We had an event in their large, private room. It is a lovely room that was completely set up when we arrived. Our server was helpful and attentive throughout and went above and beyond to make our event run smoothly. Can't recommend Spinner's for an event more highly.

We hosted a Celebration of Life for my mother in law in their private room this past Sunday and we couldn’t be happier. I started by connecting with Sabrina of BMT. She answered all of my questions and made the planning an absolute breeze. Next we have day of, Mark and Bree. I can not say enough good things about these two. Mark was the kindest, most helpful person. Bree was so kind and so attentive to all of our needs, both of them were. Kudos to the kitchen, everything came out hot and everyone RAVED over the food! I would host a party here a thousand times over. Thank you to all!

I just learned about their vegan menu. I have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks and the food is amazing. The non vegan food is amazing as well. But more importantly, their customer service is incredible. Part of my order was missing and of course we didn’t notice until after we got home. We live about 20 minutes away so driving back was not an option as we had a dinner guest at the house. When I called, they immediately took responsibility for the error and the general manager drove it to us along with giving me a credit on my account. I have not had this type of an experience with another food business in quite some time. So great food and wonderful staff. I will be ordering frequently!

It's a sports bar type restaurant. With really decent bar foods. The pizza was crispy on the bottom. The cheese had a fairly good pull. The sausage was crumbled and flavorful. The onions were slivers and cooked well. The pizza roll was overdone, with little flavor.

This place is fantastic. I would do unspeakable things for their square pizza. And the wings! OMG. I love the garlic parm ones - I like the boneless, but my family celebrates the entire menu of wing flavors, esp the Moonshine ones. Tip: order the garlic parm wings with sauce on them AND on the side. And don't order the wings extra crispy - crispy is sufficient, the extra crispy can get a little hard. We usually order pickup and even on the busiest nights, it's never taken more than 30 mins for my order top be done. The staff are kind and respectful, the women's bathroom is immaculately clean, and I like the classic movie posters on the walls. I recently moved and I will neither confirm nor deny that a factor in choosing my new home was how close it is to Spinners...bc that would be insane and something only a crazy person would do.

The quality ingredients on the pizza are hands down amazing. From the attentive service when you walk in the door and until you get your food, it just is a great time. I haven't had pizza this good since Dicicco's in Fresno, California in the 80's!!!! The wings are great too! And, having several tvs so my husband could watch his games was an added perk.

This is a great place for pizza and other pub/bar food. Their pizza is thin and amazing! Even though I live 30+ minutes away from there, it's worth the 10 drive from my office to bring some home. It's my husband's favorite place to order from when he's craving pizza and I'm at the office.

Good local restaurant with reliably tasty pizza and pub fare and comfortable environment for a family dinner, watching sports, trivia nights, or listening to live music. Specializes in wide range of pizzas (personal and larger pies) and changes up its weekly entertainment offerings pretty regularly. Decent beer selection and menu prices, too. Service is decent, but wait time can run long on busy nights. Best to not be in a rush, as it can take a while to get your food & drinks sometimes.

This place has some great music playing probably 40 tvs for sports and the best and I mean BEST burger I’ve ever had. Get the secret sauce it pairs wonderfully and the fries are to die for. The bar made great drinks that were passing by. I was I was local I’m just passing through. Waitstaff was also very kind and attentive. I’d give more stars if they’d allow :)

Lunch deal is an insane value. I got a drink, slice of pizza and five wings for about $12 (including tip). The food was great, service was a little off, though, forgetting requested items a few times. The strangest thing was our wait staff tried to argue that there were enough napkins on the table (five or six) for everyone (a party of eight) with multiple orders of saucy wings on the table. It was like they wanted to convince us we didn't need more just to not walk over and get them. One of our party walked up to the bar and asked for some, receiving them without the weight of the Inquisition over their head... I'd get it to go next time and skip the judgement over our expected napkin usage. Overall, I was going to rate the service as a two, but the bathroom was spotless. Whoever does that is putting in work and need to be thanked.

