Every time I move into a new area, my allergies trigger and so does my asthma. My go to fix is local honey, fix my allergies, no asthma. Onto Twin Bee's honey review. I have been purchasing uniquely local honey in various cities throughout the bay area. I have often found them to have a metallic after taste. NOT Twin Bee, it is amazing, depth of flavor with a sweetness that doesn't pucker that back of your mouth. The texture is smooth, without grit, the purity is proof of the care taken by the beekeeper. The entire experience of the transaction was unique, exactly what I should have expected when tasting the honey. As drove to the location listed on Google, I found myself not in a retail area. Before my purchase, I saw the actual hive surrounded by flowering foliage and an urban garden. I got to choose from 3 sizes. The part that made this entire experience perfect was contributing directly to the beekeeper and his process. The price of his honey is low market rate for an extremely high quality product. I highly recommend this VERY local community business owner.

One of the best tasting honeys I've ever had

Literally the tastiest honey I've ever had! Bought a 22 oz jar at a Winter Fair and it lasted a good 4 months and that's using it in coffee every weekend and baking with it. Bought two 22 oz recently and it's still delicious, 20/10 recommend this as the best honey ever!

I have to say that I quickly became a huge fan of both the strained and unstrained honey. Both were exceptionally fine with a lot of natural flavors and a smooth, rich finish that is unlike anything you get from most commercial honey. We consumed both jars much more quickly than we have with honey in the past. We used to purchase honey from local farmers markets. Those products were usually from small farms in Marin County and were quite good. But to my thinking, the honey from your hives had a deeper, more satisfying flavor. You asked about the effect on my allergies. It's interesting. I almost notice it more in the absence. Now that we've finished every drop of the honey, my allergies seem to be more pronounced: a scratchiness in my throat in the early morning and again at night. I was wondering if there was some new irritant in the air, but think it has more to do with a renewed lack of local honey in my system. We most certainly would like to purchase more when the next batch is ready.

Andre really knows what he is doing. He is very informative if you have any questions. I started off with his small 24 ounce jar of honey. It was very delicious. Twin Bee Apiaries Local honey is the best that I’ve had since I’ve moved to the Eastbay. I would definitely recommend trying this honey for yourself.

Andre is a person that creates a priceless commodity and then shares it, More important is the Bees are good for the environment going nearly Three Miles to flowers. His honey is fantastic and worth it but if you have the right conditions to have a hive then Go for It! It's a club with Buzzzzzz and it benefits your area. Meanwhile Andre has great Honey!
