As a New Yorker who’s been to Milano and Roma, I know real Italian food—and this place is the real deal. Everything is made from scratch, just like in Italy. The pasta is incredible, the fresh-cut fries are amazing, and even the burgers are top-notch. Since they opened, I’ve already eaten here seven times because fresh food like this is hard to find. A must-try!

I visited the Italian food zone inside Trump Tower, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The two ladies at the reception were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t greet me or smile, and instead gave me cold, unfriendly looks that made me feel very uncomfortable. This is not how customers should be treated. I expected better service in a place like this. It's definitely not a friendly or inviting atmosphere. I won’t recommend it to anyone.
