Tim hortons is my go to morning stop. Their food is remarkable and I love their iced coffee and iced capps. My toddler adores their frozen hot chocolate and frozen lemonade. They have an array of ice cream and food options that never disappoint.

Excellent service and sandwiches made quick. Really great place for a satisfying portion to go or stay and eat. Lots of parking and right across from City Hall in the heart of historic Batavia

When I called this place this morning to see if they're open I was told no only drive-thru but when I explained that I'm a truck driver the guy was more than happy to take my order over the phone and sirveme curbside thank you it was delicious Businesses like this are the ones that will be remembered even when this plandemic is over

This is the first Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to, and it’s the reason I’m a lifelong Tim Horton’s fan! Very cozy atmosphere with friendly workers.

Food was great. I took hash brown, avocado toast and egg whites spinach.. All were great and egg whites spinach was outstanding.

I met a friend here for coffee and everything was great. I may or may not have had a donut as well as my usual tasty coffee.

This is a good place!!! The hot chocolate always fresh! The only one in town that doesn't taste like water... they actually spread the cream cheese and cover the bagel.

Sunday evening and I just had the BEST strawberry cheesecake ice cream ever! The flavor was just like real cheesecake! And a large is more then enough for 2 ppl! So worth $6.00!

This is one of the best (if not the best) locations out there. The owners take very good care if this place and put pride into what they do. The staff is always super friendly and efficient. I frequently visit this location and it's always a great experience.

Let the coffee brew all the way before you pour it. If your pouring cups while it's brewing. The rest of the coffee will be watered down. Like my last 2 i've purchased. Just let the coffee brew all the way please 🤘😎

I love Tim Horton's. I am an ice caps person for sure. Does not matter if it is freezing outside or hot as heck outside I cant get enough of there ice caps. Ive tried every flavor for every season. They all taste great to me.

Had a bad experience in a restaurant, neither service nor the food was good. Then we saw Tim Hortons across the road, paid and got out, went to Tim Hortons.....ordered Vanilla Chai Latte, and it was so comforting and helped us forget the bad experience at the restaurant. Tim is one place where you can sit and chat while sipping the best Chai or coffee with a variety of donuts, muffins, Tim bits, and also a variety of sandwiches.

Always quality products and great service. Tim Hortons is not available South of Ohio, so it's a pleasure to be able to get it again. Consistency is the key, great coffee, and baked goods.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons for a while, and though it is a 15 min drive from me, it's still my favorite one. The service is fast and accurate, despite the very long lines. Certainly a great place to get my morning java fix.

One of only a few 24-hour places in Batavia. Unfortunately they seem to run out of food late at night around 11pm. Dunkin' Donuts down the street is actually a little better, but not open 24 hours a day.

Always love the coffee. Service was pretty good this morning. The place could us a little more attention to cleanliness. Several doughnuts 🍩 laying in the bottom of the display case. To be fair I don't know if the manager does a complete inspection periodically during the day. I might stop in tomorrow to see if those runaway doughnuts see still there.

One of my preferred places to go for my coffee and bagels. Good food, good coffee, good service. Can be slow in the mornings but what quality coffee shop isn't?

Nothing horrible they have always had just a small selection and door dash only offers less than half the menu not their fault just wish they had more to choose from.

I always find something missing in my order. Today I paid for a muffin. Which I did not get. I understand it is busy, but someone needs to pay close attention. Then it's not even worth driving back to get it replaced. Just use the money to send a child camping!!!

Good coffee and doughnuts. Berry smoothies are awful - mostly sugar and apparently no whole fruit which would be normally expected. Got them for our kids and ended up having to toss them.

Mixed bag here. The place is either nicely clean or depressingly filthy when you walk in - fingerprints, grease smears, and crumbs everywhere. And that's an indication of how your food will come out - great or missing ingredients and cold. I don't go through the drive-thru anymore.

I didn't care for this time hortons, the drive thru window attendant asked what the driver wanted 4 times and was very confused and driver was speaking clearly, kind of frustrating. Got to the window and she asked the order again 😂. Tim Horton coffee is the best though so its worth it. Really busy road though.

If you don't mind the quality of your food being different every time you come by, it's a great option. Sometimes it'll be burnt, other times you'll have almost raw bacon on your breakfast sandwich, or barely any cream cheese on your bagel...but for the price you really can't expect it to be gourmet.

