Bei solch massiv negativen Bewertungen machen wir normalerweise einen weiten Bogen um den Laden. Hier mussten wir mit Kind und Kegel „leider“ schnell was zu essen finden, haben uns aufs Schlimmste eingestellt und wurden positiv überrascht! Trotz vollem Laden durften wir an einen Tisch der jedoch in 45 min. bereits reserviert war. Mag man jetzt nicht gut finden, aber wo ist das Problem? Mit kleinem Kind bleibst du eh keine Stunde sitzen und so war ja irgendwie schon vorgegeben, dass wir nicht ewig aufs Essen warten können - win-win. Das Essen kam schnell, an den Burgern war nichts auszusetzen und der Kinderteller gut gefüllt. Die Bowls am Nachbartisch sahen sehr lecker aus. Für Kinder gabs anschließend sogar noch nen Gratis-Eis zur Auswahl.

Lovely staff, seated quickly. Attentive and quick. One would question if it was a traditional 'club sandwich', but was a really delicious sandwich nonetheless. Rest of the table loved their food. Good cold beer.

Wij waren er begin april met een kindje van 2,5 en het was top. Zaten naast de speeltuin. Bediening was heel vriendelijk en het eten goed en snel 👍

Essen wirklich gut für eine Strand Bar/Küche. Frisch zubereitet, für Kinder sind die Chicken Bites wirklich aus Filet und selbst paniert das sieht man! Preis ist fair. Immer wieder gern. Kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen.

Couldn’t have asked for better service! The staff were absolutely fantastic – friendly, attentive, and great at keeping the kids entertained throughout. They made sure we were taken care of at all times. The food was excellent, and overall it was the perfect experience for a family with young children. We couldn’t have been happier!

I've visited Paco and "his" restaurant many times and he always welcome you with a big smile and lots of humor and laughter. Even if im not staying in Alcudia i always try to visit if i rent a car. The service is always 100%. I highly recommend a visit✨️🙏

Super leckeres Essen! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern sogar gleich mehrmals dort essen: " Die Spaghetti Bolongnes schmecken wie bei Mama"! Preis Leistung -TOP! Wer höflich (auch nach Wartezeit am Empfang) und nach Möglichkeit, ordentlich gekleidet ist, kann hier ein erstaunlich gutes Essen genießen! Steak auf Baguette mit frischem Salat, Burger und auch die Papardelle mit Shrimps waren hervorragend! Die Kids bekommen ihr Essen schnell und früher als die Erwachsenen, was für eine harmonische Tisch Atmosphäre sorgt. Leichter Abzug für teils unfreundlich wirkendes Personal. Auf den Tischen stehen Besteck und Gewürze bereit, wer NUR Trinken möchte, sollte eine Bar aufsuchen!

Underbar familjerestaurang vid stranden. Ni kommer inte ångra ett besök här. Ägaren Paco är en fantastisk varm person som kryssar mellan borden och alltid ser till att barnen har det bra. Dessutom vällagad och prisvärd mat.

Lugar cálido. Fuimos con mi madre y pedimos dos hamburguesas. Muy buenas y la atención de Paco un 10! Todos muy amables. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Y faltar el respeto es de muy mala educación.

La comida exelente y el servicio me muy bueno, hemos ido a comer y hemos hecho pedido para llevar varias veces, no tenemos niguna una queja. Mis niños han comido hasta que no podian mas, hasta helado gratis les dieron! Paco es muy buena persona al igual que el resto del personal. No entiendo de donde salen las malas reseñas, seguro es gente que no se sabe comportar y creen que las reglas no aplican para ellos. Les daria 6 estrellas!

La gente no entiende que es un restaurante bajo reservas y quieren comer rápido y perfecto. Asi vean mesas vacías tienes que entender que hay reservas y van antes que los sin reservas. La gente no entiende las funciones de paco por eso son groseros y mal educados y no se puede denigrar a nadie por sus aspectos físicos un poco de respeto al camarero. Aunque es el restaurante del hotel, tuvimos suerte de encontrar una mesa que no estaba reservada. Comida buena y rápida.

El lugar es hermoso, la vista única. La atención excepcional. Paco nos asesoró super bien, comimos sin gluten y riquísimo.

