Went for lunch on a weekday and obviously got seated right away. As it’s brand new, it was a very clean facility. All food was well stocked and warm. Lots to choose from and happy to see a fresh sushi area. My family and I tried just about everything they had to offer and didn’t dislike any of it. They had a nice dessert fridge with yummy options. We mentioned on our way out it was my son’s choice for his birthday lunch and the staff fawned over him. Will absolutely return!

Although I went very nervously, everything I ate was good. It was fresh and cheap according to the amount. You can eat as much as you want. We mainly ate sushi and fresh vegetables and fruits. There is something suitable for every person. Since we don't eat pork, we didn't taste many things, but overall it was nice.The place was clean.👍

Food was excellent. Service was attentive. $14 per person for weekday lunch My favorite foods were the hibachi station where you can create your own, sushi, mushrooms, potato salad, spinach puff pastry and red velvet cake dessert. The interior is very nice from the fountain to the art on the walls. The place needs a deep cleaning from the walls and baseboards in the booths to the bathrooms. For that it gets 4 stars but I'll be back in hopes of changing it!

I need to say even though it was lunch that I had here I was very impressed with the taste and freshness of the food served here. I can’t imagine how much better dinner service is. I’ll find out soon enough. I got my moneys worth. Only one complaint. The servers were running around like chickens without their heads. Maybe because it was so busy. I don’t know but that’s all good. Loved my meal. The pic is only one of two plates I had because you can’t get everything the first time around lol. Once again I am here but it’s moved further down Wolf Rd. The food is excellent and for $13.99 you can’t even get as much as I did from McDonald’s. Great relaxing atmosphere and had a wonderful, quiet lunch with my wife. Only setback is peeling your own shrimp but that’s ok.

Have been going to Albany Buffet for as long as they have been open... in both locations. Especially since my granddaughter likes going here very much. My disappointments: Pricing is inconsistent in a couple of ways. I am an obvious Senior now... and yet they have offered their Sr discount only twice. Perhaps I have to start asking. Also, several times we have arrived during late lunch hour (3:45 ish)... they have signs up on multiple items saying they are dinner only. We do NOT eat any of them... and yet we get charged dinner price ($6 extra per person). Prepacked cups of ice cream and sherbert are tacky. Prefer real ice cream that can be scooped (like two other local Chinese buffets have). Food can be pretty good sometimes... other times it can be overcooked (ie. chicken drumettes, donuts, boneless spareribs). Fried rice and lo mein are practically tasteless. That said... nice variety of things...certain things can be pretty tasty.. but again, things are inconsistent. Service is "meh"... not often very friendly. I will still go-- to make my granddaughter happy and because of the good location. Hoping that they may improve in the future.

So I went with my family here. Food is okay. Women's bathroom was dirty with blood on the floor. The sesame chicken tasted like ketchup. No egg drop soup. Cheesecake pieces are VERY small. I'm probably not coming back tbh..

Tried this place for first time today. Restaurant was very clean and we were served and got our drinks very quickly. The buffet had a decent selection, but most of the food wasnt really hot, just warm. Which was odd since almost every tray had steam coming out from under it. Also, some of the food was a little bland and needed salt and pepper, but none of the tables had shakers on them. If the food temp and spices was corrected, could be a 4 or 4.5 stars.

0 star for Service. The woman when we walked in said "my daughter was not 10 years old because she is over 5 feet rule." Well my daughter is 10 years old and turning 11 in April. The woman charged me two adults prices for the Valentine Special. Really don't care about the cost. It was the fact just because my daughter is tall and actually 10 years old she is considered an adult. My daughter is a child at the age of 10 regardless. First time we have ever went there and not planning on going again. Very poor customer service and average buffet food.

staff were very discriminatory during my visit last night and it was my birthday; yet showed good hospitality to other customers being served. we had just gotten there and were greeted with immediate irritation and hostility. they alsp handed us our bill 20 minutes in while we were still eating, knowing that you get two hours. they stood behind us and over us while we were making our way back to our table and they made sure to stand in front of our table with a broom and dust pan, staring directly at us so that we were aware they didn’t want us there anymore. food was the most disgusting food i’ve ever had as well. very dry. i would not come here. they do not value their customers, they only value the money they make while being terrible to customers. go elsewhere where they are nicer and the food is better!

I visited this buffet with a friends family back in March with my service dog. The staff was talking to and petting her despite her having a vest on that clearly says do not pet. At the time I just ignored this because the language barrier it just wasn't worth the hassle. Today I went back. And as soon as I walked in the hostess was looking at me all weird and giving weird looks to my SD (service dog). She seated me in an area away from other guests and told me the dog needs to stay at the table. That she couldn't go up to the buffet with me. Stating it makes other guests uncomfortable and last time people explained I told her under the Americans disability act she is allowed and I'm sorry if it makes people uncomfortable but the law is there to protect me as a disabled person. I also told her and furthermore she can't put me in an area separate from other guests that's violation of ADA. I ultimately walked away and went up to the buffet grabbing two plates putting them on my walker just so I wouldn't have to deal with her going back up. She then came to me and said I was put in the other room because they didn't have a small table in the other area. Whatever you say ma'am As I was eating my food a wait staff stood leaned against the doorframe I felt like I was being watched at it made me feel very uncomfortable. I just wanted out of there!! I finished my food and asked for the check. It was brought to me quite some time later. I thought the reason it took so long was maybe because they were compensating it as an apology for the hassle they gave NOPE. I went to pay. Asked guy if he was manager he said yes. I said well I had issues with my service dog. Under the ADA you can't put us in a separate section island I was told she can't come to the buffet with me that's also a violation of ADA. He basically was like so. I was like well I'm gonna give you a negative review on every platform I can and your lucky I don't report you. He then said do whatever legally you want you went through got your food and ate it so I don't see the problem. I was like WOW you just don't get it!! That doesn't change the fact you tried denying a service dog Also my service dog may be well trained but she is Not going to stay at a table out of site from me while I'm gone 3-5 minutes or however long it takes to get food! She is going to come find me! She is my medical equipment and is NOT to be separated from me like that .
