We had ample servings of thr meals we chose. My favorite is the Rueben with extra sauekraut. Delicious. We went at 11:15. The place wasn't full yet. Very good food.
Great food, all the food had great flavor. Service was quick I waited like 5-10 mins for my food. One thing I would watch out for is the price not cheap.
Tried the small turkey sandwich and it was good. Small was still really a lot. Didn't realize there were olives and onions but not overpowering. All in all delicious.
The girl at the drive through was courteous and helpful. Even though they gave me someone else's order they immediately recognized the mistake and rectified it. Since they had already handed me the other person's order they said they cannot take it back and i could keep it. This was impressive and it means thet are following good sanitary protocols especially in these Covid times.
Best sandwhich place! Very clean and great customer service. There is literally nothing bad on the menu, everything tastes great. The prices are alright but if you get the app, you can get free sandwhiches. Also, there are usually great coupons in magazines that could save you up to 70% or a sandwhich completely free!!
Got the advertised deal and even a Cinnabon decadent roll. Mmm delicious!
Got my food fast and hot. It tasted pretty well as well. We got a good deal on our food as well. All in all it was pretty yood and would go there again and I would recomend to anyone who wants a sandwhich
They are fast, accurate, and the food is good. They did not skimp on my sandwiches even though I used my coupon! Very delicious and filling!😛
5/5 definitely recommend for anybody that wants to try out a new food place. Great customer service and it’s quick too!
Have always loved this sandwich shop. I've been eating their sandwiches since I was a teen. When I got married my hubby was a picky eater but after being married to me for years, he's become more willing to try new foods, he loves Schlotzskys as much as I do now.
The reason I stopped is because I was lost. I wish I had asked the employee her name. She was so helpful, kind and patient. She sat with me figuring out the best way I could get back home. Any company that has an employee like her is in good hands and she is a great representative of that company. Thank you sweet lady
Very fast service through drive through, especially considering each of these sandwiches is going through the oven. Excellent establishment. Wish the Cinnabons were calorie/carb free, but I guess you can't win 'em all ;-)
Ordered large and split it. 🪓 Over 50 years as a customer starting on UT campus in Austin.
Everyone knows Schlotzkys has the best sandwiches, but did you know they have bomb salads too? And the salads come with delicious sourdough bread sticks! I prefer an original or Turkey Bacon sandwich, but their French Dip was pretty great too. GET YOU ONE! I really like my sandwiches, and there are a lot of great places in this area, but that bread just can't be beat.
The best kept secret on sandwich joints. Their sandwiches are hot, crispy, and made to order. Their prices beat other sandwich places and you get a good quality tasty sandwich. Two thumbs up.
love the chicken sandwich. Service was excellent with the young staff, very professional. They also have recently remodeled and the place looks a lot better than the prior time which was over a year ago.
Soup and salad pick two. Tomato Basil soup is great. Salad had turkey, avocado, beautiful mixed greens and other great garden goodies. They also have remodeled this location. Very nice.
This is my favorite sandwich shop! Their sourdough buns and light toasting makes it delicious and unique. Great service! They have pizza, salads and Mac and cheese too!
I have visited here often. See a lot of the same employees and never had bad service or food. Thank you for making a hectic lunch more enjoyable with good service. Keep it up guys.
I had a very good experience when I went to this schlotzsky's location. It was the first time I had gone there and was planning to use a reward that I had just downloaded on their app. The cashier was very patient as I navigated the app for the first time and attempted to use the reward. She even gave me a good tip, that my problem was that the app did not have location rights and she even helped me to get it turned on. Schlotzsky's makes an original sandwich I really like and it is not one that I can easily duplicate exactly at home. The place is clean, the service was quick, and there was plenty of parking even though I was there at peak lunch time. If you like well made, unique sandwiches then I recommend that you give this schlotzsky's a try.
First time earing food from Schlotzsky's. I would rate my Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich as very good. I especially liked the toasted bun. Had just the right amount of crunch to it. Had a nice light touch of Mayo without making it too slippery to stay together. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The smoked turkey was very flavorful and tasty. I would eat here again.
Tucked in right by the 75, this is a very clean location inside and out, accompanied by a cute patio and big trees. The lady who took our order was kind and quick. Good sandwich as one would expect from Schlotzsky's.
The staff and food were very nice. Probably the best pizza I had.