Leckere Salate, gut, frisch und reichhaltige Portion. Personal freundlich, flott und aufmerksam. Für einen Snack direkt am Strand vollkommen ok. Preise sind natürlich auch der Lage angepasst. Good burger with good taste but overprocessed patty, nice salad and good selection for the kids. The kids ate for free (which included icecream) meaning the lunch bill came it at an OK €30. Good service and nice setting. Worth it if you stay at the hotel, not worth a detour.

A nice lunch restaurant with nice staff and good food. Not the biggest menu but got the most you want like pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Highly recommend it! Dinner isn't their best. Ordered a medium entrecote and half of it were very rare. Pepper sauce in the menu was an oil with herbs. So go at lunch but maybe choose another dinner place.

Ordered pizzas for take away. What you get is not a pizza. The dough is more similar to a tortilla wrap. The filling on my pepperoni pizza was a lot of cheese and 4-5 pepperonis.

It is a family hotel restaurant nothing special and a lack of seasoning. But if you are staying at the hotel and want easy and fast food this is the place to go!

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter sie sehen alle total lustlos aus sind überfordert meiner meinung nach! Das Essen war absolut schlecht Bolognese als fertigsoße. Tiefkühlpizza total hart. Und der burger mit pommes sehr schlecht zubereitet. Erste und letzte mal! Da waren die Strandbars tausend mal besser.

Der Empfang leider wie schon erwähnt unfreundlich. Als nicht Hotelgast fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Das Essen ist ok, nichts außergewöhnliches. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen, obwohl es mit dem Spielplatz für die Kinder echt praktisch ist.

Essen war leider nicht gut. Zwei ceaser salate ohne Soße und sehr kleine Portion. War enttäuschend. 13,5€ pro Salat, selbst der fertig Salat von lidl ist größer und leckerer

La experiencia regular . Nos atendieron educadamnente y a la hora de pedir el postre nos indicaron que estaba la cocina cerrada por lo que el servicio quedó a medias. La persona que atendió esta situación fue educada y pidió disculpas, ella no la tiene sin embargo la gestión del local no es adecuada.

La verdad que la comida no es buena pedimos unas nuggets con arroz y dos ensaladas las ensaladas la verdad que no muy ricas en cambio lo otro las nuggets estaban feas el sabor lo tuve que tapar con mayonesa, el arroz que es algo sencillo también feo no recomendado para un día de playa.

Lage toll, ABER sehr unfreundliches Personal, 3 Kellner haben wir erlebt, ich war sprachlos 18 Uhr ... Man kommt rein,hat vor etwas zu essen und zu trinken beim Blick aufs Meer... Schon die Begrüßung von den 2 Kellnerinen war etwas gehetzt, trotzdem,dass im Lokal genau 3 x 4 Personen waren (3 Familien mit je 2 Kids) ... Zuerst haben wir uns Milchkaffee bestellt, als wir uns die Speisekarte anschauten, die uns leider nicht so richtig angesprochen hatte,weil wir später im Hotel essen wollten und es eher keine Kleingerichte gab,die wir gerne essen würden, haben wir der Kellnerin Bescheid gegeben,dass wir nur den Kaffee trinken würden... DANN kommt der "Oberkellner" (in dem Moment keine weitere neue Gäste um uns, uns mitzuteilen, dass es dort eigentlich nicht erlaubt wäre dort nur Getränke zu trinken und es doch ein solcher Platz an der Seite von diesem Lokal sei🙄 ob wir bis 5 Minuten unsere Getränke austrinken würden 🤔/ wir waren dort zum 1., aber auch zum LETZTEN Mal! So unfreundlich wie es nur sein kann ... dazu der Milchkaffee im Glass von 60 % befüllt für 3,90 Euro... Wir haben unsere Getränke mit 3 Schlucken ausgetrunken und sind gegangen ... I’m nothing but shocked ! We were on a holiday and while on the beach, we ordered takeout! So firstly I got a ceaser salad which was horrible and tiny! It’s an insult actually ! I can’t even describe the horrible taste and I am a person who loves salad! When I asked for forks, they said oh we ran out which they could have warned me so I had to eat it on the beach with my HANDS!! My husbands burger was average! For such a nice looking place, the food was horrible and don’t get me started on my coffee! It was not nice and has no lid. I had two sips and threw it away! All that cost £30 aswell! Trust me on this, don’t get it and at the same distance of this place, there’s a pizza place nearby which fully recommend

Wir wollten gerne einen Snack essen und sind leider dorthin gegangen. Wir wir nach 15 Minuten feststellen mussten, ein absoluter Fehler. Wir hatten gewartet das uns jemand einen Tisch zuweist, einige Kellner liefen an uns einfach vorbei, kein Hallo oder es kommt gleich jemand. Man fühlte sich völlig fehl am Platz. Nach guten 12 Minuten kam dann jemand um uns zusagen (in einem undeutlichen Englisch und völlig verwirrenden Aussagen) wie, ja ihr könnt was mitnehmen hier Vorort geht nicht ich hab keine Leute aber auch nicht auf eine freundliche Art. Danke für gar nichts. Wir sind danach ein paar Meter weitergegangen und wurden dort satt und nicht enttäuscht.

