The food quality was poor, it was edible but not great. The staff were super kind and sweet. The atmosphere is well.. a mall food court- so it was alright.

I had the orange chicken with fried rice. It was great but the fried rice had to much pepper & that's all I could taste & dont get me wrong it was good but I'd never ordered the rice after that. Also they have really big portions

Not yet a customer and I'll tell you why. The neon red and green sign directly above the food serving area is very dirty. I'll become a customer when I see its been cleaned. A tip to customer facing businesses... spend some time standing where customers stand.

Food was not the greatest. Chicken was very tried out. Not fresh at all.

China Max is in the food court in the Westgate mall in Amarillo, TX. The service is okay, they're fast but not really friendly, they just want to hurry and get you through the line.

This food is not appetizing nor does it have any culture in the food itself.

This place is a joke. very small portion of food and people making plates I saw pick their nose and not wash hands. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE.

Went here on Sunday oct 7th at 230 and I asked woman if my child could get just a child portion of chicken and she didn’t want want rice. She said yes but then when we went to check out the lady tried to charge me for an adult, I told her it was a kids. She said no cause we didn’t have rice. AND I would have to pay extra for a drink. I told her to add some rice even though my child didn’t want it she slammed it down and threw rice all over the food and slammed down the drink where it spilled. These 2 girls were very very rude. I won’t be back.

I ordered a two entree meal there was hair from the employees in my food they did not answer thier phone nor did they care once I stated the issue with purcgas My meal no one apologized once I returned to the open location they said I wasn’t here yesterday soo I don’t know what to do

I got food poisoning. Food was aweful but I was with a group and China max was the shortest line. So not worth it. Stomach cramps and I threw up.