First time here, and hubby and I were both really impressed with the quality of the service and the food. I'm a picky pizza-eater, and I really liked it, and hubby loved his burger. The salads are really good as well. We'll return.

We live right down the road and come here one a week. From the wait staff (bartenders included) to the food, Spinners is wonderful. I also live a gluten and dairy free lifestyle in which they have an amazing menu for. The vegan grain bowls listed online are out of this world.

We hosted my sisters bridal shower here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Our server Bri was amazing- efficient, nice, helpful. The manager, Mike, helped us as soon as we walked in, never hesitated to notice and offer help on every detail of the private room. Sabrina, the event coordinator, was responsive and helpful from the moment I reached out inquiring about a party. The space was beautiful, food was great. Highly recommend!

Our 1st time here. We sat in the side room, the music in the bar was a tad loud when we came in, but the side room was quieter, easy for conversation. Fun beer & drink menu. Wednesday is 10 wings for 10. There is also Happy Hour food choices. The wings were perfect, saucy, tasty not over cooked. Loved the fact there were carrots too. The Blue Cheese dressing was delicious, my top Blue Cheese is from the Ruck in Troy but this one is right up there. The pizza is a perfect thin crust, round pies. The sausage was tasty & plenty of it. We will definitely be back. Our waiter never rushed us at all & provided great service, refills, extra napkins. We will return!!!

This is our second event at Soinners in as many months. The food and service are fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for dinner or an event.

My 2 year old daughter and I went here for lunch and it was amazing. The food was great, service was awesome and the waitress gave my daughter something to color, and the atmosphere was relaxing! We’ll definitely be back soon.

I online ordered Moonshine Seitan Wings and Ultimate Cheese Quesadilla and they were both really good!! My order was ready pretty quickly and service was friendly and fast. Now for the food, I had no expectations for Moonshine flavored wings and now I don't know if I want to order any other flavors after trying them because I just want more. The quesadilla was loaded and filling, exactly what I was hoping for! Overall I'm very satisfied and I look forward to trying more of their vegetarian and vegan options, which they have an impressive variety of!

Honestly Spinners is one of the best kept "Pizza" secrets in the capital district. Born and raised in the area and STILL there are places in the area that will SHOCK me. Spinners is one of those spots! I'm rarely even in that area off Whitehall Rd but now that I know it's there - trust me when I say it's all about the crust and this place has one of the best crusts I've tasted in a long time! Love pizza and I love other places as well but there's something about the crust here and can't wait to go back!

My first time here ,greeted by a friendly cute waitress Christy she was great . we ordered the lunch special. the harvest salad with maple vinaigrette was out of bounds delicious the ingredients were fresh the best I’ve had ever !! Try this restaurant for the first time recently and found the service to be excellent. The food was very good, especially the wings and cocktails. Looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the items on the menu.

My father and I have met up here for lunch a couple times and always a great experience. Danielle is the bartender (and hostess, and waitress ) at lunch time when we go and we couldn't ask for better service. Super friendly and polite, order is right every time and makes great suggestions to try. Their pizza is top notch, never had a pizza with such a flavorful crust, their salads are huge, highly recommend stopping in or ordering out!

I loved it here! 15 years ago I ordered delivery and food was always delicious. Today I stopped in on my way home from the hospital and I was so pleasantly surprised. Food was so good. I had the the avocado chicken Cobb salad, probably one of the best salads that I have had while dining out. My gram got half sandwich and French onion soup. Gram said the soup was very very good and exactly how French onion should be made. Her turkey BLT was a little too big for her but she still ate it. Our waitress/bartender was great . Atmosphere was great too ,almost like a sports bar/pizza shop/ cool restaurant in one! This is going to be my new lunch spot. Good job to the owners of this place for getting it right!👍🏼😋

We had a birthday party here and loved the setting and the service!!!! The food was very good! Mostly it was a wonderful atmosphere with first class service!!