Made a reservation for 8ppl. When we arrived they said it was not possible to make reservations at all. They started an argument about this for absolutley no reason (there were plenty of room for us). This put us in bad moods when all we wanted to do was to celebrate a birthday. The crew spoke poorly english. The food was somewhat the same as the food on the buffé at the all inclusive hotel next doors, and not the best. Will I eat here again? NO!

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 voire une note négative je l’aurais fait. Le sûrement responsable de ce restaurant est exécrable. Et je pèse mes mots. Hautain et arrogant, voulant nous faire payer des choses que nous n’avons pas mangé, alors que la nourriture était déjà immangeable, congelée à plusieurs reprises, plus que douteux, et bien sûr à des prix bien trop élevés. Agressif verbalement et faisant des grands gestes on a même fini par avoir peur. C’est comme ça qu’ils arrivent à se faire de l’argent me direz vous. Comment un tel restaurant peut encore être ouvert, avec des personnes comme ça à leur tête. Même si tous les autres restaurant sont complets, faites la queue ailleurs, rien ne vaut la peine de manger là bas.

Waiters are rude, when we came to the table with drinks waiter told us to move somewhere else because “they had a lot of people to eat at this table” and we had to consume our drinks somewhere else. The price was high and in this price we got self-service, rude waiters and the wiev for the construction site. Do not recommend. Drink was ok.

The bald, older man made sure we won’t come back. UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE STAFF. The person who welcomes the guests is experienced as verbally and non-verbally arrogant, unfriendly and angry. We had not reserved any table the first time we came to this place. He arrogantly said no when we asked for table, and then told us about all the reservations that evening. The place was never full the next hour, which means there would have been an available table for us that hour. He could’ve suggested that.. We used the Ving-app to reserve a table for the next day. There was no option for a-la-carte or premium all-inclusive when booking. When we came to our reserved table, he clearly showed how unhappy he was because I’ve managed to book with premium. The day before, the people in line got to choose table. When we where first in line and asked to get a table nearby the playground, we were told in an arrogant way, that there was too many reservations so it was not possible to choose. I can not see how the other reservations got to pick one specific table ahead of the dinner. For the next 2 hours, the restaurant was half full. We saw the bald man treat other customers in the same way. 3 of us ordered beef filet, 2/3 medium and 1/3 medium rare. When the beefs got served, They did not know which one that were medium-rare, and told us to cut the beef to find out, and then switch. They should know which meal every person had ordered, they had no clue of this when the food came. The beef tasted good, the salads and the pizza were not amazing, but okay. We had to ask for cutlery. Read several other reviews, and we are clearly not the only ones with this experience. Two of the girls and one man with black hair (staff) were kind and gave good service. The bald mans behavior was unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and de-prioritized. The food was expensive, not worth it. We went to the Lollo & Bernie show after the food. Later, our 5 yr old girl wanted «Lollo & Bernie ice cream». Even tho we didn’t want to talk to them again, we kindly asked to order the ice cream as take away. He told us in a rude and unwelcoming way, that we had to see all the other guests whom were waiting 30 minutes for the food… so if we wanted the ice cream, we could wait 1 hour - so he suggested that we got ice cream somewhere else. (The reason we asked this restaurant is because the child wanted the ice cream because of its dessert name - Lollo & Bernie ice cream). WILL NOT COME BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hope the restaurant reads the reviews, so they can change this. Unacceptable.

