Round Table Pizza

We visited the restaurant with a group of over 30 people. Despite my initial skepticism after reading previous reviews, I must say everything turned out very well. The service was attentive and prompt, and the food was delicious and well-cooked. Thank you for the very satisfactory experience! A well earned 5 stars.

I love the pizza that they serve even though the meat is not halal I love the veggie options they give, I can tell that the ingredients are fresh even though it's a little pricey the quantities make up for it. Anybody who rates this place a one star should take in that there are a couple new hires that need more experience to be good so that all I got to say

Nice local pizza parlor with very good pizza, but it's not low cost, but the quality is good. There are coupons that make it a little more thrifty. The salad bar is small, but they offer all you can eat salad bar weekdays with slices of pizza, a pretty good deal.

Pizza and service was good. I know its an older location but needs to be cleaner. Doesn't offer beer or wine and what tastes best with Pizza?? We will probably return, it was our first visit but probably take it to go

I really shouldn't eat too much pizza but sometimes I crave the sauce and it's not really too heavy unless you eat the whole thing! The round table website really makes it convenient to have it ready to go. This location the workers are friendly as well and it's next door to a liquor store and it's on my way home when I get off work, yes!

The 2 employees at the register were polite and helpful so that was a plus but the place looks a bit run down, and I mean the tables, chairs, and floors. Went for lunch buffet. I found the pizza to be average tasting , price was just $9.92 which is reasonable for pizza+ salad + drinks. If you are hungry during lunch and feel like eating lots of pizza, you can try it out. I haven't tried their a la carte pizza so I am not sure how good is that.

There pizza is always good, but expensive. They never give you any extras like crushed red pepper or dried parmesan cheese. Also, no paper plates. It is difficult to want to tip this place as the cashier's don't want to be nice to anyone.

I picked this because I was tired of Subway and of the available places on the way back from lunchtime errands, the buffet seemed like a pretty fast option because there was no line at the counter. I recommend they to do some competitive benchmarking to see what places like Mod pizza offer for $10. Improving the crust, sauce, or cheese would help, but might not add much to their cost. Having said this, although the pizza is pretty average, getting a salad, a caffeinated beverage, and a dessert with cinnamon and frosting hit a point of rationalization and comfort that left me satisfied with my choice, but didn't trigger a new behavior pattern.

I love Round Table pizza, but it is odd to me that the coupon system does not seem to be streamlined. I tried using a coupon that I received in the mail, and the app does not allow you to use it. When I called in, it was quite an ordeal to get the deal applied. I’m not sure if management has made it clear to employees how it works, but it made the whole ordering process very clunky. Otherwise, I do enjoy the pizza a lot!

The employee taking my order didn't know what it was doing so I had to wait for another person to help me he walked away and didn't tell me what was going on I waited another 10. After placing my order and waiting at least 20 minutes, I I was told my beats to be ready in about 30. I had to ask the manager to expedite my order to make up for the lost time after telling me it was going to be another 30 min wait time. This location definitely needs a facelift while it's clean it's definitely old and out dated.

The food looked good. The guy behind the counter had a fun attitude. The wait time was a killer. Absolute killer. After being told that my order would be done in ten minutes I proceeded to wait more than 40. I was not alone. Many people waited at the counter for their orders as they had long waits as well. Edit: my order was delayed because it was made incorrectly. Twice. But the cashier was very apologetic and did offer some extra wings for the inconvenience

I had a few issues when I ordered my pizza. First, the signs all say "Under new management" but the old management was better than what I saw tonight. I tried to pay with a gift card, but the guy behind the counter wouldn't listen to me when I pointed this out twice. He told me to use the credit card reader, which I am pretty sure is wrong. The card wouldn't go through. Apparently this Round Table doesn't take Round Table gift cards, I paid using my normal credit card. This is pretty bad from my perspective, because I can't use the gift card online or through something like Uber Eats. When I got home I found the pizza wasn't cut correctly, the slices were uneven. I feel like I could have done a better job cutting my own pizza, and I paid for it directly so I couldn't excuse the shoddy work. I would avoid this particular Round Table if you could, its employees are apparently pulled just off the street or something.

I ordered the "Gourmet Veggie" pizza. This was the driest pizza I've ever had. It was like chewing on a dry piece of chewy substance. This store needs to learn how to make Pizza. Eating dry Pizza isn't very digestible. This place needs help!

Had mixed results here. Most of the time, food is cold and the delivery driver cant figure out how to get into the building. On one occasion, the pizza had some unknown brown goo dripping from the box which ended up staining the carpet after getting it from the driver. Once in 10 orders, I'll get a decent pizza, but now, much better off driving to little caesars and getting full for under 10 dollars. BTW, their delivery fee is now 3.99 if you live within 2 miles... so when I was about to order a large pizza, it's $40 with a $5 tip, no thanks. Sorry round table, you used to be great, but quality, delivery, and the brown goo have all gone down hill recently.

