I called in a order and the waitress was super funny and helpful. I sent my husband to pick it up and he experienced the same service inside. The food was made to order. The pancakes were thick and fluffy. They are definitely my new favorite breakfast spot.

I drive from across town, just to come here. The staff is so down to earth, the food is good, the bathroom is always clean. But most importantly, the coffee is excellent

I've eaten here several times and am always satisfied with my meal. My favorites are the pork chops that come sliced thin and well-seasoned. I really like their take on pork chops! Their western omelet is also good with buttery grits and raisin bread. Service is friendly and fast. I like 3 Squares better than Waffle House or Huddle House.

The service was great and the food was delicious. The eggs were moist and wayyy better than any other chain restaurant. We enjoyed the food Service was good, the cook is amazing,He prepared our meal to protection and also served our food.He has a customer first attitude! This one is hard to keep good employees...we don't mind a little banter here and there among the employees, however it can be a little rough... we are good tippers to good and freindly waiters and waitress and Cooks occasionally This one has a new owner and she does come in and observe often!...we are looking for a better things to come!

The service is standard. The times I've been, staff consisted of a single server and one line-cook, which is sufficient, given the low amount of traffic. We used to be frequent customers, and take our work crew here for breakfast/ lunch regularly, however a recent increase to menu prices has made it unreasonably expensive to do so.

Friendly staff, good prices and some great food… Nice and easy parking… Great place and great people! Stop in and see for yourself!

My husband asked for over easy and they were fried hard. It took us 3 minutes to get silverware to eat our food. By the time we got silverware, part of my food was cold. Server never came to check on us. We had to get her attention to even get a refill on drinks. Usually we have great experience, but this time was terrible.

I do understand that they were completely busy being a Sunday with a after church crowd. It took quite a while before a server acknowledge us. I ordered the Grandma's Platter and a side of biscuits & gravy. After about 45 minutes we received our food. The eggs were completely undercooked with the egg whites still clear, runny, and translucent. I also didn't receive any toast. They didn't offer to replace the eggs or discount my bill for something I never ate. This was a overall poor experience 2 stars because the bacon and sausage were served correctly. The location in Leesburg is head and shoulders better.

This place had a really weird vibe the night I went in. The cook was standing away from the grill entertaining some guy that was very shady looking the waitress walked past us several times. No one acknowledged that we was there until the shady looking guy said something to the cook. I didn't feel safe so we left.

SLOW SERVICE!!!! I was there for about 30 minutes waiting on a steak that tasted HORRIBLE! It tasted like mush or it was bad or something. It was the worse thing I've ever tasted in my life! 1 and done! I will never go back.... That's it for me. $20 wasted.

Pancake was horrible! I had to order it twice thinking it was old pancakes that I was served initially, but it wasn't.......the pancake batter was the problem. My significant other said he wouldn't feed the pancakes to his dogs and that says it all! The scrambled eggs were also runny and not well done as I requested. Needless to say, we would not be patronizing them again 🤷🏾‍♀️

Food took over a hour to prepare. Everyone the cook knew, food was cooked first. Eggs not cooked as ordered, bacon over cooked..food was horrible as well as the service. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

This establishment needs to recognize the customers that are inside the business and seated first, and start serving them first. My babies 5/7 y/o and I was standing in there by the door from 10:34 AM til 11:05 AM, and seated from them until 11:24 before walking out as we were looked over to order. Seeing 3 other booths get seated and drinks served/orders taken as if we were invisible. Poor customer service that they’ll never get the opportunity to give to me ever again. This establishment in particular will have to get bragged about to get my business again. (YES I KNOW ONE MONKEY DON’T STOP NO SHOW) Never does one stop anything of mine. I can take my business elsewhere.

Do not waste your time or money. I ordered a two-piece catfish dinner and this is what I was given after I said I wanted to refund because it was not what it stated in the menu as you can see from the picture they refuse to give me a refund All parties involved besides me were “black” so that tells you all you need to know