Der Empfang vom Servicemitarbeiter war von Anfang an (ein älterer Mann mit Glatze)sehr unfreundlich. Trotz halbleerem Restaurant wurden wir direkt vor einem Restaurant-Schild platziert. Als wir den Platz danach wechseln wollten, (damit wir ein bischen den Strand und das Meer sehen) haben wir von dem gleichen Service-Mitarbeiter sehr arrogante Bemerkungen bekommen. Fazit: im Kebab Imbiss bekommt man wesentlich besserenund freundlicheren Service und Anstand als in diesem Resraurant. Preise: etwas teuerer als im normalen Restaurant. Wir würden es leider nach unserer Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Het eten was lekker maar als je eenmaal geen gast bent van het bijgelegen hotel kijken ze ook niet meer naar je om. We wilde iets vragen aan het personeel we staken onze hand we werden aangekeken maar negeerde ons voorledig. Ook komen ze niet vragen of alles na wens is wat je normaal overal ziet. Ik raad dit restaurant niet aan behalve als je graag rust wil en snel je eten.

Svært uvennlig og uakseptabel oppførsel av personalet, spesielt mannen som fremstår som eier (navnet hans samsvarer med navnet på restauranten). Var gjest ved hotellet, men uten «all inclusive». Ble tydelig nedprioritert. Dyr mat og ingen hyggelig opplevelse, anbefales IKKE.

Wir wollten etwas trinken und wurden sogar platziert. Erst wurden die Getränke aufgenommen und dann wurde nach Speisen gefragt. Als wir sagten dass wir nur etwas trinken wollen, wurden wir des Lokals verwiesen. Auch der Empfang durch einen glatzköpfigen Kellner mit Brille war sehr arrogant.

Normalerweise tu ich mir sehr schwer mit schlechten Bewertungen aber in diesem Fall wollte ich mal sagen, dass wir uns so noch nie geärgert haben! Wir standen am Empfang und warteten wie es auf dem Schild stand. Nach mehreren Minuten, es sammelten sich schon eine Menge Leute, Kam immer noch niemand um sich um die Leute zu kümmern. Vier Meter entfernt stand das Servicepersonal und unterhielt sich miteinander, da das Restaurant bis auf drei Tische leer war, Ich fragte höflich nach einem Tisch für zwei Personen. Mit unfreundlicher Stimme wurde ich wild gestikulierend wieder in den Wertebereich geleitet und aufgefordert gefälligst hier zu warten bis das Personal der Meinung war uns zu empfangen. Schade für ein Restaurant in der Lage, mehr sage ich nicht dazu! Wir sind gegangen.

Hier kann man keine Getränke bestellen. Wir waren ein Tisch mit 8 Personen und wurden wieder verwiesen weil wir nur Getränke bestellen wollten. Dabei waren noch viele Tische frei.

Ordered takeout, did not give me a bag so they expected me to carry everything with my hands - despite the fact they saw a coffee in my hand. When l ordered the coffee, they did not give me a lid which made things even more awkward to carry. The waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there, just seemed constantly fed up which is unprofessional. When I asked for cutlery, they said they had none and had just finished. Why offer a takeout service when you cannot fulfil the basics? My food was okay, nothing spectacular but you really do expect more for the price you pay. I wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere. The location is great though, hotel/restaurant looks very modern. Service levels need attention.

Very unfriendly staff, there is an obvious and demonstrable dislike for tourists. We are a family of four that visited for lunch on our first day. Thankfully, this place doesn't represent the island in general. Food was somewhere between mediocre and acceptable. Prices were expensive (especially considering quality) but I guess that's due to the beach view location. There are a lot of other better places to visit, I would avoid this one.

Worst restaurant in the city. Very unfriendly staff and waiters. There were 8 of us but only 5 of us wanted something to eat. The waiter then sent us away in a very rude manner and said that we could only stay here if everyone ate something. There are many restaurants nearby so avoid this one. I will never come back again 👎🏻👎🏻 The bald waiter was one of the unfriendlist guys I have ever seen. He does his job listlessly and scares away customers. In a Kebap Store the service is much better. Please avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else. It didn‘t even deserve one star because of this rude bald man.

Muy mal trato por parte del personal. El señor pelado nos trató pésimo. Nos retiramos del lugar sin haber consumido. No le recomendaría jamás.

El pelado de lentes amarillos nos trató pésimo. Un desubicado e irrespetuoso. Muy mal educado

Hay un mozo pelado que trata muy mal a los clientes, se comporta de forma altanera e irrespetuosa. Huimos espantados del lugar.

Nos trato el señor de la entrada de forma pésima, un servicio de cuarta categoría. No lo recomiendo y ojalá se fundan. Abrazo pelado de la entrada.

Nunca recibí tan malos tratos y falta de modales como en este lugar!!! Espero por lo menos un llamado de atención para el Sr. mayor de lentes amarillos .
