We tried this place because we'd heard good reviews. The bagels were good, though nothing spectacular. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was pleasant enough to sit for a while. What we didn't like was a detail at the end. We were coming from another part of the city (because we were in León for only a few days and arrived by Uber—we literally only went there for the bagels) and we brought a coffee from another place, which was almost gone. We ordered bagels, a cookie, etc., and ate there without a problem. However, when paying and before leaving, I asked if they had a trash can for the coffee cups, and they told me they did, but that next time we shouldn't bring outside drinks because it wasn't allowed. (I would have preferred if they'd told me they didn't have a trash can and I could take the cups and throw them away somewhere else.) I understand the policy, but the comment seemed a bit out of place considering we did eat there and there's no visible sign indicating that rule. It wasn't a bad experience, but that detail left a slightly uncomfortable impression. Overall, the food is good, but the service could be a little more empathetic and friendly to customers. I don't recommend the cookies.
