The food was simply amazing - the flavors were authentic and reminded me of home-cooked meals. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was served fresh and hot.

After reading all the good reviews, I came here expecting good things. I am pleased to say, we enjoyed everything here. The staff are wonderfully sweet and genuine. The samosa chat had a delicious flavour and sauce. The Chicken Korai was excellent, very delicious. The Lamb Madras was the best I have had in a long time. Naan was home made and our curry came with rice included in the price, cooked perfectly. The only downside of coming is here is that other Alvor restaurants food might seem like they lack flavour and disappointing.

**Wow.** I just finished my meal, and I’m still stunned—soooo good! I wanted something hearty and spicy, so I stopped by and told the waiter. He recommended the Momo dumplings and chicken curry. I went with the curry, but it wasn’t spicy enough at first. The super-attentive waiter noticed and brought me the Momo dumpling sauce and some chili oil—**game changer.** That Momo sauce might be my new favorite spicy sauce ever. The chili oil was divine too. Amazing food, kind service, and a cool spot. What more could you ask for? Thank you so much, and namaste!

Excellent service and very friendly and attentive owners! One of the best curry’s naan momos I've ever eaten in Portugal and at a very affordable price! The achar was also very good! A must-visit spot whenever I'm on vacation in alvor 🇳🇵 I highly recommend it and apologize again for the confusion with the order! 😅

flavors&smiles if you’re looking for an outstanding indian/nepalese restaurant in alvor/portimão region than i highly recommend this place. i will be back shortly. i tried many similar places. this will be my go to. trust me you will love it. i am quite difficult to wow. many magical flavors/perfumes and a charming young smiling waiter passionate for what he’s serving. your eyes & palate will be delighted.

Um verdadeiro diamante escondido em Alvor! A comida nepalesa é simplesmente deliciosa – cheia de sabor, autêntica e feita com muito carinho. Pedimos vários pratos ambos incrivelmente bem temperados. O atendimento foi simpático e atencioso, sempre com um sorriso principalmente da Pushpa e boas sugestões. Ambiente acolhedor, tranquilo e com uma música suave que completa a experiência. Unsere Erwartungen an authentisch nepalesisches Essen wurden voll erfüllt. Die Darbietung war sehr ansprechend, die Zutaten waren frisch und die Würze sehr harmonisch. Wir hatten gedämpfte vegetarische Momos und Thali, ein Gericht, das einen vielfältigen Eindruck der nepalesischen Küche bietet. Als einzige Gäste in dem noch unbekannten Lokal genossen wir einen hervorragenden Service bei einem ausgezeichneten Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Came across this randomly and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty and priced very well. We went with a large biryani to share which was full of flavour. Probably the most flavoursome food we had while in Alvor - definitely worth a stop.

The food and flavours are out of this world, staff so attentive and could not do enough for you. Had a lovely chat with the owner who told us they had only been open 1 month. Have to agree with the last review mostly. The food was pretty good and the front of house very attentive. However apart from not doing the cooking, she was doing everything else. Seating people, taking the orders, pouring drinks and delivering them and then delivering the food when it was ready. The service wasn’t fast but understandable with one member of staff out front and two cooking. Overall would recommend the food but probably best reserve a table as it’s not that big and is full an hour after opening. I hope they get over the problem they’re having recruiting staff

Accueil à 12H00 pile sympa dans ce nouveau venu dans la liste de restaurants d’Alvor, dont la majorité sont fermés au cœur de l’hiver, ce qui est à son avantage. Comment ce nouveau restaurant de cuisine du monde est-il devenu un hype local en si peu de temps ? Telle est la question à laquelle mon déjeuner se doit de répondre à son terme ! Mon entrée de dumpling « maison » à la vapeur au poulet épicé, que j’espérais saine & légère, s’est avérée bonne sans plus, mais malheureusement bien trop copieuse / lourde pour une entrée. Je déconseille donc ce choix en tant qu’entrée. Mon plat, une grande spécialité de poulet de la carte, recommandée également par les avis de clients, s’est avéré encore plus décevant. Le rosé au verre est bon, même si facturé trop cher, tout comme tous les tarifs de ce restaurant, si je les compare à ceux de ses meilleurs concurrents indiens locaux. En résumé, ce nouveau restaurant exotique d’Alvor ne m’a pas malheureusement pas offert personnellement le coup de cœur que j’espérais. Et ce n’est pas la proposition de la patronne de m’offrir mon repas si je n’écrivais pas d’avis mitigé sur son restaurant, refusée bien entendu, qui améliorerait les choses…

I would have liked to have tried this place with people telling me how good it was...unfort this was not to be i reserved a table online on the 5th jan for the 7th for 4 people, i was then asked to confirm which i did...i got a message on the 7th saying can you confirm the booking for that day again i confirmed it...i arrived for my booking at 8pm to be told they were full..they then said you can sit outside! In the cold! Then the gentleman said we had a table in at 6pm and they were still there at 8pm! Im sure its lovely but was very disappointed with the whole experience so far
