Their ebt was down since Feb 13th.. seems purposely done. They dont advise or post on their window. Poor management. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail

Liz wouldn't accomodate a disabled request. Wouldn't give me her name had to ask someone else for it poor customer service

There was no one in line when I arrived at this mcdonald's, and it took them fifteen minutes to give me two mcdoubles and two fries please check cameras for 10pm Thursday Jan 22. Don't respond asking for more details I'm in a whit pruis. Ur staff is beyond bad watch the video

Had to repeat order 3 times just so they got my order wrong then had to wait additional time and repeat order again. How harr is it to get double quarter no cheese plain bun Get people that speak and understand English who cares there background

I've made multiple trips to this locale and my employee interactions, have been consistently negative and unpleasant. The manager would ALWAYS give me a stern "savage look" even after friendly nods. I now travel to another nearby Mc'Ds that's much more professional and civilized.

Everytime I come here there's some issue. Either bad service, wait at order speaker forever, no cheese in our cheeseburgers, receive a Reg Coke when we order Diet Coke, completely wrong order. Theres always an issue. Just go to the Jack in the Box a block over, food is about the same quality but I never have any issues ever with their drive thru.

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Food was bad...which I didn't know was possible. Maybe it was old or something. Noone was taking orders. I had an issue with the machine but everyone looked busy doing absolutely nothing. Like seriously 🙄 I know fast food jobs get a little busy but everyone acting annoyed at work isn't good business. 🙁 I decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered 3 happy meals...Nuggets no sauce? I ended up having to go back in the restaurant. 😒 The crew was not nice about it. Big Zero. Please do better guys 🙏🏾

Worse McDonald's experience ever. 25 minute wait for food. Do not deliver to table as stated. Overcooked food. No condiments or napkins are available. Good luck getting a refill. The bathrooms are filthy.

I ordered a large fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets with EXTRA ketchup. When I picked up my order I hadn’t checked it yet and then when I got home I only found a small fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets but the worst part is I didn’t get ketchup I got tangy BBQ sauce!? McDonalds get better employees!!

Most expensive fast food now, no salads, no lettuce besides shredded and now charging for condiments. In n out Burger is literally half the price of McDonald's garbage food. I will not go back here.

This McDonald's is horrible. The drive lady was rushing us. Saying is that it , is that it. Anything else anything else. Just like tik tok. Thank God I went to park to eat no hash browns in the bag. Then had to go back they didn't put my sauge in my sandwich. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The burger I got was completely cold and tasted nothing like it had just been made. And the large fries I ordered didn't look as much as the medium fries.
