These perro tacos are so good!! Love the combination of all the ingredients put together something different for me. The cheese griddle on the tortilla makes it so much better. The salsa very flavorfull. I will definetly come back for more.

Low-key this spot hits different. The crispy cheese on the taco is crazy good — super flavorful and cooked perfect. Everything tasted fresh, the beans, the guac, all of it. Portions were solid too. Honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but it definitely surprised me. I’d come back for sure.

Stopped by Perro Exquisite Taco in Cerritos and it's a solid spot. We got the Perro Taco, Veggie Taco, Breakfast Perro Taco, and Keto Taco, and honestly, the tacos are way bigger than I thought — one taco is basically a full meal. Definitely plan accordingly if you’re ordering a few. The Perro Taco was my favorite — the asada was cooked well and had good flavor without being too heavy. The Keto Taco was a pleasant surprise, really well put together and filling. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re craving hearty tacos that actually satisfy. The portions are generous, the flavors hit consistently. I'd definitely go back.

These tacos are an event. With the cheese griddled on the tortilla , tender carne , frijoles and avo , these tacos are a meal alone. Salsa was on point and the charred jalapeño and radish were good additions.

OMG! WOW! Makes me wanna cry! Reminds me of my mami and nana's Cocina! AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! 100% BETTER than Chipotle! Or Taco Bell! I regret not trying it out sooner! Been working next door for 8 months and never looked appetizing on the outside! Just goes to show that looks can be completely deceiving! I'm DEFINITELY returning with my whole crew!

This was shockingly good. I actually love that this is basically their only menu item. Allows them to just MASTER all the ingredients and make it super fast. From ordering to getting my food was literally 10 seconds. They also gave me a complimentary chips and salsa which was awesome. I poured the sauce all over the taco. Reminded me a lot of a baleada with the big soft flour tortilla. Definitely recommend this place!

Oh my gosh… this is by far some of the most flavorful and authentic Mexican food I've had in Cerritos. Every dish tastes like it’s made with care and love, just like homemade. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the carne asada is packed with so much flavor—every bite is delicious! The guacamole is another standout; it’s incredibly tasty and adds the perfect touch to the meal. What I really appreciate is that their beans are served “a la olla” rather than being refried, giving them a richer and more authentic taste. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you leave full and satisfied. As for the horchata, it’s perfectly balanced—finally, a horchata that’s not overly sweet! It actually tastes like homemade, refreshing, and just the right amount of flavor. I had the perro combo, and it was absolutely amazing. If you're looking for flavorful Mexican food with a homemade touch, this place is a must-try!

My husband found them on Instagram and have been following their business for some time. When he found out that they opened a new location, we knew we had to give it a try. Let me tell you, these Perro Tacos are next level! For the taco lovers out there, this is a must try! The homemade tortillas and the fresh ingredients left us mouth watering. Walking distance from my house. First time try it. So so good. This taco remind me of the taco I have in Rosarito. It’s flour tortillas with carne asada. Beef was charred with great flavor. It’s so tender. Flour tortillas was made fresh. Salsa is so good too. Cheese is mild. The whole big taco is about $10. It is exquisite taco. They do catering too if you have party.

I was in this area (from Oxnard ) and was recommended to the best “Tijuana” taco in Cerritos. It was definitely worth my stop coming from a a city that knows it’s tacos. Perfectly hand made tortilla layered with grilled queso Mexican style, then the perfectly marinated beef steak, topped with whole Peruvian beans, guacamole, cilantro and onions. Sides just as would be served in Mexico! The chile jalapeño torriado, slice of lime, and rábanos made the perfect meal. Casual dining and the friendliest crew made this large Perro Taco something to return to when in Cerritos. —Leti

We were very excited to come and try the famous Perro tacos, The restaurant is located near the movie theater, plenty of parking in front and also behind the restaurant area, The cashier was very friendly and the menu was easy and simple we ordered, didn’t wait long for our order to come, the tacos are just like the picture a big flour tortilla taco, freshly made four tortilla, when having tacos it makes a big difference in a freshly made tortilla and a store bought tortilla. The flour tortilla on our tacos was a thicker than a regular tortilla, the meat was perfect and very tasty, beans onions cilantro cheese made this super delicious, We enjoyed this so much, definitely 10/10 We will be back, the service was excellent, the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Bro… I love finding new places to eat. And it’s been hard these days, as it’s always just the same kinds of food that many places serve. Just cloned and rebranded. But not Perro. The menu is simple. The prices are amazing value. You get a full meal for $9 (not including tax). This isn’t a standard “taco” you’re thinking of. One taco is a whole meal. It’s about the size of a large burrito. The meat is stellar. I love the Peruvian beans, and the guac is 👌. They also have vegetarian and Keto options which is cool. I’ve been here twice now and I look forward to going many more times. The owners and staff are very nice too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something new or just want to eat good grub for an affordable price! The food also is NOT greasy or anything like that. You won’t feel guilty. The same as how you feel good about eating a chipotle bowl. Check em out!

This was my first time coming here and I would say it's overall a good experience. The service was great, the location is convenient, and the food is good. Personally, I don't think the quallty and quantity of food in relation to the price is great. If you do go, I'd skip the combo which gives a fountain drink and chips that were made hours ago for four dollars. I'd recommend getting a standalone taco with extra meat.

So if your family tree consists of John, Andrew, Lauren, and Raegan than dont be put off of the jalapeño being in the taco. Just take it out baby. You'll enjoy this taco. And if your family tree consists of Juan, Nacho, etc you will like this too! Solid taco. Also the guys at the register were cool. Very kind and enthusiastic. But my taco had plenty of guac, which is great, but the one I got for my girlfriend was super skimped. I tipped at the register too. Watch that portion control. I usually don't tip at registers and getting skimped after doing so doesnt feel good

The flavor is ok, but the meat is tough and low quality. The cost is too high for the quality of the food. The tortillas brought in from TJ are average at best. Nothing special, I won’t be back.

Tacos are pretty delicious! Although this is only my 2nd visit, it was not as pleasurable or satisfying as my first visit! The 12 dollar taco was fairly empty and lacking all the meat and fillings as compared to my last visit! No salsa was placed in my order nor was it asked if I wanted any!

the taco was pretty good, unfortunately it came with a Little Rock and hurt my teeth while chewing on my food. That sucks because I really liked the taco😔

We ordered tacos no cheese and they came with cheese, unfortunately we didn't discover it until we got home. The tacos where supposed to carne asado tacos however they had way more beans than meat, if any attachments all and we where the only costumers. Diffenitely nit worth the drive, even if it was next door. Sonoratown tacos is much better, hands down.