Stop at Saturday Nov. 22 8:50pm to grab a coffee and doors were locked. Thought they closed at 9pm.. Never purchased anything bad from any Tim Hortons especially thus one.

I'm not pleased with the change of hours. The drive thru bush needs to be trimmed, I'm a regular and it scratches my vehicle when I'm forced to use the drive thru. I like the coffee so I continue to go.

This Tim Horton's is clean, has good food, and friendly staff. Two stars for terribly slow service on a consistent basis. The staff tries hard but this restaurant is inefficient in the way the counter is laid out.

Stop here on a Saturday afternoon, it was not busy at all. Every single table in the place was dirty ( had to wipe table off before sitting down)along with the floor under most tables a few people said something about the tables and staff didn't care claim it's dirty like this even when the boss is here. The staff better learn how to clean or people are going to stop coming here.

Not really familiar with the using the app tried to explained to them that there's a redeem Code for a 99 cent coffee the old lady and the big lady gets rude and charge me for a large coffee when I got a medium. Never going there again but that big lady and the old lady funny when they rude

Creamer machines aren't calibrated properly, way way too much for a one cream coffee. Also definitely understaffed or poorly coordinated. The employees themselves are trying so I don't blame them.

Don’t get me wrong I love Tim Hortons but I’m not happy with the fact that the one in Batavia is supposed to be open 24 hours but no when we got there I called and they said they don’t open until 4 am so if that’s the case they need to change the time because that’s false advertisement!

Incredibly slow service every single time. Plus drive thru employees are usually rude. They ignore what you say to them because they're usually talking to each other. They make you feel like you're interrupting their social hour. There's one woman that seems to be there week days in the morning, that while still slow, she's at least pleasant. Thankfully, this isn't my normal Timmy's.

So let me start off by saying they are short handed. So is everyone else doesn't excuse the lack of customer service that we got. We waited several minutes for someone to come to the speaker. Not sure what they were doing but the sign said dining room was closed and there were no other cars around so idk. When the woman got on the box she was very rude. This is only my second ever at a Tim Hortons but will probably be my last. Keep in mind I live in Atlanta. I ordered one small drink and one large. She gave me my total which sounded wrong but I have been traveling since 2am so I was tired. We pulled up to the window and waited another several minutes. We were never greated nor were we given a receipt. When she came to the window she still had an attitude and had 3 drinks. So she made us wait while she made the drink for the car behind us. Her mask was not on correctly because I could see what appeared to be what I call bull ring piercing in her nose. All in all this was extremely disappointing as my wife who used to live in the area raved about it and was her only request on what was a very sad trip for us. Do better TH please

I ordered a hot tea with lemon. Not only did I wait 10 minutes to get it but when I got home, I had a tea with lemon & MILK. Let's see what happens when you mix lemon with milk. A cup of curled MILK. Thanks for wasting my $2. Hire people who at least know some chemistry.

Can't make a simple ice caramel coffee and took it back in to fix it and refused to help me. Can't stand tim Horton's by Wendy's other one over by tops really helpful.

Ordered coffee and 20 pack timbits half coco and half plain. They tell me I'm all set get to window. Lady tells me they are out of plain and dont have enough coco to fill the 20 pack then suggest glazed plain. I say ok sure and then she comes back and says they are out of those as well. So I say I'll just take whatever you have for coco and she rolled her eyes. Comes back charges me hands me the food then says I just filled it with pumpkin spice wich my sister who I was getting them for hates pumpkin spiced. Needless to say will never go to this tim hortons again and I dont say this often but hope she gets fired. I am a customer I am the reason you have a job. I'm sorry you were out of stuff and it was an inconvenience for you but. It would have been better for me and her if she would have done as I said and change it to a 10pk of coco timbits and not just do whatever she wants.

They have a drive through lane that no one in batavia follows. So should you actually get into it , expect a 20 min wait and for every entitled person who thinks they dont have to get in line to cut you off in line. Won't ever return to this one

I went through the drive-thru, and ordered three cups of coffee. Two extra large triple AAA, and one large Double-Double. They all taste it black. I then went back inside to get replacements, and then they still serve me black coffee!!!!!!!! Not a good experience, I'll never go there

i have NEVER had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. there is terrible customer service in the drive thru. they will cut me off before i am done ordering and rush me through ordering my stuff. and i can not count how many times my order has been messed up here. i gave it one last shot, but i will be going to dunkin’ from now on.

