The food was really and delivery was fast. The price was awesome. I order chicken wings, shrimp lo mein, shrimp and Chinese veggies, pepper steak and although the bourbon chicken was a little dry but overall for 35 it was well worth it.

they are such lovely nice people ❤️ i order delivery with my office all the time and today for the first time I got the wrong dumplings and called to let them know... within minutes it seems they were back with my order and the man had a smile on his face. My office ordered food from this restaurant and were blown away. They are reasonable and the food is prepared with love. My absolute favorite are the fried dumplings. They are amazing!!!

Good fresh food and delivery is reasonably speedy and food always arrives hot. Good menu and lunch and dinner specials. Prices are competitive with other takeout in area.

The pork was ok the sweet & sour chicken dish was the only meal done correctly but the pork fried rice was dry & white with Jasmin season taste not normally used in a pork fried rice & tiny little pieces of pork hardly none at all. No scallions or any little vegtables even after we asked for extra. Successful chinese restaurants dont skip on the extra items that make the dishs popular. Maybe my comment will help realize that so they can be successfull in their new business venture.

I saw a pretty good ratings so I tried it. I don't know if something's going wrong with the business now or what but I was sold literally rotten food. Rotten. Two bites into an egg roll it was terribly rotted. I had to throw it all out. I lost 19$. The man was very friendly. But standing at the counter I could smell rotten seafood smells. I figured I was just near a trash can or something but I found out later the problem was much deeper. The soda cooler was warm. I don't know if it's purely a cost-cutting measure or what exactly the problem is but there's definitely a refrigeration issue. After my experience, I'm convinced that this establishment needs a complete sanitation overhaul not to mention obtaining operational refrigerators, and discarding expired food. I would give more than one star for service because the man was nice, but there's no getting around the fact. When you are serving from a food establishment you just don't hand customers rotten food. You are responsible to be able to tell whether or not you're handing somebody something that can make them deathly ill.

What a horror of a Chinese restaurant. New Lucky Garden presented a disappointing experience, as the food portions were notably inadequate. The rice was prepared incorrectly and had a mushy texture. The chicken wings I ordered were improperly breaded and appeared to be drenched in oil.(ordered general so chicken wings) Subsequently, I experienced physical discomfort after consuming the food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was unappealing, with a foul animal odor and poor lighting. The establishment's overall appearance and atmosphere raised concerns about whether it was properly zoned for food preparation. I intend to file a formal complaint with the health department regarding this matter.

Bait and switch with the pricing. They have menus on the counter and let you order but then over charge and point to some hand edited menu on a busted fridge and tell you the prices you ordered from are old prices. This is definitely not ok and will be reported.

This was the worst food I’ve ever eaten. I actually threw out 3/4’s of it. The good reviews HAVE TO BE written by friends. Don’t waste your time and money. I am not a fussy eater but I really threw out the food.
