The fast food here is so tasty, and they are so generous with the portions. They also do private deliveries and are so fast.

I’m still thinking about the Hawaiian burger! that’s how good it was. This is the best burger I’ve had i a long time. This is the 4th time I order from them in last few months and it’s always consistent. I love that the burger is flame grilled. Every layer had purpose: the melted cheese wrapping around the patty like a cozy blanket, the fresh, crisp toppings, such as the bacon adding just the right crunch, pineapples and chips on top and the specia sauce makes it so flavorful it deserves its own spot light. Hands down best Colombian burger I’ve had in a while.

The mix hot dog was ok. I am sure you are better off with a regular hot dog. The fries were great!

I didn’t like that they had a house burger like smash burger and not a Colombian burger. A Colombian burger has basically tomato, lettuce, so I was expecting going to one Latino place. But I was expecting to have a Colombian hamburger not an American burger. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Umm, yeah yeah the house hamburger had yellow cheese. We don’t put yellow cheese in Colombia, no way. The lady that took my order didn’t smile. When I asked her the ingredients she was supposed to tell me, nice and smiling what the hamburger has. That was the experience. Now the product, I do like the cheese on the hamburger I ordered. It’s kind of creamy cheese. I like that. Umm, she said to me that this one didn’t have bacon, but she didn’t say I could add bacon. But pretty much that’s it.

I am giving 2 stars as per customer service. Food was salty. I wanted a salchipapa with chicharrones but it was a mixture of jam, chicharrone, sausage, cheese and potatoes. Over priced for non fresh meet. My burger was salty as well with very little pineapple sauce . I was very disappointed.

I’ve been a big fan of Rusticos since they opened. However, the last two hamburgers I ordered in January 2023 are nothing like they used to be. Today, I ordered three rusticas and all of them were super salty and burned. Hopefully, they can bring up the quality.

Worst service ever, server Daniela took an order over the phone, I asked for a plaintain with ONLY chicken, how ever the order was giving in a bath of pink sauce. I go back and explained to her I CANT eat pink sauce and she said to wait. I waited over 20 min till she finished all the orders and when she saw I was by my self, she calls my name and says "sorry but the policies is not to change the orders" so I told her, I do understand but I asked you BEFORE ordering, if I could get the plaintain ONLY with chicken and she denied to redo the order, niether gaved back the money I paid for my order. I called after leaving and asked her for her manager, and she said to call back tmm at 1 and ask for a Marco which I do believe is same person who did the order so dont go to the place because there service is the WORST of all Queens🤬

Why do businesses change their appearance when they find money? Because this business used to have different eyes when it took money in its hand. Now they have made some money and now when you go there, the lady cashier who doesn't know herself looks like she is giving out free food. This is so funny.