I came to tim hortons to treat myself and I rarely come to this location due to issues in the past. The woman on drive through was extremely rude and I never received my receipt so I was unable to do the survey and advertised on the window. I tried to order a french vanilla cappucino and she was extremely rude and told me it was an iced capp that i was looking for. I tried to describe what I wanted but she pushed my order through and when i pulled up to the window she whipped my card out of my hand and i felt as if my items were being thrown at me. Over all it was a very bad experience and I do not think I will be coming to this particular location anytime soon.

The tables were dirty, I couldn't find any napkins, they were also out of hash browns at 10 when this place is known for serving breakfast stuff all day. Not to mention the ceiling was yellow and the windows were all smeared, definitely not well managed

I got a cup for a sovinuier and they lady said "you can go to Walmart and buy this for $5." She was also very augmentative because we got a dozen donuts and we asked if we can have a couple *2-4* and she said were limited on glaze donuts and you can only have one. The table we sat at was not clean...

As others have said the drive thru is bad. The lady is always crabby. We all know who I'm talking about. It's slow moving and you're stuck

The card machine in the drive through has been down for quite some time. After waiting long enough in the drive through, i thought since there was a line it would be fixed by now, but NO. i waited forever just for my card to be refused yet again, instead of them just walking it over to the other register to ring it up, little becky blatantly refuses and insults the idea.. clearly its too simple a solution for her. This is a problem for a parent who doesnt want to lead a bunch of toddlers across a busy parking lot, and could also be very inconvenient and perhaps dangerous for any people who suffer disabilities since your parking lot sucks. they think they can get away with this being a small little city but even the mcdonalds here has a working ice cream machine.

Today is August 12, at 12:20pm I went through the drive through and ordered a coffee and when I placed the order the lady had a very rude tone in her voice and was thrown off by it. I tried so hard to think nothing of it. When I got to the window and payed she rudely said here's your coffee and handed me my card back. I asked her why she was so mad and she responded rudely that she's tired, and shut the window and ignored me. I sat there for a min hoping she would acknowledge me, but she refused to look at me. I was going to try and cheer her up and tell her I hope her day gets better. Giving off that much negative energy to every person that comes through there could really effect the lives of so many people! I used to work in food service and I know how important it is to not let your personal life effect the lives of the customers. I'm only posting a review about this because she has been rude to me many times in the past.

This tim Hortons has bad service...doesn't give you what you order...screws you over...don't go there it's a waste of time and just wants you're money. Also messed up on your order...I really won't go there again. Bad people..

I am giving this location one star. Not because of the food, cleaniness, or the wait to be served. All of those categories were wonderful. I am giving one star because of the rudeness of the staff . I am so tired of feeling like I am bothering the staff in many locations when I place my order. Today Amy never said a word to us, nor did she make eye contact. She had on the face of misery and did not even say your welcome when we thanked her for our order . Tim Hortons you may need to looking into retraining your staff.

We order a Chipotle chicken wrap and when we get home we realize the wrap had absolutely no chicken in it.

Literally the WORST Tim hortons out there!! We wanted in line for 30-35 mins to order a large triple triple and by the looks of what was being handed to the customers everyone ordered like 1 coffee or 1 sandwhich yet it too 5-10 min per car to get an order out. I can understand being short staffed or even training new employees but it should NEVER be this long for any FAST FOOD chain to get orders in and out there window!!!

It’s worth the drive to the other end of town for the newer locations with nicer people!

Today is August 20th at 12:00pm. I never leave bad reviews or any reviews in general. I felt that I needed to leave this review because I have never been treated so poorly like this before in a drive thru. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee online and the lady on the speaker was talking very rudely but confirmed the name on the order and not the order number. We get to the window to get our coffees and she says nothing then hands me muffins and slams the door shut. Finally she opened the window to give us more food we didn't order and I told her we only ordered two coffees. She proceeded to tell me I didn't order that and kept reading off the order that wasn't ours. Finally someone else realized she messed up the order and she slammed the door shut and we could hear her yelling that we were wrong and talking about us very rudely. I am a very nice person in general and I never gave any attitude so there was no reason for any of that. I called the manager working at that time and spoke with him about our experience. I hope that she is talked to because no one should be treated that poorly. If you go there and happen to have her serve you just be aware that she is very mean and unprofessional.