Popped in here because hubby wanted the original sandwich, we could get our grandson a grilled cheese sandwich, and I could get the vegetarian version of the original sandwich. There was a lot of meat on the original sandwich which we ended up sharing with our six-year-old grandson because he didn’t care for the grilled cheese sandwich. He frankly didn’t like the bread. But that is a child’s taste and not to be blamed on Schlotzsky’s. The sandwiches were able to give us a couple of meals since each half filled us.
Great food! Love it!! I wish customer service was a lot more "delightful" . Very mundane, seems unappreciative. That does seem to be how this young generations whole additude is and I will make notice on reviews. It is a straight reflection on management. After time of the same, I will stop patronizing the business.
My rating is based on similar restaurants, not gourmet dining. Schlotsky's has great sandwiches. This location is always very clean and the person that helped me was friendly and efficient. My son and I love to pop in and eat from time to time.
I do a custom order for grilled cheese and they usually get it right. Sometimes it’s not heated all the way through, even when I ask for them to leave it in the oven a bit longer. But overall, it’s not bad for fast food. It’s the only fast food I will eat at.
Terrible Beef BACON 🥓 Smoke 🚬 Cheesy sandwich 🥪 that was WAAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!
This place never let us down. Veggies were fresh every time we ordered. We like that now we can order online to our tastes and pickup within 10 minutes. Foods are always fresh and tasty. Even my picky youngest one loves the foods at this location, Schlotzsky's in West Allen.
Centrally located. Place is clean and staff are nice. I had the fiesta chicken sandwich. It was made to perfection. Menu is very user friendly and has a lot of choices on bread sizes and flavors. Perfect place to stop for a quick bite during lunch hour.
Remodel of dining room is nice. Same high quality food as in the past, just hadn't been in a long time. Love the Cracked Pepper potato chips, Fiesta Chicken sandwich, and peach mango tea. Attentive, courteous employees.
It was wonderful to order ahead on the app and they had it waiting for me. Perfect solution to a Friday night dinner that’s not fast food !
This is probably the best run Schlotzsky's in The metroplex. Manager and staff are friendly. Order is always accurate, fast and hot. Tables and floor always clean. Dont know if this is a franchise or corporate location but should be a model for other locations
They were quick and efficient. The gentleman who took my order was very courteous and even tried to upsell! I'm in quick service retail and is uncomfortable as it may be at times to upsell. He did a fantastic job. The store was very clean and staff was uniform.
I got the Roast Beef and Cheese. The sandwich was hot and fresh. The lobby and tables were clean.
Schlotzsky’s is always pretty good however this location seems to be exceptional. Very clean restaurant. Great attention to detail on my order. I went in with the intention of eating half a sandwich and taking the other half home to my wife. It was so good. I had to eat the whole thing and get her a separate sandwich to take back home. Don’t forget to grab a bottle of that Louisiana hot sauce for your sandwich. You can grab a cinnamon roll on the way out. They’re pretty darn good. I highly recommend.
Teresa and Emily are always so wonderful. Kind and attentive. When they smile it lights up the restaurant. I’m always the one who gets a custom sandwich and the kitchen delivers a consistent delicious product. Great job kitchen staff.
Went today and the customer service was amazing, always so nice and pleasant. Will be coming here more often. Great job from the front cashiers to the kitchen ladies. Best sandwiches I’ve had in a while!
Hands down the best sandwiches around, just not this place. They always get the orders wrong. Food is still delicious, despite the issues. Their fresh bread and food is mouth watering good
Finally made it over to the Schlotsky's in Allen Texas for a delicious Small Deluxe Original Sour Dough sandwich. Ate it on the long ride home and it was perfect!
This store was fantastic. I flubbed my online order but did not kmow. The employees let me know and gave me a drink while I waited since the order had not gone through. Great, friendly service!
I had the best turkey sandwich here! The bread was fresh and turkey warm with all the trimmings. I thought the sandwich was too large, but it was so good I bought one to go! Great job!
Great meals for two when one is free. Birthday girl got free medium size sandwich as loyalty club member. Menu same as other locations in Collin county but first time here for a change. Used app on phone due to helpful staff member to get discount. On hot days look for shade on west side of store. There are a few on east side.
The girl at the counter was friendly and took our order promptly. Our food was wasd prepared in a timely fashion and she brought the food to my table. The staff followed COVID protocols. The Albuquerque Turkey was awesome and yummy as I expected. The Cinnabon display smells so good but I had to resist. This experience is what I expect from a restaurant. However the Schlotzsky's location in Little Elm is not like this. They'll never get my business again.