We hosted a large birthday party in the new room. We had not only vegetarians but also lots of issues with super low salt diets and those that "just don't like mushrooms and eggplants" etc. etc. Jay, the chef, was BEYOND patient and all the food was fantastic. He even made 3 levels of Chicken Marsala (full salt, low salt and no salt by using two different kinds of Marsala wine). Oh, and the Eggplant Parmesan was amazing. I suspect we are one of those customers that generate kitchen nightmares. Sabrina was fantastic about ideas to accommodate everyone. We had the brunch as well for extra options. Its important to note that many other restaurants charge a $2 cake cutting fee for each guest if you bring in a cake. Spinners does not, they only ask that you provide your own disposable plates. This place has lots of good off street parking which helped since some guests used wheelchairs. The bar drinks were as well priced as the food. Briana was the perfect hostess and made sure everyone got what they ordered and the food came out in good time. The staff was uniformly cheerful and eager to assist. If Jay has not blacklisted us we will certainly be back for future parties.

Really good place! They offer Melba sauce with the fried mozzarella which is a good representation of the regional specialty, but likely is bought in. The pizza is really good. Interesting pub style, overall not very crispy aside from the end crust which doesn't get a huge rise. In fact, the edge of the crust actually is the thinnest point of the pizza, which I don't think I've seen before. The sausage and meatball they use as toppings are incredible!

Great vegan finds! This pizza/pub was a nice surprise to find a decent vegan section on their menu! We got the vegan mozzarella sticks (yum!) and the vegan buffalo chicken pizza! The pizza was amaaaaazing! The dough/crust was NY style (delicious!) and it was fully loaded with vegan cheese & “chicken”! We stopped in on a Sunday night - sort of late. Service was a tad slow- took almost 40 minutes for our food to come out- but the food was amazing & worthy of the wait so no star deduction there! Staff was friendly! Clean place & clean bathrooms!

Amazing vegan options! My husband was craving pizza and I'm glad he was because this place was great! We ordered a vegan pepperoni mushroom pizza and buffalo seitan wings. SO GOOD! Grateful for the dedicated vegan menu. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only con was that we placed an online order an hour ahead and still had to wait 15 more minutes for it but it was worth it.

Looks recently redone so everything is new inside. Nice long bar with a ton of room. Good amount of taps as well. Stopped in and had a drink while we waited for our pickup. Pizza, salad and wings were all very good.

Our waitress was doing double duty as the bartender so we had to get up when we needed something. However, in every way she was great to us. We really enjoyed our food. My salad was titanic. To eat it all I would have needed four containers of dressing. I eventually accepted the reality that it was too much for one person. I was defeated by my salad, rarely happens. It didn't help that while I was eating I kept stealing french fries from my wife. They were possibly the best I have had.

Let me start off by saying the cook did their thing!!! I was craving a pickled pizza (which isn’t even on the menu), so I asked if they could make it as a personal pan pizza with ranch dressing instead of tomato sauce. They said yes and wow, I was blown away. The pizza was soooo good, I devoured it! The cook nailed it, and honestly, this should definitely be on the menu. My only wish? A few more pickles on top. They did give me two pickle spears on the side, which helped make up for it. If you’re a pickle lover like me, you’ve got to try it. 💚🥒

Not everything can be made without dairy but there’s plenty that can. They also have vegan substitutions available for chicken, beef and pepperoni. This is my go to for pizza.. Love the crust as it's not too thick. I like the meat lovers pizza and white broccoli . I'll drive even into Albany ( no longer my fav city) just to have their pizza. The building is brand new contemporary and accommodates a crowd. Also they have a big banquet room, and they also do kids birthday parties. It's a great place!

My coworkers and I order out from here a lot. I love Spinners calzones. Their calzones aren't soggy and they put a dusting of seasoning on the top of it. 🤌🏻 They have a "baby calzone" that's not as massive, more reasonably sized and less expensive. The regular size is big enough for leftovers.

