Excellent service, definitely worth eating there if you're in Álamo. It's a small place and has a few issues with the layout and the sink (I think it hasn't been working properly for a while and hasn't been fixed), but overall it's a pleasant place. My first impression was that it was expensive, but when the food arrived, I realized it was worth every penny. The owner was very friendly, and everything was delicious.

The food is very good, the bad thing is that it is expensive and if you need an invoice, they raise the VAT and that is not allowed.

Just good food. Service has a lot of room for improvement... High prices compared to the service and flavor... AWFUL wait times, over 30 minutes waiting for a dish I hadn't ordered before!!!

The bathrooms are very old, the handwashing area is neglected, there's no climate control (they only use fans), there's only one television, the internet is only good (although you have to ask for the password, and they don't provide it upon arrival), they're slow with service or payment, they don't check if you need anything else, and the menu isn't innovative. It's not suitable for business trips because they charge for service.

The food is good, but the service with the bills is terrible; they never responded to my inquiry. Absolutely awful.

Horrible place, their food gave me a stomach ache. The meat they use tastes like death; the service time is very, very slow. The prices are excessive for what you'd find in Veracruz (in Toluca, the same culinary offerings are 50% less). All because of the need to eat something. They don't have air conditioning, just a few fans. If you value your health, you're a tourist, and your internist can't help you by phone, refrain from eating here. There are better options without risking your life.