I asked the young lady who took my order at the register to please wash her hands because when I came in she was emptying the garbage and replacing the bags and she said she didn't really have to because she didn't touch the garbage... I said please..and she did but had major attitude...she was very cold after that as she took my order...food was good however...
I do generally enjoy this place. They have been consistent with the quality of those food and restaurant has always been clean. Certainly a bit high in price but a good choice for soup and a sandwich.
I've ALWAYS gone to Jason's Deli or Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's for sandwiches. But decided to go here with a friend for lunch and I nvr remember what I've ordered in the past. Asked the manager which sandwich has the most meat, and he said the Original, which for some reason I've nvr tried, so I did. Ordered the medium with chips and small drink. Chips come in a bag and you get a cup for fountain or multiple tea options. Have to admit, that dang Original sandwich was SOOO good, I'm now dying to go back. VERY tasty sandwich, plenty of meat, and left full. I'd def recommend you try the Original and some of their flavored Teas since you can mix whatever you want. Gets 4 of 5 stars only bc desserts are WAY to expensive and I LOVE desserts! Cheers
Always friendly drive thru people. Salads are plentiful. My sister loves the loaded baked potato soup. I tasted it... tasty!
Always good food here. Very consistent. Staff is very nice and quick to make sure everything is satisfactory. Parking lot is a bit of a mess.
Sandwiches are awesome. The rye bread goes really well with the deluxe original... too bad they don't have it for large size!! The kid meal was a favorite when mine were younger.
Although they mostly tout their sandwiches, I LOVE their Salads! Favorite is always the Chicken, Apple, Cranberry, Pecan salad! At Schlotsky's they use great salad greens, not any of the iceberg lettuce which makes up the salads at other fast food restaurants. They are quick, but you can always order ahead and state the time you'll be there to pick it up. Great patio area too!
Food was good lady at the window didn't speak English very well, seemed tense in the kitchen
Ordered a Turkey and cheese sandwich medium size to go. Even if the wait was a bit long it was worth it, sandwich was juicy and tasty. i would definitely recommend to anyone considering healthy sandwiches with savory toppings!
Great food and mostly friendly staff. Service is fine but delays can occur. Prices could be better but promotions and coupons are available at times. The restaurant is always clean and resources well stocked.
Food was good. Service was a little slow and found out after I got home that the aujus had spilled making it where we had none.
I ate at this Allen location with friends and had the Bacon Avocado Cobb salad. This was my first time trying a salad at Schlotzsky's so imagine my surprise when it was served with mayonnaise for salad dressing. I went back to the counter and requested some red wine vinaigrette which was generously provided. When I sat back down, a friend asked how I liked my Bacon Avocado Cobb. It was then that I realized that I had been served a salad without Avocado on it. Once again, I am back at the counter trying to get my order right. The young lady attending me was cordial and apologetic and got me that missing Avocado posthaste but it shouldn't take two tries to get a Bacon Avocado Cobb right, y'know? Everything else about my experience this evening was exemplary. The restaurant was spotless, the food was great and even the service was just dandy. I noticed that Schlotzsky's has calzones so I will return to try those next time.
We dropped in,mainly because we hadn't been in a while. Sandwiches have always been good and big (Did I mention big?). Service is fast and friendly and efficient. My only problem is although the food is very good, it's not memorable. It's never quite made a lasting impression on me.
High prices ($9 for a sandwich alone), but quality was good and portions were generous (small sandwich should be sufficient for most people, large should be two meals).
It's hard to be the schlotzsky's sandwich. There's just not another sandwich place quite like it. The original is always my standby favorite. They have cinnabon, and cinnabon was good when it was in a mall and they were tended to on a regular basis. Anytime I get one from a schlotzsky's, they're somewhat pedestrian. But if that's my only issue, I'll just order the sandwiches and be happy.
The sour dough is great. Glad to hear one in the area. They have after 5 weekend $5 pizza specials with generous toppings.
Hit or miss..a tip, don't order soup close to closing time. It was 8:30 on a Sunday and my broc cheese soup was clumped with unmelted cheese and was the consistency if a dip, rather than soup. Clearly, it has been thrown in the microwave cold, or was the end of a batch.
Some of the food was good, BUT details matter: the French dip au jus was just hot brown water with NO flavor - even after I took it back and informed them, my replacement was exactly the same. Also, neither the regular or strawberry lemonade at the drink stand was actually LEMONADE - it was just lemony water which greatly disappointed my kids that desperately craved the normally refreshing sweet summer drink!