Small event, 50 people. Food was plentiful but not great flavor. Meatballs were very good. Pasta was soso, veggies not crisp/ overcooked. Service was very good and nice atmosphere.

We ordered a 12 piece square pizza and mild wings tonight for dinner, to be delivered. This was our first time ordering, and we were not disappointed. The pizza was delicious...the crust alone was sooo good...and it arrived nice and hot. The wings were tasty and very meaty, but they were cold when they arrived, which was why only 4 stars. We will order again.

I think Spinners makes good food but is expensive. My favorite item is their chicken wings; boneless chicken that is battered. For less than half a pound, I pay more than I would for 6 pounds of chicken. The pizza is decent. Different from regular pizza shops, which is nice. However, there lacks consistency. Meat lovers pizza tasted like a fancy Pizza Hut pizza without the good crust. Regular cheese pizzas come heavy on the cheese. Trust the flavor combos the chefs came up with and you will be in for a surprise.

We ordered online, then waited almost 20-30 minutes after our pickup time for our order. Then when we got home our orders were not right. We were missing sauses and cheese on our burgers, and it was too late to go back and get it.

Employees and service here are great. Very thankful that they are in my neighborhood. In terms of pizza - - it's not my personal favorite, but I know a lot of people who love it (so I imagine most people love it). However, I do love the sandwiches and sides. And the vegan menu is fantastic. That's probably not a big deal for most people, but in my house having great options for omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans makes Spinners a particularly valuable option

They recently changed the buns on their pub burger which was a definite upgrade. I love their sauce and get it on the side so i can also dip my fries in it.. Even ordering to go the fries are great! Their wings tend to be a little dry because they are over cooked which could easily be fixed if they just cooked them less. But i loved the lemon pepper flavor dispite them being dry.. I recently had their club Sammy and enjoyed it a lot. Their pizza reminds me of a slightly improved Costco pizza. Nothing wow, but pretty good for the price.

They were super busy, and it took over 20 minutes before anyone even stopped at the table. The gentleman who finally did was pleasant enough. Our second week in a row. I enjoy the quesadillas!

Haven’t gotten pizza from Spinners in a while. The pizza was always very good. Tonight the pizza was just average, the moonshine wings were great though. Online ordering for pickup was frustrating - got a text while at home saying our order was ready. When we showed up 6 mins later they said our order wasn’t ready and it would be another 5 mins. That shouldn’t happen. I like BMT and they usually run their establishments well, so I hope they take note.

The cheese sticks were good. The flavor of the pizza was quite good, but the crust was almost soggy... not quite, but certainly not crispy. Service was pleasant. Interior was a bit bland: certainly not fancy and a bit too modern and clean for that rough, gritty “we only care about the pizza” vibe.

I visited today and sat at the bar for a slice and a beer. Review at the end. ] I have ordered a take out of some slices. The pizza is very good. I went to the old spinners many times back in the early 90's. It was in the same strip mall but was older and smaller. I liked the old place. But that is me. It had a counter with cooler and sold small containers of salads and pizza by the slice. Easy to go in and get a take out quickly . It did have tables for eat in also . The pizza was always good. I liked the thin crust new york style. Oh well. Visited today with my wife. I got a slice in at the bar, and 3 slices to go, along with a take out of mac salad. My wife got some wings to go. We both also had a beer. The slice was very good (photo shown). I like thin and crunchy crust, that still has a deep flavor and spinners has it. Most people would disagree with this, but a touch less cheese would be better for me. Tried the mac when I got home. I think it has a bit much mayo like most mac salad does. I do not remember it this way here. The bartender/server, Jen, was very nice and hardworking.