Used to be 5 Stars. 1 Star after new management. I order online, and come at the time it told me to. They didn't even start the pizza yet. No big deal, as I found out it is 2 kids on their 3rd day on the job. It was a Friday night and they were swamped with orders. 2nd time ordering, 2:00 pm on a Sat. New set of kids working. Pizza was done when I got there. I open the box and this thing has like the bare minimum amount of toppings. My elementary school pizza and Little Caesars gave more. It taste like just dough and barely any cheese or sauce. The garlic twists look like they untwisted them and sell that as 1 piece now. Next time I want Round Table, i'm making the trip to a further one. These pizzas are too expensive to be disappointed with.

The coupons featured on this exact location's own site NEVER work when going to check out online. And no, I am not referring to coupons for another store or location; they are listed on their own 'Deals' section, and the codes always give an error and say invalid. Don't list and offer coupons if your website won't take them! It's borderline false advertising.

Scheduled a pickup, was picked up 40-50 minutes after arranged time. Fiancee who picked it up said the person looked not on the up and up. I normally love the pizza but it's not worth making someone wait that long in person.

Once again ordered from this place and again the dough is raw. Do yourself a favor and find another round table. Horrible experience

My girlfriend and I were craving pizza and decided to order from our favorite pizza place. We've never ordered from this Round Table before but we just moved and this was the closest one to us. When our pizza arrived we were disappointed, our pizza was not cooked what so ever. It it was so bad the cheese wasn't even melted all the way and our dough didn't rise. We also ordered garlic twist. Smallest garlic twist we've ever seen from Round Table. I dont think the dough rose on those things either. Very disappointed with this Round Table.

Pizza tastes very undercooked. Been going to RTP with my aunt since 1980. Does not have that burnt taste. Toppings for $32.00 are way skimpier than other locations. Marinara sauce was not rich and tasted weak. I can mostly taste dough. Costs $1.00 for a small container of marinara sauce on the side and it was free before. They did not read my note on an online order I needed a large size marinara and seems like an excuse they couldn’t give a large one. Used to worship this location for their buffet but it doesn’t exist anymore. A sad sight and farewell to this RTP. One location is outstanding in less than a 10 mile radius and it feels like they don’t care anymore. It wasn’t super crispy like in the past and mushrooms leftover. They didn’t ask me since I was over 30 minutes for my order to reheat it either. Older management was awesome. This time it feels like a dry Pizza Hut without a buttery crust and a dominos giving me a stop for a restroom constantly the next day with the wrong order. Had many great memories 5 years ago but it’s 2021 now. Order somewhere else like Mountain Mikes or get it from the Indian pizza place by Target. Whole Foods and even Pizza my Heart in Santa Clara are extra friendly and reheat it for you. Even Whole Foods is ten times better than this place and has way more fresh taste and value. Rest In Peace to this location, not very happy. Will not return since it tastes like too much dough and less toppings and sauce. Just money down the drain. Other people may have a good experience but do not know the veteran quality of what the franchise used to be and stood for. Might I add, after eating more it got worse. I had to throw the rest of the pizza I couldn’t eat more since it was so bland and disgusting eating more dough with no rich marinara sauce and not much vegetable toppings left over. So awful I just the urge not even to place it in the compost bin. Felt like Gordon Ramsay giving a critique in the pizza parlor in Denver. Don’t come here. Didn’t want to complain to management since I was tired, I just won’t give my money to them ever again. God what a waste. Really hoping another Tasty Indian Pizza takes over this location. Really unhappy customer. Don’t bother.

The pizza was delicious, however this should not be considered a dine in restaurant. The inside is not clean, run down, gas station door lock on a gas station level bathroom. I would have not stayed if I had my family with me. Plywood covering both doors and proped open due to air conditioning out of service with fans blowing towards kitchen. Drove 20 minutes to be disgusted.

This is the absolute worst Round Table possibly on Earth, barely any sauce and too much cheese, I couldn’t even taste sauce, The owner needs to train his pizza makers, From now on i’m driving 4 miles out of my way to get at a different Round Table.. The worst most expensive pizza and wings placed my order at 8:25 was supposed to receive it at 9:04 didn't get it till 9:39 opened the box and my wings and pizza were burnt and cold...and they didn't have the professionalism to call me and let me knowthey ranoutofthedrink i ordered ! Don't waist your money or your time extremely unsatisfied customer !!! 1 personally pizza 4 slices, 6 wings and 1, 20oz soda $33+tip never again

Had an interesting phone conversation with someone who identifies themselves as the manager and goes by the name of Wendy. But clearly this woman doesn’t care about round table she doesn’t care about her customers she just cares about her paycheck and I’m guessing she’s minimum wage at best. And when they tell you that the owners name is Kevin but they don’t know his last name you know this is a real bs place. I’ve been a huge fan of round table until now, congratulations Wendy you lost Kevin a customer.