I hadn't been to a Schlotzky's in 10 years or so, but always had a good experience back then. I recently decided to give it a try. The ordering experience can be improved here. Where do I line up? From the line you can't see the menu until you are right up at ordering desk, so it is hard to decide what you want in advance. That must really slow things down. When I ordered, something went wrong with the register and I had to wait for my receipt to come out of the printer for a few minutes. The cashier wasn't communicative, so it wasn't clear what was going on until the manager intervened. Finally, I found a table and sat down to wait for my sandwich. I had some email to catch up on, so I didn't really notice the time much, but then I started noticing that people who came in after me were getting their food already, while I still hadn't gotten my pretty simple order. I was just about to get up and inquire about the status of my order when the manager showed up at my table to tell me my order was coming soon. A few minutes later one of the waitresses showed up with my turkey and guacamole sandwich. She apologized for the wait and offered a cookie or cinnabon as compensation, but I declined. The sandwich was ok. I especially like their turkey.
Normally I would give schlotzsky's a 5 star, they have amazing food, but this location is one to avoid! Staff was not friendly, ignored us at entry and acted like we were a burden to have in the restaurant. Normally my rewards code is scanned at checkout, but they refused and said we must do it ourselves later. Don't let this location stop you from enjoying a schlotzsky's, but I would avoid this location!
Food was fine but we did drive through and our soup was left out of our order. Got home and tried to call and no one answers the phone. No way to get ahold of them other than driving back. It would be nice if they actually ensured a correct order.
Seems to have declined a little recently. The buns seem really dry. Ordering at the counter is a slow process. Nobody seems to get in much of a hurry. Luckily, once the order hits the kitchen it's done quickly. Definitely meh.
My husband and I grabbed a quick dinner here. Service was slow, and there was only 1 other couple eatting. All the tables were still dirty. I went to wash my hands and the bathrooms were dirty and I don't think the trash had been dumped in a while. Such a shame as the place used to be kept up. I'm giving 3 star's just for the food.
Ours was good. The jalapeno cheese bread was different. Little too hot for me. Heard it took 25 minutes to get a pizza. Seemed to be short-handed. Food was still good though.
I hadn't been to Schlotskys at this location for awhile, but the last time I went was greeted by a friendly voice and beautiful kale salad. This time not so much! The drive through girl was rude actually - just told me my total and didn't even look at me. The salad had a lot of kale stalks which should have been removed. Looked like everything was just thrown in the salad. Don't think I'll be going back again! Too bad because Schlotskys has a great product if done correctly by people who care!
Bad experience. Drive thru worker was rude. Ordered sandwich with chicken, they gave me turkey, literally no sauce on it. Bbq flatbread was lathered in bbq sauce. Very unappetizing overall.
Love the loaded baked potato soup. It should come with crackers or bread they never ask which one you want. This time, I specifically told them I wanted 2 sides of bread, and they still did not do so. Wish they would step it up.
Come here often when I'm in town and it was always good, but recently every single time I go they always mess up my order. I just want a diet drink with no ice, and I always get a not diet drink with ice. They get it wrong every single time. I can't drink the regular soda since I have type 1 diabetes, tons of drive-thrus make this mistake, it is so annoying
This place is not it. The cashier at the drive thru was extremely rude. She gave me unsweetened tea. I let her know before leaving that it was not sweet. “It’s the sweet here.” I drink sweet tea daily and this is not it… she takes it back and brings me sweet tea and doesn’t even apologize. Hopefully she didn’t spit in my drink. Won’t be back!
Lately I’ve been coming here on lunch for a soup and an extra breadstick side. Staff forgot to give the extra breadsticks (which is fine) and when I came back for the extra ones I ordered, I got these lanky thin cold bread sticks. This was fine, but I came back again and asked for different breadsticks but they wanted to charge me an extra 2$. Sad cold breadstick day.
Slightly busy during a lunch time visit but that cannot be the reason to serve undercooked pizza and insipid broccoli cheese soup. Several other sibling stores do a better job. Not expecting much but just a little attention to serving food only when it is done is a better practice than trying to compete with the clock.
Ordered 2 Reuben sandwiches at drive-through around 8:30pm got to hotel 5min away meat tasted spoiled very little Sauerkraut, dressing and cheese on sandwiches, more bread than anything. Tasted so bad we were afraid to eat had to throw them away. Wouldn't give them a star at all.
