Recently visiting the city with my daughter, we had a very good dinner with deserts at Armondo's. I paid for our food and service with cash, but before leaving the waiter stopped me. He said that my new bills had perhaps stuck together as I had tipped lavishly. He was correct. I very much appreciated the delicious Chicken Marsala but the kind integrity of this man was a greater gift still.

🥲🥲. I've been looking for a new Italian place and I have found it here! It's simply decorated but warm,and inviting. All of the staff is friendly and efficient. But omg the food. EVERYTHING and I mean everything melted in your mouth. I was devastated that I was too full for dessert. Ill be back soon!

Seemed like a go-to spot for locals. Owner recognized and greeted many of the patrons. It was nice to see. Food was decent. Branzino was really well cooked and seasoned. Baked clams were okay. Seafood pasta was on the lighter side. Tiramisu was tasty. Laid back vibe. Service was disappointing. Lacked warmth and attentiveness. Had to ask for a new knife after they took away the old one; had to ask for a bowl for the shells; had to ask for water; so on. That being said, I still recommend it if you are in the area.

This is a nice restaurant. The service is great. The waiters even sang Happy Birthday to my Mom and also to two other people celebrating birthdays. It's a little pricey for the neighborhood. The food is good. My mom found her Seafood Risotto a little underseasoned but that's a matter of taste. It had a lot of Seafood in it. My Veal was nice and tender. We shared some Mussels which were tasty. It's a nice place for a special occasion. Btw, their Creme Brulee is delicious.

We went to this Italian restaurant for my mom's birthday dinner. The decorations make the restaurant cozy, and it is a very good spot for date night also. - Service 10/10: The service here is on point. There are people taking the coats for you. They have a lot of waiters, and they are friendly and helpful. The head/boss? walked around and even made fun conversations with people. The foods we ordered came out right away that we were surprised that they were so quick. - Food 7/10: At first, they give you free bread and butter as well as free bruschetta. We really liked those. The chicken scarpariello and the beets ravioli were special that day, and the eggplant parmigiana was on the menu. The dishes were big in portion, but they didn't stand out to us: the chicken dish was a little bit too sour, the flavor of the beets were not strong. The eggplant parmigiana didn't awe me, but the more I ate it, the more I liked it. We also got a carrot cake for dessert, but it was a little too sweet for our taste. Overall, it was a good experience for us but maybe because we didn't choose the right dishes. We would love to come back and try more.

Armondo's is a unique restaurant in this area The service is great, everyone is constantly making sure you have what you need. The portions are very large and the food is good. The menu is varied and doesn't overwhelm. The bread in the basket is soft with a great crust, and the complimentary bruschetta at the start is a nice touch. There are small details in the preparation of the food that in my opinion could make it better, but that doesn't stop me from recommending Armondo's.

I only had the calamari here so my review is based on that. It's what you would expect from a good fried calamari. The ambiance is nice and they have a vespa scooter hanging above the bar!

Its my third or four times on this restaurant. We will come here when our neighbors invites us. Our neighbors are regular customers and they knew the owners. We know also the hostess here and her father. This restaurant is not bad but not the best too. I had calamari which were overcooked and my fish the stripe bass i thought it was fillet but weren’t. And little raw and I’ve seen little red blood. And for the baked clams it was very good. This restaurant is a little pricey compare to some Italian where I went.

Gross ! Anything Marsala should be made with Marsala wine. Instead I got veal & mushrooms in an oily sauce that had no flavor. My spaghetti side was dry and look like it was baked in over. Pasta was hard and crisp. Would not recommend or give a second chance.