First, the wife and I are HUGE RT fans going back over 30 years. Our favorite chain pizza by far, all across the USA. For some Dam n reason, THIS location simply CANNOT get it right. The usual delivery pizza is dry, very dry, and way too little sauce. So, you ask for extra sauce. Mistake. It comes drowning in sauce. Just once? No, not just once. This has been happening over and over for the last six months. Tonight we just finished a combo with 'a little bit of extra sauce'. Idiots. Must be high school kids making minimum wage. Horrible pizza. The whole crew should be fired, starting with the management. Go somewhere else, unless you like pizza SOUP. Then by all means, order away. While I am at it, their wings suck too. Dam n man, keep the wings in the oven for a few extra minutes and COOK them, make them CRISPY. Nothing worse than a big mouthful of greasy chicken FAT to spit out.

Me and my moms love the chicken wings and both of us are Disabled, so 2 times we order for delivery. Not only was the person who took the order rude. impatient .in a hurry like he hade taken a some drug. i asked him to be patient with me because I previously hade a Stroke so i have a hard time speaking.

I wanted to give this place a 3rd chance, and I sincerely regret it. The first couple of times the Pizza was rubber and tasteless. Since my experiences had been inconsistent I would opt to go get Round Table miles away from my home in Santa Clara or Sunnyvale because I love Round Table. The second time I came back a couple weeks ago it was normal Round Table Pizza. It was great. This 3rd Time we went today for the Wednesday Xtra Large Deal however it was not Round Table once again. They basically gave us a Pizza Pie with Bread, Rubbery Cheese, and Mini Pepperoni that was sauce less. No Marinara just dry bread and rubbery cheese. The Bread and Crust was also rubbery for some reason, and I have never had experienced rubber bread at any other restaurant location. I have been eating Round Table Pizza for over 45 years since I am a child. This place cannot consistently produce a standard quality Round Table Pie. On top of it all I brought my daughter in to eat in person and a homeless man got up walked away inside the restaurant exposing his behind in front of my 9 year old daughter. The cashier and I told the Manager, but the manager walked around aimlessly doing nothing. He never addressed him or talked to him, or took action to correct the situation. When he walked back to the kitchen after doing nothing I told him we would just opt to eat at home instead. He said “ok” and walked away and didn’t care that his location was not suitable for families or children. I called to complain about the quality of the pizza and he didn’t want to believe what I had to say and asked for an Order Number and didn’t even want to believe whatever I had to say as feedback. He preferred to then proceed to ridicule my complaint as an anomaly. This place is permanently a no go for me and my family going forward. The manager also never offered to remake the pizza or refund the amount. Instead he opted to argue with a Life Long Round Table Pizza customer. I am starting to believe that the issue at this location is the Management and not the workers. When Management doesn’t care why should anybody else. This is the second time we encounter the Homeless Person at this location. I don’t mind if they find a spot for the Homeless to keep warm inside but make sure the situation is sanitary & PG-13 for others dining in especially when there are children. Just so disappointed overall cause we love a classic Round Table Pizza, or a Maui Zaui.

We ordered through Uber Eats, and they left off all but one topping and charged us for basically a $49 cheese pizza. Never ordering from here again, called and all they say is that's what we ordered... A $50 cheese pizza?!? Ridiculous, it had toppings obviously. Such bad service I have never had before. Simply stunning.

I'm not sure if the pizza dough recipe changed but my pizza was actually gross. My boyfriend and I both had 1 slice and couldn't eat anymore. The crust was this weird dry crumble like consistency.. Round Table is our favorite pizza but will never order pizza again. Very disappointed!

Not a fan of false advertising. If you are going to get rid of your lunch specials, then you need to update things to reflect that. And not just on the web…I walk in, and the menu is sitting open on the counter and almost half of the menu is devoted to lunch specials, from 11am-3pm it said right in the menu. Then you tell me that you don’t do lunch specials any more!?! Then get new menus!!! Or at the bare minimum, get a sharpie or stickers and cover that up. But you can’t have them in the menu and not honor them. Also, clearly a cash grab. The cost of the salad was the same as the cost of the personal pizza. So it was just over $22 for a personal size pizza and small salad that I had to make myself. Where as it would have been around $13 for a personal pizza, salad and drink if the lunch special were honored.

I requested a refund, and the older gentleman, who was most likely the manager, had told the person waiting on me, who seemed to be a new hire, that I had to wait for all the other customers to be helped first. I did wait, and when all the customers had been helped, I asked to be refunded again. Again, the older gentleman told my server that he should refund me later. At that point, I demanded that they refund me right away, which the manager begrudgingly did. I wasted so much time, and at the end, I had no pizza and a really bad customer service experience to show for it. Avoid this restaurant!