We went here with two other families with kids, Saturday at 8PM last weekend after the concert at the park in Watters Creek. The place was absolutely empty (maybe a symptom of things to come) but they still managed to mess up our to go orders. One of the kids pizza was completely forgotten whereas another was burnt to a crisp. One adults sandwich was missing and the soup was just leftover clumps of cheese and broccoli. We call back and the manager tells us they are closed and we can come tomorrow to claim the missing items (really?) With hungry, cranky kids in tow, we head out again to Wendy's and Taco Bell for their food. No problems with the order there! The food itself was below average...the famous bread was stale and obviously taken out from the fridge because it was cold! This seems to be symptomatic of all Schlotzkys locations - rude, condescending staff, bad food and getting orders wrong. This is the last time I am eating Schlotzkys....too many good places around to settle for such food and service Instead of eating at this place go across the street to ChikFilA or Panda Express and you won't be disappointed
This location only gives you the meat and cheese on the sandwiches. I even told the person taking my order today I want all the toppings on my sandwich. I get home only the meat and cheese. Used to be a great location not anymore.
The Sclotzsky’s in Allen has very poor service. I got down so they can warm my cinnamon roll Gloria was rude as if I was bothering her. I leave and decide to call and speak to the manager they keep me on hold so I drove back to see why it took the manager so long to answer. Someone eventually hangs up so I ask to speak to her and was told Danielle was busy due to them being understaff. They provide me the general manager Anthony Burnham name and I hope he regenerate what is good customer service.
I went through the drive-thru. The lady on the speaker said, "How can I make your day today?" I placed my order immediately. I heard nothing back. I said, "Hello?" Still nothing. I waited about another minute and decided I needed to pull forward. There were other cars directly in front of me so I had to wait. When I got the window, the lady said, "May I help you?" in a very inquisitive tone. I said, "Yes, I ordered a large original, but the lady on the speaker did not answer." She said, "I am the only person working the drive-thru." I said, "Well, you said 'How may I make your day?' and so I ordered, heard nothing and pulled forward." The lady just looked at me. She did NOT say, "I am sorry about that. Let me get your sandwich going." She also did NOT say, "I am sorry about that. Let me get your sandwich going and at no cost to you." She did NOT even say that she was sorry. She just said, "I heard nothing", like it was somehow MY fault. I have a very loud voice. Thus, it had to be their system. But it seems I was not going to get a sandwich at any price and for any additional waiting. There was no offer to fix anything or even take my order. So, I had to drive off and go get food somewhere else. Mistakes happen everyday. That is understandable... but to do nothing about it seems odd. Even if this was somehow My fault, I still did not get a sandwich. So, to go to a food place, get no food and be looked at like things are my fault...... I don't need that and thus I will never ever returned to this particular store. And why would I? They have not heard of customer service, much less PROACTIVE customer service. Life is too short to spend on such businesses.
The sandwich I ordered was nowhere near what I have gotten at other locations and this is ridiculous I had to call 5 times to get to a manager. Manager knows nothing of the proportions of the sandwiches or what is supposed to go into them or anything about them said I'd have to ask a cook but come on does 1 broken up piece of bacon and a slice of roast beef sound like a sandwich I wanted to pay $9.00 for it doesn't to me. I will not be visiting this establishment anytime soon until they have fixed the crew that's there.
Drove through at 2pm today. Medium original with extra onions. Correct on order receipt, but not a single onion sliver anywhere to be found. And phone # just goes to voice-mail. Over $8 for a sandwich that totally sucks without any onions. Thanks for the huge disappointment.
We ordered at 9am for pickup at 11:15. We received a confirmation email. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have the order. At that time I received an email saying my order was canceled to contact the store. They waited until I got there to let me know. Terrible way of doing business. I went to Taco Bell across the street.
I pulled into the drive-thru and was greeted harshly, i insisted that i would need time to collect the items for my order.. i was rushed and was treated with no respect. I then ordered a non sweet tea and a original sandwich. then i pulled up to the window and got my food and drink. i drive home and get out to realize that my non sweet tea was spilled all over my cup holders. Do not go here!!! Terrible service!!!
Went to the counter at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to take my order. Ordered a sandwich with no lettuce no tomato no onion. Drove home (15 minutes from store), sat down to eat and had lettuce tomato and onion! I am highly allergic to lettuce. Called the manager and he offered no solution at all and said “that’s cool” four times during our conversation. THERE was absolutely not one single person in the drive thru or dining in the restaurant! Now I know why.