This is a lovely place for a pub lunch or dinner. The wait staff were very nice but there weren't enough for the number of diners. It's not fair to blame waitdtaff for slow service when they literally can't go any faster due to the number of tables they are required to service in addition to the bar I would come back. Hopefully the waitdtaff will be sufficient to the demands

I went to an event hosted here and we were provided with a nice little buffet of pizza and chicken tenders, along with mozzarella sticks and soft pretzels — all of which were pretty good. The pizza had a nice crust, though it lacked the overall flavor that would make it stand out. The establishment itself is nice, in a good location with plenty of parking. The bathrooms were well kept, and the staff was very friendly.

Girlfriend and I went here for lunch and picked up some food for dinner. We ate in the dining room while we waited for the to go order. She had small cobb salad, and I had a large Greek salad with double grilled chicken. Both salads were absolutely delicious. I also had a dragon fruit mojito that was very good as well. The service we had at the restaurant was very good. Very polite man took our order. The food came out fast and hot. The restaurant was also very clean inside. Our to go order was two large pizzas and wings. They were good as well. Definitely will return for a meal again sometime.

Came to Spinners to enjoy a Thursday night dinner. Upon arrival I was seated immediately. The waiter came promptly to take our order and we went with 5 Lemon Pepper Wings, 5 Mild Wings, and a Pizza with half cheese/half pepperoni. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy and unfortunately they were not, but I was able to get mostly all flats so that was a plus. Unfortunately the lemon pepper wings were extremely salty and I wouldn't order them again, but we ate as many as we could as we didn't want to send them back. The pizza was delicious and we asked for some hot honey on the side which was perfect. We order some drinks as well, the Peach Margaritas and Strawberry Mojito. I didn't care for the mix used in the margarita but the Strawberry Mojito was a hit (so much so that it was ordered two more times). The restaurant got a bit full as time went on and our waitor did his best to keep up with everyones orders. We did wait a bit for the last Mojito, so it was on the house. The waitor was great.

There's no option for comments on the website so I'll just leave it here. I've ordered from them personally and through work hundreds of times and the food has been consistently good. There is a reoccurring issue with their wings though. They are always overcooked to the point where they are shrunken and dried out. The sauce is awesome just stop cooking then to death please. Its different if someone orders them that way but not a standard order.

I decided to order from here because I saw the vegan options. I’m not vegan but LOVE vegan food so I was very excited to find another place to get the fix. Unfortunately it was a bit of a miss: my sandwich was soggy and fell apart, they gave me the wrong cookies, and their fries were unevenly cooked. The seitan wings were decent, though the hot sauce is not hot by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly this seems like another place offering vegan options just to look good, not because they have any interest in offering it. Given that the fries and cookies weren’t vegan (or at least not advertised as such) and were also okay at best I can only assume the whole menu leaves something to be desired.

It's kind of loud in the bar area so we went to the side room where you can converse. The food is good but just pub style, nothing special. It's good though, dont get me wrong. Staff is very friendly and attentive. More of a neighborhood stop than a destination. Same folks own Juniors and Mafison Café.

Catered food seems to be way better than dining in or taking out on a random night. Service and staff are fabulous. Had an amazing mocktail. Salads and kid foods have been mid.

Poor service. The food is good when you get what you order. I order Calzones online and pickup at restaurant. Last two orders have been wrong. Also didn't receive extra sauce I ordered last time. Same again this order. The people in the kitchen apparently can't read because Pepperoni turned into onions and the kids working the counter don't know what extra sauce is when it's in black and white on the ticket. Check your order people. When one the kitchen people comes out to the counter to answer the phone and you can get high just standing next to him, check your food. Ever since they expanded the service has gone downhill.

