I stopped drinking coffee 3 years ago. It started making me physically sick. I tried the energy shot with caution and it kept me going all day with no highs and lows and did not hurt my gut. Taste great but on several occasions I cannot open them lids are on so tight. Frustrating xuz I know there needs to be sealed but I need tools to open them. Had to toss an entire 4pack due to not being able to open and no one around to help me. But otherwise goid product

The packaging has changed and it’s is virtually impossible to open the caps. I can’t purchase the energy shots anymore if I’m literally unable to twist open the caps. I’m disappointment because I actually enjoy these energy shots.

Foremost, I have been using this product for months now, and I absolutely love both the taste and the benefits it offers. However, I have encountered an issue with the new caps—they are almost impossible to open. They are so tight that it actually hurts to try. I even purchased a product from Amazon to assist with opening the caps, but even with that, it remains nearly impossible. It feels as if the caps are glued to the seal. I kindly suggest looking into this issue, as it has been quite frustrating. Unfortunately, I’ve had to discard some bottles simply because I couldn’t open them. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope a solution can be found.

Showed up at 8:20 for a 9 am appointment. There is no sense of urgency. They don’t have the product ready that they promised to the receiver. It’s now 3 hours after my scheduled appointment causing me to not be able to make on time delivery. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want someone wasting your time.

They are good ! But at first when I started to buying them, they were coming open and now they are too strong to open them . Even my husband can’t open them. So I have to stop buying them.

Showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment and they said after this truck you next ..pulled up to give other trucks room to pass another truck come and jumped the dock so I came to receiving guy and said I was next but said I thought you left ..so you are next but later they said you raised your voice so my manager want you to come back couple hours from now.. what!!! Little kids running this company won’t come back again