If I could I would give them no stars! The service was horrible. Cashier didn't want to wait on me nor did she speak when I came in. Then when I did order, they tried to give me old food! It was already boxed. When I asked about it they tried to tell me it was just out the oven but they put it in the microwave... I don't know about you but when I just take something out of the oven, it doesn't need to go in the microwave! They proceeded to argue with me about why I should buy it. That will be a hard NO for me! #takingmymoneyelsewhere
This was my very first the Manager on duty was very kind. The Customers Service Representative at the counter was horrible she combined the Customer in line ahead of me order on my bill and credit card, her did get the order requested by me correctly, nor did she include the entire in the bag we paid for. I returned to the restaurant for the rest of my purchase she ignore us at the door and even laughed in our faces. Generally I'm always about giving people more opportunities to get things done right in this case she could have an opportunity only after a suspension without paying. Cause negative actions and behavior should not be rewarded nor ignored. This is why people who behave this way never ever change and most times get even worse. Would I patronize the establishment again in the future yes at some point because she was the only one who behaved rudely and unprofessionally. No matter what you do for others always, always do your BEST.
This place over charged me and have refused to fix their error. I have been up there 2x and it is still not resolved makes me wonder if it was done on purpose and someone kept the 11.00 for them, all I can say is if you go there check your receipts. After all this the sandwich was still wrong.
Very unprofessional staff, rude with attitude. The food was cold by the time i bought it home which was less than 10 mins away for this location. I had rewards on my phone which they refused to let me use and told that i can use it next time when i showed the reward to be used. Even the manager was rude and stated i used gift card to pay when i didn’t and didn’t want to listen to what i had to say. It was totally unprofessional spoken to. I will never return to this location again. Total waste od money and time with nasty behavior from the staff and management.
This location is starting to make me mad. Twice in a row I've ordered through door dash and ordered a cesear salad and the dressing didn't come with it. I've paid for a salad twice and didn't get to eat it! Ridiculous!! Edit. Ordered again today and I don't know what I got but it didn't seem like Turkey! The Turkey Bacon Club used to be such a good sandwich. Now they've changed their turkey (Confirmed with other people) and it is not good at all. Also, only one type of cheese is on the sandwich instead of two. And lastly, the lettuce had to have been old. It smelled like chemicals a bit and did not taste well at all. I think I'm done with this place. Such a shame because it used to be one of my favorite places to go.
Went tonight before closing and the employees hid. They closed before 9 . Hopefully corporate addresses this.
I got a Greek chicken salad to go. The greens were spoiled, impossible to eat.
BEWARE ONLINE DELIVERY. I placed an order this morning and when it was delivered I was missing several items. I called the store and the Mgr, Ester?, told me they wouldn’t do anything, and that it was probably DoorDash stealing my food…she said they do it all the time. I told her THEY chose the delivery vendor and if someone THEY chose is stealing THEY need to correct it. She said no, my problem not theirs and then refused to give me the Owner/General Manager number. I called the Schlotsky’s customer support and they advised because they are franchise they can’t do anything other than let them know I have a complaint….they refuse to compensate or correct…it’s up to the franchise, so if they say NO, then Corporate can’t/won’t do anything. If Chick-fil-A is the best example of customer service, Schlotsky’s must be the WORST!!! I’ve done a lot of business with them both delivery and in-store, this is making me NEVER want to do it again since they can screw over a customer and there is NO ramification. Ridiculous.
This isn’t my first time eating at this location and was satisfied before today but I ordered through the app and when I picked it up through drive thru, I had to circle back around because they forgot one whole salad out of two that were ordered. They also forgot the sauce for the salad. Not only did they forget the salad they also forgot the lettuce in my sandwich I selected to add in. Also found a whole sandwich I did not order, so someone is probably also dealing with a very messed up order. On top of all this, the manager was rude and not very friendly and made it seem like I was missing something like I couldn’t recognize if a big part of my order was missing. I do not recommend this location but love other Schlotzsky’s better.
Today is the last time my coworkers and I will take advantage of their Wednesday BOGO special. Not worth it anymore after seeing a roach in my food. When I asked for the manager, it seemed as if it wasn’t important for him to come out. The cashier had to tell him through the headset that I had returned food. When he came out he apologized and offered me a refund and offered to remake my order. I accepted the refund only but did not want him to remake my order and I will not be returning. They lost a few loyal customers who religiously would go every Wednesday for their BOGO special.
I ordered the Southwestern Chicken Salad and was very disappointed to receive the order missing some of the most important ingredients of the salad: black beans and corn! Only to realize the salad had less chicken than normal, was full of wilted spring mix and old tomatoes. Very, very sad and a total waste of my evening.
