We came to enjoy a few appetizers and our server Alana was extremely patient and friendly with waiting for our party to arrive. Once we were settled on she took our order and it was quickly brought to our table. She checked in with us throughout our stay. It was the perfect time to hang with friends and enjoy some food

My guy at age 45 never had crab legs before. So we did a date night for their all you can eat. The restaurant was well decorated. I loved being able to watch my Chiefs win on the big screen. As you walked in, all you saw was smiles on every staff. The manager, the waitress and other staffs were all so nice and lovely. The food was fresh and great quality. There were kids in the place but the noise was calm. They were too busy eating food. I would recommend this place. Already sent several menu picture to my friends in the area. All you can eat for $45.99 is a steal, especially in NYC, let alone all the crab legs. I am looking forward to my next visit. You want a clean, family friendly and great food, this is your place. Make sure you wear lose clothes!!!! Thank you for a great experience.

Xaulanda was wonderful on service and on drinks. There was no wait and the food came out quickly. The flounder was nice and light and had a great flavor without adding condiments. My virgin pina colada was just as delicious as if I was on a beach in better weather. Ten out of ten I am coming back.

I went inside Hook and Reel linden wood location. It was with my family it was just us 5. We ordered the lunch boil special, Cajun fries, sodas, crab legs, and it was so delicious. We had an awesome time at Hook and Reel. Our server was Selena. She took the time to get our orders and even asked if we needed anything else. Very considerate with time and questions we had. When we asked for something she took a few seconds and got it for us very quick paced. Not many servers today take this time and should be commended for. Thank you Selena. You made our family lunch day special. Hook and Reel will be our go to spot in future occasions.

For a busy Sunday... My service was great‼️ Xaulanda was it for me. I did not have a wait. Even if I did patience is a virtue. I was pleased with the items ordered except for the pumpkin bread. It had some type of pudding in the middle. I thought it was a rice cake, beacuse it appeared to look like seeds with the pudding.Other than that. It was a good eat. There is a 18% server fee even with one person seated. I am almost sure that is to cover the extra hands on deck. So have cash for your actual waiter, waitress or bartender.

Our waitress provided excellent service, demonstrating remarkable memory, but was responsible for multiple tables, requiring us to seek assistance from the busser. We also needed to inquire about a missing platter for the birthday girl. Ultimately, all our needs were met. The children, including the birthday girl, received complimentary ice cream. The flounder Po Boy I ordered was tasty but could have included an additional piece of fish. The restaurant's atmosphere is exceptionally relaxed and comfortable. The presence of a DJ kit in the dining area suggests an energetic ambiance on weekend evenings. This venue is ideal for birthday celebrations, and I would definitely return. The restaurant's location within a mall offers convenient and free parking.

I felt unwanted. There was no acknowledgment, no greeting. It felt horrible. I took my order to-go. When I opened my food to eat I find a hair.
