We've been twice to Simon's bar. The first night just to have some dinks and the second night we went for diner. The service was great, very friendly and welcoming!

The food was exellent and the portions were big, the burrata was the best and the carpacio was very delicious. The oasta was exellent and the service was very helpful. happy and polite.

Durch Zufall sind wir auf einem unserer Mallorca Trips auf diese Bar gestoßen. Wir waren eigentlich mit wenig Erwartungen hinein und sind mit Mega viel Begeisterung wieder raus gegangen. Daraufhin, gingen wir gleich am folgenden Abend erneut auf einen Cocktail und einen Snack vorbei. - Die Cocktails waren lecker - Das Essen war Mega - Der und Die Besitzerin einfach super freundlich Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder dort hingehen, sobald wird die Insel besuchen. Danke für die tollen Abende, die wir bei euch hatten.

Endlich haben wir es geschafft Simon's The Bar zu besuchen... Marion & Simon sind ein Gastgeber-Paar wie man es selten findet... man fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen... Die Cocktails lassen keine Wünsche offen. Und gekocht wird was es frisch am Markt gibt, daher auch keine Speisekarte... es gibt täglich was anderes... und das ist eine Gaumenfreude! Absolutely fantastic place. The couple who runs the restaurant bar really excelled at making this place a wonderful venue to enjoy quality cocktails and outstandingly tasty fresh food. It is by far the best place to spend the nights at Alaro, Mallorca. The attention to detail is fantastic and they usually have live music on Saturdays, making the atmosphere quite inviting and warm. 💯 recommended !

Wow, wow, wow! What a welcoming / you have know each other forever feeling when you visit Simon’s. We arrived not knowing that the food portion of the bar is by reservation only - no matter, they checked with chef & she was able to feed us. Not only did she feed us, but us was some of the best food we have had in Spain, ever! Fresh, delicious, made with love. We WILL be back with a reservation to get the full experience. Thank you!!

After wandering around in Palma for hours without finding a place that felt right, we stumbled upon this little spot... and what a place!!! From the moment we walked in, Marion and Simon made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere, food, and drinks were amazing. Their warmth and passion for what they do really shine through every little detail, and it's clear that the locals love them too! It's rare to find a place that feels so authentic. Marion catered our lunch of our property acquisition workshop of Porta Mallorquina.. Everyone was amazed by the preparation of the canapes and their taste. It was simply delicious! Especially the chicken Cashew Wraps and the extremely delicious lemon tarte! Thank you so much you made 12 people happy.

Wir waren am Freitagabend essen bei Simone und seine charmante Frau Marion empfing uns sehr freundlich. Wir hatten vorher über den Newsletter das Ceviche bestellt und als Vorspeise Buratta . Alles wurde so schön anrichtet und das Ceviche mit der Tigermilch war der Hammer. Simone empfahl uns einen ausgezeichneten Wein aus Italien und der Barkeeper schenkte immer wieder nach. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Euch und kommen wieder. Danke für das wunderbare Essen und die Herzlichkeit in eurem tollen Lokal mit dem schönem Ambiente. Nicky & Jürgen

Un bar con un ambiente muy agradable. El lugar ideal para tomarse un cóctel bien preparado y disfrutar de una buena cena. Cuentan con una amplia selección de licores de calidad, cosa que no se suele ver en cualquier bar. Los fines de semana suele haber también música en vivo. En cuanto a los propietarios, son un 10!

We booked a table at 7pm. The chef had not arrived yet. A family comes in 30 minutes later and the chef shortly after that. The family’s order was taken before ours. And they were also served before we were. They were also presented with a food option we were not. At 9pm we finally got our main course. Such a shame on a great place nice atmosphere and excellent food.
