Always love the coffee. Service was pretty good this morning. The place could us a little more attention to cleanliness. Several doughnuts 🍩 laying in the bottom of the display case. To be fair I don't know if the manager does a complete inspection periodically during the day. I might stop in tomorrow to see if those runaway doughnuts see still there.

One of my preferred places to go for my coffee and bagels. Good food, good coffee, good service. Can be slow in the mornings but what quality coffee shop isn't?

Stop at Saturday Nov. 22 8:50pm to grab a coffee and doors were locked. Thought they closed at 9pm.. Never purchased anything bad from any Tim Hortons especially thus one.

Waited in the drive thru for 24 minutes. There was 4 cars in front of me. Guy at the window didn’t say 1 word. Once I got to the window I was 5 minutes for my good. I thought the drive thru was supposed to be fast. Unbelievable. Never again will I go to this location.

I went to buy an ice cappuccino and the person was attending, first he gave me a glass of water, I asked her why it was that and she told me that I had ordered it, I answered no, that I had ordered an ice cap and she said this one, he gave me a cup of ice cubes again. .I felt bad and left.

Worst drive tru I ordered a cup of ice water and it was given to me in a small hot coffee cup.apon receiving I told the guy I ordered a large coffee and he replied very snippy "ice water" I will never go back

Guy at the drive through window had the dirtiest fingernails and hands I’ve ever seen pass me a coffee. Thats all good if your turning wrenches for a living but your handling peoples food and drinks. No way he’s washing up after the restroom. 🤮

Ordered 2 medium drinks, we received 1 small and the second, medium they were out of the maple for the new maple cold brew. No "sorry" or offer of refund for their error.

They have the rudest people working this drive thru all the time. The girl today messed up typing in my order tons of times and got an attitude when I corrected her, then proceeded to be completely nasty at the window. It’s worth the drive to the other end of town for the newer locations with nicer people!

Today is August 20th at 12:00pm. I never leave bad reviews or any reviews in general. I felt that I needed to leave this review because I have never been treated so poorly like this before in a drive thru. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee online and the lady on the speaker was talking very rudely but confirmed the name on the order and not the order number. We get to the window to get our coffees and she says nothing then hands me muffins and slams the door shut. Finally she opened the window to give us more food we didn't order and I told her we only ordered two coffees. She proceeded to tell me I didn't order that and kept reading off the order that wasn't ours. Finally someone else realized she messed up the order and she slammed the door shut and we could hear her yelling that we were wrong and talking about us very rudely. I am a very nice person in general and I never gave any attitude so there was no reason for any of that. I called the manager working at that time and spoke with him about our experience. I hope that she is talked to because no one should be treated that poorly. If you go there and happen to have her serve you just be aware that she is very mean and unprofessional.
