Recently renovated and reopened post-pandemic,this was my first time here in years. The staff was friendly and the food made fresh to order. The interior renovations are absolutely fabulous! It has several types of seating to accommodate different tastes. There are several art pieces as well as beautiful light fixtures. It looks like a cool little gastro-pub not a chain fast food restaurant. Thumbs up for this BK experience!

First, let me explain that the 5 star rating is in comparison with other Burger King franchises I have visited. With no offense implied, I obviously do not consider Burger King to be a 5 star restaurant. But accepting what fast food is, the Albion Burger King does a fantastic job. Recently I have been compelled to travel weekly through much of New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. With the trip as a whole being a rather lengthy one I always get a bite to eat on the way. Being a creature of habit, I very often make Burger King my choice of meal-on-the-go. Almost without fail, every establishment outside of Albion seems to completely disregard my requests to hold the tomatoes, or serves me food that is clearly cold, or just serves me a Fillet of Fish instead of my Chicken Sandwich. I even had one Burger King establishment along the I-90 intentionally mutilate my order, assembling the burger inside-out and spraying the outside with ketchup and mayonnaise before wrapping it up. Needless to say, it took a lot of self control not to turn around make my way back to that rest area when I discovered this monstrosity upon unwrapping it several miles down I-90. I've never had any sorts of problems with the Albion establishment, however. I've only ever had prompt and pleasant service. Even when I travel with my embarrassing and needlessly rude mother, the employees endure her unprovoked abuse and lack of manners and do a great job assembling the sandwiches. You have a great group of kids working there, this town still produces great people, anyone who says otherwise is out of touch.

They remodeled the Albion BK, and it was nice.. Very modern... Seats are hard to sit on tho and the first time we were there the music was very loud and like acid rock playing.. Not good. Today, the music was playing softer and country. Having the TV on with the music playing didn't go well😞 They need to do either TV or just music. The food hadn't changed though.. That's good 😉

We are seniors. It is obvious and never asked. The rude manager said it has to be asked for before ordering. Good customer relations can improve by at least asking!

We admittedly came through the drive thru a little late. About 9:10. I'm sure the kitchen wants to wind down, but here we were, and our son was hungry. We order one double cheeseburger and pull around. After we pay, my girlfriend gives the blonde girl at the window a cheery "Thank you" and is met with the nastiest death glare I've seen in months, along with complete silence and erratic snappy movements finalizing the transaction. How dare us come through almost an hour before close to politely order one simple thing... Basically, I'm saying you should probably get rid of this girl, because I won't be the last one to not return to this BK because of her.

You know I used to love Burger King back in the day (when whoppers were 99 cents. Not to date myself) but as of recently I found that the quality of food is less than normal and the only thing is that McDonalds is trying to be a family restaurant which keeps the prices outrageous and we will never go there

I placed multiple doordash orders for the same exact Order each time. Three orders I've placed had a Hershey pie all three orders were missing the pie when it arrived. Then today I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal clicked on the button to add it to my cart submitted the order get my order there's no egg or cheese. Which is not how I ordered it. But somehow the system said no egg and cheese. And when I called, the young lady just kept saying that's how it was ordered when I told her it was not, she says that's how it came through the system. And when I explained something's not right with either doordash or their system she dismissed me. Spending $15 on an order to be delivered and not have it right and the young lady did not care needless to say I will not be going there anymore. And it's pretty sad because the owner is wonderful. But the employees could care less.

I ordered a impossible whopper and asked that it be heated twice so it would be hot. What I got was a whopper that was charred completely on one side, literally black. When I called back to complain the so called manager said I was told it would be like that if they heated it twice. I have gotten this sandwich with that request on numerous occasions and never received it charred. Nor have I ever been lied to to say I was told this when I requested it. Rather than offer me an opportunity to get another unturned sandwich, your store w I uls rather lose a customer who will complain to others. I will not patronize the albion burger King anymore.

I opened my chicken wrap and it was really cold and the other one was too.... and they both had lettuce on the outside....... and I got a classic when I ordered a spicey......... I mean omg and last time I came thru they said they did have any sauce..... And they got a wooden window making the whole town look bad...like lets get rid of this and put a vote on a Wendy's....the pickle was on the outside and just one... plus the smallest pickle I have ever seen. And the same for the fish sandwhich ..had no sauce...smallest pickles possible....the one wrap had no sauce ....when I opened it up It all fell out on the carpet......plus the sign was so bright I had to use sunglasses just to see.....who ever is in that so called kitchen needs to get fired...i wouldnt be suprised if they spit in it! Nasty horrible experience and I really hope nobody goes through what I did....wow not the first time either!!!!! Burger King in albion sucks so bad 👎 boo 👎....terrible#and there was tomatoes on the one and not the other and on top of all that the tomorrow was so thin I could see through it

Every time I order, something gets messed up. I get they are people trying to make a living but you make $14 an hour to mess up orders?! I still love Burger King but it would be nice to get an order exactly how it’s ordered.

So I always go here atleast once a week,my son likes Burger King. For the second time ever I got myself mozzarella sticks, the first time I got them they were pretty hard like the cheese was cold on the inside not stringy at all so I asked them to make them fresh, they clearly gave me those fresh but gave me fries that seem like they’re two hours old. And cold. So I mean as long as you don’t ask them to do something they should already do you should be okay. Smh. Let’s get some new employees. Come on now. Childish and it’s a waste of my money. Lucky I’m grown or id go back and act a fool with those frys. Make everyone there eat em. . Lucky I found god. 🙏🏽
