The food I gave five stars because the food is delicious. I love the food from Chick-fil-A. It’s very good and even has vegan options so that’s very nice. Service is very nice. I gave a service of 5-Star because the servers were very nice and atmosphere atmosphere. I gave you a three stars. It was not the most clean atmosphere but very nice. I liked it overall. It was very good experience four stars. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the drive-through. It was very hard to get into it and get out from all the people crossing the road but other than that very good.

I come here often and they always seem to mess up my orders. Tonight I ordered fries and it was only a quarter full. I don't think the workers enjoy their job. A few days ago I came in picked up my orders and a female and male worker were rude to the some customers. They need to be better trained on their customer service. The kiosk machines weren't working very well and they kept telling them to use them and the one customer told they that they weren't working. You keep packing up the prices and the customer service is going down hell. You want $20 a hour but give shitty customer service and can't get orders right.

Food was good but we didn't notice that they ignored all add-ons and for our drive-thru pickup order until we got 20 min away and started eating. Ended up paying around $5 for extras we didn't get.

1st time in this location actually I should say 1st time eating Chick-fil-A too they messed up my order 1st experience went in trash . Upon receiving the order, I noticed missing food items. I thought the person who took my order said they would make another grilled chicken club sandwich, but I guess they had a change in mind. I only wonder why to deliver a promise if you can not fulfill it. I'm never going back to that Chick-fil-A poor service.

I had to write a review. I ordered 3 large fries and this is what I get served, 3 boxes half full ☹️ so disappointed. So check you bags before you walk away. Definitely did not get my money’s worth.

This place needs to train better. This photo is supposed to be a burrito. Glad we give fast food workers $20/hr now for this.

I come down to Alisa Viejo, once a week or so to visit my friends. We usually end up chatting til the sun comes up. Of course, the late night craving starts and where else but good old Del Taco. Tonight, my friend's wife came back to surprise me with my favorite strawberry milk shake. It's bad enough a large looks more like a medium, when it comes to shakes. But to fill a medium with a large es no Bueno, Del Taco. I'm a bit disappointed 😞. I want my change. I paid for a large, not a medium.

The people I dealt with were dismissive and not helpful. I was completely ignored, and my order was incomplete. There are so many people behind the counter, but no one comes out to clean. Just feels like they don’t care about their job. I also don’t think you should be forced to use a kiosk. Customer service has really gone downhill.

The food at this location is horrible! The fries taste like they've been sitting around, the buns are stale and hard and the chicken is burnt. The dining area and tables are always dirty. The staff is nice. The manager just needs to step it up at this location.

Haven't had del taco in years so decided to come in on a Wednesday afternoon. I wish I can turn back time and went elsewhere. I remember the fish tacos used to be so good. I saw they had a deal of 3 fish tacos for 6.99. I thought, what a steal right? Boy was I wrong. As you can tell by my pictures, they looked unappetizing. Just didn't taste good and had no flavor at all. Sadly this will be the last time ever coming back to a del taco.

This is just sad , this is my hard shell chicken taco. All 3 were like this or worse, no chicken in it or the tiniest amount. Del Taco you need to do better than this!

I ordered at 1:30AM and there were no other customers waiting... They wrap the burritos in a very rude way.

Jack in the Box acquired Del Taco a few years ago. This is the first time that I have ever offered a negative review. I usually only do reviews when I have compliments and praise. Sadly, this is the exception. Like everything Jack touches, he ruins it. Now, like McDonald's, inside kiosks and too few employees to take an order at the front counter. To order with a "live" person, the drive thru, which always has a long line and huge wait times, is the alternative. And, like others that are failing, Del Tacos reputation for great value for the dollar, and great hot food and friendly service seems to be just a memory. Perhaps following the lead of In and Out and other successful models would be an idea. If needed, don't compromise quality, even if the product price must increase to reflect a great product. Today's example: The food portions, i.e. the 2 for $7 burrito menu, are much smaller than even just a year ago, and, burritos are wrapped differently than as shown on the menu display, now closed on both ends. It wasn't THAT long ago that the menu photos looked like the finished product, i.e. burritos open and overflowing on one end. Dissatisfaction seems to be the company's new objective. At least at this location. AND, this MAY just be THIS Aliso Viejo location. The Barstow locations, and Dana Point definitely have better service and better food. So, this is my first and last visit to this location. Hopefully mediocrity at this location isn't contagious. I have been a Del Raco fan for decades. Always my GO TO for a quick bite. The quick service food industry is competitive. Bring back the old management company leadership and direction or fail. Sad, really. Less of a fan today than yesterday.