My burger had a half slice of cheese 🧀 one side of the bread 🍞 The waitress was very accommodating! The music was great. My drink was just okay! I wasn't too happy with this visit 😕 Ok...another try...picked up our food, all fries were cold. Called to let them know and the woman who answered the phone was annoyed. Don't know why, we paid for the food?? Said we'll be reimbursed and hung up in our ear. Take her off the phone. The customer paid and we should get food that's cold. Waiting for reimbursed, so she said. We'll give them till Wednesday for reimbursement. Ohhhhh left out my bread 🍞 was burned 🔥

I ordered two slices of plain cheese pizza to go. I waited patiently for close to 30 minutes. When I got home I was surprised to find the slices were cold. I had to warm up the two slices in my toaster oven. I ordered the slices hot to go. I was disappointed, to say the least. If there is a next time, I will check to make sure the slices are hot before I leave Spinners. This is not rocket science and they couldn't even get this order done properly. Everyone should be ready to check their order before leaving the restaurant.

This used to be me and my family’s go to spot. We would go all the time and loved the food and got amazing service. Now a days though it’s absolutely ridiculous how long the wait is and the lack of awareness of the staff. I have had to wait and extra half an hour to a FULL HOUR for food ordered. Please fix this stuff up because I can’t reasonably sit/stand around waiting for food from here when I can drive the distance it takes me to wait for something else

Service started good and then they brought me the wrong food and it took a long time to get it done right and still the food was now not good. The fries were cold and my family finished eating.. brought pizza out and didn't bring a dish to put slices on ‼️ Wasn't busy and I don't think I will go back.

Had an order for pick-up and when I got home, the food was either incorrect or poor quality. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone with a couple of extra toppings and it only came with the extra toppings, no buffalo chicken at all. Children’s chicken tender meal was poor quality food, half the “chicken” was just fried breading and whatever chicken was received would be considered “give the dog scraps” type of food. We also got a random order of wings that I didn’t even order. I reached out via email and never got a response.

I am somewhat of a regular at Spinners, I live close by, their food is good and convenient but the one thing they lack is prompt dine-in/carry out customer service. Usually I would rate their prompt customer service as a 3 out of 5 but today was an awful experience. (Sorry for the long review) Today I went in and there was 1 person in line around 2pm. (On Google by the way it says at this time of day there is "no wait" lol) Anyway, I proceed to look over their slices of the day and asked the girl for 2 slices. She rang me up and charged me. Then helped 2 people after me. So I sat down to wait and realized she has yet to put my slices in, but the next 2 customers asked for slices and she put theirs in immediately. 10-15 minutes go by and still waiting. Then the 2 customers that got there after me got their slices. Then the manager asked the girl to go to the bank. 5 more minutes go by and I walk up while the manager is on the phone with a customer. She then asks if I need something. When I said I was wondering how much longer for my 2 slices she asked what I got and looked in the oven and saw it was empty. But the manager said "sorry she probably forgot cause I sent her to the bank." I just smiled. What I wanted to say was "no it wasn't cause she went to the bank. I didn't want to make a scene so I got my pizza and left. Like I said, normally my dine in experience is adequate at best. Not cause of the food or anything, just lack of prompt customer service. Normally my wait is 8-10 minutes for 2 slices but today was over the top. And I NEVER write reviews!

Since the move to the new location the food has been below mediocre. I went right after they moved and decided on leniency towards the menu and service due to that. Since then I have been back 2-3 times and nothing has changed. If anything the food has become more lackluster. I ordered a steak sandwich, BURNT, and then I ordered wings, SLIMY, supposed to be crispy. It's too bad, used to be a good local place to get a good meal at a decent price.

Used to be our go to local place, but something has changed. 2 weeks ago we ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and it came late, cold, without any sauce, just plain breaded chicken, cheese, and undercooked dough. Manager was great, gave us a free pizza credit. Got delivery again tonight, literally inedible raw dough. Never again. Time to find a new place.

Recently ordered a delivery from Spinners Restaurant that happens to be maybe 2 miles from my house. The delivery took in excess of an hour and a half so needless to say the order was barely warm. I ordered 2 sandwiches - and eggplant parm and a chicken parm. The Italian bread on both was burned black. I also ordered extra crispy sweet potato fries which were as crispy as a piece of spaghetti. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Spinners again and believe I deserve a refund on my nearly $50 order. I have eaten in at Spinners many times with good results but forget the delivery - never again.

