried their roast pork and it is out of this world delicious, crispy skin, juicy, so good! Will be coming back.

On days when being in the kitchen is a chore; Clement BBQ is a life safer. For a rice box with your choice of white, fried rice, or various fried noodle types, you get to choose two entrees from the cooked foods. All for $9.50. there might be an additional dollar or two for the occasional more expensive fare. It feeds two people easily. Great deal. Two meals and done. No leftovers.
My go-to takeout dimsum place. Love their fried shrimp puffs, egg tarts, taro puffs, and bbq pork buns. All their stuff has lots of filling and thin bread/wrapping - as opposed to other places where it's all thick bread/wrapping with barely any filling. The best!
Delicious!!! This place 100% deserves a higher rating, it’s super authentic Chinese comfort food that many of us ate growing up with our families at food courts and restaurants. When everyone in line looks like a relative… that can only be a good sign of the food :) price point is also so affordable
I've tried all the dim sum places on clement and this one is my favorite. Love the pork buns, Siu Mai, har gow, custard cups are amazing and egg rolls are crispy and the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.
Best Place to buy Baked Pork Buns. They are Huge. The Bread | Dough is perfect…Not too Bready. The BBQ Pork Filling is Delish…Saucy, Not Dry, and proportion to Bread is perfect.
They have good sweet and sour pork. So far the best I have tried. The chicken wings are too. Only if more crispier would be very crunchy
I’m surprised they have such low reviews this place is exceptional excellent food and value for money - generous servings to say the least $13 is enough to serve 2 People WITH leftovers. The herbal chook is exceptional.
Someone from work brought in these pork buns... I microwaved it for 30 seconds. It was 10/10 out of the microwave. Crazy good.
Best pork buns in SF. Been going here all my SF native born and raised life. Best ready to go dim sum in the city.

Pork buns, delicious
The food is good and cheap not gourmet quality but a great value. You can select two side dishes to go with rice or noodles, a beverage, and pastry and still get change for a Hamilton. What's better than that in this high cost city? I always enjoy the freshly roasted duck still steaming from the ovens when it is sliced to order and the barbecue pork is very tasty without being too saucy. Great value here. The dim sum in the back of the shop is good too. I takeout food here and have not been disappointed.
Portions here are generous. There's a variety of popular Chinese entrees you can choose from you would usually find at Chinese restaurants. This place makes it convenient so you can get Chinese entrees to go instantly. Prices is here are very affordable with a two entree lunch box price that $7.25 + tax. Caveat is the quality of food is okay but nothing spectacular. I'm not sure if this is because the food has been made early and is left out the entire day or choice of ingredients. Anyway a local spa in the Richmond district if you're looking for a quick take out of Chinese food at affordable cost.
Great take out place. Selection is great and food is fresh. You can get a plate with rice/noodles and 2 entrees for $6.50. I had the beef with bell peppers that was outstanding. Food is not too greasy.
Always liked going there prices are good..parking is a hassle unless you go there at 9am or earlier..most of the hot food is out then , I get duck and crispy roast pork..as my lunch combo this is around 9.00..was less expensive could ed years ago..but this place I vfc rec ok moment a n.v d their other kne is far better than good luck dim sum. Down the street..and theirs a door down where you get the dim sum stuff..same owner ..people a bit nicer here in These 2 places. I live north and tell my friends etc. And go there when r I am in sf. Their combo portions and and selections are way better than the others I have tried around sf.
Not the best BBQ pork buns I’ve had. Totally worth the price though.
The food it’s all right. It’s kind of like a mini buffet that just let you choice what you want. You can see the food when you enter there.

BBQ pork buns - $2.90 ea. I got used to pay for a set of $3 in most Dim Sum places but this is a big one and lots of pork in the fillings. Not like those cheap one where you only get the sweet red sauce in the fillings. Cocktail buns - ok but I tasted butter which is not I am accustomed to. I prefer the one from TC Pastry in Noriega.
Roasted duck $33 was ok. The skin is on the chewy side but not too salty

I can only comment on the food, I had a friend that was going down there to pick up food to go he asked me if I wanted anything I said yeah please get me some crispy chicken or pork. Well I guess he doesn't know what crispy is because what he brought me was pork sold by the pound swimming in a pool of very sweet gooey not sour sauce with chunks of pineapple (which was the only good thing in the order) the rest of it was chunks of pork and mostly chunks of fat swimming in the gooey sauce easily mistaken for pineapple as it was the same color. I will try them again and order myself!

Bad service , I the afternoon . I have been coming here for 20 years In the morning, always good serviceas, they know what service is. In the afternoon tey don't care about customers. Typical!! The food are good but the persons in the front by the barbecue side are terrible specifically the guy that cut up the meat they don't even know what an order is I will not recommend to go there in the afternoon this place is going down the s*** since they I believe remodel. After 20 years going to that place today may be my last day .so sad all San Francisco good spot are disappearing.