Horrible service. Was told to use the kiosk, took forever to order because breakfast wasn't on the menu time was running out. Had to order w the lady. Then food took forever then no hit sauce out, so she said give me minute for hit sauce. Ridiculous. I'm eating now.

throw the kiosk in he trash, and take the orders edited for response by del taco: your kiosks are a downgrade. take a poll and find out. I've stopped going to every location that has them, and I'm not alone. And no, your staff is not present to help or answer questions hence the review and why I walked out, but continue to believe or pretend that the sky is green.

This is the 2nd time ive ordered a guacamole epic burrito. Both times its had 0 guacamole and i order steak which tasted like old shoes! It was mostly rice. I also didnt get all the items i ordered. I would give this del taco -100 if i could., both times it was awful! Sad and it cost me anyway.

This Del Taco has no atmosphere at all. There are just tables and chairs. The food is not good at all and it's not cooked all the way. It is not the del Taco of years ago. I would not recommend you waste your money at this location. We used to go there all the time not anymore.

I asked for Lite Ice and Mia did not Add Lite Ice to my order. Receipt pictured for proof. I hope there's a resolution for this problem. PS adding this part after trying to eat my food why was everything soggy !?! taking a look at other reviews, I agree this is the NASIEST Chick-fil-A, I was always giving them the benefit of the doubt, not sure what for lol, why so NASTY!

Ordered a spicy deluxe. The bread was cold, dry, and brittle. Chicken was dry as well. Never had a problem with CFA when it came to freshness up until now.

Food poisoning alert! 🚨 I have eaten at chik fil a for years but this location gave me my first ever food poisoning experience. I went here Thursday night, 11/13 around 9pm. 3 hours later around midnight I was throwing up with diarrhea for 12 hours straight, until I was eventually picked up by the ambulance. I am still recovering, I’m not sure what they do at this location but stay clear, I now have hospital bills to pay and tons of pain and suffering

I’m very disappointed with the level of service at this branch. Most of the time, they don’t provide what you ask for, and on top of that, their food is much saltier compared to other branches.

Waited in line for 20 minutes at breakfast time. Got up to the window finally at 10:33 and were told they couldn't serve us any of the majority of their menu. Don't bother if you're not crazy early. The line is always like this. We then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get out of the line. Great experience.

It’s technically food so I’ll give it 2 stars. I guess you can eat here if you’re starving and, somehow, can’t get to anywhere else. The chicken is dry and unseasoned. Bread is stale. Sauce is “edible” at best. I’d have to have two broken legs, a dead cellphone, and have gone three days without food before I’d maybe consider eating here again. At least the staff was okay-ish

Waited at window over 5 mins, then they parked us another 5 mins…… food came out ice cold, top bun was cold with something wet on top bun inside , cheese not even a bit melted, thats how cold it was…… after 10 mins of waiting Seriously. I took a sandwich inside was explaining to the manager guy somebody was in the drive-through mocking me one of the three workers over in the corner hiding so I told him just give me a regular chicken sandwich . I just wanted to get out of there felt humiliated maybe hire some intelligent workers instead of young kids that all sit there and talk about customers!!! Not good service at all, especially for the cost of fast food now.

This location is not the best. The customer service doesn’t compare to other locations. Also, the sandwich had a piece of cold cheese on it. I think new management and more helpful, better trained employees could go a long way.

This location used to have friendly staff. Now the employees stare at you with frowns. They don’t greet you. They silently hand you your food while staring at you as if they hope you just leave. Very unwelcoming place. Edit: added picture of waffle fries. Mostly small pieces and not whole slices.