Sadly they have drastically hiked the prices of their food and is no longer worth it. Delicious as it was. $36-40+ for pizza is wild. The same pie was $23 after tax not long ago.

Another to go order that they got totally wrong....no special asks from me....they got their own sandwich on the menu completely wrong....what a shame....food used to be top notch...not anymore....

Ordered lunch today and had the chicken sandwich. Asked for extra garlic aioli on sandwich & on the side. Paid $17.50 for the sandwich. It arrived with barely any aioli on the sandwich. There were several other issues with individuals who ordered so I asked if they could bring the aioli that I paid for since they were coming back. Hmmm, idk what sauce that is in the little container but it sure wasn’t aioli. Clearly didn’t smell or look like it. I didn’t taste it because at that point I was just done with lunch altogether.

Ordered two subs, mozzarella sticks, a salad, and a large pizza for take out. Was told order would be ready in 20 min. After waiting 30 minutes, staff came out to inform me that they don't have bread for the subs and they will give me the sandwich on a roll instead and "credit my account". A) I don't have an account, b) a roll is 1/4 the size of a hoagie. I declined and asked for a refund. Waited another 20 minutes, no food. Only after complaining and demanding a refund so I can just leave, did they bring out food: cold pizza, a warm sad looking salad, cold mozzarella sticks, and what looks like an attempt to put meat of some sort on a roll sitting on a pile of chips to take up the space of where the rest of the sandwich should've been. Only positive thing of this experience was the full refund they reluctantly provided. Only reason I came here is to support the local school. Now the school gets no money, I wasted an hour of my life, and had only barely edible food to bring home to my family. The staff seems very disorganized. Kitchen should be aware of what items on the menu are out of stock and let the staff taking order know. You certainly shouldn't take 30 minutes (when you promised 20) to let a customer know that you can't fulfill their order. And given the temperature of the food, it seems that it was sitting out for some time. My kids asked "why is this pizza so chewy"--it was overcooked then left to go cold. Pretty gross.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered two pizzas and two orders of fries everything was suppose to be crispy. It arrived after 65 mins and was ice cold and just congealed flavorless mush. After $60 that was such a disappointment! First and last time ordering from here.

I will never ever eat there again food is beyond gross. Apparently the original owners are gone. I would have had better food if I opened a can of cat food. Stay away and the prices are just as bad. Can get better pizza at domino's compared to this place.

Had Jennifer for my waitress. She screwed up my order. More worried about hanging and talking in the bar then doing your job. Maybe look for a different job

Very disappointing dining experience. Entered and the bar was in full force: rowdy & loud. In fact, someone broke a glass, which upon shattering quieted the crown for a microsecond. So we requested the back room. TV had on Fox news - not a great choice on the day following attack on Iran. To their credit, they switched it to basketball upon our requets. Meal was overpriced and lackluster (eggplant parm sub/chicken parm dinner) Curly fries $2 extra (not worth it) I asked for a Diet Coke with a twist of lime or lemon. Waitress said she would bring it. I was 2/3 of the way thru my meal when she delivered it - no lemon or lime and... it was a Diet Pepsi. For some of us, this is a make or break deal. I did not drink it and they did not charge me. Perhaps we should have gone with the pizza - but not worth going back to give them a second try...

Used to be a decent place, but not anymore. Customer service has really gone downhill. The girl at the front counter was taking a phone order, then tried to take mine at the same time. When I went to pay, she stopped and said, “She’s first,” referring to the person on the phone. That’s just not how you do business — finish one order before starting another. Very poor experience and definitely not happy.

We ordered tonight and it was absolutely the worst. The mozzarella sticks had the sauce exploded all over them. The calzones were made completely wrong and they were raw. This after a 90 minute wait. You can see in the picture even the dough is not cooked.
