Amazing Customer service. This is our go to Pizza Hut for our family. Everything is always well made, and delicious. The establishment is always clean and organized. Fast and exceptional service every time. I had honestly given up in Pizza Hut as I had not found a location that made the pizza the way I remembered it growing up. The Westmont location definitely changed my mind and I couldn’t be more happy! We will continue to come here and recommend this location.

Its cheaper to order thru pizza hut. Com than calling it in. But you still times have to call the store if you want things put on a certain way to have things made. But its worth it. When i got the food and brought it back to the hotel was still nice and hot and very tasty

I stopped here on the way home from work about a week ago to grab a pizza for dinner. We tried the new XL New York style pizza. It was SO good! I always put "please don't burn" when I order because I've had other Pizza Huts absolutely scorch my pizzas in the past. The staff even made a joke about it when I went to pick it up and reassured me it wasn't burnt. 🤣 They were really nice. It was made perfectly, hot, and fresh! This is definitely one of the better Pizza Hut locations, and I'll be back soon!

Ok so I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while, like years. So since the taco place we were going to pick food up from closed early on New Year’s Eve, I decided to check out Pizza Hut since we were in the area. When I called, the staff was friendly and happily told us about their specials in great detail. Got there, food was ready, cooked to perfection, and did I mention great price! We got the big dinner box, 2 medium pizzas, bone in wings ($1upgrade) and breadsticks for $30 with taxes. It’s a win for me! Than you Denise.

Always get the Pan pizza with xtra cheese and half mushrooms. It's sooo good. It's always good. Never once have I had a bad experience and this pizza hut. Everyone that works there is very friendly and are always busy. I usually order Friday nights cuz I don't wanna cook. Sometimes I get it delivered. Last Friday was one of those times and a black man with a ponytail I think(?) & had a southern accent. .... . He was so friendly & kind. He had a smile on his face the min I greeted him at the door. He was so apologetic about the fact he brought the wrong receipt but I kindly signed a different one and told him I had put a tip on the credit card for him & he was so appreciative it made me smile. They always have great service and the food is always ready in a timely fashion.... I will continue to order from that pizza hut exclusively by cass & ogden..

I had a horrible issue with the app when i was trying to apply the deal for a large pizza for 14.99 when i checkout to pay the price goes back to the regular price. I had to redo the whole process for 3x but to no avail so i ended up paying for it on a regular price when i could have paid less using your deals.

I ordered here through door dash for a Large stuffed crust pizza and a order of breadsticks. I was alerted by door dash that the order was ready. I get to the location.....they not only did not look at and make the order. But, they were very rude and not helpful when I arrived. Rather then lashing out, I cancelled the order and wrote this review in front of them. VERY poor customer service. If you want pizza hut, go to a different location. They are @$$holes here.

Only a 5 minute drive away and our sorry excuse for a pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Still looked terrible after reheating. Very unevenly sliced and sauced.

I haven't had Pizza from Pizza Hut for about 15 years. Decided to try it today. It was the worst Pizza I have ever tasted. Nothing like it was when I was a kid. Just horrible. Seems like it's made in a microwave and not in an oven. Completely disappointed. This is not Pizza. Disgusting.

Online order did not go through. This was not their fault, but the way they handled it was incredible poor. They, for some reason, could not see how this was a huge inconvenience to me and commented more than once how I probably sent it to the wrong store. I asked that if I came back with proof of my order could they do something to make it up to me. The manager/head cashier said yes, but when I came back he doubled back to the "this was not my fault" message and refused to do anything. This whole experience wasted a ton of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with pizza hut.

Every time we order from this location: the sauces are forgotten, the pizza is under cooked, or we receive our pizza(s) late. I have been promised multiple times that my "account" would be credited; then when I bring it up, I get attitude and told they don't know who I spoke too. Never going to this location again.

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and was told a specific time it would arrive. 10 minutes past the designated time, I called the location and spoke to the manager, Shaniqua. She said that the driver was in a suburb quite a distance from my home, even though the store is only 2 miles away from my home. Fifteen minutes later Shaniqua, Pizza Hut Manager, called and asked if I had received my pizza. I told her no and she said she was making another one for me and would have the driver deliver it directly to me. An hour and a half later I got a lukewarm pizza from a driver named Jacob, who had a horrible attitude. Shaniqua, gave me a $15 credit, but I would rather have a pizza delivered hot and on time. I just used the $15 credit and it's adios for Pizza Hut. What a shame!

I asked what his name is and he said “I’m not telling you my name.” Wow, Pizza Hut! Employing some really great staff in the restaurant and hospitality business! If I acted like that I would have been fired. And yes, I work in the same industry. Shame on you manager. You lost my business! Never again.
